Having changed hands, for the better may I add, the prices have also changed, so ordered a pizza 10.90, then payed 1.50 for deep pan, then 3.50 for stuff crust! Result 15.90 for 11 inch!

I've been a permanent customer from the day you open the door. Let's start from the rude customer service. On 27th January, around 7pm I came to the shop. I ordered 2 the largest size pizzas like always with extra topping and extra sauce. Man, the one was working there in the middle of my conversation (ordering) he answered the phone and start talking with someone else before he finished taking my order. I'm kind person and I thought its OK, I'm just gonna ignore this now.... I paid for my order and I've been told that it will take around 10-15min. I've been waiting for 40minutes.... Not enough this my pizzas was wrong size, without extra topping. I asked the to make new ones as its not what I've ordered. The gentleman got rude and he told me not in a polite tone 'I'm busy I can make new one in 20min...' Really?!? I've been waiting already for so long... so I disagree to wait another 20min. I asked for the refund and then gentleman got annoyed and start being even more rude to me, ge start telling me things about my English language, he rised the voice on me, start complaining again about being busy, how I don't see etc etc... In the end he told me that he cannot give me refund... Another 10min I was standing in the shop and telling that I want my refund. Eventually he took the money from the till and gave to me (I paid by card but he didn't care) so I took the cash. I was going out and on the way out he start making fun of me and start complaining loud to other customers 'you see because of people like she (me) I'm wasting my time, people like her it's making problems '. I turned around and told him to stop talking if he doesn't want me to come back and speak with his manager. First of all it's not me who done the mistake of making not the right pizzas, second I'm a regular customer, and third - my order was very clear what I want and my English-speaking is good enough.... I'm so disappointed because I really liked this place but because I've been treated like a rubbish I won't be coming back and I won't recommend to anyone.

Picked up takeaway pizzas from here when working in the nearby area. The pizzas were all very nice, ready on time and piping hot

I went at 12:30 to order a single cheesy chips. I said to the person I was with should we share a cheesy chips he said yes so I said just that then please. He then charged me for two just to get extra money out of me and then acted like I wanted two the whole time so I would recommend avoiding incase they double charge you too.

Hice la pregunta si las alitas están frescas y me aconsejó la persona que me servía “sí, acaban de salir de la freidora” Pedí 6 alitas y hamburguesa etc etc Las alas más duras que una roca y sabían horrible, se lo dije al hombre que me sirvió y me ignoró completamente y se encontró con arrogante y descartó mi retroalimentación, entonces decidí tirarlas a la papelera frente a él. Esto fue el lunes 15 de julio después de las 6 de la tarde, también mientras esperaba ser atendido no me atendió hasta que salió de su llamada personal en su móvil. He estado aquí anteriormente y la persona que habla varios idiomas es increíble y siempre sirve comida fresca, pero en esta ocasión el servicio y la comida fue asqueroso.
