Pizza Pronto in Hammersmith and Fulham

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering ever , made an order at 12 received a call an hour later to be told that they’ve run out of what I’ve ordered and I’ll have to go with whatever they put in instead ! The food arrived at 2:26 pm 2 and a half hours after I’ve ordered received the food cold and only had a slice and it went right in the bin . No customer care , no apologise nothing wouldn’t recommend

I ordered pizza for our workplace at 12 PM, and it's now 14:09 PM with no delivery in sight. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since we have limited time at work. We expected timely service, but this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on our experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR SO LONG!!!

I bought a pizza with sea food, unfortunately the seafood was off, once I finished eating started to vomit, and it was really tough experience. I will never ever buy again.

Don't bother with the lamb ribs, there's no lamb. It's ribs you don't expect alot of meat but some would have been nice. Save your money or choose something else.

Best pizza place around with the best deals. The food is always on time, and the pizza is fresh and hot when delivered, and it tastes really good. You also get to choose your 4 toppings if you don't want the ones on the menu, and can have it made your way.

Delivery cancelled, has happened multiple times now due to multiple reasons.

Incredibly unprofessional, arrogant staff who blame their own mistakes on everyone but themselves. They make promises for the next order that they have no intention of keeping and also stop understanding English when it suits them. You have been warned.

Chef puts a lot of heart into his pizza. Delicious, sweet and fluffy dough, good ingredients. Easily one of my top 3 in the area.

Just ordered the pizza today 07/10/23 at around 15:00. I ordered sea food pizza with black olives and sweetcorn (thin crust) and also chips. Also ordered 7 sour cream dips. The pizza came late, no sweetcorn, 2 sour cream dips, soggy chips. Had this pizza before with barbecue base...but they didn't have that choice this time around. Was really nice before too. After today, I will not be ordering from here again. Absolute disrespect. My friend phoned them when it was late and they said they made a mistake with the order. Waited around 20mins -30 after that before it arrived...could of at least got the order right 🤦🏼

Pizza Pronto made the order on time, but JustEat's driver did not have the appropriate bag to carry the food and simply went away from the venue without collecting my order! The food arrived over an hour late once I raised a complaint and a second driver was sent for the collection. The food arrived cold and over one hour late!

So disappointing as the food is genuinely brilliant. I've order 3 times in the last 2 weeks (I'm working shifts), but each time they've made big mistakes with my order. I gave them one last chance on the third attempt, purely because the food is that good, but again they sent my order with half my items missing. Been ordering through Uber eats, ordering the "made for you" deal, which is pizza, garlic bread, wings and a drink. Each time I've only got the pizza and the drink... And the first occasion, I ordered the tex-mex, which is an assortment of different sides. I only received wedges. Each time I'm done out of about a tenner, which is really disappointing!

Although there was readjustment for the delivery delay. It was still late from the initial delivery time given. Please do better. Your food is great tho.

Pizza was nice. Crusts weren't great. Ordered Diet Pepsi and got Diet Coke.

Pizza was very dry and hard. Cheesy garlic bread was absolutely tasteless. Jalapeño bites were undercooked and soggy. Very disappointing. Won't be ordering again.

Really poor experience - I ordered directly on their website as they offer free delivery. Shortly after, I got a phone call saying they didn't have a delivery driver that day and that I could either cancel the order and reorder through uber eats/deliveroo, or they could make the pizza and I would have to pick it up. I asked them to cancel it but they apparently couldn't from their side as their manager wasn't in, and there was no way for me to cancel it from my end, so I didn't have much of an option - went to pick it up. They didn't care at all about the inconvenience caused and they conveniently forgot the additional topping I had paid for on the pizza. And, had an upset stomach the day after eating. I would avoid this place. :)

Sadly the pizza came all squashed and has slid in the box. I thought the delivery person should know how to carry pizza always flat. I have photos to show you. I still gave 5 stars to the food quality as I feel the people who made it shouldn’t be at fault

Food came in 25 mins, standard takeaway pizza, sometimes that's just what you're craving. Garlic bread was good too!

I paid for garlic pizza bread and they delivered normal garlic bread. The portion for mozzarella sticks is supposed to be of 8 and they delivered 6. The pizza was cold. I have raised a complaint with justeat because it happens frequently with this restaurant.

Arrived on the later side of the arrival time (maybe slightly over). We always order from here and never had a complaint, however….the chips were rock solid, the garlic bread tasted like it had washing up liquid soaked in it and two of the pizzas were curled over from the ride to us.

Delivery guy very unprofessional didn’t have change. Literally had to call the restaurant to ask the delivery guy to bring back my change pizza bunt and cold delivery driver seem to be intoxicated

There were like 6 types of meat mentioned that will be added to the pizza, instead I got a pepperoni, sausage pizza that too with awfully unchewable hard crust, i ordered thin crust. And on top of all this the pizza was cold, when. I got the delivery. Dinner ruined, I would like my refund!

2 and a half hours late… 2 out of 3 pizzas delivered were wrong size and toppings…can’t even eat it because it’s too late. Normally when ordered from here, service and pizzas very good..in this instance not…not happy at all..waste of nearly £30… no real apologies, just told their one driver had crashed.. i would have preferred to be told they cannot fulfill the order and not accept it.

Delivery guy looked grubby to say the least. When I asked where my fries were after he only turned up with the pizza , he said they were on his bike and had to go downstairs to get them. Why not bring them up in the first place? Also, I got one can of Diet Coke rather than two and he had no answer to that. This is usually my pizza go to but is now likely to become my don’t go to, although the food itself was fine.

Was all good but gave them a star only as I’m finding things missing like no sauce or not what u ordered arriving. Im loyal customer but I’m serious looking somewhere else to get my pizza from.

The delivery person just left our order in the reception of the hotel (which was empty, no one was working at the moment) before the ETA and they didn't upload the delivery on the app or called us and when we went outside at the earlier time our delivery could have arrived it was already there left on the desk, cold. That's why we assume it arrived 30 minutes before it was supposed to. Moreover, one can of Pepsi was missing.

I'll keep using them at the current prices. Pasta always a bit stodgy but I think it's hard to store. Love the wings but would go out of my way for the toffee cheesecake absolutely excellent.

We've ordered multiple times from this place however the quality fell short on this occasion. Pizza base was way too doughy and thick which was unlike the previous times when we have ordered. Not enjoyable. Hopefully was just a one-off which will not happen again.
