Pizza Hut in Liverpool

Everything was ok however it felt like you had to wait a while for more pizza to be brought out on the buffet. Also, the manager was having a go at staff in front of customers which I found to be unprofessional. At least pull them to one side away from the guests.

I was visiting my daughter for her birthday, 3 of us in total. Wasn't very busy at all. Ordered the feast for 4. Had to ask for cutlery, which didn't turn up, got it off near by tables. The manager nearly dropped the pizza on my daughters lap, pizza was luke warm. Plates weren't brought out, had to ask for them. Salad bar was dirty and needed filling and wasn't filled at all during our two hour visit. Tables weren't cleaned as guests left. The restaurant had the air conditioning on and was freezing. As part of the deal, we got desserts, our server asked if we'd ordered them, we said yes, 15 minutes later they turned up and by this time we were the only ones in the restaurant. Certainly won't be recommending it to friends and family and we won't return again.

OMG when did Pizza hut get soo expensive, yes there is deals you can have but for 2 of us it was nearly £60.00 and that was with one of the deals for cheaper. Pizza was nice just expensive.

We all enjoyed our pizzas, toilets were clean and so was the salad bar, staff were friendly. However I feel that the standard has slipped somewhat since you now order through QR codes and the visit seems less personable. QR code didn't work so I had to flag down a member of staff to take the order. When the order arrived it was incorrect. The ice cream station probably needs checking on more frequently

Not good value. £30 - £35+ for a 14" pizza.

The whole deal, never had a problem with Pizza hut, good service, speedy, decent prices and good choices. Salad bar and bottomless drinks is a winner for the kids, as is the ice cream!!

Shame £75 for 2 kids meals and a pizza with 2 sides The pizza was ok but the sides came 10 minutes before the pizza stone cold chips were undercooked garlic bread was worse than Asda’s own. One waitress was polite the other not so much food took forever to come. Kids pizza was a cheap version not the same as the adults

You get what you pay for it's very simple

Nothing wrong with the place apart from having to use the qr code to order the food. What's wrong with just asking the waiter to take the order. Food great though and very clean.

Go to this hut about once a month with my little boy. The staff seem to recognize us when we come which is nice. Food is always nice and good selection at the buffet. My son LOVES the pasta at the buffet. The ice cream after is always a nice treat. Staff attentive and leave with full tummy's. Well worth a visit.

Visited here Friday night service was shocking and the staff looked like they didn't even want to be there, took forever to get served when the restaurant was fairly empty, toilets absolutely disgusting and filthy don't recommend wont be going back.

Very good food Friendly staff. They managed to get us booked in last minute for hogmanay. My son loved it also. Only downside was the price of it. £8 for two drinks. £58 in total for one pizza 2 sides and 2 desserts meal deal plus a kids meal. I no how much pizzas cost to make and i think £58 was a bit steep Thank you tho

I and 3 friends came here and bought the feast for four and it honestly tasted like Chicago Town pizza from the ASDA. As my friend picked up his cold cheesy garlic bread slice, the cheese slowly hardened and comically fell off onto the table. My chicken pizza was 98.23% mushroom and my cheesecake was smaller than my finger. The staff was well mannered and polite but cannot compensate for the food. Like wallah, nothing can make up for that food man. The meal came with an unlimited salad bar pass which seemed utterly pointless because from what I could tell it looked like anyone could get as much salad as they wanted to regardless. Speaking of that salad lad, There was lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and salsa..... So its safe to say I will not be returning to that place and neither should anyone else.

We ordered the Feast for Four, and the second the pizza touched my tongue, regret filled my body to its core. I couldn't believe I had just spent money on that filth they had the audacity to call "food". I hoped the sides would be some sort of consolation, but I was very wrong. The cheese on the garlic bread fell off, as i watched it in disbelief. The cheesecake was 3cm long and every angle on it was acute, the cookie dough was ridiculously shallow and looked like rabbit feces and had neither structure nor texture.

It was so expensive for what you get. Charging me £22 for a pizza that tastes worse than a £1.99 supermarket own brand pizza. Staff were very friendly and helpful but i was left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Went recently for my 7 year olds birthday. Booking was easy enough. Felt a bit "hollow" when we got there since the place was very empty with no music etc. Not really the venues fault but the atmosphere did suffer for it. Had an issue with paying in the app but the staff were great and sorted a refund straight away. They also kept the cake to one side until the end and gave us somewhere to sort candles etc (even offered to light and bring it over). Only major downside was the price which seemed excessive. I appreciate it includes unlimited salad, but for a non salad eater i felt it hit my wallet hard.

We had the buffet. Food fresh and salad area kept clean, tidy and re filled. Very busy when we went but as we knew we were having the buffet we just started before being served Staff were lovely

Great family place, quick to be seated, ordered online using the code. Took a while for glasses to come out for drinks but otherwise can't complain. Plenty of families in so noisy at tea time.

Buffet had reasonable selection if pizza available, the salad bar was well stocked. The waiter was very helpful and friendly

This place needs a good clean. Not just the tables, seats and cutlery, but the place in general. There were very few staff around and noone looked like they were in charge, or cared. The 3 stars are for the food only.

Not as good as it used to be dirty seats they where sticky food was gressy

We visited a very good Pizza Hut in Speke, Liverpool. The waiter was very helpful and patient with us! Recommend their unlimited menu that includes pizza and dessert if you pay a little extra.

Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant, the food is always very nice, it's great value & the atmosphere is always good. Best of all is the great customer service. The friendly 5* customer service is always excellent. Ruby is always very friendly and always smiling, she always gives us excellent customer service ! Joe the manager provides a great service too. Highly recommend to all.

Had the Gluten Free spicy chicken pizza very nice I thought

Ordering from our table ourselves was easy to do, glasses for drinks brought straight to us. Food cooked quickly and actually looked like it does on the photos, unlike other pizza huts, great job Pizza Hut Speke!

Regular good pizza in a nice and cosy setting.

The self ordering process works well and staff were frieldly and attentive. Pizza was OK but quite expensive. The £50 deal doesn't include drinks so almost another £4 per person pushing the cost up. Overall we were a bit disappointed and probably won't go back any time soon.

Food was nice but service and staff were quite poor. Waited half an hour for dessert. Overall it was okay.

It was very crowded and messy, particularly around the salad bar. Lots of kids left unattended and running around.

Friendly staff, quick effective service and quality food overall. The site was also clean as were the toilets. One slight issue was ice machine wasn’t working unfortunately.

They seem to have removed a lot of offers, but the food is good quality & the staff are friendly & helpful. The restaurant is always clean & tidy with the staff cleaning down tables & seats after each customer oh I love the salad bar.

Ordered a takeaway delivery. Took over an hour for the food to arrive, much of which was waiting for the food to be prepared in the restaurant. No communication, unapologetic manager - Sarah. Expected us to just understand that they were busy: I suggested they don’t accept takeaway orders when busy. The response was ‘we have to accept them’. Food arrived cold in spite of being very close by. Needless to say, we will not be supporting Pizza Hut Speke in the future, and with tardy, substandard food at high prices, highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the restaurant was not clean at all. It was awful and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. We went early and there was food on the floor from the previous day.

The lady who showed us to our table and helped us was very nice and professional she was great 👍

Rude staff member. Huffing an puffing over the needs of the party attending, shame as in previous trips this has been a good experience but it really only takes one rude member of staff to really put you off a location. Can not overstate not only my disappointment at being made to feel as though custom is not wanted but is a hinderence to the servers day.

The pizza quality is always high and the staff, while busy, are always on hand to ask / help as necessary. The lack of a place to pick up glasses and bowls is not a problem because the staff bring them over quite quickly.

Avoid if you have allergies- walked in today to be greeted by a very rude waitress who asked if I had allergies to which I told her yes pineapple she replied well dont choose pineapple , as I mentioned pizza cutters can have traces on them if not cleaned after every pizza. Was not worth the risk considering I am 8 months pregnant also so me and my partner walked out

Tried Pizza Hut for first time and it will be the last. The pizzas's were hot and cooked through but didn't appear to be fresh, almost like the base and ingredients were frozen then cooked in the oven, similar to a frozen pizza you would cook yourself at home for a third of the price.

Easy buffet with choice of pizzas and ice cream and soft drinks. No hassle and fill your boots!

I toke my children out for the day before I return to work. So I toke them after to pizza hut 😋my children loved it so did I. Best I'd they have colouring for children with puzzle to keep them occupied while meal is ordered and service. Well done 👏

Visited for food before cinema with my daughter, friendly staff and clean restaurant with enough food on offer however very expensive. I’ll try somewhere else next time.

They are very lazzy and rude i other branches are fine but this one is not good I orderd and they deliver me 2 hr later and blame on the driver

Pizza hut is an amazing place that you get delicious food from. You get a free salad with every meal. You even get to make the salad yourself. After the meal, you can get your own ice cream. There are chocolate and raspberry sources with a large variety of sprinkles to add. If you want a bottomless drink, you can always go to the drinks refill area which is by the salad bar. Your meals get brought to your table. The staff there are really kind. 😀. But I rate the bathrooms a 2. Toilets in bad condition, hopefully this toilet complaint won't change your mind as it's still a great place.

The food was delicious but cleanliness was disgusting. The seats at the table we were sat at were covered in crumbs and floor area was filthy and covered In food that had been stepped on and just left. Staff were hardly on shop floor. Only 4 families in the entire place and they did not find the time of desire to check or sweep the floors not just by our table but all around the main path ways. The kitchen staff are the only ones needed in the place now as it is a total self serving environment, once ur seated the waiting staff have no other purpose not even keeping the place clean apparently. It’s set up just like a glorified, Very expensive McDonald’s. Very disappointed and we will probably avoid the Speke Pizza Hut from now on.

Customers were using their hands to serve themselves salad in the buffet, staff did nothing to stop this. Toilets not great. Food slow and one meal missing (forgotten about) when it did arrive. Not great

Only gave 4 star due to having to wait longer for side orders...1st time I have visited this place, Found it to be aimed at "Family & children" dining ...Toilets were clean & staff were opologetic for the extended waiting time ..

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time, came in for a quick pizza made me Oder on an app food took nearly an hour for what can only be described as two mini pizzas. Wrong pizza turned up then waited another half hour. Oh and you have to leave a tip when ordering on app which we were told we had to use, only to find the next few guests ordered table service.

You get exactly what it says on the tin. Food was nice, hot, punctual and service was ok.

This is a busy pizza restaurant on a retail park we dinned in at 7pm on a week day night tables and floor needed cleaning but other than that we had a lovely pizza served hot and fresh the waitress who served us was friendly and helpful and advised us on the deals. My son really enjoyed the pizza

Not bad ..it is what it is ..pizza!! Bit disappointed when trying to use my blue light card as I am a carer..sorry you can't use that card as one of your meals was on the deal menu ..wow!!! What an awful thing for me to do..so if you do work in any healthcare environment do not order anything from the deals menu as obviously the costs to pizza hut giving you a discount would bring this multi billion pound global establishment to its knees.. poor form pizza hut ..poor form..to all my fellow carers out there..keep up the good work.

That will be my last pizza hut ever, for what we spent, I'd rather go for something more than pizza. £7 for tiny cookie dough. £16 for pizza. £4 for coke. Just not worth it. Its all contactless and order online, so it's not even like you get a friendly service.

I gave it a 4 because the food was exceptional. But when the lady showed us our table my grandfather was asking a question and he was blanked.
