Hi, I ordered today. I was very disappointed. I love your food and am a regular. I ordered a chicken wrap from your own website . When placing my order, it gave me an option to have Sauces separate, which I selected as it was for my boys, and I didn't want it to be too spicy . And that's what I received. All sauces were drenched in the wrap . It was so spicy that I couldn't even eat it . 😩 the gentleman I spoke to earlier just made excuses .

Disgusting service. Food never arrived, still shows as out for delivery after over 2hrs. Called to resolve the issue but told the order had been delivered and that it's my problem now, that I should go knocking on neighbours doors to find it. We live in a small village with only a handful of houses. Even gave exact directions in the notes section for how to find us. Guy on the phone incredibly rude, dismissive, arrogant and unprofessional. Now going through JustEat to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Food never turned up after speaking with the restaurant they said it's nothing to do with them as they sent the food.... Don't bother trying to order with them

Have only started using recently and, having had at least 6 delivered orders from them, I cannot fault them thus far. Competitively priced, friendly and efficient on the phone, delivered promptly and the food is always piping hot. If you've not usedo before, I would definitely recommend.

*AVOID ORDERING HERE NOT VALUE FOR MONEY* Always tight on the cucumber, usually get half a slice but tonight got none at all! Also asked for cheese in burger and it wasn't added. Garlic bread with cheese had such little cheese on it it was more of a cheese crisp on top than pizza 😂 Tasted like cardboard. It was so stale. And the special chicken kebab is meant to have grilled mushrooms and peppers in...be lucky to get even one mushroom - so tight, its ridiculous, And the chicken still pink in places. 🤢 Cheesy Chips arnt much better. Seem Refried. Overcooked and lacking in cheese. Pot of sauce clearly watered down. Too many cut back measures ruined the food and I will be going elsewhere now. Enough is Enough. Carry on like this and you will just keep loosing customers. Also need to treat customers better. Customer service is non existent. If I could give zero star I would.

Very good if you come in store. Food is cheap and tasty, huge amounts of meat in kebabs! As I live nearby so every time the food I got is hot and fast, around 10mins waiting there.I saw some bad reviews for delivery, try to not expect how hot can it be if you decide to order it online. With this price I can’t find anything to blame.

i dont like the way they handles the food. They literally touced food with their bear hand no gloves. There was a delivery man standing inside the kitchen waiting for their delivery. The person who handled my food, he kep 2 kebab bread on the top of salad box. This delivery guy who was touching with his hands everywhere, he took this bread with his bear disgustung hands and toasted it. The guy who handled my food, he too take food without any gloves. How disgusting.

We use to use this take away all the time but recently the restaurant has gone so downhill. When you order deliveries most of the times they turn up cold. Phoned up to complain today, about my food because I had a guest around and I'd ordered a takeaway and by the time I got the food, it was Stone Cold. When I phoned to share my disappointment regarding the food. I paid for but in return, I was greeted bye and aggressive mannered gentleman, who was extremely rude. Im an 61 year old disabled lady. I was absolutely horrified by the way he spoke to me! I even found a hair in the food, which I have taken pictures of and will forward the matter to the food agency. I'm so so disappointed by what happened because I use-to order from there all the time but no more. 😡 The place has gone downhill big time. BE AWARE EVERYONE. VERY VERY SAD, FEEL LET-DOWN & EXTREMELY UPSET. 😔😔😔😔😔

Nasty chips and wings, taste like it’s been refried in month old oil. CHANGE THE OIL ONCE A WEEK PLEASE, I had to throw it away inedible.

Everything was stale - the chicken was a raw on the inside, and old chips were refried to make them hot. The pizza was stale and very bad taste of tomatoes Will never order again! Price and food not worth it!

There was a hair in my food and literally no sauce in my donor meat and chips so it was very dry. The chicken wings were good before so i ordered them again but the meat was pink and i was scared it was raw this time. Quite disappointing.

Ordered on Uber Eats with a friend. His order was due for 6:25 and mine for 7:00. At 6:10 we get a knock on the door. We open the door, and it's the delivery guy, stepping out of his chariot of a car with *both* orders. Somehow my guy managed to deliver my food 50 minutes early. We take it into the kitchen, and open it. The kebab and pizza are hot, like actually steaming, and the cheesecakes and drink are ice cold, (but not frozen, obviously) . Food is really good, tastes great and contains a remarkable amount of topping/filling. Got like twice the amount of meat, veg and cheese you'd expect without it being overwhelming. And the cheesecake (massive chunky slice too), is so chilled it's almost like eating ice cream. I haven't felt the need to make a review of a place before, but everything was perfect with our experience. Assuming the food is the same for other people, I really do recommend Dellacasa for great standards of simple food.

Ordered from here and the alligator pizza is the best pizza I have ever eaten. 5:1 ration of meat to pizza, slice literally weighed down my hand when picking it up there was so much on it. Incredible. Cheesecake was also gorgeous, beautifully flavoursome and still ice cold. Just perfect all around, will definitely buy from here again. Not to mention the delivery arrived much earlier than expected still hot

Dellacasa's kebabs are *chefs kiss! Always hot on arrival too. Their chilli sauce makes your lips tingle. Delivery is good - around 30mins during peak time. Customer service is excellent, only once has my order been wrong (out of hundreds) and they were very good about it and put it right asap. Please don't change your recipe!! I recommend ordering direct through their website, seems faster and is the cheapest too.

So disappointed. Made an order with a scheduled delivery allowing for plenty of time. Was near an hour late without any notification even though I'd clicked on an update twice. Called them, they blamed it on the traffic due to petrol, then hung up. When it arrived, I had a warm diet coke a cold kebab, that tasted horrible and cold rubbery chips. Worst service, worst food I have ever had.

ordered from here for the first time and asked for no onion on my kebab , after it arrived had onion all over it , called the restaurant and got told i will get a replecement after 30 min when i had allredy waited 50 min for my order. Not good custumer service at all.

Delivery over an hour when advised 35 mins on JustEat. I appreciate they may be busy so I’d expect my food to be warm, it wasn’t! Order was wrong and food wasn’t great quality either. Trying to contact them was a nightmare just to be told I couldn’t cancel and had to keep waiting. Won’t be ordering from here again!

30 quid for 3 small kebabs and a few sides. Taste is alright but in general I wouldnt say it is worth.

Ordered on Uber Eats for the first time. Food arrived on time and to our surprise and delight very hot. Half pounder burger with salad was delicious, but the best part were the chicken wings- spicy and tasty. Potato wedges are literally potato wedges and not the chunky battered potatoes from some takeaways. Would definitely recommend. Top service.

How anyone can knock these guys for the standard of their food is beyond me. Its first class and in truth the ONLY reason i keep returning. Customer service needs SERIOUS improvement. If your thinking of getting a delivery from this place through the app or any other means forget it.. its just not worth it because when they are late its by hours (not a few minutes) I ordered through 'Uber eat' tonight at 18.15pm called up at 20:00pm to find that the order did not come through because they didnt bother to check the laptop and ticket machine. Food in fairness turned up 15 minutes later but its things like this that really gets on peoples backs. Staff always seem to have a cocky arrogance about them and make a frequent habit of saying "my friend" after everything they say to you, try not to get lured in to it, i think half the time its another way of them saying "we're sorry for the shocking service" I have been a loyal customer to Dellacasa's for years and on many a occasions been close to ordering elsewhere but they continue to keep my custom through producing amazing food every time.

the food came within a good time period however we got the complete wrong order. when i called up to speak to someone i mentioned what i ordered and then what had been delivered and the person i spoke to swore at me on the phone whilst he was driving and then started getting angry with me. even before i mentioned the wrong order he was quite rude by repeating that he couldn’t hear me however i was speaking clearly and there was no problem with my phone. we will not be ordering from here again. disgusting customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! food was over 1hr 30 mins late, barely lukewarm and there was no way to complain or get any money back. Delivery driver did apologise but just said they were very busy and seemed to find it funny - if it’s busy don’t accept new orders!!!!! The quality of the food was also really poor - McDonald’s is way better so don’t waste your time or money eating there.

Nothing wrong with my Kebab. I order regularly from here, via uber eats. The meat quality is always good. Always cooked to perfection. Fast service. Ice cold soda Yummy cheesecake. Maybe it's new management. Last reviews were from 2017. I would recommend this place.

I don't know how people can put 1 star for this place I've ordered from loads of kebab shops and delacasa trumps them all and is now my go to kebab everytime. Its Normally early or on time, foods always hot and tasty. The spicy wings 👌

Ordered food from them via Ubereats. Delivery said 21:10 - 21:30. At 21:35 I had not received any food or information about where my order is. I call the shop and they say it will take another 30 minutes to cook because they have run out of chicken. I tell them that I want to cancel and they say I have to be the one who cancels through the ubereats app (I'm not sure if that is true). I message ubereats and they take over 10 hours to reply and say I can't get a refund because my order was placed more than 48 hours ago....Furthermore, the restaurant, who use their own delivery drivers, has marked the order as delivered. C**ts.

Tried to phone my review straight through but they'd closed before I could finish my food lol ... order turned up so quickly considering the distance and was very hot .. ordered chicken kebab, garlic bread with cheese and curly fries ... everything was so on point and seasoned well. To start of with the food was cold on delivery. Missing the coleslaw from our chicken meal deal. Garlic cheese pizza was flavourless as were the garlic mushrooms. And finally couldn't eat the fried chicken as it was put in the same box as the spicy wings which probably wouldn't bother many people but I can't eat spicy food. Definitely won't order from there again!!!

Always deliver to me in time. They always read my comments when i order online. The chicken shish kebabs are my favourite and they have the proper finely-minced, fresh and hot chilli sauce. One of my go to takeaways if i fancy a treat.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star after the way they spoke to me and my partner. After waiting nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive, phoning them constantly we had the delivery driver swear at my partner over the phone and at me upon the delivery when we turned them away because the food was cold. well what can i say,i use my two local kebab takeaways,thought id try dellacasa on hungry house and my god am i glad i did.we had a couple of pizzas and a kebab feast.the meat was the best Ive ever had and i mean the best from any kebab shop,the chili sauce had a kick,but was sweet and refreshing at the same time.as for the pizzas what can i say apart from being perfect loads of toppings best thin base Ive had even beats domino's or pizza hut oh and papa johns believe it or not,and no im nothing to do with this store its just the best Ive ever had.

If you are a student in uea and you are craving for food late at night Dellacasa is a place you always choose. Doner kebab wraps are the best for your drunk body to digest. They put enormous amount of meat in, you can last forever on one kebab I swear. If you are still thinking if it worth trying- you don’t understand how charming the street food (kebabs only) is

Do not eat here at all costs, extremely rude staff serving undercooked Chicken. You have been reported, stool samples taken and YOU will get a visit from Public Health and hopefully shutdown, also taken to court!.

Someone I know ordered from here and his chicken was raw! Upon ringing and asking for assistance they claimed it was "perfect" and not uncooked, he asked for a refund and they refused! Vile place with rude staff! Avoid!

I ordered for delivery through Hungry House last night. They accepted the order, (£25 worth) at 23:30, I got a text to say it was on the way around 00.20 and then...nothing. No food, no contact. I checked my bank and the payment was taken. By the time I realised it wasn't coming, everywhere else was closed. I've contacted Hungry House this morning and they've told me they have to wait for the "restaurant" to open at 16.00 and speak to them before they can refund me. They can't refund me without permission, they say, as the money belongs to the "restaurant". No it doesn't. The "restaurant" defrauded me, charging for something they didn't provide. I am furious and will never use Dellacasa or Hungry House again and I would strongly recommend people avoid both.

ordered kebabs this evening for home delivery. never turned up!!! waited one hour (they said 45 mins - one hour). other half rang to find out why no show and told they couldn't find our address, gave full address with postcode when placed order. reading reviews on here perhaps a blessing in disguise. our tuna jacket potatoes instead were lush!!!

Ok so stopped here last week with my friend who is a veteran kebab eater. We both went for large donner kebab and all the salad, plus chips and chicken. My friend also took slice of cheesecake. Omg !!! By far a total mistake ordering here, first of all the odour coming from the kebab box smelled like a skunk had been breakdancing on the lid, blue waffle would be a blessing over this putrid mundungle stenching out from below the polystyrene box. The chips were raw and cold and didn't even look like chips, more like yellow jelly babies from the corner shop,. But seriously the meat ? If you can call it meat was just pathetic. We both dumped our food in the bin as we new no human would enjoy this and no pest at night would either. My advice wack corn beef on your kebab wheel prop taste better.!!!! Frozen cheesecake ?????? Why why why !!!! I mean Jesus who would facial reconstruction after eating a slice of ice !!!!! Went home and had toast and bovril as more meat in the drink than what fumigated my lungs !!! Out of that box. Shocking !!!!! Never again

The man was rude, took 2 hours to deliver, food was cold, drinks were warm wouldn't recommend you go here.

An average kebab shop. Staff can be quite rude and the delivery times are very hit and miss.

Ordered early in the evening, got re-cooked chips which were rock hard, the chicken wings were buried under the chips so the coating went all soggy; ordered 3 pieces chicken and didn't get any white meat, all leg and one of those had virtually no meat. First and last time order, I only chose them because it was one of the only places open. Avoid.

we were so frustrated by by the numerous calls to a very hostile and abrasive member of staff we told the driver to take his food back after waiting over two hours for two kebabs AVOID
