We always have a great meal at Pizza Express, the food always comes out correct, very tasty, hot and freshly made. It was the same again this time. All the staff we encountered on this visit were brilliant. On arrival (we were a tiny bit early) our table wasn’t quite ready, but the gent who did the meet and greet at the front desk, (with the Pokemon tattoo) guessed who we were, and told us they were prepping our table and it would be ready asap. He kept us informed in a really enthusiastic and caring manner. The lady who served us for our meal was so pleasant and friendly. When she brought the food out she remembered who had ordered what, and both members of staff were so lovely to my 8 year old son. They both seemed to love working there, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great experience as usual! At the end, the lady brought our receipt and ensured I knew how much money I had saved with her various offers and discounts. The name on the receipt is ‘Leigh T’. If that is the name of the lady who served us, then the managers need to recognise how wonderful she is, she is a really lovely member of staff and her customer service skills are always fantastic. I am hard to please when dining out for food as it can be very expensive, and disappointing when the food comes out wrong, or cold, or if the service is bad, but I can definitely praise the staff for the service and the chefs for the great food! We will be returning!

Went at 10.15 and they said they were shut.

Took order and payment then an hour later has been marked as delivered suddenly and no food delivered and no answer at restaurant phone.

So double american cheese ….. no cheese little bit peperoni waaaaw never ever most horrible pizza in town

Great pizza from Fanellis. The pizza arrived quickly…and hot. It was well priced and had lots of topping. Very tasty and some left over for tomorrow. Would definitely order from them again.

food was luke warm and soggy chips, probably best not to deliver to Strensall from City of York

Don't bother ordering delivery service non existence to me 2.5 hours plus still waiting called them 11 times no answer

Haagen Dazs ice cream tasted peculiar. Upon closer inspection it was over 4 months past the best before date.

Superfast delivery of excellent quality, delicious pizza. Always exceed expectations. Highly recommended.

The chips are beautifully cooked & the gentlemen working are the kindest souls. God bless them.
