Guy I don’t know the food because I’m just pick them up but from some years ago to now su much change for start was constantly full and as well the take a way and was all ways family with kids is mean was a comfortable place where pass the time but now the management is so bed 3 people inside restaurant empty and you need to still waiting long time for have what you want that I mean something anyway hope the pizza is good bye all

Beer was alright, their pizza express special beer was decent, but pizzas are a big rip off. Their taste is decent, but size and thinness is a big scam compared to prices. The place has ants on tables, pizza cutters don't cut even the thinnest pizzas in the world. I wouldn't recommend getting romano pizzas, because you can't even properly eat with cutlery, by how the base is that thin

The thin crust of the pizza is hard to shake, the service charge for 10 people is £30. The roast chicken will burn.

Nice outdoor space. Free parking after 5.

It's definitely overpriced for what it is , but they have a nice service and it is convenient to go there with the kids, so it's a good family place for sure.

Staff were lovely food amazing!

The restaurant itself was fairly quiet, so a nice calming atmosphere however the service could be better as the waiters were quite slow getting the menus to us and clearing the tables. Brownies for dessert were supposed to be warm but weren’t.

Had quick service with great pizza. Ambience was set lovely and customer service from Ash on point. The cook also took care personally making sure I got what I wanted though I didn’t catch his name.

Highly recommend the pizza making experience on offer for groups of children. We took a class of 30 and had a wonderful time. Leandro was excellent, he taught the children how to make their crusts and was super friendly. The children had a delightful time and were so proud of their pizzas! A big thank you Leandro and the team!

My friend and I were in this pizza hut for dinner for a special occasion. Despite the place being extremely empty the first lady Rosa who approached us attitudinal approach remained questionable. She did not want to seat us at the table we wanted, despite being empty, seated us in a dismal corner. However, we saw Mary. She had the hospitality touch. And she seated us just where we wanted. Visited restaurant with my friend last night and I really enjoy the food and the service which we get. Pollo pesto and calabrese pizza was delicious.

I arrived at 6:30pm with my children and asked if we could sit at a booth only to be told “no, we have a large party coming.”. Nonsense, no large group arrived in the following hour

I loved the staff❤️❤️❤️ they were so lovely and helpful. However I’ve noticed the head chef was very rude and mean to them. I have worked in many restaurants and managed many how he was with the staff is very wrong!!! It’s bulling!!!! He could get away with this maybe 10 years ago but now it’s not acceptable !!! He should be stopped! And the kitchen it’s open everybody can see it!?!?

Hi, I wasn't expecting the treatment we received on Friday, February 2nd, 2024. I went to dine with my wife (not the first time) at 8.00 pm. , there was only a table of around 6 customers next to the window beside the bar. When we were trying to find someone to ask for a table, we were approached by a lady (sorry, I did not take her name) with zero manners, telling us they could only give us a table at 9.00 pm I asked her why, she told us there were lacking personnel. NO excuses, sorries, hello, forgiveness, just plain goodbye. No way to treat customers. I am sorry I have to write this review, but I was disturbed the way she acted (by the way there were people making pizzas at the kitchen)

Takeaway order. Nduja Pizza and Calamari. They have a driver entrance for takeaway, which even a takeaway person has to use. I stood there for a while. No attention. No one looking at me. Just gossiping in Italian amongst the wait staff and manager. After 6 minutes, I beckon the manager and he says "oh, it has been ready for while- here it is.." At home, the Calamari, was 'burnt' as can be seen in the picture. I took it back within 30 minutes and they said "please ask for refund on the website". Refund has not come yet. Refund is not an issue for me- but I am wondering how one can 'burn' calamari.....!

Absolutely love coming here. It's one of a few places I can take my autistic son without having to worry. As always the staff create a lovely atmosphere filled with laughter. Bonus the staff join in the boys crazy excited conversations. My autistic son is a creature of habit so coming here is easy for him, he feels safe and feels confident enough to order his own food here. Any specific or special requests for my autistic son are done with a smile. Thank you Leandro and Alexander for looking after us today (and every time we come). :)

Pizza nice but berry mojito was the saddest cocktail I have ever seen, barely full with ice cubes a piece of mint and lemon... Does their bar staff know how mojito actually looks?

We always enjoy the food and excellent service at Pizza Express 895/896 Fulham Rd.

Place was not too busy but food took a long time to come as they seem to be prioritizing delivery/takeout orders. It took nearly 40 minutes for our food to arrive and we saw multiple other tables having the same problem - all we saw were delivery orders being filled while we all waited.

The staff were fantastic, attended to us well. Unfortunately the air-con is broken so inside is quite unpleasant, but other than that everything else was very good.

Amazing service :) Ash really made our night, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for good food and atmosphere with amazing service.

We ordered pizza through just eat and the restaurant forgot to handover pizza to the delivery guy. When i called the restaurant, the guy was blaming just eat instead of acknowledging that he forgot to give it to delivery man. Food took a long time to come as well as taking 5 minutes to notice us by the door.Very understaffed food wasn’t as good as other branches mainly cause we could see our pizzas on the side waiting for over 10 minutes.

Got a takeaway from this place through Deliveroo... it was rank. 30 quid for 2 small pizzas, they were literally the worst pizzas we have ever had. The topping looked like it was thrown on top in anger, it was all congregated on one side of the base, it was sludgy and cold, the base was dry and brittle like it was old... we tried eating it and immediately seriously regretted our decision, it was extremely salty. Its a disgrace that they delivered that to us in the first place. I have been privileged enough to have eaten Pizza on every continent on the Earth and this is LITERALLY THE WORST EVER. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this place... the quality is seriously poor and you will immediately be looking for somewhere else to source a replacement dinner the moment you receive your pizzas, albeit 30 quid out of pocket, like we are now. We also called and complained and they were unhelpful and acted like they could care less. Best of luck to you, but we will not partake again.

We were there for dinner and had pizza. The pizza was very good and we really enjoyed the nice atmosphere as well. Special thanks to Justin for his kindness. We recommend it.

Awful awful service. Went in, was not allowed to sit anywhere but the proposed dirty table, which he then cleaned. The table I was sat in - now cleaned - was 30 cm from another table which was absolutely filthy with food all over both the table and the floor. When I asked, in a very calm way if the table next to me could be cleaned as it was extremely unappetising, I was met with dirty looks and retorts that the manager had cleaned THIS table for me. Why would I need the one next to me cleaned. So off putting I left, very upsetting and rude. I come here regularly and this was shocking and very upsetting.

Decent size/number of tables for the location. We turned up early evening and were lead straight to a table. Ordered a peroni and a garlic bread with mozzarella, expecting to share one for two of us. The garlic bread was tiny but tasty (they definitely didn’t scrimp on the butter). I got a giardiniera pizza and my daughter picked a margarita pizza which arrived soon. Lovely pizzas and friendly staff. All in all a good experience.

Restored our faith in Pizza Express being able to provide tasty pizzas again, so many of their restaurants have faded into tasteless obscurity. Staff friendly and attentive, service brisk, will go back again soon.

Appreciate it was busy on match day,but don't sit people down,ignore them for 20mins,then serve the next table who literally had just arrived. Walked out. Toilets decent,about all it's good for,as I couldn't get any food here.

Pizza was disgusting, dough balls obviously had been frozen. 50% off on starters is not worth it for this rubbish. Pizza Express used to be decent but this sucked. Better off buying a fancy one from Sainsbury’s for a third of the price!
