Pizza Express in Norwich

Great good, great staff and very accommodating. My only critique is that if you request a quiet corner because you have two teenage boys with special needs, please don’t then sit a child next to us (if possible). People with special needs are very sensitive to noise, which is why I asked for a quiet area. It’s difficult to manage.

As a regular at Pizza Express, I’ve come to appreciate not only the consistently high quality of food but also the attentive and friendly service that the chain is known for. Every time, whether it’s a casual lunch or a weekend dinner, I leave impressed by the standards of food and welcoming atmosphere. That’s why I was quite surprised by my recent experience at the Norwich branch, where, while the food was up to the usual Pizza Express standard, the service left much to be desired. To start on a positive note, the food was, as always, delicious. Pizza Express has a menu that perfectly balances classic and contemporary dishes, and my meal at this location was no different. Each dish was prepared with care, and the flavors were spot on. It’s evident that the kitchen team here maintains the brand's culinary standards, and in that regard, the Norwich branch certainly did not disappoint. However, the service on this visit was somewhat disappointing, particularly in terms of courtesy and professionalism. While the initial interactions with staff were satisfactory, it was at the end of the meal that the experience took an unexpected turn. After receiving our bill, we paid the amount, which already included a standard service charge. In the past, when choosing not to add an additional tip, we’ve always received a friendly farewell. Staff members typically remain polite, engaging, and thank us on our way out – a gesture that leaves a positive impression and often brings us back for more. Unfortunately, this time, the reaction was far from what I’ve come to expect from Pizza Express. Upon noticing that we hadn’t added an additional tip, our waitress visibly reacted with frustration and even seemed to “run away” without a simple goodbye, thank you, or any other courteous exchange. This behavior struck me as not only unprofessional but, frankly, a bit childish. A standard in customer service is that guests should feel appreciated, regardless of whether they choose to add a gratuity, especially when a service charge is already applied. This uncharacteristic behavior was unsettling, and while it may have been an isolated incident, it still affected our experience. It’s entirely possible that the waitress was having a difficult day, and if so, I sincerely hope things improve for her. However, personal issues shouldn’t compromise professionalism or how customers are treated. This experience has been an outlier, as I’ve only encountered such behavior here at the Norwich branch – never at any other Pizza Express location. I would appreciate it if management could reach out to discuss this matter further, as I believe this staff member could benefit from additional support in handling customer interactions, especially in challenging situations. Pizza Express has built a reputation for not just great food but also warm and reliable service, and I hope that, with some guidance, the Norwich branch can consistently reflect these standards.

Great lunchtime pizza here at St. Benedicts PizzaExpress. Not only was the food delicious but the staff were so friendly helpful and patient showing us how to use our PizzaExpress club app and explaining food and drink options and making sure we got out quickly. Thank you very much for making this a really lovely experience. We had the bonus of a meal deal so we ate pizza for £8 . What a treat thanks to the hardworking Chef Ben and waitresses Denise and Jane.

Renovation is nice. Atmosphere is cosy and comfortable. The new lobby means customers are not noticed straight away and can be waiting longer as you can't be seen very easily Not much point having branded Cutlery for every set to be spoiled with endless water stains. Pizza was delicious. Server was kind and friendly but would've been better if had been more enthusiastic. Seems the management don't hype the staff up? A lot of good improvements since my last visit The new proccess of paying on the app makes it a lot easier when ready to pay the bill and leave. Would be better if you could order drinks on the app.

Had such a lovely evening at pizza express, really lovely wine and food and Rachel was just the loveliest despite working on her own with loads of tables!!! Food was quick and very yummy :) definitely the better pizza express here in Norwich!

Decent place to have a delicious pizza! We had a newly introduced Pasta dish...I highly recommend it as a must have at Pizza Express.

The pizza guy flew my order with a drone... is their like an update i missed?

I used to come to this Pizza express weekly for years up until Covid hit. The staff here used to be absolutely amazing - so friendly, chatty and excellent at what they did. I don’t know what’s happened since Covid hit. We came after Covid, and all the staff we knew had gone. The new waiter pointed to a table and said ‘you can sit over there, it might be dirty though’ (erm, what?!) - it wasn’t a great experience, and we didn’t rush back. However, we visited today and were so disappointed by how downhill it’s gone. There were six tables in total the whole time we were there in use, yet the service was so slow. The table was dirty - it still had sauce on. The glasses were cloudy. We had starters and mains which were nice. When our dishes were collected, we weren’t asked how the food was. We waited 15 minutes for our dessert order to be collected before we gave up and decided to go and find someone to ask for the bill. What has happened to this place?! Such a shame, it used to be such a favourite of ours. Sadly, we won’t return again.

Used to be a great place to go for food, now obviously understaffed felt really sorry for the two ladies working running all over the place trying their best. Waited over 20 minutes for a drink then decided to leave to go somewhere with enough staff to serve people which was a shame as our pizza was lovely and was looking forward to a dessert.

We randomly dropped in to have some food at 3.30pm on Saturday 7th September. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a 'no problem' attitude. Great service, food and a lovely table outside. Clara went above and beyond for us.

This place has just become my favourite places to eat. Great atmosphere, great service and brilliant food. Friendly attentive snd well worth the money. Highly recommended.

The food was amazing. The staff all seemed to be on another planet. Our waitress got our order wrong brought me a completely different pizza for me to start then mine would be ready Soon !!!!. No one asked if our meal was ok. !!! People were leaving the restaurant not eating. Our Food was good . Come on this used to be a good restaurant Don’t let the staff spoil it !!!!!. Get in a manager that is organized. Compliments to the chef though A great date night my pizza was at least 10 minutes after my husbands ..

Had a lovely meal tonight, there was 9 of us and food was prompt despite it being very busy and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and the manager (Matt) was particularly accommodating, he was very kind and patient with my curious toddler who wanted to wander around! We'll be back again 😊

Fabulous birthday dinner at Pizza Express. The restaurant was busy, but the team did an amazing job in getting our drinks, food and deserts out in great time!! Awesome food- very tasty! Clean plates all round- even the Piccolo menu! Took care of us all, even the 3yr old! Using the app- got a free doughballs and dessert.. can't complain!

Came here with a party of roughly 10. We waited a fair while to put an order in, although initially service was friendly, albeit quite stretched. It wasn't super busy, but there were enough tables to keep the two that were serving occupied. The wait for food was extensive, especially as we'd ordered starters which came after the mains and even then sporadically. It seemed that someone had packed out starters up for delivery and just left them on the side for some reason. There was a really tense atmosphere in the restaurant the whole night, and it seemed like the waiting staff and kitchen staff were at odds. The men in the kitchen seemed to be quite argumentative and generally unpleasant to work with, which cumulated in one of the staff leaving in tears. Our waitress was trying her best, but the experience we had was dismal at best unfortunately. To top it all off the menu seems to have spiked in price with a pizza, shared doughballs and drink coming to £25-£30 per person. That would be acceptable if service was quick and cooked really well but it was neither. The issue seemed to stem from kitchen staff making mistakes with orders which put exceptional pressure on waiting staff, but accountability was not present. Definitely won't be in a rush to come back, and if so will be going to the Forum location which has always been fast and efficient.

Table was booked at 18.30, didn't get to order for nearly 30 minutes to then be told a new item that was advertised wasn't yet available (why advertise it if you can't order it?). Asked for all our starters and sides to come out with our mains, for 40 minutes later to receive our dough balls and nothing else. When asked when the rest of our food would be with us, we were told "I'll check, we only have one chef", surely if there was a wait for food you'd advise customers of this before they order? Alas, our waitress didn't check and proceeded to avoid us. Over an hour and still no meals, no apology, no communication at all, exceptionally poor service. Seems the restaurant prioritises online deliveries for the likes of just eat and deliveroo, over the customers actually sitting in their premises. 1 hour 20 minutes it took to get our food. Granted, we got a hefty discount and free drinks, and a different waitress (im guessing the supervisor) was very helpful, but it still was not the evening we expected on a Wednesday. Food was nice once it finally arrived, that's the only positive.

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that was soggy and cold when served!! The waiter, who never came to check on us to let us know there'll be a long wait or offered us anything while we were waiting, came out after 30 minutes wait with the wrong order, 15 minutes later came with the correct order (I believe they forgot to place the order in the 1st place!!) People sat next to us who ordered a few minutes before us got their order and finished it before we were even served ours... The pizza was soggy and cold, the ingredients were cheap and tasteless (specially the black olives). There are so many independent and much better pizzerias in Norwich, I don't know why we made the mistake of going to this awful chain whit bad service, bad quality food and completely overpriced. Never again!!!!!!

Win win situation. Always comes out perfect here. My fave pizza and garlic bread both so perfectly formed.

Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, our server, Rachel, remained incredibly friendly and professional. She recommended a lovely wine which I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was above and beyond what you'd expect from a chain restaurant - Rachel is a real gem. The pizzas were as you'd expect from Pizza Express - the American Hot (Romana) was the best one I've ever had. I finished the meal with a dolcetti.

What’s going on here. As a regular visitor here I was disappointed last Thursday, service was poor (very unusual) and for some reason the Pizzas tasted different and lacked flavour.

Absolutely shocking service!! We stood at the door for 15 mins before being acknowledged, they asked us if we waiting...no I just enjoy standing at the entrance of pizza express on a Sunday evening!! Took about 30 mins before our order was taken and the food took over 1.5 hours to come out!! The mains came out first and we got our drinks just before the bill arrived!! The waitress kindly wrote the drink bill off for us so I guess there was a positive. Waiting over 1.5 hours for our food with screaming and hungry kids if I had known it was this bad I would have avoided!!

I’ll explain why I’ve given 1 star across the board. One of the chefs seems to have something against vegans. About 75% of the time my pizza/garlic bread isn’t cut into pieces. Not only that, the pizza isn’t seasoned, the pizza sauce doesn’t go all the way to edges, and nothing is cooked all the way through. The other 25% of the time I order vegan everything is delicious - and that’s coming from my meat-eating partner. Might sound dramatic and trivial but I’m sick of people who have it in for vegans. I’ve had a lot of food sabotaged in some way, not just here, and it never happens when I’m ordering non-vegan food for my partner. If you’re threatened/annoyed/otherwise vexed by someone’s mere existence… who hurt you?

We have ordered and paid for 3 pizzas - we have received 2 very shall pizzas and when I asked the driver where the other one is, he just shrugged and said that is all he has, although the receipt attached to the box, clearly say 3 pizzas. I don't even mind that they have done a mistake (can happen to all of us) but there is no answer when I rung them several time. I even left a message and asked to give me a call...still waiting for that to happen. Very poor service

We went to Pizza Express St Benedicts and it did not dissapoint!! We were sat straight away, the staff were attentive, helpful and their recommendations were great! Restaurant was clean, great atmosphere and managed to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine!

Poor value these days. For example, £7 for a very stingy portion of halloumi bites that were tiny and burnt. Service was slow (15 minutes before a waitress noticed me wanting to get the bill) and the available offer was nowhere near what they were a few years ago. Children's meal was descent value.

Small cold pizza 90 minute delivery £21. An hour after my order was confirmed I got a notification that my pizza was ready and they were waiting for a delivery person. A while later a guy on a bicycle took 20 minutes to deliver the pizza. I was shocked at how small it was for the price of £17.50 + delivery + service. I paid £21.00 all together for a small cold pizza with a 90 minute wait. I tipped the driver £4 because he cycled about 3 miles each way. I’d never get a pizza delivered from pizza express again. It’s not even sliced so you have to tear it apart. Small. Cold. Expensive and slow. Very poor value for money.

Under staffed and v poor service . This restaurant used to be really nice , now it has poorly trained staff and food quality control seems to be in the past . We waited over an hour for food . Chef shouting at waiting staff , customers complaining to manager infront of tables . Not even 1/2 full . 2nd bad experience I’ve had in the last few months so that’s it , won’t be going again, twice is clearly a trend . 70mins in after asking how long it would be as we had 2hrs of parking , they brought us a portion of dough balls ‘ the chef has to make the dough from scratch ‘ apparently. What came out was over baked and very very small ‘dough bites ‘ if you could even call them that , certainly not pizza express dough balls . Unfortunately this was only a 1/3 rd of our starter order , after waiting 5 mins for the rest of our starters which didn’t look like they were anywhere near , a customer raising his voice at the manger behind us , we decided that it was time to call it a day . Dominoes on the way home which is 5 mins from our house . Order ready in 15 mins ! , waisted 2 hours of our evening ……Previous visit they had no salad ingredients at all , so all salads off the menu , no rocket fresh tomatoes etc for ingredients on the pizzas .

I don't usually write reviews, but unfortunately this time was a mixed bag of emotions and felt the need to share. I can only describe the review as poor service, but lovely food! The positive to begin with, the food was tasty, fresh and hot, we all really enjoyed the quality of the food. That's where the positives end. Unfortunately as we walked into the empty restaurant at lunchtime we waited at the entrance to be seated for a good 5 minutes, the manager wasn't really friendly at this point. We waited about ten minutes, while we watched other tables get seated around us, eventually a different waitress came over and took our order after taking another tables first who came after us, made some mumbling remark about it which no one really heard and took our order. Starters came out with no issues, after a short while mains came out, well mine and my two children's mains, the waitress said that my wife's main is still cooking in the oven. About 15 minutes passed and we had all eaten our mains, my wife's main meal came out, and my wife complained about this was really late. The waitress just repeated that it was still cooking, and my wife tried to explain, we would have waited so all mains come out together, this waitress decided to wave the back of her hand to 'brush my wife aside' and walk off mid conversation saying 'enjoy your meal' but in a sarcastic way. We were all shocked at the rudeness! I complained to the manager, explaining the issues, and how rude her staff was, and in fairness she did apologise and compensate accordingly. I won't be attending this restaurant again, unless they get some new staff, it is a shame really as the food was actually nice.

Literally just left here. The St Benedicts one. Food wasn't actually bad not brilliant but not bad at all. But service was disgusting! Slow, rude and unattentive. There was one man who was very nice though. The two ladies were terrible..

It's been a long time since we visited this restaurant, temding to use the larger and less atmospheric Forum, mainly for convenience of location. I'm pleased to say this restaurant has lost none of it's old charm and the food was spot on too. One funny occurrence... my pizza cutter fell apart like a clowns car!

The place is the perfect example of what is NOT value for money .

Food was under seasoned, under cooked & just poor in general. We had a vegan option and non vegan option and both were sub par. This was for Mother’s Day so very disappointing. All four glasses on the table were dirty & I’ve now found out the hygiene rating is a 4. Ingredients seemed cheap and overall experience was lacking.

A Margherita pizza and a Padana ordered for me and my teenage son. Both fresh and nicely cooked. Atmosphere was very pleasant and staff excellent and attentive. £27.90 is extortionate so will not return, hence 3 star.

Another lovely evening at pizza express to celebrate my 21st birthday tomorrow! Racheal went above and beyond to make my meal so special! I’ve never felt so loved!! The pizza was delicious too! 🫶 Rachel really is the best and I adore her!

The staff were attentive from the minute we arrived until the moment we left - and over the course of the evening we came into contact with at least 4 staff members. However, ‘Cossie’ (I hope I have spelt that correctly) was a superstar. Nothing was too much trouble! I asked if the road outside was accessible to Taxis and she even called one for us! Everything was smashing - the drinks were cold, the food was hot, well presented and delicious and any questions I had about the menu were answered. We used the app to pay as the taxi arrived very promptly.

Chose Pizza Express to celebrate 24th anniversary. Tried ordering sparkling soft drink - most off menu - choice of one. No ice available. Shared pizza was delivered on cold plate/s so pizza almost cold before finishing first slice. Waitress had rushed away so not offered water or given time to ask for it. There was only one other group of customers in at the time. Eventually, spoke to manager who offered to reheat pizza or replace it. She seemed quite disinterested. It then took an age for manager to come over and seek our decision and by then we didn't have an appetite for a replacement pizza and at cost didn't fancy a reheated option. Upon arrival last night 27th of january, me and my girlfriend had a table for two booked. The hostess on the door didnt say hi, didnt smile and looked annoyed to see us. I told her we had a table booked and she didnt even respond, just stood there going through receipts, gave us two menus and sat us down without saying a word or even making eye contact. What a shambles. This was in complete contrast to our waitress who was the nicest person and really accomodating. She even rememberd me from a few months ago! Food was great, shame about 'woe is me' on the door. If youre the main hostess you should lead by example and get a grip.

Stunning service from the Gorgeous Rachel as always! She always makes us smile so much my cheeks hurt and provides all the extras to make my pizza even more enjoyable! I couldn’t fault her one bit, I love her and her snow ball dough balls to bits!

Reserved a table well in advance for a late Xmas work meal (there was 16 of us), however, there wasn't enough staff to cope with the amount of people. We thought they'd add additional staff to the rota but there was only one woman serving us and it took ages for our drinks to be made. During the meal we weren't particularly kept an eye on and we asked twice to order a second drink with which they forgot to make one of the drinks we ordered. The food was average and overpriced, however, it did all come out at the same time. The atmosphere was a little cold and it felt as if they didn't really want us to be there.

Food was lovely, it was very busy but service was quick and food arrived quickly. However, in the woman's bathroom, one of the toilets was out of order and the other cubicle didn't lock. After informing a waitress, she snapped at me "speak to the manager, it's been like that for months." This meant that I was unable to go to the bathroom all evening as I didn't feel comfortable that someone wasn't going to walk in on me.

Achieves the unlikely triumph of making not very good pizza - worse even than a frozen supermarket pizza . Staff are lovely though

After a day sale shopping we decided to have pizza the whole experience was very pleasant staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given time to browse the menu order our meals and reasonable time between courses. The food was tasty hot and well presented. The only downfall was the toilets they need slight attention in the ladies there are 2 cubicles one was out of order and the other the lock was broken. Overall a pleasant experience would recommend and would visit again.

I ordered dinner for delivery and when it arrived it was incomplete. The driver said he brought what was laid out for him so I called the restaurant and was told the remainder of my order was still on the counter. I asked if it would be delivered and was told ‘of course’ and then hung up on. So disappointed!!

Ordered delivery yesterday 14th dec, food was burnt,cold, inedible,even the dough balls which are my fave were awful, we ordered two portions one portion small flat one portion larger okish apart from cold, not helped by deliverio driver sitting at end of our road with his bag open, pasta dish clearly burnt even left all burnt bits on edges container, all was awful went in the bin, complained on feedback email received from deliveroo, have only had an automated reply.have added pics.

Came here today for my work Xmas lunch. Table of 15. Very disappointed with the staff. One lady in particular. Her English was awful and she was very patronising. No Xmas decorations on the table - one week before Xmas would have expected some sort of xmas experience. But it was just like going there any other time. Very disappointed all round. The only saving grace was the pizza was hot and tasted good. Service and atmosphere were barely 1 star.

We came here for a pizza making party for my sister’s baby shower on Sunday 10th December. We were looked after so amazingly well by the incredible team, but particularly the manager Tyler. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone - we all had the best time!

Fine except we booked a table for 7 pm and were told we booked it for 8pm ! This despite 4 phone calls to ensure they were ready. Apart from this their pizzas etc are very good and I suppose we can all make a mistake but they quickly rectified the situation and took off a bottle of presecco off the bill.

Pizza Express on St Benedicts in Norwich is a fabulous place for lunch in the city. We ordered the Funghi di Bosco, Dough Balls Al Forno, and Halloumi Bites, and everything was delicious. The service was quick, and the food was clearly freshly prepared. The pizza was so good - far better than I expected. It's a great place to have lunch if you're not looking for a very busy or crowded space in the city. I had a wonderful recent visit to Pizza Express. The food was high quality and freshly made, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's a terrific option for lunch in Norwich.

Loved Pizza Express previously, but haven’t visited in a long time - it will be a long time before we consider going back again. Waited 15 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink, when they arrived the glasses were dirty. As was the table and cutlery. Toilets have definitely seen better days. The whole place just feels tired and run down. Food arrived in a timely fashion but was nothing special; I had the lasagne and it was more béchamel and lasagne than meat and sauce. What little meat there was consisted mainly of rubbery bits of fat. Waited and waited for someone to wander over so we could ask for the bill, nobody even looked our way - considered doing a runner (would have been no need to run, staff not in the least bit interested), but decided to pay at the till on our way out. Reasonable value at £125 for 4 people - 3 starters, 4 mains, 4 beers, 3 coffees, would have been annoyed had it been more.

What can I say except if there were 6 stars I would give it to Pizza Express Benedict’s Street Norwich and an extra six stars to Rachel who was simply outstanding and looked after 24 of us with such calm and professionalism. A nice place to eat lunch and you can use Tesco clubcard points towards the bill. The food was nice and reasonably priced.

Had a brilliant experience here celebrating my mums birthday. Food was delicious and service sublime. They went all out making her feel super special and hugely grateful to the team 🙏🏻

Having rented the property above this restaurant I have got to know it quite well. They are so inconsiderate that they have deliveries at 4.30am from Reynolds Food service. In a residential are this must be breaking any number of environmental protection rules regarding noise pollution. My recommendation AVOID such an inconsiderate badly managed establishment.

Two pizzas (uncut) were paper thin to the point of collapsing whilst attempting to eat. One pasta dish which was appalling - completely over cooked and lacking any flavour. One portion of calamari which were all burnt on one side and uncooked on the other side. £60 spent on a deplorable take on Italian basics! Would have retuned this food if I had been in the restaurant - this was my first order via Delivero who were excellent - shame the food did not live up to the delivery service.

The pollo da astra was very disappointing - where are the toppings! Very poor! It used to be my favourite!

Couldn’t even get a table as they said”as you didn’t book, we’re not taking walk ins as we’re short staffed” utterly embarrassing and typical service in this **** country! Terrible, unlikely to return…

I took my extended family out this evening for a meal and was amazed how exceptional the experience was. The food was to high quality for all courses with the standout being the mint and lime sorbet to finish the meal. The atmosphere was calming with good lighting and layout. The highlight was the staff and service. Magda served us and was so tentative and lovely with our orders. I'd really recommend for a family night out

Good food, very, very slow service. It took 45 minutes to get our starters, and there were only three other tables occupied. We had hoped to order dessert, but after 20 minutes, we walked away.

I went to pizza express St Benedict’s today to mark the end of exams with my friend. We arrived for an early lunch and were greeted really warmly. Notably we were served by Louis who was really attentive to our order and took time to help us apply our vouchers for the meal right. The food was really good quality and quickly prepared and the atmosphere was really calming and cooling compared to the heat outside. It was a really great experience would recommend.

Absolutely awful, more priority given to delve too, Uber eats and just eat drivers who congregate in the restaurant awaiting their orders, completely spoils your dining experience, they are also given priority over customers in the restaurant. Drinks arrived, one of the glasses had lipsticks...

The food was spectacular as always even at a busy time. But, the cutlery and glasses were disgusting; my glass had lipstick around the top and my knife had food on it. Hygiene here is very poor in comparison to the quality of food.

Brilliant Service. Dined twice during May Half term as my daughter was performing at the Maddermarket Theatre. Laura the manager was brilliant both times the first particularly as we were an hour late due to the final dress rehearsal overrunning nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend them

I love going to pizza express! It's my favourite place to eat out. Great service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere plus great view out window. The calamari was delicious and so was burnt ends pizza. I can recommend it. Looking forward to my next visit with friends and family.

Delicious food and comfortable dining

Prices have doubled while staff seem more concerned about cooking and sorting takeaway deliveries with boxes stacked on the next table Service is not a priority here. Finally it cost £63 for dinner and two alcoholic drinks. I’m not impressed with the whole experience. To cap things off there’s no street parking and the nearest car park charged £5 for 2 hours after 6pm! . Rip off.

Came previously for Christmas work night out before pandemic and was great. Although staff were busy they couldn't do enough for you and never made you feel they were busy. This time was exactly the same. Staff were terrific. Our server even apologised for being busy as she felt she wasn't giving enough attention but far from the case, she was absolutely brilliant. We had just downloaded the App which was new to us and also had vouchers, she couldn't be more helpful in sorting it out and overall was a lovely evening out. Will most definitely be back, loved it.

Visited 17/4/23 13:30 At the time of visiting there was no body in the restaurant, a family joined later, which meant the service was very quick ( getting my pizza in under 15 minutes & drink was served immediately ) Today’s visit was complimentary due to a recent bad experience at another branch , however , I did not feel my meal was worth the money should I of paid (£15.90) All be the pizza was served within 10/15 minutes and served very hot , due to a cold plate and a ‘stone cold’ marble table! The pizza was soon cold making it un enjoyable to finish. Granted when restaurants are busy they will run out of items , this restaurant was not busy , so I was quite disappointed with the fact they did not have any halloumi bites, but I will but that down to a delivery fault. Other than the pizza that went cold rather quickly , the two staff member were very attentive and caring - which made for a nice meal. Very happy honouring Student discount and a gift card , was also given a voucher so thank you !

This was the first pizza express excursion for a while, in my favourite one. Great company-the wife! And only downer was I was not allowed my own cheesy dough balls! Oh, the best bit I didn't pay!

Mouth watering delicious pizza if it wasn't for prices I would gorge myself to all of the vegan pizzas yum!

We came with a large group for my sons birthday and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Rachel in particular was amazing with the kids and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and we were all so impressed This is the first time we’ve been and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for making it special- especially to Rachel!!!

Great meal. As we're DF we went for vegan pizzas. Didn't miss meat as the food was really tasty. Just lacked in vegan desserts. 2 sorbets and 1 cake.

Visited for my daughters 16th birthday with lots of family and friends, staff were wonderful and attentive; looked after us perfectly. Everyone was happy with their meals and staff even sung happy birthday with us, thanks to everyone for your kindness and the lovely meals...
