L'amore pizza in St. Helens

Place order guy turned up with no card reader and no help whatsover . order from here all the time and tonight when the girls are not on guy walks away because he's no card reader massive failiur!!!!. And no help at all when I range to complain.. ill take my money elsewhere!!!.

I had chicken and mushroom pizza. Fantastic as always. Been going since my niece worked there. Food was hot and delicious and delivery was early. Will deffo be back

The hotdogs are nice, the quality on the food has gone down hill though for £30 I'd expect something nice and fresh sorry just being honest, the hotdogs are worth it though they're huge!

I asked the restaurant to change my order as i had put a wrong food item in it, they changed it asap and it was correct so i am very pleased,the food was lovley!

Ordered from here on many occasion and they never disappoint. Always stick to the order and food quality is great. One of the best takeaways in St.Helens

The food was absolutely disgusting the bread on both kebabs was stale the meet was cold the lettuce was at the bottom all soggy absolutely dusgusted and quite surprised at ur refund offer

Delivered early and the food was lovely but unfortunately just not very warm. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I always have ordered from Lamore, sometimes spending up to £50 each time. One of the items I always order, being a full mixed kebab, on this occasion, was absolutely awful. The chicken tasted off. Time for a change in take aways I think! Such a shame as usually this place is absolutely beautiful.

Delivery driver "ordering" me to give money before he even opened his little bag. could of had naff all in it. Next time get little bag open pal and show u have my food. Strangest encounter of my life!! weirdo pass on this place from now on me.

food arrived in good time and hot. kebab was nice but for £11 it was smaller than expected. also asked for no tomato and tomatoes were put on it. cheesy garlic pizza wasn't very garlicky. very average indeed.

The quality of the food is good but the portion size has gone smaller to what they usually provide, no longer good value for money as in ie. The large chips is more like a small child’s portion.

Pizza came cold. Almost 40 minutes late. Usually good quality but definitely not this time. Kids were starving and didn’t enjoy cold food

First time ordering from a recommendation. Won’t be ordering again. Food was on time yet was freezing cold. The chips were stale and tasted like they’d been fried with chicken 🤢 very chewy too: what a waste ! Pizza and garlic bread was cold .. had to be warmed up in the oven .. even though I only live 5 minutes away. Won’t be ordering again: it’s horrible . What a waste of money . Better places in the area !

Fantastic food hot and tasty as always

Food was absolutely amazing as always. Got a little extra, tried the new sweet chilli recipe. The flavour is all good, but needs a little bit more of a kick. Thank you for letting me try it out I enjoyed it 😊

Food was all freezing cold, pizza was soggy, and Kebabs was missing salad and not as good as usual. I'm not sure if the lateness was down to the delivery driver, but food here is usually very nice, delivered early and nice and hot. Hopefully, it will be just a one-off, but will reconsider another takeaway if we receive another like this.

The food is delicious, the calzone is a cheese fest! Really meaty and juicy spicy chicken wings and the pizza toppings were very fresh! Will definitely order from here again, even though the order was a bit late

Hot dog was amicable. However, arguably the worst pizza I've ordered from a takeaway to date. Sauce overpowering with a poor sauce to cheese ratio - couldn't taste the toppings. Wasn't worth it. Won't be coming back here.

First time ordering from here tonite and we’ll definitely be back. Every meal was delicious, it was still red hot when it arrived and the delivery driver was lovely. Would definitely recommend and return

I was a regular here until today, food cold and naan rock hard. Rang up to complain, they took an hour to replace and quality was just as bad. The customer service when speaking on the phone was terrible. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Amazing garlic bread, chips are gorgeous!

Really small portion size on the donner meat, and hardly any sauce at all even when I had asked for plenty this was barely looking a standard amount. Chips nice and hot though. Called the store and they offered the same items for free next time so I will be taking them up on this, with hopefully a bigger portion next time. Delivery was average nothing bad to say.

Despite the order being 45 minutes late due to them being busy and arriving not very hot it was the nicest pizza i have tasted...

We usually order all the time but this will be the last. Food was cold and soggy asked for a replacement and again cold and tasted gone off! Bits in the burger! Never again! This place has gone really down hill :(

Been going here for last two years but after being disappointed after the last 3 takeaways we won’t be again. Chicken burger was horrible and chips cold, watched the woman pick the onions up with her bare hands and the chicken kebab was tasteless.

I think I might be missing something cause I don’t understand how this place as got a 5 out of 5…….. i also don’t understand how u can mess up chicken nuggets and chips. Chips not cooked and u could of knocked someone out with how hard the nugs were 🙈safe to say I won’t be ordering again id save your money if I was you!

I do love this place I always come back to it. The pizza’s are amazing and I personally love the omelettes too. Definitely recommend.

Doner kebab was lovely, staff are nice too. Whenever I'm in town on a night I always get my food from here before home. The pizzas are great too.

I've not received my food what a joke

I never even received it and I want a full refund. After ringing the restaurant, I was treated like a fool and was told, that it was my fault that I didn't receive my food!' Absolutely disgusting treatment and I wouldn't mind, but I've used them for years now, but never again. I'll also, after many years of ordering from them, that I will never, ever order from them again, never. I also expect a FULL refund of all my money, for an order I never received! H

I always order from here and it’s usually good. But this time I asked for the garlic bread well done and it was pale and very thin need a bit more volume to it! Also chips seem to have changed wasn’t as good as usual!
