Crazy Pedro's Liverpool in Liverpool

Great food spoilt by truely awful & rude staff attitude, shame as we are regulars at the Manchester branch but I doubt we will set foot into the liverpool Crazy Pedros again.

Not so crazy about pedros You’ve got certain expectations of bottomless brunch, namely a flow of drinks, and crazy pedros did not live up. It was an effort to get drinks and took the good out of it. Tried to have some banter with staff but they just took everything the wrong way. Clearly they have a different sense of humour. Then again we should have known, the place does have multiple offensive ‘jokes’ about Harvey Price on the wall.

This place was such a great find and let me tell you .. I’m not exaggerating when I say this . But crazy Pedros pizza was one of the best pizza I have ever tasted . IN MY LIFE. And I have tasted some best pizza from New York and Italy. But this pizza is up there in the top three. Which is a bold statement . But yes . Thank you for your lovely service and amazing food!! Be back again soon!

Pre-booked here for 15 of us for Bottomless Brunch. Staff couldn't have been any more accommodating from the initial booking to the day. We had to delay the start which the staff didn't have any issues with, but the second we started they were taking our orders and kept coming back. I've been to places where they take forever to come to you, so this was brilliant. The pizzas were great. Highly recommend this place, even if you just come in for drinks/food. Fantastic value for money.

Place has gone downhill. Have attended Pedros in Liverpool countless times and it’s our groups ‘go to’ place for brunch as we usually love it. Not sure if there’s been a recent staff change or we just got really unlucky but we had a booking for 5pm yesterday 02/08 and staff on shift were awful. Our server had the worst attitude and was not friendly at all, he kept getting the orders wrong, constantly either missing drinks and slices or bringing the wrong ones. When we tried to rectify and explain items were missing or wrong we were met with attitude as if this was our fault and not the server who wasn’t bringing us the right order? We are a chilled group so just accepted the wrong items and asked for the correct stuff on the next round, but to give us attitude was just out of order. Twice our server also ignored a member of the group who tried to order, he came over asked “any more drinks?” then immediately walked away as our friend ordered, he did this again a second time. At the end of our brunch we we asked to play beer pong, we were given the stuff but not the table to play on, we set the game up on a random table and made do. We left our drinks on a table next to us while we played the game and another barman (he was wearing a shirt with cats on it) came over and started binning all our drinks, one of the group went over and explained they were our drinks and we were not finished with them and he said he was only throwing away the empty ones, he didn’t and continued her to throw away all our drinks apart from two full ones. This left most of our group without a drink as he’d binned them despite them being half full, he knew exactly what he was doing. Overall it was a really sh*tty environment at Pedros which we’ve never had before, the combination on staff on that particular shift were not kind or pleasant at all. I’d been to Pedros just a couple days earlier for an event and the women on shift were lovely and so kind, particularly the Australian server who is so lovely and the lady who was organising the 27/07 pizza event. All our group typically choose a Pedros brunch anytime we’re in Liverpool as it’s so cheap and usually great fun, if this is the new experience on offer though it’s absolutely not worth it. Rude ignorant staff who can’t take a correct order and binned all our drinks despite us kindly asking them not to? Honestly a vile experience and would avoid 100% going forward no longer worth it for the money. Please get more kind staff on board the ones you had on 02/08 were vile.

Great bottomless brunch, pizza was delicious and the drinks flowed as quickly as we drank them. Given we were a table of 10 we were not left waiting long. Would definitely go again.

Visit Monday 5pm, so very quiet. Pizza is good. Don't spend too much time in the toilet as the lights go off automatically 😰

After an awful encounter at Panam Liverpool docks we left disgusted. We came to Crazy Pedro where the staff were fantastic and the pizzas were amazing. Tge gluten free pizza was one of the best I've had. We were celebrating my daughters 21st had had a great time here. Will definitely return. Thank you for saving our celebrations x

Went to Crazy Pedros after trying a slice at Boxpark. Didn’t disappoint. They had BOGOF on cocktails and both me and my partner went for the deal, lots of selection on drinks. The pizza was amazing with great quality base, our mistake the pizzas are MASSIVE and we should have chosen to spilt one. Not a big mistake we now have pizza for lunch.

Absolute BRILLIANT service. We had the best server Ellie! Fully recommend. Love the drink and a slice American kinda vibe. Excellent urban vibe. Fun music, fun drinks. Would definitely recommend. Xx

Went here last Thursday with a friend for my birthday. Food was amazing, only waited like 20-30 minutes for it(like you would in any other place), drinks were decently priced with an amazing offer. Staff were also very nice, polite and profesional. My one and only complaint is the stools

I came in here at about midnight on a Saturday night. The “manager” Danny was so rude to my friend on a pretty quiet night. He was clearly on a power trip trying to get out his teenage angst. The bouncers Lee and Ryan were fantastic and so understanding and it’s probably the most comfortable I’ve ever felt around a bouncer late at night in the city centre. Can’t commend them enough. Must be hard working for someone like that

I’ve been going here for years and have always loved it. Used to work in a bar in town and it was the place to go after work cos I really liked the staff and the vibe. Went tonight and the manager Danny was horrible to my friend, proper power trip behaviour. So disappointed with what it’s become like if he’s the manager I won’t return again. Lost the good vibe it had for sure and it’s a shame. Lee and Ryan were lovely on the doors tho probably the most lovely bouncers I’ve ever met, it’s a shame they have to work with someone like Danny

An amazing vibe, such a cool funky place! The chicken, bacon, maple syrup and waffle, pizza, (YES I did say all that on a pizza) was the best I've ever tasted! Great drinks and cocktails all bogof too. Will definitely be back

Booked a table for on Saturday night at 7pm. Was expecting a chilled rock bar that serves pizza and nachos all night. We were sat on the end of a long table with another group. The music was very loud and shouting over the table to each other wasn’t ideal so we actually ended up texting!! The other group left only to be replaced by a much larger group who couldn’t fit around the table, one girl was pretty much sat on my knee at one point. Groups of people were milling around right next to the tables too. Not the sort of environment you’d want to eat in Pizza came and was fantastic. We went half hot dog half chicken and waffles. We also had a couple of margaritas. We left immediately after finishing the pizza. It was like being in Rubber Soul and trying to eat whilst completely surrounded by people. This has been a lesson in the importance of doing a bit more research before deciding to eat at a bar.

Do not fall for their deals. Originally asked for three doubles was recommend their deal to get six drinks (two for free) Establishment closed earlier so we didn’t have time to finish our drinks let alone the extra that were free. I understand the bye laws of not giving plastic cups so we could take our drinks the 5 minute walk home. I would suggest your bartender on the night of the 7/1/24 is not drunk whilst serving, half of what she poured went in the waste tray.

Service was absolutely shocking. We had 1 waiter on a Saturday working bottomless brunch and the whole floor when no it was absolutely packed. With only 2 people on bar I was appalled by the level of service. Especially considering we paid £30 for bottomless brunch. Due to the amount of overworked staff our order was forgotten about and considering we only had 1.5 hours of service it was shocking. It was advertised as bottomless pizza when in reality we only got 3 slices and 4 drinks. Every time we had to ask the waiter and chase him down as he was so overworked and had too many tables. For the amount you charge I think it’s shocking that you have one waiter not only doing us and 4 other bottomless brunches but running the whole of upstairs. The waiter said the kitchen was backlogged so thats why we had no slices but how was it backlogged if the pizza is preprepared and cold? We could see the pizza already cooked on rails as soon as we entered so thought that was cheeky of the managers to allude to that. I would not recommend to anyone for bottomless brunch it was AWFUL and such a piss take I mean do they think we are stupid? We pay £30 for what????? When on the same street you can get the same for the same price with better quality and better service. Felt bad for the waiters. Will not be returning it was abysmal and a robbery.

Amazing gaff, love the drinks and the food. I love the music but it's not for everyone so beware when planning a night out. 10/10

Super cool decorations with an underground feel - it's a converted Chapel, with two storeys and the roof is papered with posters. Every wall and table is covered in people's random writings - they must give people pens? - and it adds a fun dimension to be able to read them as you're sat around. Drinks were very expensive but discounted for students to be very cheap (half price!). Music was classic and remixed rap. Has lots of proper beer pong tables, and an outdoor terrace.

Great local bar that does food late on. always speedy and good drinks and service. Would recommend massively to anyone looking for an authentic experience.

We really enjoyed it here, sat outside on the roof on a hot summer afternoon sipping bottomless drinks and eating bottomless pizza. The selection wasn't massive but what there was went down well. Service was with a smile and the ambience was low-key grunge meets europop - loud but not too loud for convo. 10/10 would do it again.

They advertise ordering pizza by the slice, but unfortunately you can only do so with a selection of their pizzas. A whole pizza costs £18, but they are large and the dough is delicious. Shame they give you a paper plate to eat from. Drinks are quite expensive too and served as 2/3 pints. Staff seem to get orders mixed up. They tidy tables up quickly, but I didn't see them cleaning those.

Went for Bottomless Brunch with 3 friends and I’d heard mixed reviews.. had nothing to worry about we had the best time. Pizza and drinks kept on coming and the service from Stuart (played us the margarita song, legend!) Tommy and Phoebe was exceptional. Very good value, will definitely return

Usually great pizza, been here with my friend multiple times but the pizza we had today was so burnt, that it ended up being tasteless. We ate most of it because we were a few drinks in but we didn’t enjoy it , we just ate it to fill us up :( seeming that there was nobody else there as it was a Sunday we agreed it’s put it’s off!! We came for bottomless brunch and could not fault it. The staff were on the ball constantly asking if we wanted more pizza and bringing us bottles of Prosecco. The pizza was amazing and the vibes were so good! Someone was definitely heartbroken girls there as Taylor swift was played a lot!

Attended Saturday afternoon with 4 friends and it was fully booked, good atmosphere and 90/00’s music. Pizza and drinks took a wee while to come but our time slot was extended so made up for it. Pizzas were delicious. Very good value at £27pp.

Went for a bottomless brunch which I have been many times before, but this time I left kind of disappointed in all honesty. The service was slow, and a lot of other people on different tables seemed to get their pizza and drinks before us, even though we weren’t a huge party. Our waitress did apologise for the service and did extend our time, which is why this review is getting three out of five and not one. I would give this place another go though, as like I said I’ve never experienced bad service besides this one time.

We went to Pedros yesterday for bottomless brunch for a friend’s birthday! Our sever Tash was excellent. We were so well looked after, especially for a large table! The staff here are brilliant, the food is great and the brunch is really good value! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again ☺️

I came yesterday and brought a friend who'd never been and she fell in love with the amazing pizza (best in liverpool)! But even better was the fab service from Tash, really above and beyond, thanks again Tash!

All of the staff were lovely from the get go. Molly was super friendly and attentive. Service was really quick and the pizza was great. There was a good variety of different pizza and drinks. It was really good value for money compared to other places in Liverpool! Would 100% come again in the future!!

Worst bottomless brunch I’ve been too to be honest. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive considering there was 90 minutes. Pizza was nice but not much choice and took a while per slice. Considering there was hardly anyone in the venue at this time, the service for drinks especially was very poor. Staff just standing about, ignoring us when we’d finished our drinks and we’re waiting to be served. Forgot one of my friends pizza slices so he had to wait till the next round and they kept giving us the wrong pizza too. We kept getting told that the frozen margarita wasn’t working, then it was, then it wasn’t - considering there’s 4 drinks on the menu I think it was poor not to offer a different drink option. Didn’t even got tipsy, nevermind get our moneys worth, won’t be coming back for bottomless brunch

Really good place for beer pong in the evening and food and drinks in the day. We had bottomless brunch which was well worth the money. The chicken and waffles pizza was incredible. Served my Bella and Tom who were both really nice and really helpful!

Dog friendly. High tables and stools which the dog enjoyed as he got a high vantage point. The pizza's are flippin' amazing! Like proper pizza's that are done in a proper pizza oven 🍕. Staff were really good too, we ordered through the QR code on the table and the staff came out and said they'd declined the order as the app hadn't applied the Wednesday discount, that saved us £17 so we gave them a tenner back as a tip!

Perfect place for a quick bite. We came in for Happy Hour... £2 pizza slices 5-9PM. I would have given 5 stars but the slices seem to have gotten smaller and there aren't as many choices, as there use to be, on the pizza toppings. But as always the music is great! 🎶

They prioritise their in-house customers and leave anyone else hungry, constantly updating the delivery period by 5mins for 2 hours straight to make you wait like a melon

Going by reviews we found online, we decided to give Crazy Pedro's a visit, and we were absolutely delighted to find that one of the doormen had two tiny Dachsund puppies with him! They were adorable and we spent as long as we could cuddling...

The building isn’t wheelchair accessible but the staff did everything they could to make the stay more comfortable for us. Help was offered getting the wheelchair up and down the stairs outside and in/out of the building. I asked if the chair could be watched by staff as I helped my friend up to the toilets upstairs (which they were more than happy to do) but we were kindly offered access to the staff toilet which made it 10x easier. Food and drinks were amazing and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Thank you!
