The place was very good, it had a very good atmosphere and the food was also good. The waitress were very kind and had no problem with our language barrier. Our waitress name was Niki and she was very helpful and kind.

I recently visited Prezzo in Soho and, overall, it was a pleasant experience — but with a few caveats. First off, the service was genuinely excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from the moment I walked in. Even though the place was fairly busy, they took the time to check in without being intrusive. That level of attention definitely added to the comfort of the meal. As a vegetarian, I was really pleased with the menu. There were more options than I expected — not just the standard fallback dishes, but thoughtfully prepared plates that actually had flavour and variety. It’s always a bonus when vegetarian food doesn’t feel like an afterthought. That said, the price point was noticeably steep. While the food was enjoyable, it wasn’t quite special enough to justify how much it cost. You’re essentially paying premium prices for mid-range Italian fare in a casual chain setting. The ambiance is nice, but not particularly elevated, so the high pricing felt a bit mismatched. In short: great service, a strong vegetarian menu, and a central location make it worth considering — just be prepared to pay more than you probably should for what you’re getting.

Overall a nice experience. Food was amazing, but small portions. But the bathrooms weren't a great experience. They could improve on that.

We had a chicken pizza for dinner and it was shockingly disappointing! I have been so many times to your restaurant and I keep very good memories The pizza was tasteless, the tomato sauce awful not to mention the pizza dough The waitress didn't even ask if we liked the pizza or not. They kept saying that they were closing at 10pm I hope this will motivate you to look into this and make it better for next time Thank you

Dined in with my entire family of 10 on 3-April. Service and food was excellent. We all were more than satisfied with our experience. However more than anything I want to thank the person who assisted my wife who had a fall on the sidewalk outside the restaurant. I cant be sure but I believe she was the hostess. She was their helping us deal with the situation including fetching ice and napkins. I apologize for waiting this long to formally thank you. Postscript. My wife has fully recovered thankfully and in no small measure thanks to your quick action to assist.

The food was good overall and our waitress was friendly and helpful. We ordered the meaty calzone, which was great, but the crab & lobster ravioli was a bit disappointing—the portion size was small, even though we specifically asked about this when ordering. The service from our waitress was positive, but the hostess Nikolett was very rude when presenting the bill. It’s also frustrating that this branch doesn’t accept Blue Light discount—maybe that’s why she’s always rude to NHS staff. Good food and service from the waitress, but the attitude of the hostess really let the experience down.

Italian restaurant in a prime location. Lunch special, consisting of two courses, was prepared quickly and tasted very good. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is appealing. Great value for money.

A pesar de ninguna reserva nos sentamos rápidamente y pedimos bebidas. El restaurante estaba bastante ocupado y afortunadamente nos colamos justo antes de que se tomaran las últimas mesas, así que tuvimos una buena comida de varios platos de pasta que eran todos muy buenos. No faff o alboroto con la factura, y el personal era realmente genial y atento.

When we arrived we were approached by a lovely waitress and was promptly shown to our table. My husband and I ordered a pizza each and garlic bread. It was delicious especially the balsamic and cheese garlic bread. The service was wonderful and the waitress was brilliant. Although this is part of a chain of restaurants, it felt independent and intimate. It was a lovely evening.

There was a bald man working there—probably the owner. He was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Frankly, he came across as quite racist, and it shows in his attitude. As for the food, it’s an absolute joke for the price you pay. You spend a fortune and get barely anything in return.

The service is always top tier, attitude, listening, cater clients requirements, body gestures with warm welcoming and always polite and engaging. Amazing! The food was amazing but the service from all the ladies was just brilliant. They were beyond helpful- we were a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children. They were so kind and chatted to us. Beautiful location. We ordered from the lunch menu , sadly the food arrived cold and the garlic bread wasn't the same in the picture. It was micro size. We couldn't even taste the garlic on it. The lunch menu need more extra care.

Great restaurant, we had a very pleasant time with the girls, and the waiter, Djallen, was more than pleasant, and what's more, the icing on the cake, he spoke French! As a result, we were able to ask him for information and advice regarding our stay in London. As for the food, I ate a gorgonzola/proscuito pizza which was excellent!

Popped in for something quick to eat and food looked good when we walked in. We got our food pretty quickly which was GREAT! The food was also good, I had the burger with fries, well cooked and the fries were crispy! My wife had the spaghetti bolognaise which was good in taste and also a good portion! We were served by one of the friendliest men named MALA, if you come here ask for him!

There were 4 of us, we were twice and we had different dishes each time... all the dishes left us with a very good impression, the service is fast, the team takes great care of the customers, a large number of their neighbors should take an example from them... Mixed feelings, everything seemed so nice in the beginning but as the evening progressed it gets worse and worse. The food was mediocre, lacked a bit of soul and it’s quite expensive for a simple pasta. The waitresses seemed super stressed and rushed, they brought us the wrong bill twice and made a whole fuss about it when I kindly ask to remove and ridiculous 9 pound service fee. That really ruined it
