Phil and I had such a lovely time tonight. We were greeted with such kindness at the door and were offered our choice of seat - even though it was busy! We then had Emmy looking after us and had been told as they were busy, that there was an expected wait from the kitchen. Emmy introduced us to the pizza express app where you can gain points etc and we were pleasantly surprised with that. Although it was busy, she was very attentive but not at all over bearing. Everything came quickly and we had a great time. Everyone made us feel so welcome and Emmy is a star. Thanks xx

* Lived in Shepherd's Bush just shy of 30 years. For some reason, I'd never visited this branch of Pizza Express before. (Or Pizza Express, in general.) Always gone to a rival on Holland Park Avenue. * 12 days ago, a buddy from Hammersmith popped round to see me. He didn't want to go "all the way" to Holland Park Avenue....so...(reluctantly)....I agreed to go with him to Pizza Express, (Shepherd's Bush.) * What a revelation!! (And an utter pleasure.) Fresh and tasty tucker, Warm and welcoming service, Great background music. * Not sure how I missed this one?? (I've been back twice. Both times without my buddy.) Meaning, I've been going on my own volition, LOL * Had a pizza with a classic crust the 1st time - Yummy. On my 2nd visit, my Server not only remembered my name...but what I'd previously - Wow! * I've just got back from another there. And my Server...(from all 3 times - A WONDERFUL!! lady called Mima? suggested I try the Romano crust. * I did. And Mima was spot on in her recommendation. (B/c the crust is thinner...you taste even more of the filing.) * TOTALLY !! want to commend her. (She's a big reason why I returned the 2nd and 3rd times.) As well as the tasty food, as well. lol. * This is now my new local Pizzeria. Memo to Holland Park Avenue "rival" - It's been emotional.

We had fantastic evenings. Came back the last evening for the nicest waiter in town; Marcelo. The food was super tasty but he made it a super fun evening. With a joke and a smile on his face, we couldn't miss him in the restaurant.

We dined early because we had young children with us. It was not very busy, but it took nearly an hour for the food to be served. The children were hungry and tired of waiting. When the food did arrive, the children's portions were as if they had prepared one child portion and split it into two! We shared ours. There was no explanation or apology! Lights in the toilets did not work, and again, the staff did not do anything about it. For a Pizza Express, this is not what we would expect. More like Pizza Distress!

I had a great experience at PizzaExpress Shepherd's Bush! The food was delicious — I ordered the Romana Double American Cheese pizza and the Classic Dough Balls, which were both amazing. The service was quick, and our waiter Mima was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was also cozy and perfect for a relaxing dinner. Plus, I saved some money with the loyalty rewards! We ate twice in this pizzeria, which is located next to the hotel, so very convenient. We had a blast! The servers are very nice. The service is quick and the dishes are hot. I recommend this pizzeria. We will come back there during our next visit to London.

I visited the pizza express today. Had a very bad experience before so I was a little hesitant.i was very impressed.the garlic bread mozzarella was so tasty.the romana margarita was full of tomato sauce so I asked the line manager to add cheese on the top which she said she will make a new one,great service from the management. It turned out to be the best decision the new margherita was amazing.to my waiter Emmy,thank you so much for you great service,whatever I asked she done it with a speed and smile.Thank you guys.

Very consistent always a warm welcome and good pizza. Staff have been there for a while which makes the restaurant feel like a home from home. Our waitress Amy was fantastic.

The staff is lovely but it can get very crowded and then it’s a while for you to get served. The pizzas are very good and it’s easy to bring kids as well. They do Great ‘make your own pizza’ parties too!

The staff are very nice 🙂 but the pizza is so bad the sauce is so raw and the cheese is like rubber the worst part is the dough is undercooked guess what I bit into my pizza 🍕 and the cheese separated from the dough I'm so disappointed 😔 and the pepperonis are AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CHEESE I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE TOPPINGS BEING AT THE BOTTOM I THOUGHT THEY WERE BETTER I RECOMMEND MELEMIUM PIZZA PUTNEY ITS AMASING

The pizza was amazing and the service was good and for a good price, but the interior is so dark and the spotlights shinging on each table are so bright that the hard contrast between light and dark was a bit "uncomfortable". In my opinion, providing slightly more soft ambient light throughout the room and making the spotlights not so blindingly bright would make the atmosphere better and more comfortable. The location is nice, too. Because it's located a block or so away from the main road means the traffic passing by isn't as bad, and it's not so loud.

Thieves hang around outside this one in deliveroo uniforms. They tried to steal my bike but I was wise to it and had to move it. Made for a not pleasant experience at all

Me and two of my friends were looking for a place with gluten free food, as one of my friends is gluten free, and Pizza Express came up. When we went we were energetically greeted and our waiter Marcelo was super fun! When we told him that my friend is gluten free he grabbed a large book that had all the dietary options for all of the dishes and double checked what my friend was getting was gluten free. When I asked him about spice on a dish he gave his opinion and also was very helpful. A great experience and was a very tasty dinner!

Went on way to other things. They were quiet but it was a Tuesday lunchtime. Service was brilliant. Not over attentive but on point. I am a creature of habit. I have the same thing. Always funghi di Bosco pizza. I love Italy . I travel. Today. This pizza was THE BEST I have ever had. Including Italy and many numerous pizza expresses This place deserves more attention. When I next go to London. I would go out of my way to visit this franchise. Stunning . Thank you. X and I am a tough critic

My wife and I had a wonderful evening at Pizza Express. We could choose a table and sat by the window. Our waiter was Marcelo. He is a lovely energetic man who is always smiling, is very friendly and very helpful. We asked some questions about the menu and he answered them all very professionally. When he found out we were there in London to celebrate my birthday, he brought me yellow balloons and a plate with some pieces of brownie and a burning candle on top, and sang “happy birthday” for me, together with his colleague. It was a very nice experience.

The waiter Marcelo is dynamic, smiling and super fast. We ordered 2 salads and 1 pizza served quickly and generously for an affordable price. We recommend this simple but friendly pizzeria, Marcelo speaks to you warmly and shows you little places to visit.

We've been eating at this branch for 10 years now, the pizza is always cooked and presented to our liking, but the main reason we return is because of the friendly, attentive staff, it's like returning to family each time we go. Service is top notch, haven't found anywhere to beat it. Thoroughly recommend it you won't be disappointed. I should like to add that the service was also very speedy and the quality of the food was amongst the best we have seen in Pizza Express.
