We had been given a voucher for or wedding anniversary. We new it would be a separate menu. But we felt uncomfortable using it. The guy that served us was really nice and helpful, but the manager came across as she would rather us not being there. I know it must affect there bottom line, us being there, but don't sell them, if you don't want to redeem them. If we ever get another one, we would swap it for something else.

Our time in the restaurant was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the food was just like in Italy. Highly recommend.

The place is lovely visually but the food and price let's it down, me and a friend had a hummus starter each followed by a vegan spaghetti and a carbonara and a desert each plus 1 coke and a beer, the bill came to £98 I was shocked mainly because there want much on the plate food wise and the quality of the food really wasnt great. Service was great though.

Foods are delicious and prices are reasonable I’m planning to score 1 because of hostess in the entrance but luckily we got service from Hamit and he changed our mood. Note for the management if you are in hospitaliy business you should hire smiling faces in your team otherwise you loose customer and money

Gluten free garlic bread was not bread but a pizza base hardly any garlic and was crisp and dry, gluten free fusilli with king prawns very dry very little sauce and hardly any prawns, awful if you are gluten intolerant avoid

The food is Ok. Unfortunatly gluten free pizza base was prepered on the same table as the normal pizza base. I don't recoment this restaurant for People with celiac disease

Wonderful Italian spot with handmade pizza and delicious desserts. Stopped in on a whim walking by. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and friendly, the service was quick and the food amazing! The Sticky Toffee Pudding was delicious!

Really disappointed with the food and the cost. £6.50 for the smallest garlic bread which lacked taste or texture. My salmon salad looked like a child has assembled it. Poor I know it’s London prices but the food should be better.

Me and my children had the pleasure of eating at this very friendly restaurant.the staff where all very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was to much trouble. Had a very good range of food as I have celiac disease so can't have wheat and gluten. Will definitely go and eat there again and recommend to my family and friends.

Disappointing. Rude waiter, insulted us by questioning if our child was mine because he didn’t look like me. He’s British Indian baby. Made us uncomfortable. Left early. Will never go back. Don’t waste your time, money or memories. Waiter needs to learn the art of hospitality and learn that some comments should stay in your head and don’t need to be vocalised. Spoilt the day and our trip to London.

Don’t eat there! Yesterday we went to Prezzo. The food was ok but nothing special ( we are not that picky so we didn’t complaign) but this night we got food poisoning from the shrimps. This place shouldnt be open at all. Our last day of vacation we spend in bed and nearby the toilet.. thanks prezzo…

Abbiamo mangiato qui una sera e siamo rimasti delusi e scontenti dei piatti che non avevano nulla di italiano, un sapore poco piacevole, un impiattamento inesistente, con un'insalata appoggiata nel piatto e un bacon che sembrava una pietra. È un'appropriazione culturale per semplice lucro, tralasciando ogni cura nei dettagli. Il luogo in sè si trova in una bella zona ed è carino, tranne la pochissima cura del bagno maschile, personale affabile e gentile perlomeno. Qualità/prezzo non buona anche considerando i prezzi alti di Londra.

Perfect, fitted is in without reservation, could have the table for long but suited us as, needed quick fitted before Ronnie Scott's 👍

The food was mid, definitely not worth it’s price. The focaccia didn’t have tomatoes that were written on the menu. The orzo salad was disgusting. The mixed salad looks like it’s store bought and badly cut vegetables.

Even though very busy and a short wait for a table, the staff were great and the food was good.

I loved coming here, it was a walk by and so pleased we stopped and went in. Staff are the best💗 Warm, finny and friendly. They were so good to us....thank you very much. We will be back when we come to London

Decidimos venir por los comentarios de las opciones sin gluten. Comimos una pizza sin gluten que estaba muy rica. No nos gustó la tarta de chocolate, una porción pequeña para el precio que era y faltaron las frambuesas.

I dined at Prezzo last Monday and opted for the spaghetti carbonara and rigatoni a lla Rusticana. To begin with, the dishes arrived in less than 5 minutes after ordering. Unfortunately, the spaghetti carbonara lacked flavor, and I discovered traces of chicken (hopefully not leftovers from another dish) in my pasta. The rigatoni a lla Rusticana was equally bland, with the chicken tasting far from fresh, possibly having spent a couple of days in the fridge.The service left much to be desired; I overheard waitstaff arguing amongst themselves while attending to customers. The overall ambiance suffered as a result. Considering the lackluster quality of the food and service, the prices seemed unreasonably high. A beer, a Pepsi, and two disappointing dishes amounted to nearly £63.I remain perplexed by the numerous positive reviews, as my experience at Prezzo failed to live up to expectations.

We stumbled upon Prezzo while on vacation in May 2023. The service was great and the food was very good.

Prices are rather expensive given the quality and quantity of food you receive. Meal was just ok, pasta seemed watery. wouldn’t visit again unfortunately.

Lovely food, nothing to moan about, and our server was very understanding of my falling over my words when ordering. Slightly disappointed that neither of us were offered a choice of sauces for with our starters, but wasn't a crisis. Surprised to discover only one toilet for gents, and according to my wife, only two cubicles for women. It felt odd leaving the loo, to be met with a queue of other men! Finally, despite a fab start, our server picked up my wife's card and used it, before my wife had finished reading the bill. Luckily it needed the pin, so not a direct problem. Just a touch presumptuous. Iced caremellatte was ideal.

Real nice so it was. Prezzos are a great spot for eating out before a show. But always advisable to book.

Popular chain. Always had pizza in Prezzo. Decided to have a burger for a change. Mistake. In short DON'T buy burgers in Prezzo. Came lukewarm. Bun - cheap and awful. Beef Patty - comes frozen, therefore only well done. As a result dry and tasteless. Chicken - a piece of breast. Dry and partly burned. Cheese - Gorgonzola is, the only thing that has taste. Chips - would be nice to have them hot. That wasn't the case. Will not come back and do not recommend it.

Nice staff and the food was fine. It had nice a calm ambience. Ideal lunch spot. Only minor grumble is no promo codes at this one. They should probably have a sign advising of this.

Nice restaurant for a quick meal

We only tried the vegan pasta bolognese and the pasta bolognese. But the food was great and the workers were kind and friendly. The wine was not a selling point here but it was expected for the price. Would definitely recommend if you want a calm quiet place to enjoy pasta.

The portion sizes are ridiculous. Genuinely, that's the first time I've left a restaurant feeling hungry in a long time. The food itself wasn't bad but for £18 per portion, it was incredibly lacking. Probably all part of their tactic to flog drinks and desserts. We were a group of 12. Whilst the staff did their best to accommodate such a large group, at times, it felt as if they were understaffed. It was difficult to tell whether this was the case. For the most part, I think they tried their hardest and were very efficient. Well, I suppose this is what you get from a big chain. Overall, an overpriced, lack lustre experience. Well done to the staff but they're up against it when they're having to serve plates of mediocre food. There are a myriad of Italian restaurants in London serving fresher, more exciting food than this. They don't skimp on portions and will give you a much better experience.

Waiter not polite, service slow, asked for a chicken Alfredo, my place took 20 minutes to arrive and that’s no chicken on it. Like, 2 small pieces, very small, I asked the server, he said it’s what it’s. Not recommend

Asked for a rigatoni Alla Rusticana. Well... They missed the chicken. We couldn't barely see in our plate. Completely disappointed.

Una sera mentre giravamo per Soho abbiamo deciso di fermarci da PREZZO per mangiarci un’insalata, visto che non eravamo particolarmente affamati. Il locale si presenta molto bene, molto elegante e carino in un angolo non troppo affollato di Soho, e anche il servizio è stato assolutamente in linea con le nostre aspettative, forse appena un filino lento ma niente di così preoccupante. Abbiamo preso due ceasar salad, una bottiglia di acqua e una birra, il tutto per circa 55€, il che lo rende forse un po’ caro.

Prezzo for many years has been our Italian spot. The past year the menu has changed a lot, the price has increased massively but what I cannot get my head round is the quality of food that has dropped drastically. I always order the spaghetti with prawns and change the spaghetti to penne. Today I was told they cannot do penne anymore but have rigatoni. Once my pasta arrived, the sauce was watery, had no flavour and the prawns tasted like they were added just before bringing the dish out. The kids ordered the kids 3 course meal but now the drinks are not included as they were historically. Both my kids complained their pizza did not taste like it used to. Service.. the personal touch has gone but you still get charged an obligatory 10% service charge which we always pay. When you are spending close to £100 on lunch for two adults and two young kids you expect good tasty food, good service but this brand.. franchise you want to call it has totally gone downhill. The last two visits have been so bad. If the price increase reflects well with the food and service I have no problem. But it does not.. Prezzo.. you are done.

We arrived here at 4.30 so we weren’t in an extremely busy restaurant.. handful of people in there… were given menus and asked about 2 mins later if ready to order… asked for a bit more time… less than 1 minute later another person came over - are you ready to order again asked for more time - another minute later asked to take drinks order and again are you ready to order… again said no as we haven’t actually had a minute to look at the menu - made our selections 2 starters 2 mains - drinks arrived quickly followed swiftly by our starters after less than 5 minutes - food was delicious and hot - had eaten about 2 3rds of our starters when our mains arrived and they started clearing our starters to put the mains down.. we said we are still eating here don’t take the plates and they then piled our mains onto the table advising us the kitchen had made them already so here they are… rushed to finish our starters around our mains so they didn’t get cold! We have been in the restaurant less than 20 Mins at this point… I put my fork down once I finished my pasta and my bowl was whisked away before I even had chance to reach for the bread to mop the bowl!! Whilst eating we were also asked by 2 different people if the food was ok… it wasn’t busy in there at all but we felt so rushed and like we were an inconvenience!! We paid the bill and left and went somewhere else for coffee and cake so we didn’t take up any more of their precious time. The toilets were also filthy and the door didn’t lock.

Both dishes were definitely not cooked fresh, in fact it was like the food had been sat somewhere for days, and then reheated in the microwave. So disappointed in the food. We checked out the dessert menu, since the mains we ordered were unappealing. There's hardly much choice on the dessert menu unfortunately. Because we were so disappointed with the mains, we decided against ordering any of the few desserts available, at the risk of them too being dissatisfying. To top it off, the waitresses refused to honor a discount on our bill. This is despite being entitled in Prezzo due to having a blue light card. Overall, very disappointing!

My first and last visit to a Prezzo. Offhand and vanishing staff. Undercooked and doughy pizza bases, toppings a mix of warm and cold. We'd have sent them back but were concerned about what may return - and the lack of visible staff made that impossible anyway. We put it down to a bad experience and left as soon as possible. What kind of management run this place? Grim. A big error because we were short on time.

Nice place, you know what oyu are going to get with a place like Prezzo, decent food and a decent choice for not too much of a cost. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I made a reservation via google and it worked like a charm. If I'm in the area I would visit again.

A nice pleasant experience. Restaurant was rather quiet for a usually busy period. Food is pricey but you'd expect that in central London. It was delivered promptly and tasted lovely, but my calzone did taste rather bland. Apart from that the starters and other main were fantastico :) the ice cream dessert was rather disappointing, it tasted like something you'd buy from farmfoods but 4x's the price.

Très mauvais accueil par une serveuse qui visiblement n'aime pas les français. Nous met quasiment dehors et nous propose pas de dessert nous donne direct l'addition pour qu'on s'en aille au plus vite . Plat pas copieux pour le prix.

Essen kam schnell. Bedienung war eher unfreundlich. Die Nudeln mit Garnelen haben nach nichts geschmeckt. Der César Salad war lecker, aber sehr sehr klein. Keine Empfehlung!

El restaurante está bien ubicado y es un lugar muy lindo. La atención fue buena y los meseros son amables, sin embargo se tardaron mucho con la comida y habían olvidado los postres de los niños. La comida se ve mejor de lo que sabe, pedimos una pasta Alfredo qué no tenía sal y la salsa pasta del plato infantil no tenía sabor a nada. Lo demás estaba bueno pero sin llegar a sabroso. En general está bien si tienes prisa y quieres comer algo caliente, además de ir con bajas expectativas.

I had been out walking around the city for about 6 hours and by this point I was starving. I had to meet up with my tour in a couple of hours, so I figured I'd pop in here for some lunch and kill some time. The host was so friendly and the food was just so, so good! The garlic bread was soft and yummy and the main dish was just so good! I've had good italian food before, but this was one of the best. The sorbet was the perfect end to the meal. The blood orange lemonaide was so refreshing! Can't say enough good things about Prezzo.
