Superb food & the waiter was brilliant.

I got the 17.99GBP buffet. . . The pizza, sucks! Barely any cheese on the pizza, might as well order bread with toppings. The ice cream stand is very cheap tasting. . . For the price, they should at least make pizza with cheese!!

The food was good and the service was courteous. The ambience is quite cozy.

Poppy is an absolute sweetheart and legend, they didn’t have my favourite sauce and she did everything she could to make me happy, I got an alternative that was amazing! I entered feeling really anxious and overwhelmed from London as I’m from a small town, and I entered this place and was greeted with lovely smiles and awesome food, thank you so much for your kindness, you made my day!

A cool, slightly different Pizza Hut than we know from Germany, we thought the buffet was great! The selection, the taste, everything was great! And the service was great too!

I recently visited the restaurant, and although it wasn't crowded, my experience was hindered by the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Despite our wait, the receptionist seemed preoccupied with a customer, and when I mentioned the need for more attentive service, it was met with a dismissive response. It would greatly improve the dining experience if the staff focused less on personal interactions and more on serving the customers promptly and professionally, especially during quieter periods.

My pizza was tampered with as slices were missing. I spoke to Deliveroo who dropped there shoulders to PizzaHut. I called PizzaHut and spoke to a young girl who was very unpleasant and unprofessional, she practically told me I was a liar and that it was nonsensical for slices to go missing. The phone attendant needs training and an attitude adjustment. Will never order from here again.

We had to stand in line to enter, but we didn't wait more than 10 minutes and we got a table. It was surprising to us that we could order the food and drink we wanted to eat at the table using a qr code, and after the choice was made, payment was brought to the table not long after. Everyone was very nice and the pizza was delicious! We will definitely come back again, thank you very much for the kind welcome and service!

Great service and very friendly staff. However, the pizzas don't taste like the authentic pizza hut taste and not sure why there are only 2 sizes at Pizza Hut now - Individual & Sharer (not very big). The prices are very expensive at around £18 & £28. Overall would not recommend as could find better food especially at that price in London.

The pizzas are beautiful and very tasty. Included in the price is a free salad bar and may it be carbonated. Most importantly, an excellent place for celiacs and vegetarians

I had to Wait 30 minutes for my order. It came cold, they forgot the drinks and it was missing a slice. I do not recommend.

The best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in the UK. Mariola is a great team member, full of laughter and fun. I took my elderly parents there to dine and she treated them as if my parents were hers and bought a smile on both my parents. great pizzas awesome salad bar nice buzzing place- highly recommended 👏👏 PS other Pizza Hut please take note and use this location as a great example to learn from.

After a very long day exploring me and my sister were super hungry and we have never been before in a Pizza Hut restaurant, usually the ones I experienced were all takeaways. The service has been absolutely fantastic, a big thank you to Jawaid very welcoming, professional and kind, made our dinner experience just perfect. Would definitely be back ❤️

It took 40min for a garlic bread to arrive

I had very bad experience with them . The people there need to be trained how to treat customers .i asked three of them to help with order because my phone not working through barcode. All of the ignored me . There no good manner . I went out and I wrote this because I am not satisfied at all. They need to be trained how to treat the customers because we pay money not only to have food ,but it is also to have excellent treatment .

Long standing pizza chain in the heart of Oxford Street. The all you can eat lunchtime buffet cost £12 and consisted of pizza, two types of pasta and access to the salad bar. The pizza was replaced on a regular basis but there were no thin based pizzas on offer. The white sauce pasta tasted great as did the garlic breadsticks. The salad bar had a couple of items missing such as oranges. Overall average value for the location and food on offer.

We ordered the all-you-can-eat menu. There were about 4-5 different types of pizza and two types of pasta. Also a large selection of salads. The food was good and we enjoyed it. The location is a bit dark because it is in the basement with no windows.

We had to wait for someone to lead us to seating area. The forks and knives on the table was dusty. We wanted to order after waiting for a while, and was asked to order online using the table code. We did order a sharing meal per the menu which include a pizza, 2 sides and desert. The food arrived after a while and desert is taking forever to be served. When safely arrived, it was served without removing the already finished plate and that made the table full of dishes and couldn’t share the plates. A table with four was next to us, they arrived after us and ordered through the staff, they had their dinner and left before our desert served. I have even paid a tip when ordered online. 😔

Nice place, in the basement but on Oxford St. Pizzas here are a bit pricey, in my opinion, but no doubt one of the best around.

My daughter was not feeling well, and so missed most of the lunchtime buffet. The manager told me to let him know when ready and he’d bring a fresh pizza to my daughter. Great service that was much appreciated!

Food was okay but nothing special. Bit expensive if you compare it to prices in germany. All you can eat salad was fine and the all you can drink aswell.

Das Essen war sehr schlecht. Unserer gesamten Gruppe hat das Essen nicht geschmeckt und nicht vertragen. Als wir der Bedienung versucht haben dies zu erklären hat sie uns ausgelacht und meinte das wir zu viel gegessen haben aber dies ist bei zwei Stücken nicht der Fall. Und dafür sind 18£ einfach zu viel.

Food was nice however giving it a 1 star because the gentleman with the man-bun was so rude for no reason. I don’t personally know him from anywhere for him to be acting like that nor be ignored. Some of the customers need to calm down - there was an issue with one of the pizza being spicy for their kid. clearly state it or ask the waiter next time how spicy is it. how would the indian waiter know it’s for the kid? absolutely ridiculous. in the evenings they close off half the section so the place gets cramped with people. atmosphere ain’t it but food wasn’t bad.

Came here on New Years Eve with a few mates & was served by Poppy. Her service was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating, polite & patient! The food was great & came out at a reasonable time given that it was very busy. Would definitely come here again because of the service so once again, thank you Poppy for your kind hospitality!

Pizza was good except for the Hawaiian pizza. Pasta was decent and staff were friendly. Buffet aka all you can eat in Australia is better value than A La Carte. Overall, I've had better pizzas but these pizzas aren't horrible but not quite a gold standard.

The buffer has gone really expensive I had to pay £13 or something for the kids buffet and my son was only 3years. This price was the same for children up to the age of 12. They really need to change the pricing for the under 5s. They had a kids choice but that was only a few quid difference. Had to wait for so long for pizzas to be made. Use to be decent now it's really going down hill

Overall, really really disappointed.. took more than 30 mins for food to arrive which was fine since we got to feed off the salad bar but did y’all run out of desserts? Customers have elsewhere to be! We can’t be chained to the seat for 2 hours waiting on ice cream. Of course we informed the staff of our delay but after we were approaching an important booking of ours, we asked what they could do about the remaining order for us and said we can get a refund if we left our email. So we did, and it’s been 2 weeks… and lo and behold, calling and going back to the restaurant doesn’t help. Our order was so good, Mr. Hut probably ate it and charged us :)

We've being to this pizza shop tonite with 2 kids. Service was terrible. We order 2 pizza + Garlic bread. One pizza came on the table but the other part of the order hasn't arrived till half an hour. The young lady in hijab behind the counter was using the landline talking to friend for more than 20 mins as me and 2 other customer was standing in front of the counter. She kept ignoring us. As I started to talk to her after waiting a while she told me I'm on the phone with my manager but I can hear she's been having a chitchat. I said I can see u r on the phone either manager or anyone else u should serve us. But she's been so rude to me and other customers were waiting to be served. I still can't believe this terrible customer service happening in a famous Pizza Hut. Shame on this rude and unprofessional lady ( called herself manager ). I told her I'm gonna leave a review to let the manager knows about ur service!!! She gave me a funny face in front of my kids !!! In Such a rude way then left.

Came here for the buffet. I was disappointed with the hot food selection. I have been to other Pizza Hut buffet and they seemed more in variety. For example they have beef and spicy pork. At this branch it was either vegetarian or chicken base pizza. The pasta dishes were not good and over cooked in my opinion. The staff are friendly and efficient I find given it is busy and the atmosphere is just right for a Pizza Hut in the middle of a busy street.

Food was just yuck. The salsa and nacho cheese was sweet?? Same with the pizza, the only good part of this meal. Very limited drink choices. Dirty floors, and the salad bar had foods all mixed together. Mozzarella sticks not even melted and gross as well. Not looking forward to desert.

Worst experience at a Pizza Hut restaurant. The toilets were filthy, the food took ages to come. The salad bar was very unhygienic with meat and vegetarian salads all mixed up. The staff were not attentive at all.

Typical Pizza Hut, so three stars as nothing good or bad to say about it in general. It was less crowded than other places on a Tuesday evening, so would be a good choice. It's located in a basement down a lot of steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. They're may be a lift, but it wasn't obvious. As to the Pizza Hut chain, food is generally good and there are new and very welcome vegan options. This branch is no exception.

Free Pepsi, brilliant pizza and free salad bar with free nachos. First time ever having Pizza Hut and it was absolutely brilliant.

The guy who served us (just a guess) wasn't speaking English as a first language. But this Guy was amazing, so friendly and chatty.. Even saved us a few pound on a deal. Honestly, he made our visit.

Visited this Pizza Hut yesterday with my family. We were really blown away by the amazing customer service that we received by staff and in particular from Jawad. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment that we walked in, to the moment that we left. The staff were all very personable and wanting to ensure that all their customers received the highest standard of care. It may seem hard to believe but I felt as though we were treated more attentively than in fine dining establishments that I have been to. We will definitely return again when we are in the area. Thank you to all of the team for a great experience !

Came here for my toddlers birthday meal and they were extremely accommodating to the fact we had a big group and 2 prams. If you are visiting here during winter wonderland being at Hydepark expect it to be slightly busier than usual as they get alot of buisness ! Food was great as always and the bottomless soda and bottomless salad gives you hell of a good value for your money

Very ambient, once you get the feel for it. 3 floors down Underground Pizza Hut. Bin there for years, Menu style has changed, more eat in now, not so much take away now.

The salad bar had to many empty trays and the trays that did have stuff in were the slops nobody would want - the place is to busy to keep up with the volume of customers, wrong order brought to the table after very long wait it's just not worth the hassle. If you do go order off the app even when they try to make you not to or you will be left in situation where they argue the cost with you after you believed you have ordered the kids meals 10.99 they will try to make it separate adults and say you didn't say etc etc. The tables are very cramed in,there was a massive lady meaning her arm and leg is coming into my space where the tables are so cramed in. The pizza hut is downstairs meaning it's very dark with no natural daylight and no windows.

Food was okay but the staff here were so unprofessional and it seemed like they did not care about the job AT ALL. I had to wait 30mins for a bottomless glass AND after I called the waiter over I was ignored not once but twice. After 5 mins I called another waiter over, and he was very rude when I asked for the cups and he was like "what" and then when he got the cups. My friend asked for a straw and he wad like "go do it yourself" not to mention he smelt of Body Odor which goes against the food hygiene standards. If you don't care about service by all means come but I was not impressed with the service AT ALL.

The best part about this place is its location. As soon as you’re done with shopping and a bit of a walk around Marbke Arch and Oxford street you can sit in here and relax over a pizza buffet.

Location is terrific and ambiance was super cool. Pizza was good and staff was very friendly specifically Ehadir. She was really amazing as we mistakenly ordered a chicken pizza instead of veg but she replaced it with veg one and took care of us very well and made sure we are happy. Ehadir really made our day.

Asking for baksis by some worker was very unpleasant.

I retreated into the entrance, during a sudden down pour. On an impulse, I thought I would have my lunch here, until it eased off. I was well looked after by the waitress. The salad bar staved off my hunger, until the pizza arrived. So what if it had pineapple on it. I love a pizza with pineapple!
