Great value for money, very close to the shopping centre, and the atmosphere was great just needed little more music but was great, staff were friendly and quick at making the food with excellence, was fast food and still piping hot

Marcelo is very friendly and made prompt recommendations within 10 minutes, which made our trip a better experience. We arrived at 9:12 in the evening and he was still welcoming us warmly.

We had a fantastic meal here tonight. We were served by Mima, who was the perfect host. Very friendly and welcoming. She took my autistic son to help him make his own ice cream sundae and bambicinno (I've probably spelt that wrong), and it made his day. Also his 3 course meal was free, which was brilliant. Will definitely be back!

I've been to different branches before but the customer service of this branch is exceptional. We've been helped by Marcelo, who received us with a very vibrant and pleasing energy, a great sense of humour, and great customer service. Do they really call that pizza? The food was terrible. I went twice because I was staying at a nearby hotel for work and wanted to check if I could have made a mistake. The waitress who served me one night got angry if I asked her about the portions. If you order pasta, don't expect it to be Italian-style. It's almost impossible to eat well in the UK, but even less so at Pizza Express.

The leggeras pizzas are a little expensive and scarce (the center is a salad but without dough underneath) but Marcelo served us wonderfully!

A very quiet and pleasant place. The staff was super friendly, especially Marcelo.

The waitress mima was very sweet and gentle with us, and the kitchen team specifically Mariangela made us very good tasting food, the hospitality was truly wonderful. I would recommend this for a calm and delicious night out with friends with hospitality like this.

Visited with my best friend on a trip to london, and pizza express was next door to our hotel, followed the moment we arrived Marcelo greeted us and sat us down, he took our order and quickly gave us our drinks whilst giving excellent customer service. he is a real asset to your teams thank you. The boss yelled at me when I wanted to pay my bill at the exit. Never seen so much disrespect towards a French tourist. Since when do we yell at customers??? To flee. Plus the pizzas aren't great.

He estado yendo a Pizza Express desde principios de los 70. Esta fue mi primera visita a Rockley Road y quizás la mejor experiencia hasta ahora. Hubo un tiempo en que la pizza PEx era un poco demasiado pequeña y mis hijos solían dejar un poco de picota, así que dejamos de ir. No es el caso ahora. Mi American Hot tenía el mismo sabor delicioso de siempre. Era un tamaño generoso y cocinado a la perfección. Nuestra camarera, Mima fue una delicia. Ella era muy profesional en su trabajo y cuando terminamos la comida, tuvimos una charla muy agradable con ella. Haremos de esta nuestra pizza preferida de ahora en adelante

Had a great dining experience at this Pizza Express, thanks to our waiter Marcelo. We did not have the Pizza Express app on our phones, so he explained tat we could get discounts if we were to sin up that night. Not only did we get a half price Pizza, but the management throw in free dough balls too. Great service and the Pizza was great too! 5 stars for Marcelo!

Better than the food was the service of Marcelo who is a super waiter, nice with children and very hospitable. Thanks Marcelo, it's very hard to find good service these days.

Came here with a family of 7 for the half term break. Been to many pizza express's before but the service here was excellent. The children were served first which is a bonus and our host Emmy was very attentive to the children and delivered a class service. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely meal here this evening - our food was excellent and very tasty. We were well looked after by Marcelo, who was very friendly and helpful and advised us on the special offers available through the Pizza Express app. Marcelo also invited our children to help make their ice cream sundaes with him, much to their enjoyment! All in all, we had a great evening and would recommend eating here.

These people have no idea what pizza is, much less Italian food. I can't say that they are British, because the least there are here are local people working in this place. It's terrible if you are Argentinian and know what pizza is, don't even think about stopping by this place. They are going to leave very disappointed.

Mima was amazing ! I wanted to go somewhere fancy on portebello road. But it was too busy so we gave up and searched Shepards bush. Then we came here after all the searching we were tired, wet from the rain and gasping for some wine. We had an amazing time here. It was clean, fast service, passionate staff. Mima immediately came to us and apologized for the delay even though we just sat down, we had some wine and a starter and main and mima orchestrated the meal fabulously. Thanks so much for making it enjoyable.

Visited on a Saturday evening and received a warm welcome from the Manager. We were seated quickly. We then received fantastic table service from the lovely Mima. The food came out promptly. I had the calamari and the cannelloni and they were cooked perfectly and were delicious. My daughter had the dough balls and a pizza, which again were delicious. We finished up with a coffee and a dessert. We will definitely be back.

Best leggera Pollo and Astra I've ever had a Pizza Express. Good amount of chicken and green stuff. Amy our waitress was very pleasant. Like the atmosphere too. Music not too loud and everyone can see the kitchen area. Wish I lived closer.

A primeira vez que cheguei a Londres a primeira pizzx que comi foi da Pizza E.xpress. Hoje 10/02/2025 comi na a melhor pizza de gluten free na express. For the Pizza National day. The gluten free pizza was so so good. The Staff where so friendly special Marcelo. The room was a bit cold the toilets were very clean and smiling good. I have no complain I normally very facy eating out due to my alergia. You should visit. This restaurant and ask for Marcelo. It is in shepherd's in W12 Local shopping centre.

We went on National Pizza Day and were served by a very sweet man Marcelo set us up and was very helpful. We will come again for pizza and nice atmosphere!

The perfect place to try delicious pizzas. The treatment of Mima, the girl who served us, is exceptional. Always attentive and talking to us in a very friendly way. The pizzas are tasty and the mozzarella sticks stand out, what we ordered. The place is beautiful, everything clean. While we stay in London, we are going to repeat the pizza. Thank you Mima, you are pure joy and kindness!
