Prezzo in City of London, Westminster

We visited Prezzo at Glasshour for a dinner. The taste of the food, service was exceptional and thanks a lot Hamit, we definitely will come and taste your food😌

Lovely meal, friendly staff, good atmosphere

Beautiful location. We ordered from the lunch menu , sadly the food arrived cold and the garlic bread wasn't the same in the picture. It was micro size. We couldn't even taste the garlic on it. The lunch menu need more extra care.

I have been there many times but never had any disappointment… love the food, the vibe and the customer service too! Delicious pizza and good atmosphere! Thanks guys ! See you soon !

Great restaurant, we had a very pleasant time with the girls, and the waiter, Djallen, was more than pleasant, and what's more, the icing on the cake, he spoke French! As a result, we were able to ask him for information and advice regarding our stay in London. As for the food, I ate a gorgonzola/proscuito pizza which was excellent!

Had a lovely lunch here. The staff are so welcoming and the food is so tasty 😋 will definitely be coming back for dinner soon. 100% recommend 👍🏻

Fantastic Experience at Prezzo! I had a wonderful dining experience at Prezzo. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great time. Their service was impeccable, striking the perfect balance between professional and warm. The food was just as impressive. The Spaghetti King Prawn was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and full of fresh, juicy prawns. The Gorgonzola & Prosciutto Pizza was a fantastic combination of rich, creamy cheese and savory prosciutto on a crisp, delicious base. Every bite was a delight! The atmosphere added to the experience, relaxed yet stylish, with a great vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent visit, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

A nice branch of Prezzo. Staff were very nice and service was good. Toilets are downstairs, a bit dark, but clean.

Went there for dinner, Mala was our server and was very nice, made us feel welcome. The menu was full of different pastas and pizzas, even burgers. The pepperoni pizza is good and I would recommend this place! The location is excellent!

The chicken was slightly overdone, costing of the chicken was burnt. So was a bit dry. Cashless as well which was a bit of a pain as we had cash

Popped in for something quick to eat and food looked good when we walked in. We got our food pretty quickly which was GREAT! The food was also good, I had the burger with fries, well cooked and the fries were crispy! My wife had the spaghetti bolognaise which was good in taste and also a good portion! We were served by one of the friendliest men named MALA, if you come here ask for him!

Very good restaurant, I highly recommend it. There were 4 of us, we were twice and we had different dishes each time... all the dishes left us with a very good impression, the service is fast, the team takes great care of the customers, a large number of their neighbors should take an example from them... I will definitely come back to their place during my next stay in London...

Mixed feelings, everything seemed so nice in the beginning but as the evening progressed it gets worse and worse. The food was mediocre, lacked a bit of soul and it’s quite expensive for a simple pasta. The waitresses seemed super stressed and rushed, they brought us the wrong bill twice and made a whole fuss about it when I kindly ask to remove and ridiculous 9 pound service fee. That really ruined it

I would like to share my review about Prezzo Restaurant in Glasshouse Street that I ate King Prawn Pizza which is my favorite I ever tasted. Also I must indicate Mr Hamit's service during my stay there that we were very glad to be served by him and thank to him anyway. I do recommend everone to have a dinner at Prezzo Glasshouse Street for one of the best pizza experience in heart of London.

The service was very fast and friendly, the staff and especially Hamit's attitude towards us was great.

Moody staff including the manager on duty that I assume was taking the food orders due to shortage of staff. As someone who works as a waitress for a living the service was terrible, we were not offered water on our table , a moody waitress came over after 1 min of us looking at the menue to ask if we were ready to order in which we stayed we just arrived to give us 5 more minutes and she looked genuinely mad at us, a young gent took or order after 5 mins and brang them over speedy which was great, we orders food with the moody manager who took our order I stated that I had food allergy to nuts she said did check the allergy list to see If I can eat what I ordered I said Yh but i didn’t feel As if she made the precautionary to let me know about cross contamination issues or to double check all was good. Food was cold took 20 -30 for a £21 piece of fried chicken crazy. Pasta was ok pretty average

Enjoyed a great pizza with their Blue Monday deal. I got a delicious pizza for just 99p. Needed to order a drink but it was worth it.

The food was awesome. I had a calzone and their pizza bread is tasty as. My friend had the carbonara and love it. Why 3 stars then.... Well the service was a bit problematic to me. It feels like we're bothering them just by being present. My friend hot cheese on his pasta, she poured 1/4 of it on him. They were right next to us and starting talking smack about other customers even though they were in the wrong. And they charge you 10% service fee..... What a shame. It shouldn't be added automatically, because I would definitely not have tipped them that much. Train the girls to do their job. This is a service industry, smiling and being aimable is a basic skill here

On the last day in London we just looked for something that was close to us and my cousin was craving pasta. In certain areas there is one restaurant next to the next and you really can't go hungry in London. First we ordered a few tasty, refreshing drinks. My cousin had something with apple and elderberry and I had something with citrus. For dinner, my cousin had lasagna and I had rigatoni with mushrooms, garlic sauce and chicken. My lasagna came in a baking dish and was therefore still hot. Most of my pasta was really cold. The plate also looked very bland, had little sauce and was therefore a bit dry. There was no bread either. Since the store wasn't very big and the counter was in the same room, I somehow felt like I was being watched. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the place, but the drinks were a highlight.

We ate there almost every day because it was simply very good. The service was very quick and attentive. Every wish was fulfilled. I can highly recommend! We would love to come back.

We ordered pasta. Portions were small, however had very good taste. Also tiramisu was very delicious.

We chose Prezzo for our Christmas Eve dinner, but unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. The food was served cold, and the quality was not up to the standard expected from an Italian restaurant. This made the special evening we were anticipating less enjoyable. We hope this was just a one-off incident.

While passing through London with my parents we stopped for dinner. The dishes and desserts are good but a little expensive though. Nice restaurant setting but too noisy you don't even feel it. Very fast service and very friendly staff.

only one girl on the staff was kind. Italian name but there is nothing Italian about it! Only the pizza is saved on the menu, it wasn't bad, but otherwise absolutely not! Furthermore, the English are fooled by saying that he is Italian.

The 2 waitresses were rude and constantly rushed us. They didn't even let go of a smile. We are really not well received and we quickly have the impression of being a nuisance. The food was basic not exceptional.

Well located restaurant, fast service. On the other hand, very mixed reception, not a single smile! Staff who are really not friendly and who, in the middle of their service, take the liberty of going to smoke in front of the restaurant and serving customers inside in down jackets. Not professional at all... Forced to pay by card. As for the food, the service is quick and the food, while not exceptional, is quite good. However, the pasta was lukewarm… Not sure I'll come back!

I visited this Prezzo whilst on a short break with my children. I ordered the gluten free pizza and my children had pasta dishes. The food was served very quickly and arrived luke warm. I sent mine back as it was very undercooked! There was no apology from staff. When mine was cooked again it was slightly burnt but put this down to them ensuring it was cooked. I have to say it was worst pizza I have eaten. Yes, it was gluten free but it can still be tasty. This pizza was tasteless!! My children love Italian food but they too didn’t enjoy their meals either. I felt the service was poor too no apology for undercooked food and no checking in afterwards either. Won’t be rushing back to prezzo!! Service charge added to bill and not mandatory? No discounts can be used at this restaurant either! Very poor.

Este restaurante tiene buena comida. Me comí la lasaña y estaba bien. No tan bueno lo recomendaría, pero no fue desagradable. Está bien el diseño de interiores. Pero caro para la calidad de la comida. El personal está muy estresado corriendo por el restaurante. Lo que me da la vibra de una cadena de comida rápida. Un gerente incluso le gritó a un empleado en el restaurante. Lo que para mí es un NO. Así que sabía bien, pero el precio es demasiado caro!

Overall, it lacked Italian authenticity. If you're looking for a place with fast and friendly service, Prezzo may be an option, but if you're looking for authentic Italian flavors, it might not be the place.

Para empezar, digamos que la comida de Prezzo es totalmente cara a menos que tengas un vale de descuento del 25% o si tienes suerte del 50%. Los cócteles y el spritz son un elemento revelador ya que es difícil saborear el contenido alcohólico, y £ 9 es muy mal valor en comparación con lo que se obtendría en Italia en un centro turístico incluso. Tenía un plato de pasta que estaba bien, pero a £ 19 precio completo nunca habría pagado eso por un plato que habría costado £ 5 para preparar como mucho. Comí uno o dos bocados de pizza de mi esposa y al instante sabía dulce, sí masa dulce. Hice un poco de investigación y Prezzo puso azúcar en la masa para ayudar a la fermentación. PREZZZO, MASA DE PIZZA ITALIANA NO CONTIENE AZÚCAR AGREGADA. El azúcar es para ayudar a Prezzo, no al cliente, y seamos realistas, el azúcar es demasiado en la comida británica de todos modos. El servicio fue muy lento y esperamos casi una hora para bebidas y aceitunas, una mesa vecina se quejó y obtuvo un descuento. He estado en varios Prezzo's antes, siempre como un pequeño grupo con alguien más eligiendo el lugar. Nunca tuve una experiencia perfecta y no sería mi propia elección.

Pasta with pancetta and chicken was amazing. Margarita pizza was good but they need some work on the dough, it has hard and chewy. The oven potatoes sadly were very dry, and they lacked butter which would save them a bit. Staff was excellent but the atmosphere was so and so. Some groups were shouting and there wasn't even music.

Amazing food as always in prezzo. Very well priced. Our server even had a bit of a laugh with our children and made them feel really welcome.

The most tasteless lasagna and spaghetti carbonara I've ever eaten in my life... I don't even understand how these dishes can be made this way. All the other customers were eating pizza. They are probably focused on them.

Long service, it’s an Italian restaurant and unfortunately the pasta carbonara is made with cream and bacon, no egg and no cheese! Very disappointed with the service. I don't recommend it or go there if you have time to waste.

The restaurant is very nice, with large windows overlooking the streets. The food is good, we have ordered a tomato and burrata salad, spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti bolognese. It was all very rich. The right price.

My vegan pizza was worse than supermarket frozen pizza. The base was horrible and the cheese on it was the worst thing I ever had. And yes I do know that vegan cheese isn’t always great but this was way below average. The pizza was about £16. I know award winning pizzerias that sell for that price but their pizza is amazing. I strongly recommend not going to this restaurant. I have to say they did have a few vegan options which is great but none of them looking at other people’s dishes look that great.

We usually love prezzo and visit our local branch regularly, however this was not very nice at all. The food came and was not very nice, the chicken was very tough & I only ate half my meal. The toilets were disgusting with no toilet roll & the hand dryer not working. The door to the kitchen was next door to the toilets & wide open (therefore not 2 doors between as there should be) The kitchen did not look very clean & made me feel sick Then we were automatically charged a service fee for 2! AVOID

Does not cater to allergies. We entered the restaurant, thinking I was ok to eat here as I always visit prezzo restaurants usually as they are able to cater to my allergies. However, we were shown to our table, asked if we had any allergies to which I explained I am allergic to onion and garlic, the hosts response was “oh no, you can’t eat here, we have garlic and onion in all sauces”, to which I responded “I always eat in prezzo and they make me a creamy pasta without” she then continued to shake her head at me and say “no, we can’t check, no I won’t ask the chef, these are our only allergens” and pulls out the allergen book, which both I and her know my allergies are not on there. We walked out. Disgusting behaviour. Restaurants should be accommodating of their diners dietary needs. We went to The Grand just down the road, fantastic service and great at accommodating my needs. I had my creamy pasta with no issues.
