Americanos Pizza in Barnsley

Ordered a lasagne. It was absolutely vile. Never seen a lasagne. Thick gloopy pasta with a teaspoon of tasteless cold non descript meat. Horrible cheddar cheese (in a lasagne!!!) No clue how to cook food. Prob cost a quid from Iceland. Atrocious.,

Very late order. Ordered before 7pm didn’t arrive until 9pm

The worst thing I've ever had. No salad in my burger, very bad customer service, smelly food I don't recommend it.

why put a cold can of pop in an insulated bag to keep food warm? ended up with warm pop and soggy food.

Order didn’t show up so I rang up, unfortunately the new driver had delivered to the wrong address. Nearly 1 am and the guy on the phone made my food and delivered himself even through restaurant was closed. We appreciate it very much, always top quality from americanos

took longer than expected but everything was still warm when arrived, tango and some chips missing but other than that everything was lovely

Unfortunately the last 2 times I've ordered they have given us thin crust instead of deep pan. it's so disappointing as I really wanted deep pan. I hope this review is seen and they are more careful going forwards as I really like the pizza. driver also went to the wrong house initially so the pizza was cold

food was still frozen when arrived. tried getting my money back on just eat but only could get a credit of %40 of what I paid for the item. I will not be ordering from just eat again and closing my account.

Amazing food as always. Our favourite place in Barnsley. Pizzas are beautiful, chips are always fresh and food arrives hot. I really appreciate them reading the notes and adding on a few extras I asked for. X

I had the Americano special Kebab. Hands down the best kebab in Barnsley. It was warm, the chicken & lamb was tender. The donner meat was lovely. Plenty of meat, I don't know if the garlic sauce is handmade or shop bought but its very nice. Only downside there isn't enough garlic sauce but that's personal preference. Superb food.

Got a takeaway of a chicken kebab and it was terrible, chicken was barley warm, the kebab was thrown together to a point I couldn't even pick it up and the chicken was full of gristle. Absolutely terrible

Delivery called to say he delivered our food which he hadn’t my husband watched him come down the road and turn back round. Tried calling and he refused to answer. Finally came back to the house and the food was freezing. Never ordering again!!

they did get me my food which is amazing by the way but it was the wrong size but they gave me back the difference which was great of them, I left happy and will still be coming back.

Great pizza and could be one of the best tasting, but arrived Luke warm which let it down. Would definitely order again and I will review again as the pizza would have been 5* if arrived hot.

Something has changed about the pizzas. Really are delicious!! They tasted same when we first order from here some years back. Ordered from royston and it still came warm. Only thing is that we ordered two pots of garlic sauce but we didn't receive them.

Food barely warm missing items and delivery drive was so rude rung our number as “we didn’t answer the door” Baring in mind we have a ring doorbell so saw everything and he never even tried to knock or anything then when we was grabbing the food of him started mumbling stuff and calling names never again if that’s how we get treated disgusting behaviour

Order was wrong. Ordered chicken shish kebab got some sort of mixed kebab with what looked liked very pale kebab meat. Not sure if was supposed to be lamb kebab but wouldn’t even risk feeding it to the dog. Been using you for years with no issues but tonight the food was shocking

Alway amazing quality food my go too

Never before have I received a burned pizza as burned as the one I got, almost fell into ash when picked up. The chips are way too soft and undercooked and the chicken wings were wet and slimy even though battered, it almost made me sick to think they charge that much for essentially just ash and slime

Pizzas tasted lovely but they were that thin you couldn't pick a slice up without the toppings sliding off all over the place. Ordered deep pan stuffed crust and the base was very thin. Would have been OK if eaten with a knife and fork.

Ordered at 6.40pm was told would be 7.45 to 8.05. I rang at 8.15 after not being updated on delivery they said was on way. No apology no explanation just didn't care

I moved away from Barnsley a while back. Every time I’m home I order my kebab. My mum has her pizza and my friend comes round for theirs too. Oh the food is lovely! Good quality, piping hot and tasty. Just lovely! Sat happy eating a wonderful tea. Nowt like it just brilliant 😃

The driver was very polite and the food was delicious arrived early.

Been getting my pizzas and calzones from here for a while. The pizzas are out of this world and so are the calzones. Plenty of topping and if you ask for extra cheese on something you actually get extra cheese. Drivers are lovely and very polite and so are the restaurant staff. Would 100% recommend:)

Food showed up 30 mins late (I live a 6 min drive away). The food that arrived was the wrong food and also cold then the driver told me he would go get my food and never came back

Good food and great delivery service

In my humble opinion, this is not a bad place to order food from. I have had the pleasure of buying a chicken Kebab, and it was fresh and spiced well and cooked well. I have had cheese burgers and fries, and I must admit I enjoyed the meal. The price is fare for what you get, and delivery is usually prompt. You can not dine in here either you go and buy to take away or you can phone in personally or on the just eat and uber app. I recommend this place for quick fast food's.

£10 for the XXL kebab, asked for no bread, at home 90 minutes later only half way thru rest is tomorrow lunch. Doner very tasty, lamb and chicken still taste of BBQ.. chili sauce just right. Huge box of super tasty meat great work lads, after 20 years I can still rely on you. Keep up the good work. Graham and Kung @old number 7.

So when they let you place a order at 12.30 at night despite saying gthey were open and still taking orders saying delivery don't expect your food my delivery time was for 1.35 and it never turned up despite the just eat app saying enjoy your food disgusting service should have the decency to tell you your foods not coming

That food was bussin fr fr, I knew as soon as the first portion of cheesy fries was quickly inhaled by me that there was a new boss in town, papa ginos got nuthin on this ordered an 8 inch pepperoni pizza and when I measured it nothing made me more happy than the fact it was 8.78 inch, i gave my girlfriend the first quick nibble and she said she wanted to give me serious slop top that night unfortunately for her I couldn’t hold back the need for a taste but she wouldn’t let go so I beat her severely and her body lay there morbidly while I scrambled away at the pizza enjoying every mouthful, the dog sniffed at her to check she was okay but then started to hump her body, to my surprise she woke up after the Brutus Camelot punch I gave her she said she couldn’t remember where she was so I gave her a whiff of the pizza box and the scent got that girl throbbing fr fr so I still got serious slops, never been as happy win win in my eyes

Had pizza from here many times now and would say they are the best pizzas plenty of topping and an amazing base. Friendly helpful staff and a clean working environment would definitely recommend to a friend.

What a joke ,Ordered donner burger dm&chips x2 , hour and half later food came ,burger cold in middle,pop missing ,we requested a specific driver not to come to the house due to his demina but they let him come anyway n showed no remorse when challenged, Best thing about food was pizza

Ordered a doner kebab and got a burger, 10 mile from home. Called to complain and was told I’m rude!!!!!!

Absolute joke of a place. Ordered a kebab and a burger at early evening while in there Half hour later after 3 other people who came in after us had received their orders I asked where mine was. I was told another 10 mins. When I asked why I was questioned if I was being racist. All other customers in there said "what you on about been racist he's not said anything like that" I got my money back and the got abuse and assault from one of the drivers who if she wasn't female I would have dropped without thinking. Never again

The Order never arrived and when I rang them when it was 30 mins late they told me it was on its way so i waited and nothing and when I tried to phone again it was too late as they shut so bare faced lies

The worst food i have ever had the displeasure of stumbling across, l gave the majority to my dog who now tries to bite me every time i come near him. To call this Pizza is an insult to Italy, and to call this food is an insult to humanity. It was some how burnt and raw at the same time. The abysmal taste refused to leave my mouth and kept me awake for hours, I ordered the kebab for my girlfriend, and now we have to attend advanced couples therapy because of trust issues. If you hate your internal organs and have the taste buds of a picket fence this is the place to be. The only positive from the experience is that i got a day off work because i was bed bound the next morning, reason being that both my entry and exit ports are leaking fluid like a X reg Transit van.

Last time we came here (2 weeks ago) we tried to order face to face-whilst taking our order, 3 times the girl answered the phone and took their order first! So rude! Challenged her about this apparently its what they do, she said who else is going to answer it! Don't know why we went back again last night so rude again practically threw the pizza across the counter, when asked why they said because they are busy! very aggressive, rude staff! Asked to refund food and we left.!

donner meat not cooked right and garlic mayo horrible

Always ordered from here for years they fetched my takeaway tonight no problem but an hour later the delievery driver started banging on my door that much he scared my child and i mean banging not knocking bcos they didn't get I had paid for my order on line. ...bang out of line. Lucky for him my partner wasn't home

Placed an order for collection when I turned up no record of my order. They had to take it again and I had to wait in the shop for 30 minutes whilst my order was being prepared. All thd while just eat drivers were coming and going. A free bottle of Pepsi just wasn't good enough will not be going back
