Scammers, cancel order on”my behalf” and unable to get a refund due to Uber eats insane choice not to provide customer service anymore. Abusing this system. Shame on you. I want my 50 pounds back.

I've been team Tops since the 90s! Not anymore! It's so bloody expensive now and has the worst "deals." W9 branch doesn't even do 2 for Tuesdays! Check out the other REAL deals in their other branches. W9 is a joke! I've gone to Papa Johns now

Great pizzas, ordered late as arrived at hotel after 10pm, food came early which was great for us and got a complimentary can of drink!

I can't believe the difference between this branch and the one in Watford in terms taste and quality. The watford branch is far far superior so much that i can't get over the fact both are the same franchise. Shocking really disappointed with this branch

Seriously Tops Pizza Maida Vale makes one of the dopest pizza I ever tried, staff are so friendly and so professional and always very clean. I would highly recommend.

Got the Peri Peri pizza and was tasty. Not the best pizza in the world but still pretty good, personally think this place should be rated higher than it currently is.

To be honest pizza’s are not my thing as always disappointed. These were very good pizza’s, adverted picture sold it initially, once arrived they were full of good fresh ingredients, nicely cooked with lots of flavour. I will definitely order again.

We ordered bbq base and got tomato.

Pizza, cookies, garlic bread good. But the haagen dazs was expired and inside the tub it had a texture suggesting it had melted and been re frozen. Instead of creamy ice cream it was flaky

literally worst customer service the manager shouted at us on the phone for a mistake he made. we paid £23 for two ‘medium’ pizzas that were tiny literally 6 inch when on the website it said two big pizzas were £22. whoever this manager is needs to get sacked. atrocious behaviour

They do great pizza I get 4 boxes of them every 4 weeks for me and my colleagues. Great taste and good customer service and Ofcourse halal aswell. Highly recommend them. £10 for a large pizza on collection can’t go wrong.

First visit. First time to the area. Nice guys, terrible, undercooked, soggie pizza. Pity.

Avoid like the plague. Pizza had a hair in it, covered in tons of chilli (and I like chilli) and burned vegetables. Inedible. Restaurant couldn't care less. They sent someone to collect the pizza and issue a (half) refund, but then refused to give a refund when I told them the pizza was in the bin. I gave up and closed the door. The delivery driver then proceeded to call the restaurant outside of my door, shouting at the top of his lungs in a building full of families at 9pm at night.

I was ordering a pizza (in298 High St, Sutton SM1 1PQ) when they started questioning my race and started to insult me then they were threatening to beat me and started to use bad language even though I never did anything do not recommend it.

Tasty and hot food does not matter if it's a Monday or the weekend, spicy chicken dippers are a must-try. Also, rarely do I come across a restaurant that would consistently deliver a can of coke chilled to perfection. :D

Freshly cooked gluten free pizza was a huge hit! We will definitely order again. Had to give restaurant service a 1 star as we had a take away so more N/A rather than give arating.

Unlike your big commercial pizza shops. Top Pizza 🍕 would be up there as one of my favourite go and grab pizza shops. The pizzas are bursting with flavour and offer great toppings. The staff are friendly. Happily surprised and would recommend you try them out!

Today I placed an order which was accepted then a minute later declined. It seems my order was sent from Maida Vale to Acton. I tried again with the same result (despite me even having screenshots that Maida Vale was the chosen pizza place).

surprised by some negative reviews, but hey you can’t make everyone happy. I order from the tops near maide vale, no joke like once a week and their pizza is amazing, their jalapeno poppers are amazing. Always fresh and sometimes they give extra out of kindness. Deep pan, with chicken, green chillies is my go to. So good. The riders are always so nice. Bless.

When I crave for pizza I crave for Tops. So good. Few orders before I’ve noticed that quality went down a bit and I thought I’ll give a last try and it was great, fresh ingredients and super delicious. For sure ordering again ❤️

I got dairy cheese when I ordered vegan. When I called to ask for a refund or replacement, the staff member called me a liar. He told me that if I could come down to the store to prove that it’s not dairy, then he would give me £100. I have a disability which means I can’t go out alone, hence why I ordered. I let them know I have a milk allergy and they told to to ‘just try the pizza’. They were not taking the situation seriously at all. In the end, I had my roommate call (he works for another pizza company) and they sent someone to collect the pizza. They said they would refund me but they have not. Shocking customer service and pizza.

Food was cold I called to complain and they were rude.

Can't comment on the restaurant as it was a delivery but if the food was anything to go by I would give maximum stars.

Tops Pizza 8 Great western road, London W9 3NN I bought a large pizza and two dessert's, we tried to eat the pizza but the bbq sauce on the base was incredibly sour. I rang and spoke to the person I placed the order with explaining this, he was very understanding at first I advised him that most of the pizza was still there and he said he would send a different one (non bbq base) and of course he could collect the rest of the bbq one. Another staff member came on the phone and stated he had used this sauce for many years, I tried to explain that I have ordered bbq base pizza’s before and they have never been this sour he tried to tell me that I was wrong. He was very rude and did not want to listen as far as he was concerned he was right. I have ordered from this company on many occasions over the years, I will not order from them again!

It would have been amazing had it not been over cooked. Other than that it was good.

Exceptionally disgusting, the chef was eating his food when the guy in front gave him a new order ticket and without washing his hands he started making the order even though his hands were dirty and and covered in sauce from the pizza maybe he needs to change his glasses? Or wash his hands after eating and before preparing orders?

I ordered the first time today: tops club pizza with ranch dressing. Pizza has zero flavour. Completely boring. The ranch dressing has no flavour and makes no difference to the pizza. What makes it eatable it the complimentary garlic dip they provided. But I don't get it, why don't they just put garlic dip instead of raunchy dressing on top? Tomato base doesn't come through, tomatoes have no taste, chicken had no taste. A REALLY LAME PIZZA, and too expensive for the result. Payed 19 pounds for 13'

Absolutely horrid!!! I came in store to order and the bold chef in the back with glasses was staring at my wife the whole time a crazy smile on his face and as we were leaving he made sex noises and when we turned around he was laughing like a maniac. Never have I seen such sexist and disrespectful behaviour towards any lady in all my years especially towards my wife. Will not be coming to Tops ever again and will be complaining to head office. Shame on the owner it shows what kind of a person he is having such employees.
