Great Pizza and the bottomless refills were fantastic.

The service was an absolute mess from the start. Staff were shouting at each other and even bad-mouthing other customers right in front of us, which was completely unprofessional. The food was hit and miss – some dishes were decent, while others were overcooked. The sauces looked like they should have been thrown out ages ago. To make matters worse, the toilets were filthy and clearly hadn’t been checked for hours. On top of all that, the order app didn’t work, adding to the frustration. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Great Location, amazing food and service

We had a wonderful meal here, the staff made it. We were lucky to be served by John, Kirti & Simonto were friendly, professional and really attentive. All the other staff were nice too.

Best pizza ever by the best manager

After a busy day, we decided to go to a chain to avoid having to look for a restaurant. What a mistake. Very loud music. Non-existent staff, little help: we didn't know the principle. Require payment via QR code. Quite soft thick crust pizza but minimal toppings. For the children, spicy fries and very bad bolo pasta. My daughter threw up everything when she left the restaurant. We weren't expecting a gastro rep but at this point... We are not repeating the experience.

Good pizza but to order it you have to do it yourself via the app on your phone. Payment too. You have to take the drinks yourself, the vegetables are buffet style. I even had to get the cutlery myself for the whole family. At this point it would be better to do like fast food. At least you don't have to pay a tip for a non-existent service and you don't have to use your phone.

I visited this place for a quick lunch, and the experience was disappointing. The staff failed to inform me that there were no available tables for solo diners, leaving me to wait aimlessly for 20 minutes. Despite my obvious frustration, they showed no concern, prioritizing larger groups over accommodating someone who had already been waiting. Ultimately, I left without eating. It's clear they care more about keeping tables open for bigger parties than actually serving their customers.

Pizza was delicious. Salad buffet was a bit worn out. However, it was already 2:40 p.m. Staff friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect balance of fresh toppings, flavorful sauce. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our order was taken correctly and delivered to our table with a smile. Everytime I'm going to this PizzaHut I'm so welcomed by the staff. I can't complain about this one. Is the only one make me cross all the city to go. Going there for pizza? This place is in tourist central so expect it to be just that and not your local PH. Tables turned around quickly but the service was okay, staff mostly friendly. Only grumble was my garlic bread was not warm and I prefer green chillies to jalapeños on my pizza but they don’t do them anymore

Good amount of food for the buffet

Very happy with all aspects of service and food, Special mention to Kaju (who greeted us and took us to our table and had a chat) and Aroon (the Manager who had a lovely chat with us) . Both made us feel special.

The ice cream machine is downstairs. So I had to take my son and our bags down to get his dessert. When we came back our table had been tidied, losing our drinks in the process. No music and seemingly only one working member of staff for the first hour. Not sure if it was his first day or something but he seemed very unsure of everything.

Unfortunately we can not give it 0 stars. Service was terrible. Food was not great. If anyone wants pizza hut in london it's worth just going to marbel arch there service is 5 star. I would not recommend strand I've come here twice and both time I am disappointed.

Asked the server for water glasses and they did not come. The cookie dough was overdone and stuck to the plate so was hard to eat. The cookie dough is also tiny compared to before.

We were greeted when we came in (the door was a bit of a struggle to open), but after that we were left on our own. No one handed us the menu or asked if we wanted to order. We ended up ordering online via the qr-code on the table, which actually worked. The food arrived quite fast, it was tasty and looked nice. I ordered mac&cheese, my daughter had the lasagne. Ended up doing half n' half. We ordered our soft drinks with ice, but had to go and get the ice ourselves. All in all - been there, done that.

By far the worst pizza of my life! I ordered a pizza with salami. There was sugar scattered on the bottom of the pizza and all over the pizza box. The pizza was incredibly sweet and the sugar made you feel like you were chewing on sand. No recommendation!

Very busy and unorganized. The atmosphere wasn't perfect specifically the downstairs floor. Food quality was medium compared to the price. The staff were friendly but too busy. The bottomless drink and salad bar were tempting though.

We have been beautifully served by Sai in this restaurant. Unfortunately I had to make a complain about the fact that I could not pay by cash. The manager Musi was very professional and made me feel like he understood what I was talking about. How is it possible that such a big company can limit it's customers to card payments only? What kind of agenda are you taking part in? I will not be coming back to a place where I cannot pay cash. Kind regards, Agnes

One star is actually because I do not have a lower option. No staff member was interested in hosting. No explanation of menu. The staff did not know the menu to answer questions. Since when are Pizza Hut prices like a fancy high end restaurant? £20 for an individual size pizza? Seriously? It is supposed to be a fast food chain. People are attracted to you for a quick affordable meal. Neither was this quick nor affordable. I would happily pay £20 if the quality of food and the sitting environment was top notch. The sofas are all worn out, the floor was sticky and the tables, plates and glasses I didn’t want to touch them. The salad bar was a joke. Lowest quality of lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes available in the market. I felt so sick after eating here and I actually regretted even ordering here. I should have just seen the atmosphere and left. Definitely not Pizza Hut I remember from my childhood. DO NOT GO THERE GUYS. There are A LOT of options around.

You can’t get a beef pizza or create your own, so I added meat feast and said send no pork in the notes, instead they sent me the full pork pizza whilst on my receipt showing it say I wanted no pork. Smh disrespectful

During my visit to Pizza Hut, I took advantage of one of their meal deals, which make for a decently-priced meal. The staff was friendly, but their service was not great. When I visited the restaurant was quite slow, both with dine-in and take-out orders. The staff pushed everyone who came in to order using the QR code giving them plenty of time to stand around doing nothing more than chatting among themselves. I was not asked to use the QR code and had placed my order with a staff member. After my initial order, not a single staff member came to check up on me or asked at any moment after I had finished my meal if I wanted anything else. It took quite a while before I was able to order dessert. I would not have minded this had the staff been busy, but when several staff members are hanging around just having fun with colleagues it is just annoying.

Quickness to get a table as I hadn’t booked, the ease of ordering and prepaying for the meal, drink selection always good when u have children. Everything was great although salad bar was quite empty and they didn’t refill it. Unfortunately, toilets were also disappointing as they were dirty and taps weren’t working which is why I’ve scored a 3/5

We popped in for a quick lunch. The staff were very friendly and efficient. After a few mins of being seated we were asked to move due to the electrician needing to repair the light over our table. No big deal except he then stood on that table which wasn't cleaned after he finished before the next customer. The pizza was great and thoroughly enjoyed. However, as we had a meal deal, we had to go downstairs stairs for the ice-cream. Having said that if I were in London again, I would go there again.0

We just had an amazing experience with the Pizza Hut on the Strand (right opposite Six the musical). As a group of 16 we booked on the phone and were told we would be downstairs. We have our own private section with lots of space and a short walk to the toilets. We had kids meals which included bottomless drinks, bottomless salad, pizza, a side (garlic bread, chips or onion rings) and unlimited ice cream factory. Such great value! Downstairs had its own fully stocked salad bar, drinks machines and ice cream machine making everything super close by! The staff were amazing and so accommodating nothing was too much. Really recommend for groups visiting London!

Fabulous they've brought back proper pans. The bases are crispy again. Great service too. Food fresh, drinks fizzy and salad fresh. Great value for money.

The pizza had no taste. Not Pizza I used to have few years back. Pizza Hut used to be the best. I used to go there for lunch when I worked in Fleet Street. Pizzas were very tasty but this time I found Pizza tasted different. I had buffet and paid over £13. I asked if they had spicy chicken pizza at the buffet. I told there was. I took spicy pizza. It had no taste at all. At the time of paying I asked why their pizza taste has changed. I was told because u had veg pizza as chicken pizza was finished. I was surprised as I went at around 1.30 which is lunch time. Why did they not tell me at the time they only had veg pizza. I would have ordered instead going for buffet lunch. I have tried many Pizza huts. Taste is not what it used to be. Cut backs

Didn’t deliver what I asked for and overpriced me, charged 8.00 for a cookie

As an Italian, I can say that the pizzas were not disgusting, on the contrary, I found them quite pleasant (obviously you cannot use the same evaluation criteria as an Italian pizzeria). However, the dough was excessively thin, and the ingredients were not abundant. The room is very welcoming and spacious.

We were seated quickly. No explanation was given on how to access the drink machine or ice cream. The latter was located downstairs, following a sign, saying toilets, which didn't seem very hygienic. I wasn't told there would be waitress service, so was trying to download the bar code, to order. My one grandchildren had ordered the ice cream but I didn't want to leave one grandchild upstairs with bags and coats etc so asked the waitress to get the ice cream and she said no. So I had to leave, worryingly one grandchild upstairs and unsupervised. The grandchildren said the chips weren't cooked. The cheesy bites were ok. Very disappointed and would think twice, before entering such an establishment again and warn others accordingly. Mrs. Gesuine Martin.

The pizzas were mediocre. I didn't have enough tomato sauce and cheese on it. The dough tasted good. We had the "all you can eat and drink" lunch buffet. The price-performance ratio was absolutely right. What is particularly worth highlighting is the soft ice cream that you can tap yourself with various toppings.

The pizzas are really small for 20 pounds! The atmoshere il allright but still I will give it one star because of the prices extremly high

You can't beat pizza hut pizzas they are the best & good to have deep pan again. Enjoyable choice of the salad bar. It was a great shame when our local one closed.

Mine and my daughters orders were put through separately even though we ordered them together (she is 9, so I ordered our meals) she got her meal, 15 minutes later, I'm still waiting for mine. I cancelled my order and paid for hers and left which they didn't mind, probably because they had a queue. They did apologise but, my daughter had enough of eating alone and wanted to go, so I wasn't going to make her sit and wait till I got mine.

I have been in many of Pizza huts chains but this one is the best, especially the manager called Darun. He was great in service and the welcome atmosphere he has created in the restaurant was amazing

It was nice to discover pizza hut still exist - it is a long time since I have seen one after they have long closed in my home town. The menu hadn't really changed since my childhood - maybe that's why they are closing all over the place? It was like stepping into the past. However, what let it down was the toilets. After eating I descended the 4 flights of stairs (a location my mother with arthritis struggled with greatly - didn't appear to have a lift or disabled toilets on the dining floor), the pungent smell of sewage was spreading up several levels. I'm afraid I almost lost my dinner whilst using it. Not an experience you want to feel on a full stomach! Furthermore, when using the hand dryer, I noticed a cleaning schedule for bathrooms, one where they tick it off once checked - it had ticked with the same handwriting for several hours, clearly at the same time until 7pm - it was only 6.30pm. Judging by the water everywhere and lack of loo paper, it was clearly just ticked and not inspected. It makes you wonder what other procedures are not being followed correctly or forged in the kitchen. They obviously have a sewage problem and that bacteria is in the air - I don't know where the kitchen was, but could that also be infecting the food? Not too convinced the restaurant should be open with a sewage issue that prevalent. Any food inspectors reading this, I suggest you make a visit!

We were super happy with the food, we had the pizza buffet. There were 10-12 different pizzas available. From the simple Margerita, to salami, Hawaii to a pizza with goat cheese. There was also a varied salad buffet. The toilets were clean, except that the doors squeaked and there was an unpleasant smell. Payment was only possible by card.

Against my better judgement we decided to visit Pizza Hut after a viewing of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, as pizza seemed appropriate and we hoped to double up on some early 90s nostalgia - back to a time when Pizza Hut dominated the UK pizza scene with it's thick oily bases before better alternatives arrived. We had to queue for a short while surprisingly, it was early in the evening so I assume people were looking for a quick and easy pre-theatre meal. We were unfortunately sat in the gloomy windowless downstairs area, on a tiny table stuck between a till point and a wall adorned with ancient peeling artwork of pizza-themed super heroes. The table was so wobbly we had to put a total of three napkins under to steady it. Waiting staff were fast but impersonal, with ordering done via a QR code and online menu as though we were back in pandemic times. Everything felt geared to turning over tables as quickly as possible. Once we'd ordered the waiter brought glasses for our self-serve drinks and they were absolutely disgusting - covered in fingerprints, smears and lip marks, as though they hadn't been washed in days. I asked for cleaner glasses but the ones we received weren't much better. The infamous salad bar was just as you remember it, tastes have changed but it has not. The produce was of an extremely low quality - browning lettuce, limp cucumber and the blandest tomatoes I've ever tasted - I've had tap water with more flavour. The pizza itself was just as I remembered for better or worse - thick, doughy, oily base and a reasonable amount of cheese and toppings. I found the prices startling, around £30 for a large pizza and £13 for a small, medium no longer an option. The atmosphere was abysmal - the couple behind us were having an extremely unpleasant argument during which he told her to 'sit down or I'll drag you down', not the restaurant's fault - unless the flaccid salad had put them in such a foul mood that they had resorted to verbally busing each other. It's hard to find much to recommend about the the Hut - the pizza was edible but you'd be better off at one of the many other pizza restaurants in the area. Unfortunately as the queue showed there will never be a shortage of tourists and theatre-goers who don't know any better to keep the place churning out overpriced, below average, mass-produced junk food.

Not the cheapest pizza but it was tasty! I had the GOAT which had all my favourite things. It was tepid and the garlic bread cold. Saved by the flavour. It was incredibly busy but staff are good and efficient. Flat access for mobility which was ideal for me.

A reasonably priced chain restaurant situated conveniently close to Charing Cross station in a not so reasonably priced part of Central London. The “all you can eat” buffet style lunch that we had offered a wide selection of pizza slices and a very well stocked salad bar. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Driver has only delivered some of the order and 40 minutes late. Restaurant won't answer the phone.

The last time I had Pizza Hut was in 2016 in the US. The Supreme pizza we ordered still had the same great taste, and I really enjoyed the food. However, it is a bit pricey.

My experience was a 2 / 5 experience. The manager smashed my free Pepsi and I never got a replacement. I hope the manager gets fired I am well known and can take his business down.

Can we ever doubt the taste of Pizza hut? My favourite go-to place and short of options in mind. We never get disappointed, and their staff is really friendly

Preturile sunt foarte mari pentru serviciile oferite. Mâncarea este foarte scumpa, o pizza 17,49 lire. Te ademenesc cu sortimentul de salate din care poți alege la discreție, dar nimic gustos. La un alt restaurant sau pizzerie mananci o pizza gustoasa cu bani mai putini, aproximativ 16 lire🙂

Fantastic service from Nahoum. I searched everywhere for a gluten free pizza for my friend who has quite a few allergies. Nahoum greeted me from my entrance and took care of me, to prepare a specialist pizza. His diligence and care was paramount to my decision to buy from this Pizza Hut (and I am not a usual Pizza Hut customer). But I will surely return for Nahoum and his extreme level of customer care and attention. Thank you so much, you really saved our night! And Pizza Hut has gained a new fan!

Zuerst haben wir sehr lange auf einen Tisch gewartet, dann wurden wir an einen Tisch gebracht, mussten aber wieder aufstehen da er doch schon besetzt war. Haben uns dann für eine Take-away Pizza entschieden, bestellt habe ich eine große Pizza für ca. 28 £.. bekommen habe ich leider eine normal große Pizza… Naja zumindest war die Pizza lecker aber auch nichts Besonderes. Der Cheescake war auch gut. Fazit: Personal freundlich aber überfordert Preise sehr teuer Essen gut für Fast Food Würde euch aber empfehlen um diesen Preis wo anders zu essen.
