Great pizza always a great quality and tasty

Not the best experience. The taste wasn’t bad, however the size of the pizza was very small and I had ordered a large for delivery. Also, the pizza had become cold once I got it. They said that they are outside and I should meet them on a different location from my address and when i went there nobody was there and I had to wait for 10 more minutes for the delivery person to artive. Disappointed

Good food but let down again with no coleslaw

Delivery slot 17.00-17.20 never updated to show delay. App showed “Delivered” @ 17.20 when it actually wasn’t. Phoned Restaurant who contacted driver - delivery delayed due to very heavy traffic Delivery arrived at 17.45. If app had shown a more accurate & updated delivery time I would not have had to bother the restaurant.

The pizza lacked flavour and dry.

That was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had in my life. Their customer service was terrible too. When I called to complain, the person just said, "Okay, no worries, go ahead and order from somewhere else," like they didn't care at all. The pizza was so soggy, the crust was unappetizing, and it smelled really bad.

Ordered for the whole family this afternoon, to say the food and service was exceptional would be a severe understatement. The pizza tasted fresh and boiling hot would strongly recommend and will be ordering again in the near future!

I ordered from here yesterday from Just eat. I was feeling really down and crappy and figured I’ll treat myself to my pizza order I love. I ordered the cheese edge meal which comes with a 12” pizza, 4 garlic bread, 4 chicken tenders and a dessert. My food arrived 15 minutes late and was missing half of the order. No garlic bread or chicken tenders. And my pizza was stone cold. I asked just eat for a refund of which they’ve denied me twice. So I’ve lost money for nothing because it’s not like I could say I received the food to know it was worth losing money for. I loved this pizza place as they do my favourite order and I’m learning disabled so I like my pizza a specific way. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I don’t know if I’ll order from here again. But I just thought everyone should know.

Ordered a few pizzas for my daughter and her friends, they turn up, one is a bit messy, but what can you do it's hot and moves around in the car when being delivered, everyone is ok with it and eating their pizzas. 10 minutes later I get a phone call from the restaurant saying that one of the pizzas they delivered was messy, they're really sorry about that and they're sending another one out free of charge, completely unexpected lovely customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone!

All the toppings had slid off the tops of the pizzas, dips bursts in the boxes & chips burnt. Pics sent in to the shop & told to ask for a refund through just eat. Terrible pizza & Terrible customer service... will NEVER order from here again.

Unfortunately tonight is was very off normally a very good service but pizzas was bad both of them the toppings was one sided and just bare pizza base on the other side and to scrape the toppings over to the other side on both pizzas

Normally when ordering a delivery you don’t expect it to be as good as you going there and picking up however you can’t go wrong ordering delivery from here it’s always piping hot when it’s delivered delivery drivers always follow instructions when delivering food and are always polite and friendly and the overall quality and variety is great

Arrived at least 10 minutes early - food was tasty & hot!

Delivery never turned up I was waiting 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. When calling the shop they tried to tell me they came but didn’t and said they tried to contact me but I received no contact from them what so ever.

I ordered 3 items and was very surprised that it took nearly 2 hours from when I purchased it to actually arrive. Despite this, the food was hot and enjoyable, but the length of time i had to wait was far too long for what I ordered and did put me off slightly

Never had a pizza delivered that was so poorly cut I've had to cut it myself having tried to pull a slice off and getting just bread. Eating the toppings with a fork isn't ideal

Always order from Pizza Hot 4 you as I know it will arrive early/on time and piping hot! Food is always fresh and tasty and I’ve never had a problem with their service. Good prices for a takeaway considering how expensive everywhere is nowadays too.

I'm very unhappy about this order, I placed my order and the we received a phone call and had to rush out, I called the restaurant to cancel my order , it had only been 10 minutes since I placed the order and the estimated delivery time wasn't for another half an hour, they said I still had to pay! So been charged for food I didn't even have, I would like a refund.

Took an hour and a half for delivery, both pizzas had sauce exploded all over them and the veggie pizza was broken in bits when you tried to take it from the box it was awful

I’ve just had a delivery from this company ordered via Deliveroo. The driver was late and rude and impatient knocking my door down and simultaneously ringing the door bell over a five second wait for me to answer the door. The person answering the telephone from their business address refused to confirm what company they were saying “I don’t have to tell you”! I don’t recommend such rude and ignorant people to do business with the pizza was awful too!
