Amigos pizza and kebab in Norwich

Chips were delicious along with garlic bread. Didn’t have too long of a wait for delivery. Only drawbacks was the pizza was rather bland and made me unwell the following morning

Ordered takeaway twice now and will be ordering again in future! Portion sizes are great and very good customer service. My partner loves their donner kebab and their donner wraps and their chips are nice. Nothing is overly greasy like we've seen at other kebab takeaways. Will try out their pizza next time too and see what that is like

cheese was plasticy and rank the pizza is worse than store bought and when i ordered i wanted chicken wings but got a doner kebab instead and it cost 21£ for that never going to order from here again absolutely shocking

Always great kebabs, generous portions, tasty and slight charring, cooked to perfection. Crispy chips as we like them also. Sad to have moved away from them but we stop when passing.

Absolutely horrific chicken kabab opened the box to find 4 pieces of what I think is chicken in a horrid spice an a tiny side salad!!! Normal Donna ( no red cabbage ) That didn’t mean hide the red cabbage under the pitta so it all soaks in to the bread !!!! Rip off will not be using them again waste of money and we both still hungry as didn’t eat !!!!

Food delivered,completely wrong kebab when I eventually got through to complain and explain I was told I had the correct kebab, I know what was delivered, eventually someone came round collected incorrect kebab and correct kebab was delivered within half an hour, No apologies, way was dealt with was disgusting and messed up eating with family

Friendly staff, pleasant enough flavour kebab that is not overly greasy. Plenty of meat in the large kebab, but the salad is served under the pitta which can make the bread go a bit soggy if left there for too long.

First time visiting on my partner’s recommendation. Monster portions, fresh food, and great service. Will be coming back.

Absolutely fabulous experience, my favourite pizza place in Norwich! Delivery is always quick, food arrives and is always good quality and perfect temperature, service from delivery drivers is always pleasant! Would definetely recommend!

I had special mixed kebab and humus 7up to wash it down with 10 mins wait tender meat cooked freshly I thought it was great. (Always better to pick up a kebab. Never use Just Eat etc no way)

So the staff are amazing. I went in once with hiccups and they actually cured me lickity split. Every time I've gone in they've been so friendly! The food is overall top-notch. I've had burgers and nuggets, chips, kebab and it was all great. My only gripe is the pizza. The pizza is terrible. Bought two recently and honestly they were some of the worst pizzas I've bought, appalled I spent £23 on them. They were actually so incredibly salty that they have aggravated and burned/inflamed the corners of my mouth and it's really painful. Avoid the pizza but literally anything else is delicious!

Very good kebabs, wide selection to choose from, the quality of the meat that they use is very good quality. In my opinion the best kebabs in the city.

Are a large seafood pizza from here on Saturday, had diarrea for 24 hours, it’s now Monday, I’ve had to call in sick at work because I can’t stop soiling myself and have a rash around my anus, I’m going to the doctor at 4 today, I think this may be cause for a tribunal

I ordered a doner meat burger but the meat tasted a little strange but consumed it anyway. between 1-2 hours after eating I started been sick and having bad diarrhoea which lasted all night and the entire next day also.. My entire day was ruined and have had very little sleep because of eating here... I will NEVER order from here again, Clearly there are health concerns there. The doner meat seems to be the issue.

Walked there in the cold & snow. Opening time said 3pm. I got there & they looked at me like I was an alien and said they do not open until 4pm. They where very rude, unfriendly & unprofessional. Changed their opening times, then when a customers questions why it was not update, you get treated like garbage. Avoid at all costs. Definitely would not recommend!

Thanks so much. Having a hard time with food at the moment and it's so nice to just drop in before a game and pick up a perfectly good no tomato pizza to solve the problem. Quick and perfect for game night.

Don't take card only cash, which isn't the end of the world as a cash point is next door. Sadly though the pizza wasn't great and didn't agree to well with me the next day.

My kebab arrived on time as per delivery but the lamb was raw, I didn't eat it and binned the whole thing, just don't trust it if it's that raw and slimy. I'd eat it pink but this was raw in the middle! Won't be returning

Gone down hill lately, barely any meat in kebab nowadays, hardly any salad, if u want the sauce in a pot instead of covered on the kebab they charge you more, best of going round the corner to USA chicken and getting it where they look after their regulars Amigos continues to get worse and worse! Always will to give people a second chance, but this time it's actually horrendous and a rip off. Ordered a pizza and kebab this time, the kebab meat was rizla thin and pitta was soaked, and the hawaiian pizza was pathetic, 8 could of counted the pineapple pieces on one hand. Really is a joke!! Still getting worse!! Feb 2022, clearly a change of hands, food is minimal and expensive, attitutude poor, chips and pitta cost almost 3 quid!!! Hand full of chip in u toasted pitta, put together in letlss than 20 secs and tossed at you,

Shocking food, shocking prices, lacklustre attitude, go the extra 100 yards up to use fried chicken!! Couldnt believe I order a simple chips in pitta... Was done in 5 seconds, pitta wasn't toasted, warm chips scooped from a tray behind counter, bagged and basically thrown at me. 2.60 for a small pitta and about 20 chips, daylight robbery Avoid at all costs!!!!

Been going here for years now there kebab is brilliant bit annoying to have to bay £6 for a medium kebab coming from London as its extremely cheap there but the taste is tremendous and the garlic sauce is extravagant. The chips and fresh and lovely. Still so much i haven't tried but I can assure you it will be nice.

Friendly staff. Doner Kebabs served a bit strangely, as pitas are split in middle rather than the top. Meat flavour & texture ok, but no dressing on salad, which I prefer. Price is ok.

Got a message saying delivered on just eat 30 mins later I rang up he said 2 mins 40 mins later it arrived cold driver was high and just laughed his eyes were red and clearly stopped for a smoke before delivery stay well away order was also wrong what a joke it’s against the law to drive under influence

Chicken kebab.. Chicken was coated in something tasted horrible.. Worst kebab ever.. Tasted Indian spice flavours.. Just wanted grilled chicken. Salad was limited and looked like it was all thrown together.. Never again

The worst service, and rudest staff, I've ever known. I don't often post negative reviews but felt I had to make an exception to save others the aggravation. The order (midweek btw) was nearly an hour late before we called to check for an update. We were told the driver couldn't find our address (nobody else seems to have any trouble?), and no attempt to call us to let us know. Waited for 10 more minutes before calling again and being told the same thing. "What do you want me to do my man" was the repeated response. No apology, just blaming us for our post code not 'coming up on maps' (even though it actually does and no one has ever had a problem. We had even given directions to them). Anyway, the guy hung up on me. I called back and he said all he can do is cancel the order, he's busy, and hung up on me again. I can't comment on the food, it never reached us. Save yourself the bother though ...

I am so not happy !!!I placed an order on Saturday 9th May at 3.14pm .My order was.........-Quarter pounder with cheese and salad and mayonnaise-Chicken shish wrap with lots of onions and mayonnaise-Prawn cocktail-Chips CHICKEN AND LAMB SHISH KEBAB WITH SALAD , LOTS OF TOMATOES AND NO SAUCEMy order came to £25The order was right apart from my kebab !!!! I got a lamb wrap with onions and mayonnaise . There was NO chicken and NO salad and worst of all I am allergic to mayonnaise so i wouldn't of asked for it.I phoned amigos in Norwich straight away to ask where my kebab was and i ended up arguing with one of the staff saying i didnt order a kebab ! And i can assure u i did . Weve had food from there a few times and its always been perfect.I was waiting for them to bring me out my kebab that i ordered but NO it didnt happen .

Just got home from work as a healthcare worker. Fnaceid a drink so dropped in there as the co-OP was shut. Asked for a bottle of coke. Got a 1.5ltr for 2.50 pounds. What a rip off. And heard them laughing as I walked round the corner. Will never use them again.

Always decent from Amigo. When i pop in the staff are friendly. I had a delivery this evening and it was delivered hot and exactly what i wanted. This is always my first choice kebab and burger place. Thanks

Wouldn’t go anywhere else huge menu choice tried most of dishes over the time every one awesome fresh plentiful great service usually delivered no hassle not long to wait reasonably priced too !! Been around for quite a while ordered in just eat app never disappointed 💕💕💕

The food is always tasty however we’ve been very much let down on delivery tonight (currently eating crisp sarnies on the sofa!). Despite the setback we will continue to use Amigos - more reliable deliveries going forward please!

We ordered the food and was told 45mins to hour the food adventually turned up 1hr 40mins. I telephoned on two occasions and was told its on its way. Traffic was due to football but I told her Norwich were playing away. The food was absolute rubbish and all went in the bin, as was cold and pizza should have been ham, mushrooms and pineapple. I was luckily if there was one mushroom in the whole cold pizza. I wil never order from Amigo again

One of the best if not the best quality take away' of its sort in Norwich. Been visiting for many many years now and its never yet let me down on quality... Collect or delivery equally good.

Lovely food so far from the new owners only problems for me is the cheese isn't always melted on the chips and I adore gooyey cheese and the garlic sauce is weaker than normal but I'm a massive garlic lover still lovely though

of takeaway pizzas as you never know what you are going to get. Dominos/Pizza Hut offer thin bases but this was a bit of a lucky dip. It ended up being the stodgy version! Topping sort of all right but would not go back.

I never used to eat kebabs, until I went to Turkey on holiday & tried a shish kebab & loved them. That was a few years ago & since then we’ve ordered these from Amigos where they’re completely tasty, salad is always fresh & plenty of it. Go for the large shish, good value for money. Service has always been really good too, tho we always collect. We’ve tried other places but Amigos kebabs are by far the best.

The prawn cocktail was beautifully fresh and plenty of it, the steak was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious, the chips had flavour, something you don't get often. We loved this meal, not something we would normally order from a take away, but we'll definitely order again. Good job.

Ordered 2 pizzas both of which the bases were undercooked. Payed £1 for extra sweet corn on one but no sweet corn added. Tried to ring to complain but phone was constantly engaged!!

Food was nice enough but sauce was missing off the kebab which meant it was a bit dry. Sauce makes the kebab great. :( Can’t fault delivery time though, that was great.

2hours?? Just to deliver food! And to top it off the food was cold and absolutely DISGUSTING! After over an hour of waiting, my partner gave them a call to find out where it had got to. The bloke told us it could take another half hour to an hour... because we live so far away.. lol I checked on the maps and we live 18mins away! HORRIBLE FOOD! BAD SERVICE AND TIME WASTERS!
