He estado aquí varias veces recientemente.

Very friendly welcome. Quick service. We ordered large chicken kebabs. The chicken had been soaked in lime and gave a lovely flavour to the chicken. Cooked perfectly and served on a soft flatbread. Salad was fresh and crisp. Thankfully we don’t live far away so will be going again.

The chicken kebabs were nicely marinated and plentiful. They are served with two pitta breads, a choice of one dip and chips or salad. We had salad and also ordered an extra side salad. The salad was ample and only had a slight pickling tang. I would have preferred red onions to white but otherwise it was enjoyable and delivered well within the time constraints.

Easier worst place I’ve been to recently. Don’t believe me just try to chicken burger , just try it and then you will understand. The cheese burger , with 1/4 slice of the cheapest cheese available has no taste whatsoever. The fries are consistently bad and oily . This place is taking advantage of its location that there are not many other places near by. Poor food and very poor customer service

We (a party of three) arrived at 7.30pm, and drink orders were taken promptly, followed by starters and mains shortly after. However, service was extremely slow. The two small starters didn’t arrive until after 8.30pm, and mains were served at 9.15pm. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and at one point, an angry chef exited the kitchen openly swearing and mumbling, possibly due to being short-staffed or overworked. The mains—pizza and cannelloni—were enjoyable, but the arrabiata was disappointing, with very minimal sauce and garlic. Desserts were super underwhelming. The chocolate cake was more like a hard brownie with an overpowering almond flavour, and the tiramisu was excessively sweet, with only two bites eaten. We have never known for tiramasu to be so sweet. Overall, service and some dishes need serious improvement. We have come to realise over time that Prezzo is not for us, and unfortunately this branch in particular is really not for us.
