Ordered a chicken tikka kebab- chicken smelt sweaty and wasn’t cooked properly. Chips and garlic bread was good but the main part of my order wasn’t. I usually order from here with no issues…

We ordered a £17 meal deal, 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and 2 cans of lemonade. All food was burnt, sent it back. They apologised and replaced the order. food came again, garlic bread was fine, 2 pizzas burnt. We called only for the person answering the phone to insinuate we were being difficult. We have ordered from this take away 10x. We have never ever had a problem, we love their food. Has this place been recently taken over???? Because this is a massive change in the quality of food.

Mayo was off on burger (maybe due to heat but needs checking/storing properly), pizza thin and cheap tasting as cheese like rubber. Don’t answer phone when you call to complain. £15 wasted as tea and toast instead. When asked about free garlic bread that’s advertised driver openly admitted no1 gets them. Wouldn’t bother again.

The food is always hot when it gets here, good portion sizes and value for money. Probably my go to takeaway and one of the best in the area!

Delivered very fast. Kebab was lovely, £1 for a tiny amount of sauce is ridiculous but I'll forgive as the free garlic bread was lovely.

First time we've ordered, food came when expected if not a little early. All of it tasted great, plenty of food for a very good price for what you get comparatively.

Chips burnt and freezing cold ..

Ordered online and tonight the food was disappointing. All arrived just warm, salad on kebab wasnt nice at all, meat was grissly, pizza weren't the greatest even the kids left them. Garlic bread with cheese was the worst I've had. Asked for chilli sauce and I got tomatoes sauce spiced up a little. Worst takeaway I've had in a long time

Usually the best place for kebabs and garlic bread with cheese. Tonight I asked for fresh shaved kebab, and when I opened it, it was last night's donner, hard as a rock and I've never seen grease like it. Couldn't taste any kebab flavour because of the amount of fat that had accumulated overnight inside the pot. Cheesy garlic bread was dry as a bone and hardly any cheese on it. The fact you can't read comments and simply shave a kebab for someone is ridiculous. Won't go back again after tonight.

Garlic mushrooms were over done Ordered cheese chips with extra cheese but there was barely any cheese on the chips at all Everything else was good as always.

Ordered a shish and chicken kebab and my partner ordered a donor kebab all was terrible the shish tasted off and was like rubber, the chicken tasted like water all went in the bin. Delivery was fast but the food was awful.

Excellent as usual pizza as flavour really enjoyed it. Delivery was within half hour couldn’t ask for it to be any quicker. Always come back to them.

Very disappointed in our food last night, dough looked a weird colour and didn't taste good. The majority of the chips were not edible, they looked and tasted as if been cooked more than once. Don't normally have any issues but 2/3rds went in the bin. Very sad treat for my grandchildren.

Mixed kebab wasn’t eatable and swimming in fat

Ordered a canzone with a donner meat filling & all i can say is that they must have forgotten about the Donner meat because there was hardly any of it in there

absolutely atrocious takeaway the worst in st helens with the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. tiny kebab only 5 pieces of cubed meat even though is meant to be large and the meat smelt sour I would never order from here ever again and will be reporting both this takeaway and rude girl who answers the phone and taking this further SHOCKING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Been ordering from here for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but the food I ordered last night was a disappointment. It’s made me not want to order from there again. Onion rings were soggy as if they had been microwaved to warm up. 2 sets of chips were hard and cold. and my cheese and sweetcorn pizza the sweetcorn wasn’t cooked and there was no cheese on my garlic bread. Very unhappy and spent £30

Ordered special Kebab for two people, a portion of kebab meat and a margarita pizza. Chips very poor very stodgy, soggy and just stewed. Kebab meat hard in parts taste is alright and I’m more into thin slices than thick but this time not great overall just seemed to be on the spit for way to long. The pizza and cheese garlic bread was bang on though. Overall this has been our go to for a while for quality and price but tonight was a let down and will be trying elsewhere. Delivery is always super quick but get rid of carrier bags it just makes everything soggy and damp. Not one to complain as I find it a waste of time, so can’t comment on if the issues would of been resolved with a phone call. Verdict….used to be decent and tonight could of been an off day. But for a order made within a hour of opening mid week I expect fresh and better quality food.

Pretty sure the donner meat was last nights leftovers as there wasn’t much flavour to it… the garlic bread was nice and fresh though

Disgusting food - inedible chips and cheese. Never had this in my life before. No pepperoni on the "pepperoni & mushroom pizza" again very poor quality. Donner burger was okay.

Can't really say very much about the pizza because it came in two half's, the first half was the base of the pizza in one half of the box the other half was the Topping that was just stuck to the lid of the box so when the pizza box was opened the pizza Topping needed to be scrapped off & eaten with a spoon, can't complain about the free garlic bread being in the exact same mess as the pizza only because it was free. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Food was good but you have to pay an extra quid to have sauce on your food !!! Shocking and we ordered Donner meat n chips but had to order a pitta bread at 50p.extra no option to not have one, has put me off :( shame

Nice kebabs but not impressed they have started charging a £1 for your choice of sauce with the kebab and even make you pay for a pitta bread with the Doner meat & chips

Both pizza and GB were over cooked, pizza didn’t even resemble a Hawaiian in look or taste, won’t be ordering again
