I went at 12:30 to order a single cheesy chips. I said to the person I was with should we share a cheesy chips he said yes so I said just that then please. He then charged me for two just to get extra money out of me and then acted like I wanted two the whole time so I would recommend avoiding incase they double charge you too.

Before the new owner it was doing good but now its doing okay but i think they put abit too much tomato sauce but otherwise amazing!!!

Always Tasty pizzas and kebabs .Staff was very nice and nice , Highly recommended. Always go here and find them excellent and it is here for years ..

pizza always tastes good. Best spicy doner in town even my mates who've visited me from abroad love it. Over the years it has been consistently good. Whenever we have had an issue they always are happy to sort it out. Not everywhere is perfect but all in all their food tastes good and is made well.

Been regular customer here for years and the pizzas are top notch. Made a large order for Iftar for the family, to my disappointment I found the pizzas to be overdone & dry almost like they’ve been left on the side for a while. Hoping this just a one of & based on my experience with El Passo to date I’m still going to give these guys a decent rating. If you’ve not tried there food you’ve been missing out!

Ordered pizzas via just eat, delivery time was estimated at 40 mins. 20 minutes after the estimated time of delivery i rang to inquire where the order got too, at which point I was told it would arrive within 5 minutes as it had left the takeaway. 20 more minutes after this conversation the food had still not arrived at which point I rang again and was told the same story - the pizzas would reach us in 5 minutes. I complained about the time and how long it had taken already, the guy on the phone didnt seem concerned about this in any way, so I cancelled the order. When I asked about a refund, he said quite rudely, "what do you want me to do? get it off just eat." So, I told him to start off with apologising, because his service had been beyond s**t. At which point he put he phone down. Rude and mannerless dont even begin to cover these people running this takeaway. Considering iv been a loyal customer for many years, and have placed many large orders with them over the years, these guys didnt even have the decency to apologise for their f**k up. Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone, unprofessional and very rude. They lack basic manners and customer service is crap.

As a regular customer, we ordered 4 large pizzas with some other sides for a Ramadan meal for fam/friends. All 4 pizzas were burnt inc the chips. The pizzas barely had any toppings, the base was very dry (no tomato/chilli sauce) and hardly any cheese was seen on the pizzas. We called the takeaway 1 hour 45 minutes in advance for collection. Very disappointed! So, we called to complain (not always one to complain) the manager asked if we could bring them back or if not to take pictures and to show him these next time we go in. Due to fasting all day and having to cook alternatives, we decided to take the pizzas back (no one ate them). The manager spoke very rudely and claimed that they were 'NOT' burnt and that's how pizzas "are" cooked in his terms he claimed these pizzas are 'normal'. He was very impolite and the customer service is and was pathetic!. We were very disappointed as we were regular customers. Defo would NOT be going back and defo do NOT recommend Elpasso to anyone! 100% disappointed! Unsatisfactory service and food!

Not happy delivery was late, also I have an allergy so told them not to put something in the pizza which they did. So we just ate one of them and wasted the other . Not happy !

Really terrible service. I've ordered from El Paso many times so was very shocked when their food was over 40 minutes. The delivery driver then argued with me in street and kept saying that just eat timing was wrong and kept showing me receipt with amended delivery time. I explained to him that even with this amended time he was still half an hour late. The food which was delivered was absolutely inedible: the meat from kebabs was rubbery and the chips were completely cold. It was like someone had taken frozen chips and put them in microwave for 1min. So I prepared some food for myself and called El Paso to explain how bad the food was. I wasn't expecting anything but wanted to give them feedback because I've always had good experiences with them in the past. The guy over the phone was extremely rude and said I was making up everything because I had not called straight away. I explained to him that this was because I had to prepare food for myself as I had been waiting to eat for an hour and 40 minutes! He was extremely obnoxious and continued to rudely tell me that I was making it up! I'm really shocked by their behaviour as I've ordered from this place a lot of times before for over 4 years! They've definitely lost a customer tonight. I understand it might have been busy because of football but there is no excuse for treating customers this badly and behaving so rudely.

I am absolutely disgusted. The food took too long to arrive even longer than the estimated time. The food tasted horrible most especially the jacket potatoes. It was so awful that I could not even eat it and had to order elsewhere. This takeaway should not even exist. I want a refund.

The worst takeaway restaurant experience so far. The food arrived 2 hours 40 minutes late and when it did arrive it was cold, stale and delivered without apology. It was also a very small portion for a large kebab. And I'm still expected to pay full price because I was starving enough to eat the muck delivered!

el passo is great value for money and the people are always very friendly when I order over the phone, they forgot my drinks once and offered to come back to me with them, I said I would have on my next order and they gave them to me. very good food ALWAYS good quality.

Food was nice enough but took ages to arrive. Rang them when it was coming up to 30 minutes late and they said the guy had just set off, but he didn't arrive for another 30 minutes. Suspect they forgot the order or didn't prioritise it. Would have been fine if they had called to say sorry it might be late because a, b and c but I had to chase them. repas assis, un peu de tout, fisch and ships, pizzas, pates, oignons frits, tout est bon, servis rapidement, aimablement, moyennement cher mais on se repose de la marche au soleil. En angleterre pas de caraffe d'eau, 1/2 bouteille à 3,50 Livres, soit 5,70 E !! au bout de la semaine, ça chiffre un peu.

These guys always take way too long to deliver. When you call them they will say your food will be 10 minutes even if they know full wrll its going to be another 45 minutes. Have given them the benefit of the doubt before but now I don't think I shall order from them again.

To top it all off it wasn't even that tasty and the driver knocks on you door, shoves the food into your hand and gets back in the car with only a single grunt at you. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.
