Bella Pizza in St. Helens

Again no sauce in the kebab, tragedy, I love it but without sauce it's not the same kebab... sometimes there is probably another kebab and the kebab is not good and the portions are small, I've been ordering it for 10 years and sometimes I give up because of the deterioration and the portions... fix it because it's my favorite kebab in st helens...

We had the Donner kebab, and it was delicious, the Donner meat is lovely, cut nice and thin,, and not greasy the salad is nice and fresh would highly recommend

We have always ordered 14 inch pizzas but on the last two occasions the pizzas are clearly smaller in size. Are we, as customers the victims of shrinkflation? The price has increased by almost a third in under a year yet the portion has decreased in size. Why? What possessed you to think it would go unnoticed? Address this or lose the custom😡

Fantastic kebabs, the sizes are huge! The chicken kebab is a personal favourite as I'm not a big fan of doner meat. However, their doner meat here is quite tasty 😋 my only complaint is its a cash only establishment, and whilst I do wish to keep cash flowing in society, I would like the option to pay on card too

The most disrespectful customer services. I was staying in hotel and told him just a second to get the address he got angry and hung up. Then I went to them just in case he did it by mistake I wish I didn’t. I repeat my order three times and he never got it.They are so junior and need to learn how to respect customers

Normally pretty good, pizza was nice as always. However ordered a jacket potato and tuna mayo with cheese, got home to realise we got potato with beans and cheese. Rang up and they said they would make us a new one, got that one home no mayo or butter. Bit if a joke really you’d have thought you wanted get that order perfect the second time.

We go here a lot it's never let us down. Food is always tasty and piping hot chips are golden and always crispy ..can't fault it. Would highly recommend.

I have used Bella Pizza Twice now 1st time the food was a lot nicer, hot, tasted fresh. This time the chips tasted like they were reheated in a microwave... they were chewy :-(

Would be zero stars for customer service. Preordered a pizza for 8.30 received an email saying it would be 9pm pizza delivered at 5.45, two and half hours before my son was due home. Spoke to bella who told me another would be sent, it wasn't and was told they wanted the old pizza in exchange for a fresh one 🤣🤣🤣 my question is what would be done with the original pizza . Safe to say wont be ordering again from you.

After waiting over an hour for the food I rang the restaurant for an update to be told.... it is what it is we’re busy.... wow... customer service needs some work with all staff, however the local lad is usually great and very down to earth. Food arrived 30 mins late. The Pizza was almost cold and the chips were a cold soggy mess. Most of the meal went in the bin. Absolutely dreadful. Delivery cost of almost £5 is a total rip-off. I'll not be using this take-away ever again. Pity you can't claim refunds!!

Spend an absolute fortune here when visiting as have a big family someone told me if I used them direct and not just eat they would give me free garlic bread tried that but no joy so in this Chrisis last supper and all that they put a 58 pound order in and they forgot some of it so when I rang up they said they knew about it so I asked what about the free garlic bread 🥖 if h order on website he said did u ask for it I said ordered online and spent a lot of money just been to me door wi the rest of me order not a thanks kiss me arse or nowt in future shove ur orders up ur hoop and finger post pizzeria is far cheaper and would not even hesitate to bring u garlic bread cheeky baskets sorry too posh to swear and that Bella pizza u have got greedy

I find it shocking how I was working there for half a day I was told to wear my hair back as I’m wear it in a bun I was told to wear a blue shirt but then when I went in to help my boyfriend I find there’s another female with her hair in a pony tail no blue shirt but she also got help! Which I didn’t and I even told the manger that I have learning difficulties but yet he’s putting more faith in her and helping her out more! How’s that even fair?

I have tried so many takeaways in st Helen's and have some favourites for certain food I always use these guys for when I fancy a donner kebab so good 😋👌 If your looking for thin cut donner (How it shou be imo) this place is the place.

Took to long and charged way to much for a £15.00 pizza and no free garlic bread I them rang up they said no it's £19.00 for a free garlic bread might aswel book into Ritz hotel be cheaper rip of that and 1hr and half to deliver wasn't the best pizza aswel was all mushed up never going this dump again

Pizza fries came slightly undercooked. And pizza didn't even taste like the one I ordered( I only get the one pizza from there). Won't be going back after this.l

Not overly impressed. Placed needed a clean. There was food and such on the floor. Service wasn't great and the guy was very miserable, which impacted on the experience. Cost us £24 for two normal, average pizzas..so would always recommend domino's delivery instead.

Very expensive for a pizza, and they even gave me the wrong one! Ordered Tex mex.. spicey meat, pepperoni, onion and peppers.. got a bbq one covered in a tonne of sweet corn!! The food tasted ok, but not happy with them messing up the order as there was only us in. Very slow service too, we gave up waiting on the shop and went back to our car. Think i’ll Try somewhere else next time.

I ALWAYS order from this place. The flips are amazing ad the chilli sauce I LOVE IT. The food is always piping hot when delivered/eaten and I do have to say that the burgers are fab with a mega burger upgrade :) Keep it up guys YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Every aspect of the food was amazing. The pizza was delicious and really tasty didn't taste just of grease like most takeaways. Chicken kebab was amazing got loads of big chunks of chicken which was marinated. Cheesy chips were lovely too. Definitely coming here again

This place is always consistent, pizzas are the best in town, I've ordered from here on numerous occasions and it's always delicious, just one minor complaint, the last 2 orders I've placed I've asked for a tub of chilli sauce and both times I haven't received it but like I said that's minor
