This has got to be the most disgusting place I’ve seen and eaten from, we ordered pizzas kids meals and a curry, all was disgusting, they said 30-40 mins and we near 90mins, my kids got the wrong food and forgot the free bottle or coke. When rang they were very rude so I went down with the food we received and they denied it was their food, then the guy frying the burgers dropped his burger flipper on the floor picked it up and flipped the burgers on the grill without washing it or changing it. Absolute disgusting place and no health standards whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to get poorly

I ordered my pizza for our 6 family members at 7pm. I was told at 8 the driver had crashed and they were re making the pizza. Still no sign of the order at 9. Awful service. Really bad. They tell me it’s 5mi s away but it never arrives.

Honestly this place does the best pizza around, so my other half was happy, however my Chicago munch box was a different story. Chicken nuggets were tasteless, and the coating was disgusting. The southern fried chicken strips tasted cheap, and the burger was dry and chewy. Honestly not the usual standard for this place. Add to that it was 35 mins late, it was by far not the best experience weve had here!

Calzone was stodgy and beef burger didnt taste very nice and the balti butter chicken wasnt nice either 99% of our food went in the bin.

Order never turned up, phone line busy for the takeaway after calling 8 or 9 times

Food was 20 minutes late, just about 'warm' and was missing a portion of rise. I've given this takeaway too many chances, will not be going back.

Bank holiday Sunday. Just finished work late and have nothing in for tea. Ordered at 11pm (expected delivery 23:55) tried calling at 00.10 and 00:30 straight to answerphone assuming they’ve closed for the night. No food been delivered and it’s now 00:45 and off to bed. Thanks very much!

Like a well done pizza but... come on, massive joke! I think it was because it was ‘late’..if you can’t cook at that time, don’t be open. Shambles.

Really bad service, order wrong , cold , ring them up and put phone down wouldnt use them before they kill someone

I ordered the kebab tray and the Godzilla burger, the app said it would arrive at 19:45 and didn’t turn up until 20:20. Once it did arrive the burger tasted like it was out of date. The rest of the food was fine at best and I definitely don’t think I will be ordering here again.

Part of the meal deal didn't arrive, there was only one can of pepsi. No free drink as promised. Figured we'd just let these slide. Half of the 18" was burnt, but again, could be down to oven hot spots so we were just gonna leave it. However, the salad for the kebabs was inexcusable. Parts of the lettuce and carrot in the kebab salad were rotting, all slimy and brown with a stink to them, there were carrot tops and peel mixed in, and the onion still had some of the crispy outer layer that's inedible, as well as some of the root still attached. Absolutely shocking compared to what we're used to from here, and very disappointing. If I had thought to take photos before it went in the bin, I absolutely would have. Won't be ordering again, because if the salad isn't fresh and prepared properly, what else isn't safe to eat?

Pizza was very well done (burnt) and not very warm.

Food arrived over 2 hours late was freezing cold garlic sauce was burst inside the bag even though paying the delivery fee on here delivery driver still demanded we gave him an extra £5 once we had contacted them I had agreed to meet them only to find out the food was left on a bin 5 mins walk up the road from our house will definitely not be reordering from here again very poor quality food and poor quality customer service

Food came half an hour late wasn’t very good

I've been ordering from here for at least 15 years give or take and last night was a shambles. the delivery driver rang me and said he was on my street and that's about all I could understand what he said. it took him 15 minutes to find my address I think he was in the wrong street. He rang me back about 10 mins later and said I'm outside my house! He wasn't?! So I went out on the street and he was walking up from the bottom no were near my address. The food was flat cold because he had been walking round with the food in his hands for 10 minutes so was 20 quid down the drain. The foods good from here but on this occasion we got let down.

We always order from here for the kids , get the no contact rules but to just leave on the door stop without any inclination it was delivered was not on ! I went out to put bin out to find the food was left on door step and savaged by local cats ! So never got to eat any of it !

The food was cold the pizza seemed to of been out for a long time before arriving it was terrible when it arrived apart from the burger , the scampi was soggy and the burger the bread was practically wet so not happy as I normally love this place ! Wasted in the bin

We never order pizza from anywhere else, it's always spot on, hot and delicious! But this time the pizza wasn't up to their usual standards, and the chips were cold. Hoping its back to normal next time!

Can’t fault any aspect of my order from start to finish . Am on isolation and my instructions were followed to the letter . I ordered starter , main and dessert . All well presented and very tasty .

Not enough spice for us on the Balti chicken or tandoori chicken pizzas quite dry and well done, no gooey cheese on top as it was over cooked.

This was my first time I have ordered from this takeaway and it will be my last time! The food has arrived late by over 30 minutes, it was cold, wrong food has been sent, the pizza was hard you couldn’t even eat it, it went straight into the bin. I’m never going to order anything from this takeaway!

Absolutely disgusting. 1 hour 47 minutes late! The phone was off the hook, we called 63 times and every time the phone line was “busy”. How can they take our money and then act like this? RIp off merchants. This place should be shut down.

Ordered from this takeaway as our normal restaurants were not taking orders due to the covid-19 situation. We waiting nearly 2 hours for the take away. It was 45 minutes later than the original waiting time. I wouldn’t mind under the current circumstances, however, I have had better frozen pizzas. The dough was hard, the toppings on the meat feast were disgusting, me and my partner tried one mouthful and could not eat anymore. I never normally write reviews on just eat but this is the worst take away I have ever had.

Rude person on the phone when I asked where my food was as I'd has a text to tell me it was on it's way. Told me with what was going on in the world I should be grateful it was been delivered! I'm aware of the worlds situation I was looking to support a local business been self employed too. He told me delivery drivers has 7-8 drops and he would get to me when he got to me.... food was cold, barely any topping and tough as old boots and actually went straight in the bin

Got a message to say food would be half hour late. When it finally turned up they had one pizza not the 3 plus garlic bread that we ordered! Another half hour wait! Not good when 5 kids are hungry!

Just wish they gave sauces for free, i own my own business and I give one mayo and chilli for free with every meal, if you do that it will help your customers to come back again because as I was in a place where I didn’t have any sauces I had to eat it try dry, just 2 free sauces won’t hurt guys

Lovely delicious pizza again - I love pizza from Chicago because the bases are really fresh and light and the tomato sauce is really nice. Not dry, overly chewy pizza like some places, but really yummy.

The cheesy chips were cold! The pizza was Luke warm it was very dry and tough not helped by the fact there was little or no tomato sauce! I’ve never had a more unappealing of tasteless takeaway

Food arrived late so our chips were cold and rubbery and one box was half-empty. The pizza and kebab were great. Kebab especially came on a really nice naan with fresh salad, and pizza toppings were plentiful. I don't mind the food being late, but the cold chips (with one having half a portion missing) were a let-down.

Only ordered from here as Yorkshire Charcoal Fresh was closed. Arrived 30 mins later than suggested time. Chips and pizza were warm, not hot. Pizzas were very greasy.

The pizzas are amazing. They were red hot and, as always, super tasty.

Never had a bad takeaway from here since the new management. Much much better than it used to be. Great service, has been late a couple of time’s but only by 5-10 minutes, and they’ve always thrown in a freebie (usually onion bhajis) if it has been a few minutes late. Can’t fault them at all.

The curry was absolutely delicious, but I can only award 4 out of five stars, due a good amount of the curry had spilled out of the container in transit. Which made a mess, but more importantly caused the loss of some of the precious sauce. I hope any future orders I make don't receive the same fate. Otherwise a wonderful meal.

I really like the kebabs and chips from here and I’ve had their chicken balti which I enjoyed so I thought I’d try their pizza. I got a pepperoni. It wasn’t good. It tasted greasy like the base had somehow been fried and it was burnt on top.

What a waste of money again... thought I'd it another chance as I had a bad order last time but no better..food arrived late and all was cold , chips were rock hard and mostly scraps and over cooked, kebab was dry and cold, this used to be a great takeaway but has seriously gone down in my opinion, save your money and order from elsewhere .. last time I'll order from here ..shocking

Visited the Pizza Shop on a very busy Saturday night. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The shop was very busy but they all had a smile on their face. We ordered 18 inch meat feast pizza for 4 people. It was huge and was abslolutely delicious. Best Pizza I have had for a very long time will definitely be ordering from there again.

Last time we ordering from here, 630pm we placed our order finally received correct order at 21 13pm! Dont know whats happened with Chicago just lately but we wont be returning, chefs need to pay attention to special instructions, feel sorry for the poor delivery guy.

I would have given a higher score if they hadnt put the wrong topping on the pizza. I ordered ham and mushroom with extra toppings of donner and onions. My pizza arrived with ham mushroom donner onions but loads of pineapple as well. I hate pineapple and dont know why anyone would want a pizza with my toppings and then smothered in pineapple. Yuk

The pizza, Calzone, chips and where horrible wasn't able to eat it as it taste the meat been out since Friday. The poppadoms was very dry and been out since last week. They wasn't very nice. Also the delivery man didn't have the right amount of change and had a go at us a poorling service. I do not recommend the takeaway to anyone.
