Great food, always friendly, go here often.

Food came freezing cold pizza well undercooked and rushed through and I got 2 slithers of lettuce on my chicken burger, onion in a clump and chicken was freezing and slimy and the curly fries tasted like they'd been there for hours

Would highly recommend ordering 2-3hours in advance as that seems to be their delivery times, food must have been out for that time aswell, the drinks was warmer than the food! Absolutely shocking service will be avoiding from now!

We ordered amigos special which was really nice, lots of flavoursome meat. The burrito which was missing lots of ingredients, so it was basically a plain chicken wrap as there was no salad or rice, donner and chips meal which was missing the chips and a kids burger meal. Overall the food was nice but we where missing bits of the meal, when we called the restaurant to ask for the missing items, the staff were rude and told us to request the items online. We did but nothing ever came from it.

Had the naan with charcoal chicken and lamb my hubby had the same with the Donner meat also got salt and pepper chips, nachos with chicken and cheese. Was absolutely beautiful all cooked perfectly and hot. Got given a garlic bread with cheese for free. Can't fault anything with the food or service will definitely ordering from there again

Took 2 hours to come wen they are a 10 minute drive food was freezing and my cheese cake came frozen and they turned of there phone line of so we couldn't ring them and and had the cheek to tell me he has been sat out side for 5 minutes but he only just pulled up wen I was about to walk out of my door to go to the shop never order from here

Had chicken and chips delivered asked for salt and pepper flavouring no vegatables on three meals and all came with vegetables as one of my family members is allergic to onion. While two of us just wanted no veg, And Rang shop explained I ordered through food hub and specifically stated no vegetables and explained why. And the manager hung up the phone so I rang back and said I've just rang up being polite and had the phone put down on me. A man was abrupt and said another lot of food would be sent out within 15-20mins. Portions was alot smaller second time around and they put cinnamon seasoning on chips as I asked for salt and pepper seasoning on my chicken and chips order. Also order three chocolate milkshakes that was on pictured looking nice on the food hub app with the cream and the extra toppings and what we received was three small bottles of chocolate yazoo (it's false advertisement) reported it to food hub. Never using this takeaway again food was discusting. Certainly don't recommend the chicken and chips. Binned it it was that bad and re-ordered food from elsewhere.

Not bad thought I'll give this place a try, kabab not so bad standard to be honest, chicken kabab not the best meat thrown in microwave which shocked me, was approencive about eating it, when home opened it the some of the children was still cold the rap was soggy won't be returning had high expectations nevermind

BEWARE. Took ages to deliver and then only half the order. Phoned and they lied (CBA), telling us the delivery was on the way, never arrived. The stuff that arrived was both over cooked and under cooked in places. Lamb like leather, chicken partly under done on the thicker pieces. First and last time we'll be going to this place.

Tried as we had walked past so many times, very glad we went in. Foods lovely, service was brilliant. Food was Warm and got everything we asked for. Also walked with the dog so while we were waiting we got a small portion of free chips! Couldn’t recommend more! ( try the burrito!) :)

Had another delivery Saturday evening - arrived with 35/45 mins standard delivery time. We had a portion of salt and pepper sui mais to share - tasted great. We got a small free cheese garlic bread - very tasty too. Husband had the mixed kebab meal and was huge. I had the Fajitas mixed lamb and chicken - lamb so lean.

Just paid £22 for a meal Didn’t give boiled rice give some nasty rice went in the bin salt n pepper chicken wings was ok the charcoal Chicken kabob was terrible 5 small pieces chicken with big round wrap meant to be kabab not a wrap throw 10 chips on to fill it never again I mean it will I order from Amigos in L9 should of paid for a Ranchers fuming still hungry I mean it never again will I order from these the Delivery man was nice that’s about it never filled us up going to have to order later from somewhere else the charcoal Chicken cost £7.99 rip off never again will I order from these on the photo they show like 8 to 10 pieces of chicken I got 5 small pieces total rip off if I was Driving’s I would of taken it back to them and got a refund ripping people of charging £7.99 for 5 small pieces of Chicken there a Joke

Placed an order through uber, the app had an issue which took off half the order. I called them to let them know to cancel and I'd reorder but the rude man on the phone shouted at me "WELL CANCEL IT THEN" no need in the attitude. I gave this place a chance despite the bad reviews about the rank food but obviously the whole business has gone down hill. So rude

I didn’t want to give this place any stars but it wouldn’t allow me. Terrible!!!!! 2 and a half hours we waited for food. No one answers the phone. I’d of just left it but it was over £30’s worth so we had to drive to the place.. (totally defeating the object of asking for a delivery) They said that it had just left which I didn’t believe, then they said the printer didn’t work to print it off. Wanted a refund but it was done over Uber and I couldn’t be bothered with more messing about. Anyway got food 3 hours later. Absolutely disgusting. Burrito was like mashed up mince meat and cheese. Salt and pepper box was tiny, dry and tasteless. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I feel sick off the grease from the burrito that dripped all over me as I opened it!!!!!

Will start with delivery, remarkably late reason was told they only allow so many 3rd party drivers, despite that the food was. Awful, fried chicken was wet and like eating glue on the outside, not crispy at all like you would expect. Calzone was like much same as chicken, chips that came with both chicken and calzone was anaemic and a s floppy as the bendy pencil trick you did at school. The salad the included with calzone was in the same box! Nothing like a warm salad! Partner order a thin and crispy pizza which she asked me is this deep pan and I couldn't say honestly as it looked TAF, for the free garlic bread which was probably the best part the dog enjoyed. Wont order from her again just utter garbage for a £30+ order. Stay well clear.

Food is incredible and service is amazing! I have Coeliac Disease and can't have Gluten, the staff where very helpful and assured me they would take precautions to avoid any cross contamination. This is so rare to find and is now the only takeaway our family orders from!

Always buy food at 00:30 supposed to be open till 1am rang them the checky man that answered the phone was arrogant and put the phone Down I was nice on the phone then I rang back and I was arrogant so I put the phone Down on him I have spent so much money on orders in the past with no problems but now I will never ever buy food from them again

We ordered dinner from here hoping to find a decent takeaway, this is what we received....... 12inch meatfeast - very overcooked barely edible Garlic bread with cheese, mushroom, onion - very overcooked barely edible Chips- edible Dipping curry - nice Bacon cheeseburger- absolutely soaked bottom bun and burnt top so couldnt really enjoy it All in all I would never order again, food was way below what you SHOULD get these days, delivery was prompt but apart from that If swerve this place and try somewhere else. Major letdown!!!

Ordered food through Deliveroo, at 19.15, for delivery around 19.55, then at 20.30hrs I called the restaurant and they said 2 mins, then at 21.00 Deliveroo contacted them again it will be less than 2 mins - at 21.30hrs I called the restaurant again, they hung up on me twice and the third time they said it had been delivered 2 hours ago!! No attempt to resolve the issue or discuss what had happened, Shocking, bit of an amateur operation, mobile contact number for the business?? No idea what the food is like as it never arrived!!

Just ordered a special mixed Kebab and Chicken Quesadilla Food and delivery was great Only down side not much chicken in the quesadilla but still very tasty Kebab was fantastic Would definitely order again Great Service

Placed an order at 11.30pm still waiting an hour later so I called the shop and was told by a rude employee who swore at me that my order had already been but the driver got no answer this is a lie I have been listening out for a knock due the the delivery countdown running out so I assumed it would be here within 10 min or so. Ordered via Uber eats and order was immediately cancelled; we reordered and the order was being prepared; waited over 30 minutes and then the order was cancelled leaving us without food. We’ve ordered from here before, and the food is delicious but delivery is abysmal so don’t rely on these if you want to be fed.

Do NOT call this restaurant or order food via just eat we DID not receive our order they sent us a text saying delivered and was NOT. We called 56 times but no reply...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Best donner kebab in the Aintree area

Had another delivery from Amigos. Husband ordered the mixed meat special kebab - chicken - lamb and donner meat along with a portion of salt and pepper chips. I had the fajitas - mixed meat lamb and chicken. No fat at all on the meat but prices have gone up a bit and salad used to be much better and was quite sparse and small. Salt and pepper chips were only average. Arrived in a decent time and all tasted good. As we spent a certain amount we also got a free garlic bread with cheese on.

Ordered S & P “chicken”…. Big Mistake… the chicken was those tiny popcorn size chicken made up of tiny scraps and formed into popcorn size shapes.. it looked bad and tasted the same…. I’ve eaten S &Pchicken for a few decades, and this was undoubtedly the worst to date…. Never seen S & P made from formed meat, it’s the cheapest and nastiest available to industry

Used to have the niciest pizzas loaded with toppings meat feast a bit spicy tho, nice chips ordered meat feast 2 days ago, chicken n sweetcorn pizza, and chips the chips were the only good thing changed the pizza sauce and it's discusting like that cheap watered down tomato sauce in those chicken shops I won't waste my money here again

Had two deliveries from Amigos during lockdown. Fajitas are fab and come with salad - wraps - salsa and sored cream. Husband has the mixed meat kebab - chicken - lamb and donner meat. We tried the spicy wedges and they are fab also for for first time shared a portion of salt and pepper sui mai and they were fantastic. Free cheese and garlic bread is awesome if you spend over a certain amount.

For a take away on Friday night we love Amigos. The food is always hot (we don't live close to the shop) the chicken is always cooked to perfection, tasty salad, and great naan kebabs. The service is always A1 from shop staff to the delivery driver.

Ordered food off here last night, it arrives 2hrs late, they mentioned the traffic was bad but with lock down and it was by that time 10:45 the roads was empty. When the food arrived it was probably the worst food ive had off uber eats. I did phone the place a few times, in the end i wanted a refund but they would'nt offer it, and only offered discount for next time(which wont be happening)

Absolutley disgusting. Waited over 2 hours for food, freezing when it came service was shocking staff bare lied on the phone. Ordered £50 worth of food that all went into the bin offered a £12 refund. AVOID!!!

The chops are amazing best uv ever tasted and the lamb kebab was spot on. My new favourite Place to order from.

Big mistake not reading reviews on this place first. Husbands birthday so he chose. Waited 1hr 30, never a problem waiting if the food is good especially in the current circumstances. Order arrived was wrong and what was right was disgusting. Honestly inedible. Complete waste of money and time! Called the restaurant as I wanted a refund as we did not eat any of it. They refused, sad maybe I was expecting restaurant quality... told them no- maybe I was expecting rice on a burrito and for the meat not to look like dog food. Met the staff member with the contempt displayed to me. He then told me to contact order yo-yo as that’s who I ordered through... can’t find any customer service support from them. Stay well away from the place. It’s the pits.

Had another delivery from Amigos during lockdown in November. Always arrives hot and well wrapped. Had the Mexican Fajitas mixed chicken and lamb - so tasty and huge portions comes with bread/sour cream sauce and Mexican salsa sauce. Had the deep fried chicken wings and very good ( last time we tried the grilled chicken wings and both thought the dep fried better this time) Husband always gets the mixed meat kebab - chicken lamb and donner meat. The lamb on both meals was so lean and really good. If you order over a certain amount you get a free garlic and cheese bread 10 inches - very good value. Sometimes you have to wait a bit longer for delivery as quite popular.

Had another takeaway and delivery on Saturday in October. Ordered chips, spicy potato wedges, chicken wings for picky bits and mains i had the mixed meat ( chicken and lamb) enchilada - came with 2 large wraps, mixed salad tray, and two Mexican sauces - large chinks of Lamb and Chicken - really tasty. Husband had mixed meat kebab - lamb. chicken and donner meat - came with a choice of pitta or naan breads and a choice of sauce. Large chunks of tender meat. We also got a free garlic and cheese bread as required spend reached and order on phone for the freebie. All tasted great and really tasty. Only downside was delivery time as advised when we ordered would be 45 mins approx. but was about an hour and 40 mins, so would recommend ordering in advance.

AVOID!!! - Don't waste your time absolutely difficult to get hold of by phone, waited 2 hours from time of order, for an order to come. As I phone after 1 and half hours the fella said it will be 5 to 10 mins the guys left with your order I'm only 5-10 mins away, but half an hour I call back, mate I'm cancelling the order then he said you can't cancel cos I am not the guy so I told well I turning your delivery guy as soon as they arrive 10 mins later a guy shows up told him it was cancelled and I told the fella on the phone not happy one bit. Awful service just ordered a Domino's instead here in 20 minutes.

Placed an order on their own website which totalled more than £60. Received confirmation of the order shortly after. Turn up to collect the food and pay for the order and they turn around and claim they have not received no order through the website. No apology offered or anything. Shocking service and will not be going back there again now.

OMG the food was amazing. Ordered at 00:00 and the food was delivered at 00:25 and piping hot considering I live in Litherland thought it was amazing service 👍 they even threw in a free Bueno bar which i though was sweet 😊 I will Deffo be ordering again in the near future. Well done amigos x
