We were served today by Sam (Samantha). She was very friendly and helpful and patient with my twin grandsons. Made for a very pleasant experience

Constantly asking for shots for soft drink machine but dispite now being on the menu have not been available. This week no coffee machine. Staff brilliant and very apologetic but when product is missing temptation to eat elsewhere.

Staff were lovely, easy to order through scanning code on the table, found the deals to be pretty good value. Overall great experience as usual thank you 🙂

Had a meal for 2 off the ‘deals’ option on the menu but it’s so expensive now in here ! The £44 meals for 2 is misleading as that doesn’t even include a drink of any kind ! So that then takes it up to £51 ! For a standard pizza meal The salad was fresh and filled up and the deep pan pepperoni pizza was nice The chips were awful and sent them back as they were hard in the middle but they came back very dark and tasting of burnt fat ! The desserts were nice but the ‘cheesecake’ was tiny ! Don’t think we would bother with this place with these prices as you can get a much nicer meal in a proper Italian for cheaper than that ! Nice staff in here and you had to order off the QR code on the table

Pizza hut seems to have lost its touch. Food very expensive. Must be the most expensive on the planet.

Buffet is appalling only appeals to people who like jalapenos....no other options oh the peppers on the salad bar sour too

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious pizzas, pasta and salads. I tried the buffet and it was great. Good variety of both vegetarian and meat options. Caramelised onion pizza was fantastic.

Visited pizza hut today at White Rose Centre, Absolute great staff ,couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable, Especially Gabby just hope I got that name right. Will most definitely call again , Top Class service by staff that care. Wish every place was the same. All The Best.

Went for the dinner time buffet, food was piping hot and plenty of choice. Service was minimal as made payment using the QR code. Such a shame they are card only

Visited earlier this evening with husband and 2 daughters (table 13) staff very friendly, had to sort and download a voucher that we had but manager helped and him and our server Ellie were patient whilst we did, food was hot and lovely, good choice on salad bar although would of loved fresh onion (thats a tip for pizza hut in general not just this one) hot choc brownie was delicious, restaurant clean, toilets clean, Daughter said I've to Thank the Manager for the dip !!! 🙂 will defo return.

Staff could barely be bothered with us, walked in and staff were just stood on their phones and don't even acknowledge us. Pizza was great and buffet all good, ordered using the QR codes, it might as well be a staff free zone honestly.

Oh my, this took too long to scan table go and through menu we still needed human assistance. Whats wrong with the world. We can't say "mate can i have a pizza" then the dude go tell the cooks. This planet is so disconnected. Franchises like this lack human connection and only bothered about cash. Wow

Serving staff were friendly and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. I also enjoyed the decoration - it's nice to see something that has a little bit of flavour instead of bland neutral furnishings. Buffet was regularly refilled and kitchen staff were communicative on when pizzas were being replaced.

The food was pretty good, still what I remembered, the service was alright, I waved my hands in the air to my server and asked they said they’d take my order us a second but I waited 6 min seeing them chatting at the bar, the chairs were dirty and had crumbs on them also the table had traces and sticky residue so we had to clean it ourselves which is just disgusting! It was quite empty but the bathrooms were nice and colourful! Hope this helped

Greatly improved since we last went, the lady who took our order was brilliant, and the gentleman who checked with us to see if everything was OK was really nice and friendly

Food arrived cold. There was no glaze on crusts and no Garlic dip with chicken bites as expected. Delivery was fine but food quality was poor. Cheese pizza was burnt and chewy.

The staff are SO lovely! The waitress gave up her free meal for my son so he could have a birthday brownie. SO SO amazing. We'll def be coming back!

We came here to get some lunch went inside it was 3/4 empty I asked for the buffet for 3 people and said I'd be back in 2 mins to get the misses. Came back to be told oh it's all booked up now after I was told a table for 3 was fine. Given all the empty tables they could have give us a table or wasn't hooked out before this as she said it was fine really poor

We booked a booth for our daughter’s 18 birthday. We taken to a table and told to scan the QR code and order through the app and pay! Seriously do I need to cook the pizzas too. We then had to ask for glasses for our drinks we paid for. Honestly why have any staff! We had the salad bar which was ok and fresh. The drinks selection was disappointing as they were all sugar free drinks. The pizzas were fresh and freshly cooked, however I did notice that most of the slices either had no cheese or pizza sauce. I was disappointed as a pizza is made of pizza sauce and cheese so why was there none on the what I would call bread bases with toppings. Honestly I ate 2 slices of pizza and 1 salad bowl and 2 drinks for £17. We will not return or order from Pizza Hut ever again. The other pizza famous company dom.inoes are so so much better. For example who would ever pay almost £6 for chips?

Felt like overpriced frozen food, and needs a really deep clean, seats were filthy.

I had a good time with my children for dinner. Vegetarian options are relatively better than other pizza selling brands. My kids enjoyed the ice cream factory and unlimited salad.

Served by Leona in white rose restaurant. Top service. Tasty flatbread meal. Better price with my tastecard too so well worth it

first time coming here, hair in food, rude blue haired manager, staff not wearing proper uniform in kitchen and no hair nets, ignoring me and others after waiting 30+ minutes for buffet food to come out, normally don’t complain but this place is a shambles

The food was lovely. The only issue I had was ordering and paying online. I found it a faff.

Cashless and a silly ordering yourself at the table with a QR code on your phone. I always pay cash, no cash no custom! Whatever happened to good old customer service and human interaction. We left and ate at a restaurant happy to interactand accept hard cash. No more visits to pizza hut for my family.

Leeds white rose center manager didn't want to accept vouchers because they were given at the Bradford restaurant I thought pizza hut was a chain of restaurants !!!! The manager was very unprofessional and not welcoming

First time having a pizza hut buffet in many years and was very disappointed when I finally did the pizza was slow to come out and when it did it was undercooked which made no sense I cannot praise the service as you have to do everything pretty much yourself.

Whole family got food poisoning from here. Pizza hut insisted not, but there's no where else we could have, it was the only meal we shared, we were perfectly healthy on arrival and the one member who didn't get ill didn't eat the pizza!! 111 said the timeline of events showed that pizza hut was highly likely the culprit. Fobbed off by head office as "all restaurants have to log hygiene and cooking temperatures".... individuals can lie, why would they admit to it!? AVOID!! My 2 year old is still really ill with it.

Took the entire family out for a meal on Friday and everyone has suffered from food poisoning. The 2 year old is still have a bad backside. Pizza Hut claim that the food temperatures were cooked at the correct heat, so they are either lying or something in that kitchen contaminated the food.

Worse pizza hut in Leeds, 0/10 customer service. We had a very bad experience.

Bit overpriced for average quality food

My food from buffet was awesome, serving person was lovely. Unfortunately the manager was a Jerk seating me with a lie forcing me to order off my phone scanning QR codes. Thankfully the server came with a POS system and took my order explaining management prefer people to do it them selves. When 2 kids pizzas came overdone the server swiftly removed and stated they would be remade. The manager then for some reason interrupted me eating to explain the colour chart would have passed one but not the other and I should accept it and the next would come out in his words "undercooked" I requested he didn't speak to me again. Everything spot on apart from this.

Could not cut the thin based pizza. Tasteless. Took 2 grandsons. One 5yrs old and one 14 months old. Got a children's meal. And me and husband got the £19.99 deal meal. Went to pay and on the receipt we were charged for an extra salad which was my grandsons n I had a bit and extra ice cream because I used a dish to put a little bit of ice cream in for the little one who did not like it. They were both unlimited aswell. I contested it and the woman said I will have to take it off the bill then. She wasn't very happy neither was I. Who would pay £5.00 for extra salad n £5.00 for a teaspoon of ice cream. Will not be going to the whiterose pizza hit again. Oh n the lettuce was brown yakkkk

Three out of three pizza’s were burnt and extremely thin. We may as well of gone to asda and purchased frozen pizza as the quality would of been better for £52 I’d expect so much more I’m disgusted at the lack of food and quality of food and the service is none existent. To sum up Pizza Hut is daylight robbery and I’ll see hell freeze over before I part with my money in one ever again.

Food was great as always and was also very busy with us going during the buffet. The new spicy pizzas they've brought out are amazing also the loaded chilli cheese bites were not what I was expecting. Over all a lovely experience.

Seats messy and none were clean anywhere. Service quite slow especially if you can’t order on app, they don’t check on you unless you ask. Unfortunately waiting a long time to go, I understand you’re busy however we were here before a lot of people and ended up leaving after.

Went for lunch with hubby and my friend ordered 3 buffets and 3 drinks My husband got a salad and some pizza then he started to feel unwell so I asked the waitress if we could have a take away box as he had hardly eaten anything she said no not on buffets and went away We paid the bill £41 and felt rushed away No customer service specially from the waitress and the manager no empathy at all Won’t be going back

Worst Pizza Hut for customer service in Leeds! Went with my son to redeem the kids eat free deal on o2 priority. The waitress "goes one second I don't think its working" and goes over to an older waitress behind the bar. She then comes back and proceeds to tell me that the o2 deal is not working so I said what do you mean it's not working? She then goes back to the waitress at the bar to be coached on her lies again and then said I can't use it because it's a bank holiday. So I opened up the terms and conditions and showed her well it doesn't say that here. Then she reluctantly accepted the offer code. So ordered food for me and mu son. I was too full to finish mine so asked for a takeaway box, the lady then comes back with the smallest box that you would struggle to fit sides in, despite me showing her I had half a pan pizza and 2 garlic bread pieces to begin with. I politely asked for another box and she comes and rudely throws the box down on the table. And though I had packed the pizza and bread away, my son and I were still picking at the basket of chips and she just comes over and takes everything away without asking if we had finished or anything. Awful experience wouldn't go back if headoffice paid me. Will be bringing the con to the attention of head office and o2 though.

They delivered completely the wrong order

No staff, poir app ordering process, no atmosphere, booth searing very tight Goid pizza.

Had a take out, service was mediocre, like they didn't really want to be there which I can forgive because works rubbish. Had a bbq Americano which tasted a bit farmyardy if that makes sense, ie if smell & taste are related, it tastes like a farmyard smells. Just my opinion, I'm sure others wouldn't agree. My wife, daughter shared an Hawaiian and both enjoyed it.

Came in for the lunch buffet on Saturday with my 4 year old. Never really been that comfortable taking him out to eat but this was a definite hit. The kids meal comes in less than the buffet and was a great option as he was never going to eat that much, but he still managed his pizza, chips and ice cream factory (of course) great treat for him he loved it. Service was quick so no long waits that lead to tantrums, and it's great you can get squash rather than fizzy drinks if you'd rather. For me the buffet was good value, lots of vegetarian options which worked for me. Obviously not the best food, but the quality is good and it was hot and fresh. The staff were great as well, made us very welcome despite being quite busy and were happy to chat with my son which made it special. There aren't many places that are this family friendly and this location gets the balance spot on, will definitely be back.

Found a hair in my cookie dough. Manager came up to me and said ‘obviously it’s a dark hair’ implying the hair was mine because he had prepared the cookie dough. And wasn’t his because he had pink hair. Didn’t even let me get a word in when he had dark hairs on his arms and beard. Completely unacceptable.

Food delivered was luke warm, so had to reheat in microwave which rather took away the firmness of the dough or would have to eat it as it was. Disappointed as over £20 was spent.

Nice friendly restaurant, warm, and welcoming staff shame. There wasn't much choice in pizza . On a plus if you like pineapple on pizza, there was plenty. 🤢 not for me tho

The atmosphere is pleasant, and there is enough space to walk around the buffet at Whiterose in Leeds. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful.

Visit here quite a lot for the lunchtime buffet, never no issues. always a good selection of pizza, pasta and salad. It's always nice and clean and the staff are always on hand and friendly.

It's okay I guess. A little pricey at £10 for a pizza especially when you have a better rival opposite for less money.

We visited for the buffet lunch just before Christmas. We pre-booed and glad we did as although it was 1:30pm it was still busy and a queue for those without reservations was 14-20 minute Buffet options were great and often replenished Only downside was the lack of blackcurrant juice and the 10 minute wait for someone to deal with us

A lovely place. Years since I've been to a Pizza Hut, because there isn't one near me. The staff were friendly and helped give the place a great feel. The pizza was some of the best I've had.... very tasty with a good amount of topping. Also a great selection. The atmosphere in this Pizza Hut was great and can't wait to visit again. A little nippy inside thought

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. This one is quite new so it's okay. I just can't believe how expensive it is now. 2 adults, 3 kids and the bill was around £80. Only 3 individual pizzas and a couple of kids meals.

New ordering system is very poorly thought out. Its whole premise depends entirely on a working wifi or strong 4g availability. At my local pizza hut it had neither. So we spent 20 minutes trying to complete our order and received scant help from the staff. Just seems a great corporate boardroom idea that just doesent work practically. You go out for a meal to be stress free and enjoyable and this was just the opposite, we were even told it may charge us twice. I wont be visiting pizza hut again for a long time if ever. The customer experience has been declining for years as too are the pizzas. Taking people for granted. Not for me im afraid

Lawrence was fantastic at this branch, couldn’t help enough. Shame about the gentleman greeting customers though, score would have been 5 but he was rude and not very welcoming.

Went in the use meerkat meals voucher as should have been able to use it on a weekday. Sat at our table and told to order via QR code. Asked how I applied meerkat meals discount and was Advised they decided not to accept it “because it’s Christmas” despite T&Cs on the app saying it should be accepted. Absolutely spot on today during our visit to the White Rose.

Friendly staff, Everything was clean and constantly topped up for the buffet, salad bar, and ice cream factory.

Pizza was tough and dry hardly any tomato sauce on the base, cheese was dry pepperoni was tasteless

Great value for money and the pizza selection was great but being there and seeing first hand what folk will do to get the last slice of pizza is a total shock, the Pizzas were coming out at a rapid pace so the longest we were waiting was a 1 minute but the pushing and shoving and queue jumping was a joke, great place to go for a lunch buffet if you love pizza and enjoy people watching. Thank you

Always had good experiences here. I have been here plenty of times and am usually met by two women, one who is a manager and one who is a waitress and bot have always been very nice and cheerful towards both myself and my family, making the entire time there pleasant for us all. Today however we were Met by a different manager. Male with short brown hair. It was very clear from the moment we arrived that he did not want to be there. He seemed reluctant (at best) to find us a table and spoke in only quick, short sentences. He was pushing us towards using the QR scan which we do not like to do and told us it would be a 10 minute wait for a server otherwise. We told him we wanted a buffet anyway and he shortly stated that it's the same no matter what we order. There was no welcoming customer service or anything and that's why I am giving four stars rather than five. I Hope when I come again the women will be in.
