This is our regular pizzeria, without a doubt the best pizza place in the area. Food is always fresh and hot, plenty of options to order. We use the pronto app, this works out cheaper. Fast delivery, this was shared between 2 people. Milkshake was an Oreo shake and was perfect. Pizza was pepperoni and cheese garlic bread.

Way too much work lol you have to sign up for delivery??? Like bro just deliver me my pizza lol I'm just gonna order somewhere else this sucks

These are absolutely hopeless we have given them the benefit of the doubt 5-6 times now and not one order has been correct don’t even order a lot of food, it’s always missing what you ask for I’ve just ordered a large chicken donner for myself and my partner a pepperoni pizza. Arrived a tiny chicken kebab in a burger box no doner and when I mean small a burger box for just a burger not one you add chips in for £8.50 4 pieces of chicken salad sauce and a pitta £8.50 extortionate and not even what we asked for and my partner ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a plain magheritta and every order we have had is wrong or missing something wouldn’t bother with these just ruins your evening expecting what you want and getting a different meal or parts of it not there shocking service smallest size pizza wrong tiny kebab wrong and paid £18 for this 2 items how can you get 2 items so wrong

Absolutely really good pizzas. Everytime pizzas are made to our liking. Sometimes we get a surprise added also.. Not a greasy pizza either and can taste how fresh it is. was abit of a mix up on the order but rang up and was sorted within 5 mins

Delivered an hour and 15 minutes after the original time, food turned up cold

Ordered food around 11:10pm was told it would arrive at 12:00 never received it checked the app it said between 12:05 and 12:25 it turned up at 12:40am checked the restaurants closing times and they closed at 12:30 so they’ve obviously left our order til last. Foods cold! And hunger has gone away first time ordering and probably the last.

The absolute best pizza shop in St Helen’s, hand down. Kebabs are top notch, pizzas rival Domino’s and Caprinos for half the price. The service is always brilliant and the free (Amazing) garlic bread is a bonus. Couldn’t recommend more! I’ve been coming here since I discovered it, and wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Decent kebab the donner meat is best iv had can actually say it’s meat not like that pale thin plastic dried up stuff you normally get. Bang on hot n fresh on delivery I got the full house kebab 10/10 thanks

Simply the best pizza and garlic bread we've ever tasted

Although this is our go to pizza, kebab, burger place, i found tonights food a tad below par..ordered a kebab with pitta bread and a shish and donner kebab with naan bread.. the kebab meat was cold, only 4 small pieces of shish, and naan was hard. The 2 burgers was ok, however still the best for onion rings, will still order from here every time and just hope tonight was a one off.. as kebabs not fully eaten due to meat being cold.

I have been loyal to this pizzeria as the food is always nice... But every single time the wait for delivery is absolutely appalling!!! It's been well over an hour since I ordered and eventually I've had to call to see where it is. My delivery was DUE at 755 it's now 855, and I would've placed the order approximately at 7pm. The response was 'the driver will leave now'. It's absolutely awful how long we have had to wait...and are still waiting. I think I'm going to have to find a different pizzeria. Absolutely gutted because food is good, but this is pathetic.

Food from here so far is top notch. No complaints. Delivery times can be hit and miss, but maybe that's down to how busy they are.

First time took over an hour to arrive snd was obviously only barely warm, rang the shop and the manager was lovely, really understanding and replaced the entire meal and brought it himself! The food is amazing but the delivery and times have become a bit of a nightmare to be honest. Never sure if it’s going to arrive within 20 minutes or 2 hours and has become really hard to order from 😭

I ordered food on Thursday evening A mixed kebab and a chicken kebab and 2 portions of chips and a chicken nuggets .The order was placed at 7.30 and estimated at 8.30 .The food arrived at ten to nine and when we opened it the food was stone cold and one of the chips were missing.As it was to late to send it back or order more food we ate it ,my kebab which was a combination of Donna meat and mixed meat was not only cold but the lumps of meat were inedible as they were tough and fatty,so overall we waited to long ,the order was incorrect and the meat in my mixed kebab was inedible and we paid around 21 pound for the experience Avoid

Wow, what can I say? Due to a mix-up my order was missed. Not being one to complain, I left it until about 2-hours after I placed the order to ask for a status on my delivery. The manager answered the phone and explained that the restaurant was closed but I was told he would sort it out. He opened the kitchen back up and cooked my order for me, after which he personally delivered it. He was super polite and explained what had happened in more detail and threw in a bottle of coke by way of apology. I can't thank the man enough for going way beyond the extra mile to help out. He was also very apologetic. When I was passed my chicken and donner kebab, I was impressed by the sheer weight of it and, on opening it up, was stunned by the amount of food there was. Furthermore, the quality of the food was second-to-none. The chicken was juicy and perfectly chargrilled, while the donner meat was tasty and in abundance. I went for a garlic mayo on the kebab, which wasn't like the usual generic dip we see all too often. It had the perfect balance of flavour; nice and garlic-y, without being too overpowering, and had wonderfully creamy undertones. The chilli sauce I ordered for the side was also non-generic and a perfect complement to the donner meat and chicken alike. I think I have finally found a new go-to takeaway. Absolutely outstanding, all around.
