Deniros Pizza in Barnsley

Having changed hands, for the better may I add, the prices have also changed, so ordered a pizza 10.90, then payed 1.50 for deep pan, then 3.50 for stuff crust! Result 15.90 for 11 inch!

Have been coming here years and it’s my second visit since the new owners have took over . My first visit I got chicken burger and chips and was spot on - really enjoyed it ! Second visit I ordered the chicken burger again , and a pizza . Again the burger was lovely ( just a typical southern fried chicken burger , chips ) bread is always lovely and soft . However the pizza was a bit of a let down , quite dry and tasteless . The kids didn’t complain so it wasn’t an issue however me an my partner wasn’t fussed so probably wouldn’t bother with a pizza next time but will be back for other things on the menu . All staff helpful and polite too !

Always have the mixed kebab from here along with a garlic bread and we are never disappointed. Just recently we have had the milk shakes as well. My grandson loves them. Free bottle of coke if you spend over a certain amount too.

£3-£4 delivery for 2mins down the road ?? Foods nice but that delivery charge is very off putting :(

The pizzas from here are lovely! The new owners have turned this place around! I am so happy with all the service from these guys - definitely will buy again!

oh my god where do i start, this god of a chef creates legendary art in the form of pizza. each bite will instantly cause an outer body experience. The food will cause your mouth to explode with intense flavour and bless your nostrils with the scent of italys finest. well it could be that or the fact am hella stoned right now and everything tastes class

Ordered a chicken Parmesan, being from Middlesbrough this was not a Parmo it was an over priced chicken breast with a bit of cheese on. 15 mins late, chips were cold and pizza wasn’t great. Won’t be ordering again.

Only down fall was that the pizza & garlic bread weren’t sliced

Wouldnt recomend to anyone the idea of a calzone is a folded pizza which contains cheese and some kind of flavour I physically couldn't finish the food all dry and no taste was very disappointed not only was it late the food quality was poor and will not be ordering again No cheese or sauce in calzone and wrap was exactly same no taste over cooked dry meat

This restauraunt has changed ownership and i personally have noticed the change in service. Meals arrive HOT, pizzas are cut, the packaging is brilliant! Since the chip boxes have changed I've said goodbye to soggy chips and hello to crispy and fresh. The donner meat is absolutely beautiful too and you can tell that the meat is more expensive than previously. The portion sizes are bigger than they were before and the shop looks so much cleaner too.

Seems to have gone massively downhill lately and I've been a deniros customer for years. My pizza was very small, minimal toppings and portion sizes are questionable, theres no consistency. Last few orders have been delivered late and cold and you always get the 'it's on its way' response before they even know your order details. Never want to post a bad review but my current experiences have made me decide not to use my local takeaway again.

Lovely takeaway, food was super hot and tasty!!

£4.90 for 4 chicken wings (rip off) that we didn’t eat as they looked unappetising and tasted old. Usually happy with food here but that was a Let down. The calzone Kiev also wasn’t as nice has it has been before won’t be ordering it again. Shame usually really Good.

Beautiful food and cooked to perfection! Best garlic mushrooms from a takeaway we’ve had. Such wonderful staff, the chef even took us home!!

Great delivery service but the order was missing items. Chicken parmesan says comes with chips, no chips. Asked for salad with calzone, no salad.

Chips looked and tasted like they had been around a long while then warmed up in microwave. Salad was good on the burger but the burger was not good and the bread disintegrated.

Ordered two pizzas - neither had been cut! Tops of both pizzas swimming in grease. Chips were ok but boxes were so melted left a plastic taste on the top late of the chips.

Pizza is never cut. Flavourless donner meat and extremely overflowing grease and oil on the garlic bread with cheese with oily, greasy old chips. Used to be the favourite shop to go but I think this will be the last time it's ordered from here.

Topping slid to one side..driver explained they were having trouble making the pizzas. Wouldnt just own up and admit it was because hed been speedin round corners

All food was fresh and very good! And came early.

The pizzas from here are delicious. Always arrive early and piping hot. The only downside is they dont cut the pizza into slices.

The food was a bit dead to be honest. I think the chips had been stood there for about 2 hour and they made the garlic bread out off cardboard. Better places out there. Only good thing was it come early

Dont know why I bothered ordering again from here. Portion sizes are pitiful compared to every other takeaway. Chips and donnar meat its usually crammed in a takeaway carton anywhere else, not here, half full, and costs more.

Food was terrible. Chips/wedges cold, tasted like they’d been microwaved. Garlic bread with cheese looked and tasted like something from a supermarkets value brand and wasn’t cut, was greasy. The pizza was undercooked, greasy and uncut. The chicken kebab was lukewarm and a smaller portion than last time and the meat was grisly. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. NEVER AGAIN! EVER!!! Delivery time was pretty much spot on. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Fast service but cheap produce, Donna meat tasteless and chilli sauce tastes like tinned tomatoes ,, garlic sauce like water,,, can’t even be bothered to cut the pizzas up 🤔 🍕

Pizza looked old, like it had been sat waiting for someone to order it. Probably the reason why it only took 15 minutes from time of order, to it being delivered. It also arrived barely warm so had to stick it in the microwave. I also ordered a bottle of Pepsi which arrived warm. I thought the reason they charged over the odds per bottle was because you got them chilled. Not sure I'll order again

Ordered Sugar free Coke being diabetic. Delivered none sugar free. Thanks a bunch... Wish these guys could get the order correct. Its not difficult its what your business is all about read the fing order!!!!. Don't think any order paced has been correct!!!!!!!!

Ridiculous service- took nearly two hours for food to be delivered, rung them twice and both times I was told it would take 5-10 minutes when in reality it took another 35 minutes. When I called I got no apology and didn’t seem like they were that bothered that it was late. Then they hadn’t even bothered to cut the pizza at all which I thought would be a normal thing to do. Completely shocking service

The mussles were off. They had green nasty stuff inside. The chips were not cooked properly. The salad was not fresh. We won’t order from there again now.

I order nearly every week from Deniros and I used to love their kebabs but last couple of times the size of them has drastically got smaller, todays the meat doesn’t even fill the pitta it was like a starter very disappointing think a new takeaway is needed

One pizza arrived with toppings all slid to one side. 3-4th time this has occurred. Possibly driver has bucket seats. Pizza tastes good but looks awful

I ordered a Parisian burger and chicken burger both with salad and both with chips what I got was a plain burger and a cheese burger! Nothing like wha I had ordered. So I rang the restaurant and they promised to re-make the order and send it. So I waited and waited.. turns up late, and they only bring a chicken burger...so I asked were my Parisian burger was and he said you’ve got it! I said that’s a plain burger I ordered a Parisian burger....the guy just shrugged and walked of! I would like what I’ve paid for. Not some plain burger with no sauce no onion rings and no salad... not even offered anything for free when they made the mistake the first time! These people clearly should not be in business

Very disappointed. The chips looked like they were 5 days old, greasy, hard and inedible! Kebab ok. No sauce or salad came with my Torpedo Prawns. No drink either. I ordered via just eat and the total amount owed in cash stated it was £15.50 but the delivery driver charged me £16. Total waste of money! Sort it please

There was no pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza 🤭 The pizza & garlic bread pizza we’re not sliced and there was tomato on the prawn salad when I asked for no tomato. Food was still delicious so it won’t stop me ordering again!

The pizza itself was amazing. A great tasting pizza. The only downside was that it was barely warm by the time it arrived. Had to stick it in the microwave

The pizza was rock hard no softness to it the kebab meat was really dry and just thrown on top of pizza when i have always known for it to be chopped up and be in with the cheese. The chips were disgusting too some were dark brown and not appetizing at all. Would never order again.

Unfortunately, it's not a good review this time. The delivery driver didn't follow the additional instructions I gave so the food was cold. He also forgot the £2 bottle of coke. I called, and she said she would send it ASAP, but it never showed up. What a shame.

Worst order ever!! Don5 order from these.. 1hr 30 mins wait for a freezing cold delivery and definitely not what was described on the order, paid 24 pound for a flat cold kebab ( that is 80% salad and 20 meat!! 4 wing's and a stale garlic bread with cheese.. and a few cheesy chips WOULDN'T SUGGEST ORDERING FROM THIS TAKEAWAY TO ANYBODY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CUSTOMSERVICE IS DIABOLICAL

As always food was great. Delivery was early. Not usually a problem but the restaurant changed the delivery time from 9pm to 9.30pm then delivered at 8.30pm. I can't understand why it was changed?

I use this takeaway regularly & very disappointed with the food tonight. Mixed kebab had very little chicken or kebab meat & no salad despite saying I wanted salad. Always seems to be items missing or get the order wrong. :(

Went for the light options tonight & it was still lovely. The chicken kebab is delicious, quite clearly freshly cooked & very tasty. The prawn cocktail salad was great too.

wow! what a disappointment! since I last ordered here a week ago and loved it! they’ve changed the dough and it’s like cardboard, burger buns changed and dry, burgers of far worse quality and minimal soggy salad, and they even managed to forget the sweetcorn on the pizza despite me paying an extra +80p to add it! I really used to like this place and have been ordering for the last year. unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again.

4 order item order of which two were missing. This place regally fails to deliver what you originally order with a high level of consistency. Recommend not to order from them unless your looking for disappointment.
