Milano Pizza in City of London, Westminster

I've been a permanent customer from the day you open the door. Let's start from the rude customer service. On 27th January, around 7pm I came to the shop. I ordered 2 the largest size pizzas like always with extra topping and extra sauce. Man, the one was working there in the middle of my conversation (ordering) he answered the phone and start talking with someone else before he finished taking my order. I'm kind person and I thought its OK, I'm just gonna ignore this now.... I paid for my order and I've been told that it will take around 10-15min. I've been waiting for 40minutes.... Not enough this my pizzas was wrong size, without extra topping. I asked the to make new ones as its not what I've ordered. The gentleman got rude and he told me not in a polite tone 'I'm busy I can make new one in 20min...' Really?!? I've been waiting already for so long... so I disagree to wait another 20min. I asked for the refund and then gentleman got annoyed and start being even more rude to me, ge start telling me things about my English language, he rised the voice on me, start complaining again about being busy, how I don't see etc etc... In the end he told me that he cannot give me refund... Another 10min I was standing in the shop and telling that I want my refund. Eventually he took the money from the till and gave to me (I paid by card but he didn't care) so I took the cash. I was going out and on the way out he start making fun of me and start complaining loud to other customers 'you see because of people like she (me) I'm wasting my time, people like her it's making problems '. I turned around and told him to stop talking if he doesn't want me to come back and speak with his manager. First of all it's not me who done the mistake of making not the right pizzas, second I'm a regular customer, and third - my order was very clear what I want and my English-speaking is good enough.... I'm so disappointed because I really liked this place but because I've been treated like a rubbish I won't be coming back and I won't recommend to anyone.

No tengo ninguna queja sobre la pizza que compré, pero el gerente podría repasar sus modales. Me pareció muy desagradable sin habilidades sociales. Debido al hecho de que se encuentre en un lugar nuevo para comprar pizza. No hay nada peor que ser hablado como basura cuando estás de entregar dinero

Yet again, appalling service, cold and late food with items missing and zero accountability by the staff. after getting a personal guarantee from the owner that this wouldn't ever happen again.

Was an hour and half early when asked specifically for it to arrive at half 7 because I was out.. so had to rush home. Asked for a medium pizza and this looks like a small. Pretty cold as well. Wouldn't go back and very disappointed.

Took too long to deliver, especially considering they didn't really have to cook anything, ribs were terrible. Hot delivery guy though!

My family's favourite pizza shop. We do not get pizza from anywhere else. Clean, good customer service and great deals all the time

Pizza was cold. We are neighbors and still it took 70 mins to deliver. And he tried to charge us extra.

Wonderful they said it was going to come at 14:50 but it came at 22 wonderful. Food was good aswell

I used to love this takeaway but the last 3 orders have been dissapointing, forgot items every time, pizza seemed thown together, customer service is not great, business must of changed hands.. would not recomend

Amazing pizza and gorgeous cheeses garlic pastry and the best mozzarella sticks I've had in ages. Quick delivery time and comes in Milano branded boxes with its own range of Milano dips which are fab. Also got a free slice of chocolate cake as it was my first order. I will defiantly order from them again. Thank you Milano

Did not deliver our sauces and the chicken dippers were really dry

NO DIPS Is usually quick but last couple times been terrible also no dough balls for over 2 months take them of the menu. Also toppings were burnt

Ordered from this takeaway many times, always a good service and also good food. The one time is wasn't quite right, they corrected the order straight away, was aloud to keep the wrong pizza and even got a free pizza on the next order!

Wow £8.99 for a NINE INCH PIZZA. Would not recommend this place medium pizza is 9 inches. DO NOT USE THEM.

Food took over 3 hours to arrive, order was confirmed at 7 and eventually delivered after a few calls to them at around 10pm

Expensive for what you get and doesn't really have much taste to it but arrived hot and within time.

When asking to call my mobile number when outside gate of house they have never done so on any order I have purchased. Great pizza's

Lovely staff milano special pizza was really nice. Milano please keep an eye on the best before date on the sweet chilli dip as mine has 14/05/2015 which is thursday and id hate for you to not realise and send them out after that 😊

Terrible service!!! Ordered at 4.30 and they said they didn't get order until 5.30!!! But even though 7.7 miles away at 5.40 my order arrived! Find it very hard to believe that they created my order plus delivered in 10 minutes! Not only that I called them back to explain what happened and the man on the phone just put the phone on the side and ignored me, great service!! Not!!

Forget Domino's, forget Pizza hut. Milano pizzas are by FAR the best in town. Hot, tasty, HUGE and quick delivery. This is now my official pizza shop.

Nice Pizza. Maybe just a little on the greasy side. Good value for money. I ordered a small diet coke but they gave me a 1 litre bottle. Not sure if this was a mistake or maybe they were out of stock of cans. Just a few mins late on the pick up time.

Ordered two pizzas, two sides and two dipping sauces. The pizzas were great, the sides aswell. However we got the wrong sort of sauces and the wrong amount. Not impressive

Garlic mushrooms were tasty and good size portion. Calzone was terrible. Could barely eat. Didn't eat the chicken as it was fatty and tasted like scraps. The dough was fresh but that's the only bit that tasted nice. Service was okay no complaints there. Delivery time was good.

not sure if they're getting busier or something but the attention to detail is slipping a bit. Or food arrived shoved in a box and all over the place really. The chicken taquitos were soggy n underdone the pizza was ok.

i gt a massive headache and my wife has a mild diarrhea after eating pizza from them, and it wasn't even tasty the only word to describe it is EATABLE ......i will not order again....there are plenty of better pizza quality food to order from...Thanks but,NO THANKS

I thought I was ordering buy one get one free, but only got one. This was a Tuesday when they do that deal. Not very happy-complained and nobody got back to me. I didn't want to pay £18 for just 1 pizza.

Milano as usual did not disappoint, the food was steaming hot, despite the distance (aprox 8 miles from where i live), fresh, filling and delicious! Love it!

absolutely brilliant, the food was excellent and i asked for a message to be put on the inside of the pizza box for my dads birthday AND THEY DID IT, it was awesome thanks.

Frankly these are just a sprinkle of seasoning short of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. base is superb, toppings flavoursome and don't feel like they've spent a month in a plastic box beforehand. Boxes are thick and sturdy so keep the heat in, delivery is rapid. Far, far better than the generic Domihut rubbish out there. I'll be sticking with these guys from here on.
