Good food and atmosphere - Liam was an amazing host !

had an amazing time here, liam was our server and he was SO sweet, chatty, and attentive! made our dinner special :) food was great as always!

We celebrated an 18th birthday downstairs with 30+ people and were served with the upmost respect and patience. Our server Liam and the manager Leo made sure every need was met and no one was left waiting or unsatisfied. The food was outstanding, the wider team helped serve the plates and they did so with a smile which felt so welcoming. A big big thank you to the team for a fantastic evening! We cannot wait to visit St Paul’s pizza express again, the view of the cathedral is also SO beautiful!

The service was impeccable—staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our meal enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived promptly, and the staff checked in time to time to ensure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be returning!

We love it here, every friday my toddler and I have PIZZA PARTY night and we often come here. We were here tonight, and as ever, had a lovely time. We were served by Liam, I've been served by him about 3 other times, and each time he's been incredible. Super attentive and on it. And lovely and funny to boot. Also served by Gem, who bought my daughter extra strawberries for her pudding. Very very nice gent. Thanks Liam and Gem. Couldn't recommend this Pizza Express enough.

Late Sunday night just before it closed, service great (gave us a hint to download the app which enabled one pizza with 50% discount). Affordable wine, The mushroom arancini, calzone and legarra pizza could all have done with a bit more cooking to be honest. A solid choice as usual, and not many places open until 10pm around this location on a Sunday night. £70 for 1 starter, 2 mains (1 with 50% off), bottle of red and sc.

Great Pizza Express. Gets busy so best to book. Staff efficient. Pizza Express food is now very consistent across the branches. Overall, a nice experience following our visit to the Cathedral.

They should call it “slowest pizza.” 2 hours for 2 children's menus + 1 burnt pizza + 1 salad + 1 forgotten lasagna. The waiter pretended not to understand my allergy and that we wanted still water. As a result I didn't eat to be sure not to have an allergic reaction and we had 2 glasses of water for 6. Thanks all the same to the manager who made a commercial gesture to us without being asked.

I ordered a Fiorentina with no olives and unlike Pizza Express Windsor, this came perfectly with no olives. The service was great, not particularly busy in the restaurant and the waitress was very patient with me as I'm neurodiverse and because I was tired my brain shut down and I struggled with the app.

The clerk was very racist. There were obviously available seats but they were unwilling to help us sit. After informing us of the number of people, we didn't get any reply. We waited for about 10-15 minutes. However, they were very friendly to the European and American customers behind us. It was a very bad experience. The clerk was very racist. We wouldn’t come here or any other branch again as we were absolutely disappointed by the service, which started out well but after making our first order we felt totally neglected. The waiters wouldn’t look at our table and we couldn’t get their attention. It took about an hour in total from the moment we were waiting to order our desserts to then being served and to add to that, their pizza was mediocre at best. Too bad as it was our first time at this place.

El pollo parm era el único plato que no nos gustaba ya que estaba empapado en aceite y la salsa de pasta era pura de tomate. La peor parte al final cuando pedimos dividir la cuenta. Se negaron a hacerlo y nos dijeron que lo hiciéramos nosotros mismos. Nos han cobrado más de £ 30 por el servicio, pero no nos dieron ninguno, ya que ninguno de los miembros del personal realmente se preocupaba por que estuviéramos sentados en el sótano. Aprecio que Pizza Express sea una cadena pero he comido en muchas de ellas siendo esta la peor para el servicio. Ve y gasta tu dinero en otra parte.

Probably one of the most unfriendly places to eat or try to eat. If you are from out of town you won’t be able to eat here because you won’t be able to make a reservation in an empty shop. I say head to Franco for friendly and fast service.

This restaurant is near St Paul's Cathedral, which is a major tourist attraction. It is part of a national chain. The menu is quite large and there are 2/3 set course menu options (the discount makes it worth at least getting the 2 courses if you're hungry enough). The dough balls are popular starters. You can get gluten free and vegan options. We were dining around 2pm on a Thursday and there were plenty of free seats. We got 2 festive menus with 2 courses. We chose dough balls in blankets and truffle dough balls to start and the Christmas feast and mushroom and truffle pizzas. To drink we had the pomegranate sparkle. Our total was £57.95. We went a while ago. We were tired of the journey and decided to enter. The super friendly host. The waiter not so much. We sat down and I asked for water and I sensed that he got upset. Sorry for being thirsty (?🤣) You noticed the difference in the treatment at our table, compared to the ones next door. Maybe because we were foreigners(?) The pizza and drinks were very delicious.

Order was pushed back a lot. I think it’s pretty expensive for what you get but, quality of the pizza was really good.

If you don't know where to go to eat, come here. After encountering many unpleasant people in restaurants, these waiters were the nicest and coolest we have ever been around. Super attentive that everything was fine and the food was great. Super recommended!

Absolutely smashing! Pizza Express is consistently excellent and thus it has become a default dinner option for me when away from home within the UK. I chose here because the other pizza place that I wanted to try wouldn't let me book on the day and am glad that I chose here. They were rather busy for a Wednesday night in late October so I am glad that I booked. The staff were very helpful and efficient and coped with the busyness and pressure very well. The food was excellent as always, from starter through desert. I had two cokes but only one was on the receipt but this was easily rectified. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this location and hope to return in the future when I am next in London. Highly recommend!

The St Pauls Pizza Express is my favourite London branch, the food and service is always top notch. I think the pizza chefs are great here and the pizzas are always juicy and delicious. The service staff are very friendly and attentive, but give you space to relax, I like the whole experience at St Pauls branch very much, it's been 10 out of 10 every time.

Express Pizza at London St. Paul’s is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The menu offers a great variety of pizzas, all made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Convenientemente situado por todas partes. Hay varios lugares en Londres. Estamos en el otro lado de la calle. La Catedral de Pablo y lo disfrutamos mucho. The Manager Katia greeted us so warmly on arrival and really looked after us throughout. Katie helped with the app, various deals and the menu. She introduced our waiter Ihor who was patient, professional and attentive throughout our visit. We had just had a long day in London so to feel the way we were made to feel at the end of the day, just perfected our day. The food was outstanding and a great experience for my family. We are from the US visiting UK for a week. After visiting the cathedral, we wanted to grab lunch and stopped by here. Initially feeling was that we were being ignored. But they just gave us time to go over the menu discuss and decide. We were being served by Connie and she was wonderful!! For some people their behavior may look like rude etc but the people who work here are really nice and they work their butts off. So I need to be fair and give my honest opinion. Thanks Connie and others! I highly recommend this place. Cheers!

I have ordered Margherita pizza and it tasted not good. It looked like just they used tomato sous on a ready made tortilla. Even no cheese.

The best pizzeria, the best food, but above all the best people. Today my daughter fainted there and they behaved incredibly. They have helped us at all times, they have accompanied us and they have even called a Taxi so we could go to the hospital. We have felt very supported. She is now well and recovered. I want to thank the enormous humanism that all the staff have shown. Hugely grateful. Now looking forward to returning, to eat the best food in London, with the best people. We will be back soon!

Quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. And I've been to a pizza hut where cockroaches were baked into the crust so that's saying something.

Cozy restaurant, located in a privileged area, in front of St. Paul's Cathedral in London. We went with some friends and our children for dinner and the truth is that the pizzas were quite good, they were thin dough and the flavor was delicious. The staff took great care of us. If we return to London we will repeat.

The food was okay, but very greasy. We had to wait forever (50 minutes) for our food and the acoustics were so loud that it gave us a headache after the visit. Not recommendable.

Well I was greeted by a young man and sat down,u ordered sparkling water butwas told there was non in stock, so I ordered a lime and soda, expecting cordial lime with the soda I was given a piece of lime over ice in a glass, 5 min later I cought the attention of the young man and asked for some cordial and was told there wasn't any which I found strange that Pizza express and advertising lime and soda. I was served by a lovely young lady with brown hair who had a lovely smile served my pizza which I ordered the American Hot where on requested added black pepper as a topping, on eating my pizza I wasn't approached once to see if everything was alright with my meal by the young man as I noticed he was approaching 2 other tables where there was young ladys seated a few times. After my meal I asked for my bill. The young man brought it and stood over my table with his card matching looking down at me. Now as I visit alot of restaurants I find that very rude because if someone has finished there meal and ask for the bill you take it and leave it on the table and go u till the customer is ready to pay for the bill, I had spoke to a manager about the situation and she apologise for the young man's behaviour

They have no idea what real pizza is. Bad dough that is paper thin and tasteless. Can really be done better. There was dirt in one glass.

Popped in for some desserts with my wife and 5 year old, got shown to a seat. When we were seated we were then asked to leave stating that we can only order desserts if we get a starter. Wouldn’t be half as bad if we were actually asked if we wanted to order a starter before being shown the door. Never experienced this in a pizza express before, even when popping in for some desserts when the occasion arose. So if I understand it we could have spent an extra £4 on some olives and that would have somehow been ok, but now they have lost a loyal customer who has been going to pizza express for years. Guess only high value customers are appreciated these days. Will take my custom elsewhere.
