Luigi's in St. Helens

Been a loyal customer for 8 years. Last week the delivery driver was rude and moaned about us ordering from them as its too far to drive - its 1.5 miles and you pay for delivery! Won't be ordering again from you.

Great Food , delivery fast , good prices , and great delivery driver. Best in Newton le willows by far.

Ordered food at 18.00 still not got food at 19.30 Rang 3 times and the attitude towards me was disgusting. When I go into shop they are so polite when my partner is with me

Ordered and paid online called the shop after 1 1/2 hours to ask about the order as still not received got abruptly told it’s there now and slammed down the phone called back spoke to a difference person to be told same it’s there now when it finally arrived it was disgusting breaded mushrooms and chips are just a soggy mess not edible pizzas are not much better been a regular customer for years will not be ordering again would rate -10 stars if possible

We've been living in Newton for two years now and we didn't know what kind of good and affordable fast food we have here. We will definitely visit again. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by card. Otherwise, everything is excellent and the service is very friendly.

Love me the chicken burgers, and some times the pizzas but thought I'd try a cheese burger, I must warn you the beef tastes like grease and shoe leather , similar to fairground burgers 🤢

Delivery driver bangs on door like he's a baliff. Pitta bread soggy chips missing .Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered at 6.15 still waiting at 9.15 Where is my food !!!! 6 days later still no food no refund yet promised it would be in the bank after 3 days Tried to discuss had phone put down Even delivery staff for the past few weeks have been saying it's going down the pan So god knows what is actually going on here Do not order food from here is the best advice !!!!!!

Been going Luigis since its been Luigis, food here is decent, burgers, chips, pizzas and kebab all good although the lamb kebab has evolved into half the size and weight it once was. Only thing stopping the fifth star is the old delivery guy who mithers the life out of you while your food gets cold!

Rubbish customer service. Website glitches so your comments aren't there even though you write them. All 3 of us got diarohea and sickness after eating the Donner meat.

best take away in newton le willows, came from Warrington to try with my partner, the calazone and chips are the best we have ever had.

toujours comme jaime lorsque jai l'occasion d'en manger une ( pizza ) ou un Doner kebab. les gens qui y travaillent sont agreables et serviable.Il y a parfois un peut d'attente lors des rush ( heures des repas) les gens ne sont pas des robots alors il faut comprendre mais on est vite recompencé lorsque vient la pizza ou autres!

Seldom do I review places I've just recently found, but this one is a special one. Since they aren't on JustEat, it did take me a while to notice the guys, but finally, I decided to give it a shot. Tried only pizza there so far, but. I've eaten in maybe 70 percent of takeouts around St. Helens and Earlstown (I like to try new things) and so far this is a winner. Amazing dough, crust you don't dump but actually enjoy, ingredients beautifully prepped, not to mention amazing in-house made tomato sauce, with a bit of a kick in it. Plain and simple, gorgeous. And the prices are more than reasonable. Will keep trying stuff from them, but something tells me, if people care that much about food - the rest of menu won't disappoint.

This person needs to get some customer service training. Very rude and abrupt on the phone. Rang and ordered at 19:30 still not arrived by 20:15 (45 mins later) was then told it would be another 20 before it arrived (if it was going to arrive on time???) So told him to cancel the order but then abuse off him which is reply was don't ring up to order anymore. So will find somewhere else with better customer service. Ordered pizza from this restaurant from their website it was clear they claim to make home made stone baked pizza in reality it was nothing more than a bulk buy processed pizza base something that is common in most back street cheap takeaways , this would be normally fine if it was what you expected tk order but it is not what is advertised on their website , in short I wouldn't let this rubbish cross my lips

I'd say this is definitely the best pizza takeaway in town. The pizzas are consistently really good as well as the service and staff. They now even have a website, which is a game changer.

Usually order from this place with no problems. Today they got my order quite wrong, but this was soon rectified with a fresh new order and super fast delivery. Thank you so much for the amazing food and service ❤️

Portion sizes are very minimal, staff are lovely. pizza prices are excellent.

Vile I've only been to this pizza place once and I'd NEVER go back again because when we the kebab was dripping with grease the chips wasn't cooked properly and the garlic bread was burnt 😡😡🤮🤮 so wouldn't recommend this pizza shop if I could give it zero stars I would

Very disappointed. Waited 11/2 hrs on Sunday 6pm. Smallest kebab ever with cheap tomato sauce. Tiny portion of cold chips and breaded mushrooms with no garlic dip . Absolutely appalling.

Just had food from this place are they really taking the biscuit worse food I have ever had burger was hard pizza hardly any topping and the tray of doner meat was not even worth ordering will not be back very dissatisfied and disappointed

We love luigis and order from here regularly but was disappointed tonight when we were told we could not order half and half pizza or choose our own toppings on the party special, despite having done this in the past! The man was rude and abrupt on the phone and this has put us off ordering from here again.

Great prices and freshly made as you wait.delivery service available too so you can't go wrong. Easy enough to park CLOSE once the market has finished (fridays)

Ordered something different a new pizza that was on the menu beef and pepperoni but also came with bbq sauce onion and tomatoes on it as well as a few other things. Asked the guy to read the order back to me to make sure that they got the pizza right and got the reply "ive got the order love". When it came it was just as i suspected just a beef and pepperoni not all the other bits that was suppose to be on it. Spoilt the nite and the whole order went in the bin wont be returning as always get things wrong

Best pizza 🍕 in Newton with the most authentic tasting Ham. Unsure if real or Turkey Ham halal substitute like everywhere else though.

Order from here regularly but tonight the dough was undercooked on my 12 inch pizza there was hardly any mushrooms on it and the breaded mushrooms were soggy very disappointed think I will try somewhere else next time

This little pizza takeaway is a find for us. Excellent service staff very helpful pointing out special offers saving us money. Food tasted great. What else can you ask for !!! Try it if your in the area

After a recent visit when we ordered a large kebab (and on being asked "anything with that" I replied "chilli sauce please" to find at home just meat and sauce - as apparently now you have to SPECIFICALLY state that you want salad in your pitta - really? What kebab is served this way?). And last night's pizza which was a greasy let down....we are looking for somewhere new. We have noticed that a change in staff / ownership has resulted in what seems 'cutbacks' in their usual high standard's; so if saving on salad and good pizza dough is the answer then good luck to 'em but we are outta there. Shame - 25 years!

Kebabs and pizzas are really tasty good value for money especially when u spend 10pounds and kids eat free

Love the food and it is pretty cheap considering what you can get! There's also a wide range of food available, all really tasty.

After reading other reviews I felt complied to affirm just what a brilliant pizza house this is (and kebabs too!). We have tried others but after 10 years we just keep going back.

I like the way you can watch your food being prepared in this takeaway. They offer delivery but I like to see them prepare it. Very clean areas and great hot tasty food when you are in a hurry.

Ive been ordering from luigis for years its always been the best,luigis you have the best cooks in town.

Will definitely use this takeaway for pizzas. Good deal for 3 12'' pizzas for £19. The pizzas are very fresh, made right there in front of you in the pizza oven.
