Never again! Since we were here with a group of 25 people, we were given the opportunity to get a discount. We had to give the restaurant a good Google review, and in return we received free drinks. I ate three slices of pizza (the base was very thick, sloppy, oily, and generally just tasted like undercooked dough) and a small salad. I had to pay 14 pounds for that. It's "all you can eat," but you have to pay extra for the drinks and the ice cream machine.

just ordered a pizza to take away. Pizza hut pizza are expensive but I opened the box at home, and some pieces were missing and I had to wait 25 min to be prepared. never seen that before

It was amazing to find this amazing gem in London! Being from the USA haven’t seen a Pizza Hut buffet in years. Our server Karim was absolutely AMAZING and made our time truly one to remember!

I really enjoyed eating the vegetable pizza and the Pasta with cheese it was very tasty. The service was very awesome and the waiter Mariola was very lovely in her service.

Very slow even at 11:30 at morning should not need to ask where the desert is after waiting 30 or so minutes after pizza was taking away. staff are not very good at all.

Awful Experience – Got Sick After Eating! Ordered a takeaway pizza from Pizza Hut, and now I’m feeling terrible. My stomach is messed up, and I regret eating it. Definitely not what I expected. Quality control needs to be better—won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Not being from around here i was shocked it was open so late I rocked up 5 minutes before closure and they allowed me to order my pizza, I apologised for being that guy but the staff were very polite and very nice people and the pizza was fabulous. Amazing service top notch !

Food itself is very good and fresh. One thing is almost all their cutleries has food stain on them. The fooks aren't washed properly and remember these were in other people's mouths before. I couldn't use them at all. Also, on their website, it said weekdays buffet for 10.99 for adults. But we ended up paying 17.99 and 10.99 for our son. Since he's too young for fizzy drinks, we had to buy and extra apple juice for 3.99. The staff are very nice and helpful though.

First of all, the staff are extremely rude. I come into the restaurant expecting lovely customer service but at first, I am trying to order my food online and the connection is extremely bad. This made the food extremely late and I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my food. Not only that, but the staff would clean my table when I didn’t even finish my food, making me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the manager was extremely rude and her name is Ghadeer. She firstly was so rude and was trying to teach me to speak Enlgish. She was disrespectful and ruined my whole day. It was also Valentine’s Day so I felt so uncomfortable once again. Also, she had such bad manners, everything has been destroyed and her personality is not welcoming at all. She is so not friendly and tried to teach me my manners when I was friendly and kind towards her. Ghadeer was also rude to everyone. I also got the wrong order when I got my food. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the behavior of a staff member at Pizza Hut on 14/2/25(Valentine’s Day) at 9:55pm. During my visit, I encountered dismissiveness, unprofessional language, and a lack of assistance. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but as a customer, I expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed, and I believe this does not reflect the standards of service. First of all, the staff are extremely rude. Great service from Sajib. Good place to go especially with children . You can eat pizza from buffet for 21.99eura and childre for 11.99eura. All included.

We have a historical connection to this Pizza Hut and that's why we came back. The atmosphere is friendly but the pizzas on the buffet are not very varied, which for those who have been to Portugal, makes a big difference in the selection, which is much better. However, although it is expensive for what it offers, I had to come back.

We had Karim as our server, he was very friendly and welcoming.

Noisy loud music; pizzas not hot nor freshly made, salad bar choices very limited and tasteless - certainly not worth £22. Four adults crammed into a small space/tiny tables. Glad I never have to eat there again!

Pizza Hut has really lost it's way! The magic of going to get pizza as a family to celebrate a special occasion has lost it's touch. I've been going since I was a child so it truly breaks my heart that the dine in experience is no longer the same. Restaurant prices are ridiculously expensive compared to delivery deals available, £20 for 6 slices of pizza and £30 for 8 slices, you'd think they'd do more to encourage customers to dine in. With the price increase I'll continue to order online and save money.
