Pizza Hut in Liverpool

Arrived and they tried to seat us at a table that had kids throwing food at eachother. They put us somewhere else but then just ignored us. We had our mains then after trying to get their attention for a good 10 minutes we had to go and get one of them. They then tell us that the dessert we ordered 45 mins ago is now sold out and they only have cookie dough which we don't like. The restaurant wasn't busy and the staff were stood chatting. We weren't the only upset customers.

The staff were professional and attentive even when the restaurant starting getting busier, my only complaint was the wait for our deserts which was 50 mins after ordering them and having to chase them up twice

So easy with small, hungry children. I ordered quickly and easily from the QR code, they could start with a salad bowl immediately so no need to keep hungry children waiting. The pizza was ready just as they finished their salad which was ideal. It was very tasty. The ice cream bowls were brought early and the bill was paid at the time of ordering so there was no waiting for my children who were very happy

Don't risk coming here. My advice if you want pizza in Speke, go to Pizza Express which has just opened up next to the cinema. Prices are similar, but much better quality food and service at Pizza Express. Reasons for 1 star review at Pizza Hut Speke: 1. Manager does not care about customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your food she will gaslight you and say thats your opinion LOL She initially refused to redo my friend's pizza. Manager was on the defense instead of trying to make sure you were happy with your food. 2. Alot of pizzas (esp. stuffed crust) were coming out overdone. I talked to waitress (before manager was aware) and they redone my pizza. Out of spite it came back just about cooked, i.e. underdone which the manager acknowledged. I don't play petty games so focused on catching up with my friends. I just won't come here again simple as that. We know what a properly cooked pizza should be like; not my first time at pizza hut and we are not stupid ;) I was happy for you to throw away the first overdone pizza and most of the underdone one. Both pizzas deserved the bin. 3. Like others have mentioned very dirty seats. Had to ask waitress for spray and paper towels to clean the seats. Dirty toilets also, there was a pad with blood by bin...nasty. 4. Only accept card payments. No cash. Also encourage ordering online using QR code. Don't take PayPal so have to sit there filling in your card details. 5. Expensive especially for the quality and service, pizzas £16 to £20 plus extra for stuffed crust.

Pizza was perfect, but dessert totaly bad,burned and not imposible eat.

Cuando entré me llevaron a nuestra mesa. Me preguntaron si estaba bien usar el código QR para ordenar y dije que sí. Pedí nuestra comida, sólo éramos dos. Mientras esperábamos fuimos al bar de ensaladas. Puedo describirlo de la siguiente manera... parecía que había sido atacado por un grupo de animales. Había cosas buenas por todo el suelo, todas las salsas estaban vacías y los platos y cubiertos estaban desordenados. Decidí elegir los nachos y estos parece que acababan de llenarse. Volviendo a la mesa me di cuenta de la estación de helados... ¡Parecía que no se había limpiado en todo el día! Helado por todas partes y espolvoreos, así como el piso que lo rodea que también estaba cubierto. Comimos nuestro bar de ensaladas y continuamos esperando casi 45 minutos para nuestra comida! Cuando llegó apenas hacía calor. No fue el mejor, pero lo comimos ya que teníamos tanta hambre. En general... no volverá. El personal pasó más tiempo charlando entre ellos y no parecía interesado en los clientes en absoluto. Todo excepto una chica que estaba tratando de ordenar las mesas y los pisos solo con la mano.

No staff anywhere to be seen, sign says wait to be seated you end up having to get your own seat after waiting ages. Other tables in the restaurant having to go get their own glasses because no staff anywhere to bring out orders service is ridiculous here. Only come here because the food is nice

El servicio era bueno y el personal era amable, sin embargo, el buffet de pizza no era bueno. Sólo dos pizzas fuera durante los primeros 20 minutos. Sacan más pero todo grueso sartén profundo en lugar de fino y crujiente. Quien eligió la sección necesita mezclarla, definitivamente se necesita más variedad.

Over priced. Not value for money. We dropped into this place more out of necessity, but with so much better competition around with Pizza places, I'm happy to source elsewhere. Good food though, lovely staff. Food not value for the price or quantity stated.

We enjoyed eating the buffet as we could have a bit of each flavour. I wish the sauces on the salad bar were labelled to make it easier to choose. We had a great meal. We love Pizzahut but don't go often as its very very expensive 🍕

So where do I begin, When we came in we were waiting 5 minutes before being seen to, baring in mind no one was in the restaurant. We was told to order online which is perfectly fine, however the false advertisement on the leaflet saying it 2 for Tuesday. We tried ordering it and the Women said “no, we don’t do it no more”. Inside the Pizza Hut it was really run down and out dated. The food was really small. All round wasn’t pleased.

Bad bad bad customer service. Rude staff to people of colour. I regret visit that branch. If you are black please be careful when visiting that restaurant

I'll get straight to the point. This place is filthy and very expensive. The seats are so sticky, we had to sit on our menus. Tables are also sticky. Food and service is average.

The good - Food came out quickly, kids enjoyed it. Children's meals were quite good value for money. Staff were friendly. The bad - hot honey chicken bites were tasteless and overpriced. Table and seats were sticky and there was an unpleasant smell. Small adult pizza was £20! This was only big enough for one person. Had it not been my child's choice for her birthday I wouldn't have eaten here, I wouldn't rush back.

Really poor service, waited almost an hour for our desert and pizza was under cooked.

I never write reviews, in fact this is my first one. However I feel compelled to write this because of my poor experience tonight at pizza hutt. I work in a restaurant and so am constantly thriving to push reviews earned by excellent service and food. I am aware this is a pizza hutt and not a fine dining Italian restaurant. I haven’t been to pizza hut for many years, but I have always been welcomed by a member of staff in a warm manner, and sat to a table and given table service. Tonight was me and my partners first day off together in about a month and we decided to go out for a last minute meal. We haven’t been out together in the longest time and decided to go out. We chose pizza hutt because I always liked it growing up and it was always great and I thought reasonably priced. Upon arrival a young gent greeted us by saying ‘hi, a two?’ In a non interested manner. I said ‘I’ve booked a table’ to which he replied ‘you didn’t need to’. So I then answered his initial not interested question and said ‘yeah a table for two please’. He asked ‘any preference on a table?’ Suddenly it feels like we’re in a Wetherspoons. I choose some random table on the spot. He sits us, gives us two menus, mine has crayon marks all over it. He says ‘you can order with me if you want. Or you can order on the QR code.’ Didn’t even offer a drink, introduce himself, nothing. The QR code didn’t even work on my partners phone but worked on mine. I scanned the code to be taken to a website not knowing much about the menu and confused by the overpriced alcoholic drinks for the sheer inconsiderate service. £6 for a bottle of San Miguel and a menu with drawings on it? I didn’t see our host after this interaction. After sitting there for a few minutes disappointed on my phone at a dining table and feeling unwelcome, we left and went elsewhere. I understand the fact that perhaps pizza hutt isn’t what it used to be. But I don’t think the brand nor management would approve of this (lack of) service. Why offer guests to book a table if your staff don’t care ? Hope you can improve.

Perfect end to family day out. Great service. Great food loved it as did the kids. Clean tidy well laid out. Amazing experience. Server james was exceptional

Realmente fue una experiencia agradable visitar Speke Pizza Hut desde el minuto en que entramos el personal nos recibió con una sonrisa amable, preguntándonos cómo fue nuestro día y qué mesa preferiríamos, una vez sentados nos mostraron cómo pedir por código qr, pero si el personal preferido con gusto nos ayudaría, que para ser honesto me alegré de usar el código qr era bastante simple para mí, había un montón de opciones en el menú elegí Pan de ajo y queso con una porción de palitos de Mozzarella cuando llegaron estaban calientes y muy agradables, pedimos dos pizzas un festín de carne y un pollo supremo de nuevo la comida estaba caliente y muy sabrosa, en general el restaurante estaba limpio y ordenado, el personal era tan encantador y la comida era increíble nos fuimos sabiendo que vamos a volver muy pronto, por favor, hágale saber al personal que hicieron un trabajo increíble.

Sticky seats with holes in. Salad bar has limp looking salad and manky onions. Pizza buffet was all deep pan, when I requested a thin base I was faced with a surly young lad telling me you get what you’re given. When I asked again within earshot of his manager I finally got a pizza I requested. Suffice to say I won’t be going back.

Reserve una mesa aquí como nuestro hijo había pedido ir. Tan pronto como entramos en el lugar parecía sucio. Nos llevaron a nuestro asiento y las fundas estaban todas rasgadas y muy pegajosas, preguntamos si podíamos movernos y fue lo mismo en la cabina de al lado. Pedido a pedido en el código QR, sin opción de servicio cara a cara. Me sentí como un ambiente realmente no agradable. Ni siquiera nos molestamos en ordenar que nos fuimos y fuimos a otro lugar.

Food was ok. Bloody expensive for what you get though.

Everything was ok however it felt like you had to wait a while for more pizza to be brought out on the buffet. Also, the manager was having a go at staff in front of customers which I found to be unprofessional. At least pull them to one side away from the guests.

I was visiting my daughter for her birthday, 3 of us in total. Wasn't very busy at all. Ordered the feast for 4. Had to ask for cutlery, which didn't turn up, got it off near by tables. The manager nearly dropped the pizza on my daughters lap, pizza was luke warm. Plates weren't brought out, had to ask for them. Salad bar was dirty and needed filling and wasn't filled at all during our two hour visit. Tables weren't cleaned as guests left. The restaurant had the air conditioning on and was freezing. As part of the deal, we got desserts, our server asked if we'd ordered them, we said yes, 15 minutes later they turned up and by this time we were the only ones in the restaurant. Certainly won't be recommending it to friends and family and we won't return again.

OMG when did Pizza hut get soo expensive, yes there is deals you can have but for 2 of us it was nearly £60.00 and that was with one of the deals for cheaper. Pizza was nice just expensive.

We all enjoyed our pizzas, toilets were clean and so was the salad bar, staff were friendly. However I feel that the standard has slipped somewhat since you now order through QR codes and the visit seems less personable. QR code didn't work so I had to flag down a member of staff to take the order. When the order arrived it was incorrect. The ice cream station probably needs checking on more frequently

Not good value. £30 - £35+ for a 14" pizza.

The whole deal, never had a problem with Pizza hut, good service, speedy, decent prices and good choices. Salad bar and bottomless drinks is a winner for the kids, as is the ice cream!!

Shame £75 for 2 kids meals and a pizza with 2 sides The pizza was ok but the sides came 10 minutes before the pizza stone cold chips were undercooked garlic bread was worse than Asda’s own. One waitress was polite the other not so much food took forever to come. Kids pizza was a cheap version not the same as the adults

You get what you pay for it's very simple

Nothing wrong with the place apart from having to use the qr code to order the food. What's wrong with just asking the waiter to take the order. Food great though and very clean.

Go to this hut about once a month with my little boy. The staff seem to recognize us when we come which is nice. Food is always nice and good selection at the buffet. My son LOVES the pasta at the buffet. The ice cream after is always a nice treat. Staff attentive and leave with full tummy's. Well worth a visit.

Visited here Friday night service was shocking and the staff looked like they didn't even want to be there, took forever to get served when the restaurant was fairly empty, toilets absolutely disgusting and filthy don't recommend wont be going back.

Very good food Friendly staff. They managed to get us booked in last minute for hogmanay. My son loved it also. Only downside was the price of it. £8 for two drinks. £58 in total for one pizza 2 sides and 2 desserts meal deal plus a kids meal. I no how much pizzas cost to make and i think £58 was a bit steep Thank you tho

I and 3 friends came here and bought the feast for four and it honestly tasted like Chicago Town pizza from the ASDA. As my friend picked up his cold cheesy garlic bread slice, the cheese slowly hardened and comically fell off onto the table. My chicken pizza was 98.23% mushroom and my cheesecake was smaller than my finger. The staff was well mannered and polite but cannot compensate for the food. Like wallah, nothing can make up for that food man. The meal came with an unlimited salad bar pass which seemed utterly pointless because from what I could tell it looked like anyone could get as much salad as they wanted to regardless. Speaking of that salad lad, There was lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and salsa..... So its safe to say I will not be returning to that place and neither should anyone else.

We ordered the Feast for Four, and the second the pizza touched my tongue, regret filled my body to its core. I couldn't believe I had just spent money on that filth they had the audacity to call "food". I hoped the sides would be some sort of consolation, but I was very wrong. The cheese on the garlic bread fell off, as i watched it in disbelief. The cheesecake was 3cm long and every angle on it was acute, the cookie dough was ridiculously shallow and looked like rabbit feces and had neither structure nor texture.

It was so expensive for what you get. Charging me £22 for a pizza that tastes worse than a £1.99 supermarket own brand pizza. Staff were very friendly and helpful but i was left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Went recently for my 7 year olds birthday. Booking was easy enough. Felt a bit "hollow" when we got there since the place was very empty with no music etc. Not really the venues fault but the atmosphere did suffer for it. Had an issue with paying in the app but the staff were great and sorted a refund straight away. They also kept the cake to one side until the end and gave us somewhere to sort candles etc (even offered to light and bring it over). Only major downside was the price which seemed excessive. I appreciate it includes unlimited salad, but for a non salad eater i felt it hit my wallet hard.

We had the buffet. Food fresh and salad area kept clean, tidy and re filled. Very busy when we went but as we knew we were having the buffet we just started before being served Staff were lovely

Great family place, quick to be seated, ordered online using the code. Took a while for glasses to come out for drinks but otherwise can't complain. Plenty of families in so noisy at tea time.

Buffet had reasonable selection if pizza available, the salad bar was well stocked. The waiter was very helpful and friendly

This place needs a good clean. Not just the tables, seats and cutlery, but the place in general. There were very few staff around and noone looked like they were in charge, or cared. The 3 stars are for the food only.

We visited a very good Pizza Hut in Speke, Liverpool. The waiter was very helpful and patient with us! Recommend their unlimited menu that includes pizza and dessert if you pay a little extra.

Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant, the food is always very nice, it's great value & the atmosphere is always good. Best of all is the great customer service. The friendly 5* customer service is always excellent. Ruby is always very friendly and always smiling, she always gives us excellent customer service ! Joe the manager provides a great service too. Highly recommend to all.

Had the Gluten Free spicy chicken pizza very nice I thought

Ordering from our table ourselves was easy to do, glasses for drinks brought straight to us. Food cooked quickly and actually looked like it does on the photos, unlike other pizza huts, great job Pizza Hut Speke!

Regular good pizza in a nice and cosy setting.

The self ordering process works well and staff were frieldly and attentive. Pizza was OK but quite expensive. The £50 deal doesn't include drinks so almost another £4 per person pushing the cost up. Overall we were a bit disappointed and probably won't go back any time soon.

Food was nice but service and staff were quite poor. Waited half an hour for dessert. Overall it was okay.

They seem to have removed a lot of offers, but the food is good quality & the staff are friendly & helpful. The restaurant is always clean & tidy with the staff cleaning down tables & seats after each customer oh I love the salad bar.

Ordered a takeaway delivery. Took over an hour for the food to arrive, much of which was waiting for the food to be prepared in the restaurant. No communication, unapologetic manager - Sarah. Expected us to just understand that they were busy: I suggested they don’t accept takeaway orders when busy. The response was ‘we have to accept them’. Food arrived cold in spite of being very close by. Needless to say, we will not be supporting Pizza Hut Speke in the future, and with tardy, substandard food at high prices, highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the restaurant was not clean at all. It was awful and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. We went early and there was food on the floor from the previous day.

Rude staff member. Huffing an puffing over the needs of the party attending, shame as in previous trips this has been a good experience but it really only takes one rude member of staff to really put you off a location. Can not overstate not only my disappointment at being made to feel as though custom is not wanted but is a hinderence to the servers day.

The pizza quality is always high and the staff, while busy, are always on hand to ask / help as necessary. The lack of a place to pick up glasses and bowls is not a problem because the staff bring them over quite quickly.

Avoid if you have allergies- walked in today to be greeted by a very rude waitress who asked if I had allergies to which I told her yes pineapple she replied well dont choose pineapple , as I mentioned pizza cutters can have traces on them if not cleaned after every pizza. Was not worth the risk considering I am 8 months pregnant also so me and my partner walked out

Tried Pizza Hut for first time and it will be the last. The pizzas's were hot and cooked through but didn't appear to be fresh, almost like the base and ingredients were frozen then cooked in the oven, similar to a frozen pizza you would cook yourself at home for a third of the price.

Easy buffet with choice of pizzas and ice cream and soft drinks. No hassle and fill your boots!

Visited for food before cinema with my daughter, friendly staff and clean restaurant with enough food on offer however very expensive. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

I toke my children out for the day before I return to work. So I toke them after to pizza hut 😋my children loved it so did I. Best I'd they have colouring for children with puzzle to keep them occupied while meal is ordered and service. Well done 👏

They are very lazzy and rude i other branches are fine but this one is not good I orderd and they deliver me 2 hr later and blame on the driver
