Waited an hour an a half phoned no answer 2 hours no answer ringing an ringing absolute joke our take away didn't turn up not impressed

I have just ordered said my delivery would be 35 to 45 mins they came and it was discussing mushrooms and garlic was burnt to hell

If I could give 0 stars I would. If an Italian person had a pizza from here they would have a stroke

Really friendly staff and the food is beyond amazing! Tasty hot delicious food! Loaded fries are just fantastic!

It is a terrible place staff very rude,all the food is old left there for ages,blood left in the chicken foods all frozen terrible place do not recommend,

£6,20 for an mini shawarma loaded fries. Never order here agai! And then you get a burger meal with drink for £5,20. This place is a ripoff!!!

Ordered food a prawn cocktail salad and kebab and chips. Usually kebab and chips takes 5 mins where waiting half an hour or more to be told prawns are off when I noticed that these went to someone else who ordered after us. I would not mind but do not lie and say they are off this took them half an hour to tell us that.

Best burger and chips in the area. Cheesy garlic bread is also the best around

St Helens is notoriously bad for a decent kebab, this takeaway is defo one of the better ones. Donner and Chicken kebab with chilli sauce was bang on both times I had it. Nicely presented in a box, not greasy and plenty of it. Recommend.

I’ve been in the shop and have had delivery so many times, we absolutely love this place, the food is always made fresh and orders are never wrong, prices might be a bit more than most takeaways but for the quality and service we receive is worth every extra penny… staff are amazing and friendly espresially Kelly she is the heart of service and prep.. love dealing with her she is amazing xx

Wow!!! What a meal!! Not what I was expecting but far surpassed!! We both had chicken shwarma kebab on tortilla which comes with chips. A lot of chips!! The kebab came already wrapped and it was absolutely delicious!! I was stuffed but had to eat it all it was so good! I couldn't eat all the chips but my partner did. We will be back

We ordered a 14inch garlic bread pizza with tubs of chilli sauce. The most perfect & delicious pizza I’ve ever tasted. Not to mention the chilli sauce which is homemade and is also the best chilli sauce I’ve ever had. The number 1 spot takeaway in the whole of St Helens, Liverpool and Prescott. All halal food for a great price, good customer service and we wasnt waiting for long for our food. I appreciate this takeaway and have been going here for years!!! Got My full support xxx

Big portions, very good chicken shawarma, very good customer service

We ordered milkshakes a few months back, when drinking them I tasted something awful. Long story short it was tobacco and the outside of a cig!! Nobody smokes in our household so it was clearly done in the takeaway. I called to complain and obviously they denied so we drove to the shop where there was a man in the back (in the kitchen) smoking. My partner took a photo in which he came to the front kicking off telling him to delete. We ended up having to ring my partners dad to come in case it escalated. The owner came, gave us a refund and apologised and said the man who was smoking was actually sacked a few days prior, i thinking making out that it was done out of spite. I’m posting now as we have moved address therefore they don’t know where I live to come and kick off because the man that was smoking seemed to be the type to turn up. Now yes the manager was extremely apologetic so this has nothing to do with him personally. Things might have changed by now.. but definitely DO NOT order milkshakes 😂 *I do have photos still to prove*

Ordered 2 weeks ago it was yummy the kebab(on nan) was best one ive had meat was hot and lot of it salsd was crisp onions tomatoes cucumber lettuce just really enjoyable to eat chips was good chicken burger was plain as we had asked burger good too 🙂 just ordered pizza and garlic bread with cheese cant wait for it to come 🙂 and very pleasant on the phone 🙂 all good 🙂

Tasty food, me and my partner always have a good laugh and chat with all the staff. We love it hands down our favourite take away never had a problem with them

Ive been eating kebabs for 40 yrs..and i dont remember enjoyin one as much as this ...the meat was mixed with the salad an sauce instead of just plonked on ctop..came red

Used to be quite nice food but standards have dropped dramatically and if they missed something in your order tuff luck your not getting it, don't think I will be ordering again

The foods nice but order accuracy is poor and customer service is just as bad. After many orders your milkshakes either don't arrive or are not what you ordered and items also regularly get missed. Called today to advise about the order from today and was hung up on within 20 seconds.... Very very poor. Please can you improve service as the foods good.

My son liked his garlic bread, however I wasn't keen on my pepperoni pizza as it wasn't cooked enough, place seemed clean and all fine though

Awful. Took two hours to come despite telling us “ it’s on the way”. When it did come it was cold and undercooked. Absolutely shocking take away - thanks just eat for a refund - this lot want shutting down.

Be advised will not send free garlic bread with cheese when ordered through just eat, even though it is advertised on the website and the just eat app

Ordered at 22.00 and the order came at 22.15 instead of 22.50. as I was on my way home from work missed it by about 5 mins. Should deliver at the stated time. Won't be going there again.

Chicken filet burgers are belters

Food came 30 minutes late, when the food turned up, it was cold and undercooked. Staff was very rude when we asked for our money back, raised their voices and made up lies about previous conversations, absoloutely disgraceful, i will never go with these again.

Sat here for hours on end waiting for the food got lied about when it was comin then the food comes I unwrap the food to find me hand soaking in mayo then the kebab uncooked stone cold tastes like cow pat reckon the chips will b sound but they r stone cold soggy n if ye wanna hav food poisoning then come here

Always use this takeaway as it is run very good with decent prices on food not really happy about there new offer on just eat for free garlic bread with cheese you have to spend 15 pounds! Still is a very good takeaway with some friendly staff

No words can describe how the food is cooked to perfection! The garlic bread is also the best I’ve ever tasted, it’s thick and tasty. The hot chilli sauce is absolute Devine💛 Never been so satisfied, food is always delicious and piping hot and the delivery drivers are very friendly and polite. Couldn’t fault it and this take away is by far the best! I have got my boyfriend and all my friends into this place and they have all said its lovely and now always order food from there. The donner meat tasted like stale armpits. The chips tasted like they'd been in oil that was 2 weeks old . The sauce was watery and didn't look like mayo. Wouldn't order from here again.
