If you want bad quality stone cold food this is definitely the place. Staff should be working at Karen’s restaurant all look so un happy rude and not willing to resolve a complaint unless they can microwave it 😂😂

Food all wrong and iber an hour late

The mezcal margs are amazing. My friend really enjoyed her frozen marg. Had a slice of marg pizza, delicious. 241 too. One of the bar staff had no friendliness and was rude to the guys next to me, mine was great. Absolutely going again 😃

The pizza lacked flavour, I ordered La Reine. I added some salt which helped. However it had a nice texture. The delivery time kept changing constantly on the website (going up and down) which made it difficult to get an ETA.

Chicken raw had it about 3 times now the chicken and all times it has made us throw up and ill so that means they don't care about there customers

Cold dry pizza and burnt garlic bread I could not eat.

A touch pricey...hence 4 stars but great place for cyclists....and non cyclists...I like the fact that you can hang your bike inside...which is very safe...

Another fantastic meal from Prezzo, the Carbonara is always great, really tasty, and good portions. A* super staff, great restaurant

Really disappointed. Been meaning to try this place for a while, but it fell well short of standards in london. The pizzas took ages to come out - mostly just veggie ones I didn’t even want for the first half an hour. Nothing special - pretty bland and salty, They didn’t have ketchup for chips (!) and initially said they would need to charge for sauces. And my partner’s fries came out cold. The only saving grace was the manager at the end (didn’t take his name, but he normally works in Battersea) apologised and discounted our bill. Really wanted to like the place but can’t believe how poor everything was - Gordon Ramsay name is clearly just for show.

Great food spoilt by truely awful & rude staff attitude, shame as we are regulars at the Manchester branch but I doubt we will set foot into the liverpool Crazy Pedros again.

A truly amazing lunch Liza was our waitress and so nice and helpful we couldn't ask for more. Clive made our pizzas and they were literally just stunning,I the best pizza I've had for a while,his homemade chilli and Basil sauce is literally so nice I could drink it.No joke. I normally get the Calzone spicy but this time I had the chicken and sweet red pepper pizza.stunning is the only word for it.A really polite fella and nothing was too much trouble even though they were busy.never been to the Forum yet because we can't stop going to St Benedicts Pizza express.
