First of all, the staff are extremely rude. I come into the restaurant expecting lovely customer service but at first, I am trying to order my food online and the connection is extremely bad. This made the food extremely late and I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my food. Not only that, but the staff would clean my table when I didn’t even finish my food, making me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the manager was extremely rude and her name is Ghadeer. She firstly was so rude and was trying to teach me to speak Enlgish. She was disrespectful and ruined my whole day. It was also Valentine’s Day so I felt so uncomfortable once again. Also, she had such bad manners, everything has been destroyed and her personality is not welcoming at all. She is so not friendly and tried to teach me my manners when I was friendly and kind towards her. Ghadeer was also rude to everyone. I also got the wrong order when I got my food. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the behavior of a staff member at Pizza Hut on 14/2/25(Valentine’s Day) at 9:55pm. During my visit, I encountered dismissiveness, unprofessional language, and a lack of assistance. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but as a customer, I expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed, and I believe this does not reflect the standards of service. First of all, the staff are extremely rude. We were greeted by Mariola with a lovely smile. We were seated immediately. We were advised how to order straight away. Mariola asked if every thing was ok which I was happy to advise yes. Food was served speedily. Thank you to all the staff who helped make the experience at pizza hut excellent. Unhappy that the ice cream machine was not working. Thanks for giving us scoops of ice cream.

We have a historical connection to this Pizza Hut and that's why we came back. The atmosphere is friendly but the pizzas on the buffet are not very varied, which for those who have been to Portugal, makes a big difference in the selection, which is much better. However, although it is expensive for what it offers, I had to come back.

We had Karim as our server, he was very friendly and welcoming.

Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. We were served by Karim who was really friendly and even when part of an order was missing brought out a fresh batch within minutes.

Noisy loud music; pizzas not hot nor freshly made, salad bar choices very limited and tasteless - certainly not worth £22. Four adults crammed into a small space/tiny tables. Glad I never have to eat there again!

Pizza Hut has really lost it's way! The magic of going to get pizza as a family to celebrate a special occasion has lost it's touch. I've been going since I was a child so it truly breaks my heart that the dine in experience is no longer the same. Restaurant prices are ridiculously expensive compared to delivery deals available, £20 for 6 slices of pizza and £30 for 8 slices, you'd think they'd do more to encourage customers to dine in. With the price increase I'll continue to order online and save money.

As a loyal customer of pizza hut I have been severely disappointed by the treatment of your staff, Mariella, who appears to be the manager. After ordering and approaching the salad bar we took 3 bowls rather than 2. She came up to us and we were mistaken, so I offered to pay extra for whatever we have taken. However without giving us the space to talk she came back to us and told us don’t eat it anymore in the rudest manner and made sure she was loud enough for everyone to look at us. Keep in mind the third bowl was for my youngest sister and we had no issue paying at all. I’ve never felt so disappointed and disgusted by this behaviour whilst I was sitting with a family. Not only was her behaviour appalling but her treatment with the customers next to us was completely different, the couple seated beside us received warm welcoming service, clearly showing her discriminatory treatment towards my family which is completely unacceptable. I rarely leave bad reviews but staff should have basic respect towards their customers.

Great selection of mouth watering buffet pizzas & pasta for Vegetarians & Meat lovers. The salad bar was full of lovely fresh vegetables & vegan dressings. Gluten free & vegan options are available to order from the menu. They have a wide range of hot/cold drinks including beers & wines. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. A 5* restaurant, great food & family friendly.

An unexpected oasis amongst the crazy busy Christmas foot traffic of Oxford St. Thought we would try the feast for 4 as we were getting too tired and cranky to make any decisions. From the moment we sat down, the team were the most welcoming people we have met in our time in London. 11/10 for everything service and food, felt every bit a small family pizza shop rather than a typical Pizza Hut. You made our evening.

Bottom less drinks taste was weird, salad bar was poorly maintained. Something was seriously wrong with the taste of Pizza. Finally received cookie dough after long wait and it was frozen. Entire experience was ruined. To top service was not good. I think Pizza Hutt is now dead and a memory from past. This restaurant just confirmed it.

Food of poor quality and more expensive than the Italian pizzerias in the area, it seems like a joke more than 30 pounds for the family pizza and 19 for a dwarf one

Really nice venue, lots of space when we went and not too busy! Service was quick though as with all their restaurants you need to use your phone to order via the QR code. Don't forget you can also use your Meerkat Meals incentive here too for 25% off .. neat! Perfect if you're coming back from winter wonderland!

I visited this place on a Tuesday night with a friend after work, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the food itself was fine, the service left much to be desired. After placing our order, we received just the pizza on a platter. When we politely asked for two plates, the server gave us an odd look and abruptly dropped them on the table without a word. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the clear contrast in how other patrons were treated. The couple seated beside us received warm, attentive service with smiles and timely delivery. Despite ordering two glasses of water, we were never served. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of basic courtesy and the noticeable difference in treatment made us feel unwelcome. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure all guests are treated equally and with respect.

The food is very good, the service is fast, and the place is clean, but be careful with the Arabs, it is not halal. Order only vegetables and cheese. The meat is illegal, but I recommend the pizza, it is very delicious😍👌🏻

I would like to highlight two every helpful employees named Mohammed and Marlola who helped me in undoing my transaction done from a wrong credit card to the correct one. They helped me fix a critical mistake with patience and positivity. My day was made. Kudos to them both!
