Picked up takeaway pizzas from here when working in the nearby area. The pizzas were all very nice, ready on time and piping hot

La pizza fue excelente. Reemplace mi pedido por teléfono. El tipo que me ofreció el teléfono me dio un 33% de descuento. Escuché algo malo de esta tienda, pero no es verdad. Estoy muy feliz. Me encanta la pizza. ¡Cómo hacer la prueba es tan bueno!

Pedido en línea desde la tienda de Peckham, no hay noticias después de una hora. Rang y se aseguró de que estuviera a 10 minutos, volvió a llamar después de una hora y media y el chico del teléfono me dijo que probablemente ya estaría frío.  2 horas después de haberlo pedido finalmente llegó frío como lo había estado en la carretera durante casi 2 horas. El gerente del teléfono en la tienda me dijo que rechazara la pizza si hacía frío cuando llegó. Rechacé la pizza fría y luego me aseguraron que 20 minutos después tendría una nueva. Una hora después de que llegó la pizza de 1 calle, llamé a la tienda para descubrir que no se molestaron en hacerme una nueva. Acordaron enviar uno nuevo, una hora más tarde llegó. Cuando tomé la 3ª rebanada de pizza encontré un largo cabello negro en el queso. Cosas encantadoras . .  4 horas para una pizza con pelo es el estándar para esta tienda ahora, también olvidaron los lados que pedí. Las malas críticas de este lugar están en todas partes ahora y puedo ver por qué. Yo mismo pedí esta pizza como un regalo después de unas pocas semanas locas y quería relajarme, no preocuparse por cocinar y descansar. Pedí la pizza a las 8:45, eran las 12: 40 de la mañana cuando llegó la comida y estaba demasiado harto para llamarlos para quejarme nuevamente. No hay necesidad de tiendas como esta. Comida divertida poco saludable como esta debe ser un placer en lugar de un dolor en la parte trasera y una molestia para tratar.

ordinate delle pizze tramite un sito, sono arrivate in 25 minuti, ben calde, farcite bene, ottimo impasto. il prezzo però un pò eccessivo, anche se nella media di una buona pizza di Londra. Solo a portar via.

Terrible service. Don't pick up the phone. Cold late pizza. No compensation offered. The manager was "too busy"to speak to me

I came in to order the double pepperoni pizza and had to wait 40min for my pizza. First of all staff was very busy chatting in there own language ( Hungarian ) and concentrating at work. 2 more customers came after me and they left before me. When my order was ready I pointed that mine but driver took and left. I'll will never come here again very POOR customer service

Generally nice pizzas but v poor delivery. Waited over 90 mins for a pizza. Tried to call but they didn't pick up. Unfortunately i'd already paid.

Went to Nana's with the boys and had pizza. We got it from her local Papa Johns. It was easy to order online and log in and also order from a different store as usual. The pizza came quick and hot and it was cheaper as I used a deal and got half price pizza. Always get XXL as it lasts and feeds everyone and there is always a bit left to have cold to next day (I love cold pizza). No complaints although I always feel they could shove a bit more cheese on to make it that bit more tasty. Thanks Papa.

First ever pappa johns pizza i have had. Got it as it was across from the hotel. They have offers on and for 2 pizzas was about £20. Im not sure if these offers are all the time if not they would be way too expensive, think it may just be a marketing ploy. Have to say it was the nicest pizzas have ever had!! hot and fresh, fresh dough ingredients good too.

Ordered this pizza with uber eats. Arrived in a good timing but a small pizza for almost 15 quid is absolutely crazy. It was good but isn't worth it, you can get better pizza from thousand of places!

Our branch of papa johns is only round the corner and I always forget how close it is. They literally are knocking on the door in under 10 mins of the order. I like to order online as you can get some really good combinations and there are always online deals which make stuff cheaper. Sometimes it's better to get more stuff then you need as its cheaper with a voucher code. He pizza itself is nice and they do reasonable toppings although I did on one occasion ages ago had to send back a pizza as it was sparse at best. Their chicken wings are to die for although appear to have shrunk a bit recently. People think pizza is a cheap meal however it can be quite expensive and easy to spend over £25. That's what the voucher codes are for. Can't go wrong really.

This is the most excellent unit. Always serves with pleasure accommodates even for our specific needs. Will give the Basic cheese and garlic c starter version with added green chillies at no extra cost. Never charges for the Garlic "butter" nor for the pizza sauce as a dip. We usually have them make a very thin pizza but ask them to put it through the oven 1 and a 1/2 times for added crispness never refuses.

Ordered four items for delivery at a cost of 11 quit. First time around I noticed my drink was not delovered. They apologied and said I would get a new drink. I then called them up agaiin after noticing that also a pizza dipping sauce was missing. They first said we are not going to send out a driver only for a dipping sauce and when I said I want to return the item I purchased given the dipping sauce was missing they quickly agreed that they would sent out another driver to also deliver the dipping sauce. They quickly delivered the drink but it took them half an hour to deliver the sauce and when the sauce finally arrived I was in a state of shock to see that they simply gave me the sauce they place on their pizzas. It tasted aweful like tomato mark and I spit it back out. They could have just informed me they ran out of it and offered a different option instead of whatever it was they had prepared for me. It was squeezed into some small box and you could tell it was just a piss take. Not going to order from them again ever.

Ordered a pizza and a bottle of Pepsi, after a hour wait I got the pizza but no drink, I was told Sri k will be delivered in 5 min so I waited.....20min later nothings So I called the take away and was told delivery guy on him way. 10 min later I got the drink and by that time the pizza was cold and good for the bin, will never order again from this place .

Pepsi was flat, no taste. The brownie was burnt and the cinnamon didn't taste like cinnamon. Extremely disappointed. Would like a refund or to be compensated.

Ordered it for 8 o'clock, arrived two hours early and wasnt very hot

Lately the service has been rubbish. Always delays in the pizza being delivered. I have to keep calling the store to ask where my order is all the time. I end up reheating the pizzas.

Amazing food but wrong drink size. If you're out of the size I order I think I should get more not less of it of those are the only options. Super tastey food though

The guys attitude stank just as bad as the Food over the phone when I was confirming my order and ended up turning up 35 mins late.

Quick and inexpensive service, good quality food, happy with everything, would use again. Conveniently close to Travelodge hotel.

Nibbles and cake were nice pizza was wrong but usually very enjoyable

Great toppings would recommend the BBQ chicken pizza and the honey glazed chicken wings. May cost a bit more than other takeaway pizzas, definitely worth it.

Always get a take away from here the pizza is always nice but I must say can be a BIT pricey cinpar s to other places I guess it's ok if it's only the family your feeding & not the village!!!!

I always order food from here. Past 3 years on my lunch break. But not anymore. There was hair in the pizza and when i called he was like bring it in, he obviously did not believe me.

Bought a pizza two nights running whilst staying across the road at Travelodge. The staff were very friendly and polite. Pizza was freshly made, very tasty and good value! Would recommend! Ideal as a late night snack after a day/night in London!

I placed an online order at this Papa Johns in September. The order did not go through so I tried again and the order still came back with an error message. I sent my husband to go buy pizza from sainsburys because the orders had not gone through. When the order usually goes through I get confirmation emails etc. I received nothing. A little later a delivery driver shows up with 2x my order (4 xxl pizzas and sides) I said I only ordered 2 pizzas. I called and spoke to the manager who said tough luck..your order came through twice so here it is and we're charging you twice. I refused to accept one of the orders as my husband was just returning from Sains with even more pizza. So we had a total of 6 pizzas now! I demanded that the manager refund me for one of the orders at least and the manager promised he would debit my account so I only accepted one of the orders. It turns out the manager NEVER paid me back and basically stole £25 from me. I would not trust this business unless paying in cash!

I ordered to garlic herb and cheese sauces but got some random garlic source!! Wasn't too happy but the pizza was nice!!

Awful- the wedges were barely cooked, some weren't. The chicken was soggy and unappetising. For over £10 it was a waste of time and money- could have gone to the supermarket and bought a feast for that amount.

It took 3hrs and 20 minutes to get delivered (after chasing the restaurant) when I leave less than 2 miles away... I try to ring them a couple of time but the line was always busy - Very bad service - Don´t go for a delivery - I won´t do it again

The pizza was extremely salty. Most takeaways abuse salt nowadays, but this was just unbelievable, probably a tablespoon of salt one pizza...

My order didn´t even arrive and I wasn´t contacted!!

i don´t understand how papa johns got so big! its the worst pizza chain ever! my order came on time but was cold and the complete opposite of what i ordered! i tried calling but no answer each time. never again!

quite good food, well flavoured with a good delivery time but the lack of offers means a meal for two is far too costly compared to the high standard of the market.

just what I ordered and what i wanted, delivered on time....but don´t mistake Papa John´s for a fancy pizzeria or gastro-italian... it´s a Domino´s comeptitors and the pizzas are of a similar style (which is what I was looking for)
