Milano Pizza in Surrey Heath

It hasn’t even arrived I’ve waited ages and it’s says enjoy your food it hasn’t even come to my address

Both loved the pizza's will order from again.

Doesn't look anything like the pictures. You get a frozen style pizza not italian.

Best pizza I've ever had, love it, will order again.

The vegan pizza was delicious! Lovely crispy base.

The delivery driver was on the phone to me for twenty mi utes trying to find the address despite clear instructions and my food is cold and the cheese is solid

The delivery man was very rude. Didn’t look or speak to the person receiving the order. Totally uncalled for. I order for my mum on an odd occasion she shouldn’t have to deal with bad manners.

As usual the quality of the ingredients were excellent and the toppings just right. Sadly on this occasion the pizza was delivered squashed in to one side of the box as it had either been dropped on its side or the delivery driver braked really hard. Please deliver with care.

Extremely disappointed in the calzone, the filling was only in 40% of the calzone itself. The kebab used was shop bought kebab and not spit roast. Will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered from Milano last night for the first time, having had a leaflet through the door. Two pizzas plus a bottle of wine for under £30 was good value compared to what bigger chains offer...and the pizzas were much nicer! Also had a couple of sides which were tasty. Food arrived within the time frame given, the delivery driver was polite and the food was still hot. Will order again!

Worst Milano we've had. Won't be using this one again, threw it away

The restaurant actually delivered the wrong order but once we called them immediately sorted it out and got our correct order to us within 15 minutes. I accept anyone can make a mistake because it's human nature but a lot of places don't just admit it and sort it out- so really happy to recommend their service

Seriously, the best pizza in town - especially if you need gluten free. Light, super tasty and great service to boot. I’ll never use PH and doms again. Can’t recommend enough

We have been patrons of Milano for many years. Their pizzas are always enjoyed by my family and are always delicious. We’ve never had a bad experience.

It was the worse pizza I have ever eaten and very expensive. Even a Domino pizza is less greasy and taste more authentic than that! I had sundried tomatoes on mine and they were completely burnt! Never ever again!

Good meal ...but, pizza topping scant near crust...had More in the past...still good though.

Ordered food, waited an extra 45 for wedges and they were cold! Lady on the phone was very very rude! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and argued with me whilst trying to resolve the situation. Not happy with the service. Won’t be ordering again

£8.99 for ‘ medium ‘ pizzas which turn out to be tiny but worse than that, they have hardly any ingredients on them and therefore are dull and tasteless. AVOID !!

When we first ordered the food it said it would arrive at 19:25, we called at 19:40 to ask where the food was and was told it will be with us in 10 minutes. We then called again at 20:20 and was told the food was only just on its way. It arrived cold at 20:30, over an hour after it said it would.

The Pizza itself was not as hot in temperature as expected and the base was was very brittle and broke into pieces when lifted to be eaten, the delivery was not as simple as it should have been as the driver did not follow the address given and had to ring for directions

Awful pizzas, really bland and tasteless, both margarita and spicy one tasted exactly the same.. sides also tasteless.. we won't be ordering from here again!

The only thing is I live 100 yards from the restaurant and it was cold when delivered. Not warm. Cold. Disappointing.

Food was lovely. However the delivery driver was extremely rude. He was more concerned about getting a ticket on his car (in a non ticketed area) than giving good customer service. Really disappointing.

Aa soon as I orderd my food I had a text saying the food would be late but turned up early so that was good a smile from delivery guy so was friendly pizza wasnt piping hot but was tasty I also had a garlic and cheese calsone which was tasty.

Delivery was on time as we ordered it for. Size of the pizzas was a bit smaller for the money compared to other local pizza places. Food was a bit dry could have done with more sauce & we only felt it was ok, nothing great.

Bottle of water wasn’t sealed, potato skins under cooked and the pizza was more of a small than a medium it was tiny!

I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant. When I ordered in shop once, they got me to wait in my car, then brought my order out to me.

Food was late due to traffic so not anyone's fault but it was luke warm when it arrived. Tasted ok although the breaded mushrooms were a bit tough

I always order from Milano’s absolutely love it, never have a problem with them and the food is always very tasty

Delivery guy was nice, photo on just eat is very deceiving though and the guy gave my can of coke to the person before. Food wise is alright quality, but I wouldn't say it is quite worth the price unfortunately.

This time they brought the pizzas completely dry. Like overdone in the oven. We ordered to receive the order at 21:55h and the order arrived at 21.25h
