⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut, thanks to Ghadir’s outstanding service! From the moment we walked in, Ghadir was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made sure everything was perfect—from taking our order with a smile to checking in just the right amount to make sure we were satisfied. The food was delicious, but it was Ghadir’s professionalism and friendly attitude that truly made our visit memorable. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Thank you, Ghadir, for going above and beyond!

The atmosphere is completely outdated and old, just not comfortable. And the whole thing is absolutely too expensive for what you get.

I really liked Mariola service. Very professional.

Food was awful, we found hair in multiple slices of pizza and the pasta. If I could give 0 stars I would. The ice cream machine wasn’t working for most of the visit and Children kept asking random adults for help with it as no staff were around at the time. Tables weren’t being cleared and there was always a lack of food being brought out for the demand so you had to wait for quite a while. Put us off after we found the hair though and we couldn’t even find a server to tell about the hair so we just left. Contacted customer support to complain. They have forwarded it on to the store and I was offered a £20 e-voucher that wont even cover what it cost us to go in the first place and refused a refund. Definitely won’t be returning to this branch or any other.

We have always enjoyed pizza hut in the past, we came to London for the day and chose pizza hut for our dinner unfortunately the pizza was tasteless the chips under cooked and the restaurant wasn't very clean. Such a shame

Never again! Since we were here with a group of 25 people, we were given the opportunity to get a discount. We had to give the restaurant a good Google review, and in return we received free drinks. I ate three slices of pizza (the base was very thick, sloppy, oily, and generally just tasted like undercooked dough) and a small salad. I had to pay 14 pounds for that. It's "all you can eat," but you have to pay extra for the drinks and the ice cream machine.
