All have food delivered never late always extremely hot! Perfect chicken and chips always cooked perfectly, Donor kebabs never had any issues and I would say one of the best takeaways in Norwich

Really unhappy, £40 quid spent on food before a long shift tonight and it turns up stiff and cold! Called and was told it’s because they’re busy! I’d rather have hot food late than cold food still late!! Was advised to heat it up myself, yep! That’s what I want to do just before work! Probably won’t return

I really do rate the food and service here but there prices are now ridiculously expensive!

So greasy that the outer paper was soaked. The kebab inedible… the pitta so greasy we did not even want to touch it. Salad came in a separate pot, like an afterthought and chips were wet, cold and also inedible. So disappointing after over an hour wait and without the 20% discount that was offered and then not applied. £30 for food that went straight in the bin 😭

Seals the chips in 3 layers of paper until the vapour makes the chips soggy af and inedible. People who run the shop don't know how to pack something as basic as chips. Pathetic!!!

full of bone and kebab was tough and like rubber. burger was full of bone bits. left with tummy ache. they seem to have gone down hill.

First time ordering from here for a while and the food was alright. Some if it was a bit cold but the pizza was absolutely amazing. Kebabs coulda been better, the separation of the salad to meat isn’t how i would choose it but its ok, all in all i would recommend.

Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Pizza had no taste and was wet. The same for my partners. Chicken wings were also soggy some how and had a bit of taste but not much. The salad was old and tasted out of date. Would not order here ever again!

I had a shish lamb kebab , cooked perfectly. Salad comes separately in a container and it was really fresh . Definitely order from here agsin. really enjoyed it

Really excellent kebab. Special chicken kebab with onions mushrooms n green peppers. Salad in separate container (nice touch 👍) salad cold,kebab hot! As it should be. Chicken tasty and loads of it. It was massive. Arrived on time, friendly delivery. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

First time ordering from this takeaway and I’ll definitely be coming back. The chips were hot and tasty and I love that they delivered the salad in a separate box so it didn’t make the kebabs soggy. We ordered two chicken kebabs and the chicken was absolutely delicious. Great food delivered quickly.

Hi, I ordered today. I was very disappointed. I love your food and am a regular. I ordered a chicken wrap from your own website . When placing my order, it gave me an option to have Sauces separate, which I selected as it was for my boys, and I didn't want it to be too spicy . And that's what I received. All sauces were drenched in the wrap . It was so spicy that I couldn't even eat it . 😩 the gentleman I spoke to earlier just made excuses .

Disgusting service. Food never arrived, still shows as out for delivery after over 2hrs. Called to resolve the issue but told the order had been delivered and that it's my problem now, that I should go knocking on neighbours doors to find it. We live in a small village with only a handful of houses. Even gave exact directions in the notes section for how to find us. Guy on the phone incredibly rude, dismissive, arrogant and unprofessional. Now going through JustEat to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Have only started using recently and, having had at least 6 delivered orders from them, I cannot fault them thus far. Competitively priced, friendly and efficient on the phone, delivered promptly and the food is always piping hot. If you've not usedo before, I would definitely recommend.

*AVOID ORDERING HERE NOT VALUE FOR MONEY* Always tight on the cucumber, usually get half a slice but tonight got none at all! Also asked for cheese in burger and it wasn't added. Garlic bread with cheese had such little cheese on it it was more of a cheese crisp on top than pizza 😂 Tasted like cardboard. It was so stale. And the special chicken kebab is meant to have grilled mushrooms and peppers in...be lucky to get even one mushroom - so tight, its ridiculous, And the chicken still pink in places. 🤢 Cheesy Chips arnt much better. Seem Refried. Overcooked and lacking in cheese. Pot of sauce clearly watered down. Too many cut back measures ruined the food and I will be going elsewhere now. Enough is Enough. Carry on like this and you will just keep loosing customers. Also need to treat customers better. Customer service is non existent. If I could give zero star I would.

Very good if you come in store. Food is cheap and tasty, huge amounts of meat in kebabs! As I live nearby so every time the food I got is hot and fast, around 10mins waiting there.I saw some bad reviews for delivery, try to not expect how hot can it be if you decide to order it online. With this price I can’t find anything to blame.

i dont like the way they handles the food. They literally touced food with their bear hand no gloves. There was a delivery man standing inside the kitchen waiting for their delivery. The person who handled my food, he kep 2 kebab bread on the top of salad box. This delivery guy who was touching with his hands everywhere, he took this bread with his bear disgustung hands and toasted it. The guy who handled my food, he too take food without any gloves. How disgusting.

We use to use this take away all the time but recently the restaurant has gone so downhill. When you order deliveries most of the times they turn up cold. Phoned up to complain today, about my food because I had a guest around and I'd ordered a takeaway and by the time I got the food, it was Stone Cold. When I phoned to share my disappointment regarding the food. I paid for but in return, I was greeted bye and aggressive mannered gentleman, who was extremely rude. Im an 61 year old disabled lady. I was absolutely horrified by the way he spoke to me! I even found a hair in the food, which I have taken pictures of and will forward the matter to the food agency. I'm so so disappointed by what happened because I use-to order from there all the time but no more. 😡 The place has gone downhill big time. BE AWARE EVERYONE. VERY VERY SAD, FEEL LET-DOWN & EXTREMELY UPSET. 😔😔😔😔😔

Nasty chips and wings, taste like it’s been refried in month old oil. CHANGE THE OIL ONCE A WEEK PLEASE, I had to throw it away inedible.

Everything was stale - the chicken was a raw on the inside, and old chips were refried to make them hot. The pizza was stale and very bad taste of tomatoes Will never order again! Price and food not worth it!

There was a hair in my food and literally no sauce in my donor meat and chips so it was very dry. The chicken wings were good before so i ordered them again but the meat was pink and i was scared it was raw this time. Quite disappointing.
