Pizza Hut in City of London, Westminster

I got food poisoning here, so no comment on the quality of food. I've never puked so much in my life. I realized about 40 minutes after eating the pizza, maybe some of the charcuterie was old or something. Nothing felt really fresh, and the poor "salad" options seemed like a scam to get you to pay more. Also they're really understaffed, this place could be doing way better! What a way to stress out the nice staff they have

super thin pizza, stone cold, no sauce and just abysmal.

Scan order and pay via an app... thought we would have a treat, soiled table greeted us, confusing meal deals. Un-appetising salad bar. As a once upon a time family go to staple it's gone downhill signifcantly. Such a shame.

But the gentleman is very nice and there are free salads, toast and chips

Service was very slow we had to wait 10 mins for a a table even thou there was like 3 tables free which just needed to be cleaned. they forgot a mac and cheese and when it did arrive we all had nearly finished all our pizza's, salad bar needed to be regularly updated as we did mention to them a few times. They should of opened the seating downstairs but wasn't not a great experience overall really shame thou as this could of been.

Food was very good, good gluten free options. The table and menus on the table were a little dirty with food residue. The Drinks Station and ice cream area was very sticky and overdue a cleaning. Crayons for kids only had 2 colours, my child artist was devastated 😂

Pizza was good but a bit greasy. Potato salad was flavorless. Limited drink selection and only able to order Pepsi max through specific menu. A lot of the menu seemed a bit expensive.

☺️✨✨Mr. Jonathan, a staff member here, is kind, enthusiastic and friendly. He helped us order and introduced the menu to us in detail. He is very patient and explained it clearly. He made our day very good. The pizza and salad here were very delicious😍😍 !! and the price is very good.

Delicious pizzas as always and service was good. There was 2 downsides to this place. 1 - it was card only (not a problem for me but would be an issue for others) and 2 - the toilets was underground so had walk down many steps (again not an issue for me but would be an issue for others as I didn't see a lift anywhere - maybe I missed it completely).

The Pizza Hut was great to visit, there was a good selections of pizzas to choose from all fresh unlike a lot of pizza huts, the service was also great, there was a bit of a wait for a table to everything was very organised, would definitely visit again

Busy but decent availability of the buffet and quick to be seated

Two of the pizza were squashed and in the pizza box the slices were all over the place and stuck together.

Visited last December. My husband who has a stoma just asked if he could use the toilet. We said we just wanted a drink and was that OK. Was told we could but only if it was alcoholic!. We don't drink alcohol so how is that appropriate to say that? Husband used the toilet anyway and to be fair a waiter did ask if he could help. I said we only wanted a soft drink and he said it wasn't a problem. When we explained to him what the woman had said , he was surprised and apologised . We left . Disgraceful. Will never return.

Excellent. The bus finished its journey early due to traffic and stopped just outside so we decided to come in. Here there are very friendly and kind staff. Clean restaurant. Delicious pizza and salad. I'm really glad we stopped here!

There is no diversity in the menu like the Gulf countries

Over a hour late and the food is cold

Staff need to be showing how to clean a table. It seems to be always disorganized and chaotic. At least clean the tables correctly and clean the floor.

We ordered the buffet and you had a great variety of pizzas to choose and you could make your own salad... also there were two types of pasta and both were very good. The toilets were pretty clean and the people working there were nice and helpful.

Food much better than expected, the service from Smit was fantastic, making sure we got the best / most popular deal. Thank you!

Although I am not an usual customer that enjoys eating in restaurants with similar features (such as telepizza or dominos), I tried for first time the pizza hut buffet. Terrible experience. Zero service, grubby bathrooms, the salad bar looks very unsanitary and to top it all off pizzas were tasteless and seemed to be frozen. Summing up, not worth it, overpriced for a bad quality product.

It was a very busy place due to the area of where it is , The Staff were fantastic very friendly and great service . They work so hard and it would be great to see people show their appreciation a bit more . We would like to thank the Gentleman who took us to our seats I think his name was John but my memory is not great . He went over and above for us . All the staff were doing this . Great place with fantastic services pizza hut should be proud of the staff here . Thank you

Virtually no service, food simply disgusting. Tastes like frozen food. Salad bar unhygienic and dirty. Two people got sick after the visit!!🤢

Great Pizza Hut. Clean and friendly staff. I’ve noticed all Pizza Hut restaurants now encourage you to pay via QR code, but you can also order at the counter if you want. It’s quite small inside though, however, I didn’t book and I came here off-peak. I got the Weeknight Treat deal which is £16 for an individual 9” pizza (pan or original), with free salad and unlimited drink included. Dips are an additional 95p each. Definitely always recommend pan pizzas. There are a lot of steps down to the bathrooms however, so keep in mind if you have any physical disabilities.

Food was straight from the freezer. Not nice at all. Service was not great.

It's been over 20 years since I last set foot in Pizza Hut and I understand why. It's really broken, VOID, and poor quality products. However, for the prices you pay for a pizza at the price of a luxury pizza. This will be the last time for me, it's pointless, and it's not pizza.

Shown to small booth area, could hardly move. Told to scan code. I can't, but my Son did. Completed whole order took ages, then would not let us pay. We were so unhappy by this point, no-one to help, we put our coats on and left. Loss meal revenue for 3 people.

Driver never even delivered my food

No es como si pudieras salir y hablar con alguien... volver a subir 4 tramos de escaleras y volver a bajar. No creo que sea casualidad que el 1 miembro de nuestro grupo que visitó el carrito de ensaladas estuviera enfermo al día siguiente. Está claro que no se siguen normas de higiene en absoluto. Al gerente no le importó menos.

As a disabled person with bathroom requirements I was pretty disgusted… toilets are down 4 flights of stairs, on reaching them 1 was closed, all the remaining toilets had no toilet tissue & at gone 7pm the toilets were last checked at 1pm. Hourly checks on the wall clearly not completed. To walk back up 4 flights of stairs to request toilet roll and walk back down again is really not acceptable. Brought it to the managers attention, but as the restaurant was busy bathroom checks are really essential. Food was ok , I’ve had better and had worse. Hubby was the only one to visit the salad cart and had an upset stomach that night, could be coincidence but was the only difference in what we’d eaten. Not visited a Pizza Hut in forever and now I remember why. Wouldn’t recommend

The glass they served my wine in was extremly dirty. I wipped the inside of it with a tissue and the dirty that came off was disgusting, handrails at Victoria Station are cleaner.

We ordered with JustEat and we didn’t receive the order we ordered at all. Plus, the delivery was delayed multiple times vs what planned

What Pizza Hut should be... Delicious food and friendly service!

We ordered a menu that included pizza, a side of your choice, salad and unlimited drink. We ended up delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Furthermore, their employee speaks several languages ​​such as Spanish, so it was easier for us to talk to her.

A little bit of delay waiting for a table and there is a philosophy of self service mixed with some staff serving you but very tasteful plates and nice atmosphere!

Atmosphere was a bit dull, guests were randomly sat around the restaurant. Leg and body space wasn't great on the set tables and chairs.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut restaurant in a while and this experience has definitely not made me want to go back. In the time that we were in the restaurant, no fewer than 4 different parties had issues with either accuracy of order, speed of service or billing. We ourselves never received our drinks and had to ask 4 different servers for our desserts to which when they arrived were wrong. Ordered cheesecake got apple crumble, close by no coconut prize for you. Although Pizza Hut say they pride themselves on service, this establishment definitely struggles. I wouldn't recommend for anyone in a wheelchair either, as the spaces between tables is extremely small/limited.

One of the servers didn't have enough ability to speak English, and both of them weren't familiar with the menu!

We were shown to a table but were not told we needed to order food through a QR code so waited and then had to ask somebody how to order. Buffet deal wasn't explained. Servers didnt appear to know what to do. Food was ok but very crispy and, as a result of my not eating the meal, this was discounted from the bill. Not sure I would go back.

Ordered food, took over hour to come, don't mind that but the food was cold, wasn't enjoyable at all. For how much you spend on pizza nowadays it's getting terrible.

Pizza was carried in a rucksack and not kept flat so it had completely folded over on its self.

Our favourite Pizza Hut, so much so we visit weekly! Not only is the pizza and salad always fresh, the restaurant is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. They are incredibly inclusive and accommodating for my autistic son and are always helpful. I have never had such good service as I have here!

Cold restaurant pizzas with no cheese on refund and go somewhere else

The food is fantastic. Ordering is done via QR code on the table, but if you do not have that option you can always ask if they would like to take the order normally. After ordering the pizza was ready in 15 minutes. The pizza includes the use of the salad bar and you can refill drinks such as cola unlimitedly.

Speedy service, seated quickly and food was nice and hot. The perfect place after a theatre show.

Very bad ambience, very rude staff, there are hardly any options for vegetarians and the refill drinks given are all sugar-free and on top of that you can only pay by card with cash, you can't pay here, on the whole a bottomless impudence

Went for the buffet, and had to wait 20 minutes before they brought out any pizza, then the soft drinks machine wasn't working properly. It all felt a little disorganised

The food came quickly and was, as always, delicious. The waitresses were friendly and ordering and paying via QR code at the table went smoothly. The drinks dispenser is easy to use. Every pizza comes with unlimited salad at the buffet. But: Pepsi with lemon now tastes like bathroom cleaner - far too artificial (it tasted different in summer). In terms of price, two pizzas for around 18 pounds each are quite expensive - but it's central London at the stand. You should only use the toilets (on the second basement floor) if you can't stand another toilet. Since this Pizza Hut is within walking distance of Charing Cross / Trafalgar Square, there are a lot of guests there during the day. Unfortunately, the toilet is cleaned far too rarely and toilet paper (women's toilet) is almost always empty.

Pizza Hut, you know what to expect. Only recommended if buffet is offered. Were shown to the place and didn't see any service after that...had to order everything via the website...

Jonathan provided excellent service during my visit to Pizza Hut. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. He promptly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and handled everything with a positive attitude. His professionalism and courteous nature made our dining experience enjoyable. Against my better judgement we decided to visit Pizza Hut after a viewing of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, as pizza seemed appropriate and we hoped to double up on some early 90s nostalgia - back to a time when Pizza Hut dominated the UK pizza scene with it's thick oily bases before better alternatives arrived. We had to queue for a short while surprisingly, it was early in the evening so I assume people were looking for a quick and easy pre-theatre meal. We were unfortunately sat in the gloomy windowless downstairs area, on a tiny table stuck between a till point and a wall adorned with ancient peeling artwork of pizza-themed super heroes. The table was so wobbly we had to put a total of three napkins under to steady it. Waiting staff were fast but impersonal, with ordering done via a QR code and online menu as though we were back in pandemic times. Everything felt geared to turning over tables as quickly as possible. Once we'd ordered the waiter brought glasses for our self-serve drinks and they were absolutely disgusting - covered in fingerprints, smears and lip marks, as though they hadn't been washed in days. I asked for cleaner glasses but the ones we received weren't much better. The infamous salad bar was just as you remember it, tastes have changed but it has not. The produce was of an extremely low quality - browning lettuce, limp cucumber and the blandest tomatoes I've ever tasted - I've had tap water with more flavour. The pizza itself was just as I remembered for better or worse - thick, doughy, oily base and a reasonable amount of cheese and toppings. I found the prices startling, around £30 for a large pizza and £13 for a small, medium no longer an option. The atmosphere was abysmal - the couple behind us were having an extremely unpleasant argument during which he told her to 'sit down or I'll drag you down', not the restaurant's fault - unless the flaccid salad had put them in such a foul mood that they had resorted to verbally abusing each other. It's hard to find much to recommend about the the Hut - the pizza was edible but you'd be better off at one of the many other pizza restaurants in the area. Unfortunately as the queue showed there will never be a shortage of tourists and theatre-goers who don't know any better to keep the place churning out overpriced, below average, mass-produced junk food.

Great Pizza and the bottomless refills were fantastic.

The service was an absolute mess from the start. Staff were shouting at each other and even bad-mouthing other customers right in front of us, which was completely unprofessional. The food was hit and miss – some dishes were decent, while others were overcooked. The sauces looked like they should have been thrown out ages ago. To make matters worse, the toilets were filthy and clearly hadn’t been checked for hours. On top of all that, the order app didn’t work, adding to the frustration. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Great Location, amazing food and service

We had a wonderful meal here, the staff made it. We were lucky to be served by John, Kirti & Simonto were friendly, professional and really attentive. All the other staff were nice too.

No more compared to other PHs in London

After a busy day, we decided to go to a chain to avoid having to look for a restaurant. What a mistake. Very loud music. Non-existent staff, little help: we didn't know the principle. Require payment via QR code. Quite soft thick crust pizza but minimal toppings. For the children, spicy fries and very bad bolo pasta. My daughter threw up everything when she left the restaurant. We weren't expecting a gastro rep but at this point... We are not repeating the experience.

Best pizza ever by the best manager

Good pizza but to order it you have to do it yourself via the app on your phone. Payment too. You have to take the drinks yourself, the vegetables are buffet style. I even had to get the cutlery myself for the whole family. At this point it would be better to do like fast food. At least you don't have to pay a tip for a non-existent service and you don't have to use your phone.

I visited this place for a quick lunch, and the experience was disappointing. The staff failed to inform me that there were no available tables for solo diners, leaving me to wait aimlessly for 20 minutes. Despite my obvious frustration, they showed no concern, prioritizing larger groups over accommodating someone who had already been waiting. Ultimately, I left without eating. It's clear they care more about keeping tables open for bigger parties than actually serving their customers.

Pizza was delicious. Salad buffet was a bit worn out. However, it was already 2:40 p.m. Staff friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect balance of fresh toppings, flavorful sauce. Everytime I'm going to this PizzaHut I'm so welcomed by the staff. I can't complain about this one. Is the only one make me cross all the city to go. Going there for pizza? This place is in tourist central so expect it to be just that and not your local PH. Tables turned around quickly but the service was okay, staff mostly friendly. Only grumble was my garlic bread was not warm and I prefer green chillies to jalapeños on my pizza but they don’t do them anymore

You can only pay by card and expect to pay £22-25 per person.

Very happy with all aspects of service and food, Special mention to Kaju (who greeted us and took us to our table and had a chat) and Aroon (the Manager who had a lovely chat with us) . Both made us feel special.

Good amount of food for the buffet

The ice cream machine is downstairs. So I had to take my son and our bags down to get his dessert. When we came back our table had been tidied, losing our drinks in the process. No music and seemingly only one working member of staff for the first hour. Not sure if it was his first day or something but he seemed very unsure of everything.

Asked the server for water glasses and they did not come. The cookie dough was overdone and stuck to the plate so was hard to eat. The cookie dough is also tiny compared to before.
