Crazy Pedro's Part Time Pizza Parlour in Manchester - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Noted locally for being a good fallback bar for its late opening hours the pizza is good at any time of day. Some good solid flavours that might upset Italians but goes very well with the margaritas (drinks) that is the other main reason to come here. On balance the regular margaritas are better than the frozen ones but you can buy litres of frozen margs too and I'm still a sucker for a frozen margarita. Quite a wide selection of tequilas and a few mezcals but there's no list of them and the staff seem largely ignorant of what they're about, which is a shame as the dark days of bad tequila in the UK are behind us and folk are willing to learn a bit more about it. If you're not going to train the staff then knocking up a list with flavour profiles will probably bring some business into them. A good place though all told, with plenty of rough-edged character.

2 slices of excellent pepperoni pizza and a refreshing glass of pilsner for £7.00 on the crazy lunchtime special. Can't fault that!

The pizza here is well made and delsih! I did try the Godfather pizza, and I wasn't disappointed. The Nachos is pretty good, too. Has a sit-out, which is great for nice sunny weather. It turns to a bar at night here. It's not a lot of room here. The sit-out helps, I guess. As at the time of posting, there is a Sunday discount on pizza and drinks, half-price, which is a great deal for the goodness you get.

Myself and my partner ordered a pizza each to take out, we were told this would be a 30 minute wait, no problem we went across the road to buy some snacks/drinks for the evening ahead and returned to wait for the last 15 minutes, after 30 minutes my pizza was ready, as I collected I asked about my partners to be told her pizza will be made now, the chef looked and pointed at the raw dough behind him, I asked why when we ordered the pizzas to go at the same time would they not make them at the same time… 3 members of staff each gave their excuses. “We can only make 4 at a time” “they came through at different times” “it’s just how we do things”. The irony is the pizza is pretty good, the staff, the volume of the music indoors however ruin the vibe, glad I didn’t sit in and eat and happy to not return.

Apparently only for groups according to the doorman. Don't expect to go there on your own for a slice and a pint on your own... I asked about take away and they directed me away. Quite rude door service. Place was practically empty.

I'll start by saying the food was amazing in this place! loved the fried chicken and waffle pizza! however thats where the positives stop! myself and a few friends booked a bottomless brunch which was as much drinks and pizza as we could have for 90 mins, however trying to get the food and drinks was a battle! noone seemed to want to serve you and several times I had to go up to the bar to say could we order some more drinks, at one point i'd ordered 3 times before anyone brought anything over. It wasnt very busy so i would have expected better and my friends said last time they went it was nothing like this and drinks and food were flowing fast! really bad first experience!

Crazy pedros is absolutely disgraceful. I visited here with my son for a light snack and soft drink , he asked me why does a hand appear on the toilate!!!!! Look at this picture - surely this is illegal and should be closed down

Awful experience for my 1st time to the restaurant. The man that served me was very rude when we were asking what the £6 pound specials were (two slices and a drink). He then showed me and my colleague the offer but was again rude when saying “no cash” so I paid for us both on my phone. He wouldn’t take our order until we gave him a table number and then gave us our drink. 40 mins went by and he then started serving other people that had came after us with the same deal. He came over and said we was next but never served us. A lady then starting serving so when I asked her where our order was she said she will find out. The man then came back out and said I am coming to refund you your money or wait another 10 minutes. He said the ovens broken but pizza was still being served? We wasted 50 mins of our 60 minute lunch break and still didn’t get any pizza. Needless to say, me and my colleague will not be visiting again.

Just fire that waitress. Everything was a great vibe, amazing portions and happy hour was truly happy. Customer service however.. hated the blonde girl and clearly so did other people, everyone else was great. Save your bar and FIRE HER, its clearly not the job for her. Definitely coming again tho and do recommend as long as you’re not easily annoyed by rude staff :)

Bottomless is really fun good vibes you know what you are getting (beer/ Prosecco) and pizza. Pizza is really not the best but that was as expected.

I have never experienced anything like it. The fact that this place is allowed to operate is beyond me. Firstly, the service we received from the young waitress who was on was ridiculous. I honestly couldn’t believe that someone like that was allowed to work in a restaurant. Clearly no people skills, all she wanted to do was argue. She told myself that she didn’t have all day to wait after I glanced at a menu while my friend was ordering. We then overheard her being extremely rude to the couple beside us, saying things like it’s their fault that they couldn’t remember exactly what they ordered, arguing and banging her hand on the table while doing so. Absolute joke. She then approached us with the same attitude. I tried to keep calm but the young waitress made it impossible. The final straw was when she came down and let us know that our food was ready and that we had to collect it ourselves. After asking her why we had to do that as we witnessed her serve every other table in the restaurant she said - they complained so I served them. Honestly couldn’t write it if you tried 😂 When leaving, a friend of mine had made a suggestion to the young waitress that maybe hospitality wasn’t for her, to which we got more arguing which of course by now we expected as nothing nice has came out of her mouth all night. We waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. They said they were busy but it was ourselves and 2 other tables eating. We witnessed the pizza chef taking shots with his friends at least 3 times while we were there. Unbelievable. Avoid like the plague.

Is this place a joke? From being told to hurry up with our order ‘because I’ve got other things to do you know’, to sitting cringing while the girl argued with all customers around us (don’t worry, we got our turn too), waiting over an hour for pizza (all customers, not just us) while being able to see the kitchen area with no food coming out but enough time for the pizza chef to be doing shots, the list goes on. They don’t have any system to know who has ordered what or where they are sat and as customers nothing is given to you as an order number or a receipt or any way to be notified your food is ready. After she had passive aggressively argued with the group on one side and the couple on the other, our turn came. She had walked over from where the pizzas were to tell us to go and collect our food. We asked why she couldn’t bring them as she had for the others to be told ‘well they complained so I brought them over’. The main problem is that this girl clearly thought standing with a fake smile on her face while asking what has she done wrong and then arguing when being told exactly what she is doing wrong is a good way to treat customers. I get that everyone has a bad night but she was actively going out of her way to pick fights with literally every customer. I did tell her that perhaps hospitality isn’t the job for her when it’s clearly such a struggle to be hospitable. A quick ‘sorry guys it’s a busy one but we’ll have your food out as soon as possible’ would have been fine but to spend more time arguing with customers than it would have taken to just actually bring the food out is laughable. Anyway, hopefully she has the day she deserves and finally found someone to have a fight with. To finish on a positive the lad behind the bar and the bouncers were lovely.

I’d give zero stars if I could! From the moment we arrived the young lady who was clearly having a bad evening behind the bar, treated us (and others around us) with nothing but contempt. Rude, argumentative, generally horrible - the pizza was ok but the service was possibly the worst we have ever had anywhere in Manchester - really shocking

Just Awful! Do not ruin your day by visiting! The young waitress was so rude she should have been working at Karen’s diner! Waited over 1 hr for a pizza. There was no food coming from the kitchen. The pizza guy was having shots with his mates at the bar. When the pizza came it was inedible, undercooked dough! Don’t do it!

Bottomless Brunch. Food and drinks came out thick and fast. Some staff at first came across a bit 'to cool for school' but after a while they warmed up to us and had some smiles and jokes. Saff were friendly, and kept us well fed and watered. There were 14 of us and we all had a brilliant time. Thanks so much. You made the day get off to an amazing start.

I ordered two pizzas, one for me and one for my wife. I took a bite of mine before my wife's appeared. Then I went to get her some mayonnaise. By the time I returned to my table, my pizza had all fallen on the floor. It's my own fault for picking a table that was too small. They let me buy a replacement pizza at full price, so that was really nice. Anyway I didn't want to finish my pizza, so I left, and I got the impression they really couldn't wait for me to leave, so they gave me a pizza box almost faster than I could ask for. I love the pizza here, but the tables are too small. I feel like there could be a bit more of a sympathetic culture towards customers, but I appreciate that I could have just been trying to scam them.

No single person entry to buy a couple of pizzas on a Tuesday? Got turned away at the door because I was a single person looking to grab a couple pizzas. Fair enough if the place was rammed but there was a handful of people and was rejected. WOW!

Booked a bottomless brunch for a stag do, showed up 5 minutes early to be left waiting over 15 minutes to be seated for our brunch. Staff were rude, service was incredibly slow, pizzas often came out burnt. Overall put a really low point on the day. The final straw was when the bill came an additional £80 on top of the service charge had somehow snuck onto the bill? When questioned the staff member walked off and came back with the correct bill and no explanation for why they attempted to massively overcharge us. Clearly thinking we were too drunk to realise! Would not suggest anyone to go here for brunch unless your expectations are incredibly low. Cannot comment on how the service and quality is like outside of the bottomless brunch.

At 18 quid for a pizza I thought it was overpriced, that said the pizza was very good!

A surprisingly hot little spot for dinner. If you want eclectic, simple, good pizza and interesting cocktails, at very reasonable prices, then you want to come here. Our 13yo was fascinated by all the film and music posters on the ceiling, which - together with the "Guardians of the Galaxy" style playlist - led to an entertaining conversation about Pulp Fiction and indie bands. Thoroughly enjoyably and wish they would come to London!

Incredible pizza, the Kimbo slice will never get old. Good priced drinks and friendly staff. You really need to expand though as it's so difficult to get a table unless you book for the bottomless brunch.

Decent food and service, although relegated to the window stool seating. While there, we could see out of the window a man sat in the outside seating area browsing onlyfans on his phone - maybe one of the more disturbed patrons of Crazy Pedro. I guess you can't help who you attract.

I thought the pizzas were OK but a bit pricey for what you got. Soft drinks were 75% ice cubes so ask for no ice.

It was a horrible experience for me. I checked their socials making sure they are open on New Year's Eve. I didn't know single men were not allowed in their pub. I went there from Sheffield. Walked from Deansgate knowing they are open for public. At the gate the bouncer refused my entry because he did not see any girls with me. He expected me to bring girls to this pub to enjoy the privilege of entry. Please take care before planning for this pub.

We came for a bottomless brunch for Paddy's day, we knew it would be busy. However the service we relieved was poor. We asked for pizza 4 times and didn't receive it we only ever got our drinks. I just feel that for a busy day like Paddys they maybe should have more staff. We also ended up sharing our table with half of Manchester. A dedicated area for brunch would have been useful. It's ruined our experience, the food and drink were amazing when we got them. We won't be back in a hurry based on this experience.

Wheelchair accessible entrance and even a ramp yet there are no wheelchair accessible seating... So making the ramp semi pointless. Looks like a fun place and I was very excited but had to leave due to this. Do not reccomend.

Pizza is OK, nothing special, but the door staff.... So, so rude with a massive superiority complex. Refused entry to pick up a takeaway because I "was wearing joggers" (to pick up a takeaway!!). Had to argue my point just to get in to collect it, absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning. Looking at others reviews, appears they need to do something about the door staff because they're a bunch of ego-driven you know what's.....

Came last time and it was amazing. I'm not local to area and always look forward to visiting here will not come back again however after this experience.

Once I found out the Sunday deal "happy hour" was a scam I couldn't be arsed with the place. £3 beers but instead of serving pints it was 2/3 pints so I couldn't stay any longer after the betrayal

Came with 2 friends at Happy hour. Had the Mac Daddy, Nachos and a couple of ciders/beers each. Good value for the money although the pizza arrived at the table just about warm. It was still lovely though. The interactions from staff is what let it down. Just before leaving my friend got out a tube of lipgloss and was applying it to her lips. A waitress sped past on her way to clear tables, leant over the back of my friend and shouted "NO VAPING!" down her ear. I found this extremely rude. I work in hospitality and I think a simple "excuse me" and explaining there was no vaping or looking properly and seeing it was infact lipgloss would have been better.

This place is a genius idea, pizza and cocktails on a bottomless brunch. The pizzas are amazing, especially the chicken waffle with maple syrup. All the other options were bang on, best pizza I had in a long time. All washed down with frozen margharitas, hooch, mimosas, prosecco and several others that I forgot the name of. Service was absolutely awesome, never an empty glass or plate. The atmosphere was great, the decor of painted skate decks was cool my fave was Alien V Predator.....that is something special. Go check it out, you will not be disapointed.

Came late on a Sunday to make the most of the happy hour: pizzas for £12.50 from 5 to 10pm Sunday to Friday. Saving nearly £15 on the two pizzas. The food was delicious and the service was very quick (although the place was very quiet due to it being a Sunday). Was a great date night in a relaxed environment.

I wanted fried chicken on a pizza but my friend ordered an ungodly pizza with lettuce on it instead. Would not recommend. However the other pizzas were really nice.

When i was completely pissed peperoni pizza was the best thing on earth 😂👍 even them not having salt or limes for tequila didn't make me be upset 🤗😂 Second time.i tried pizza sober was a bit on dryish side and that umami charred pepperoni was only on one piece of peperoni. So i guess quality varies when ordering slice orwhole pizza

Really busy bar with great pizzas and drinks. Very very busy during Happy hour, and it's a shame its so small. But a great place to stop on your night out. Staff friendly and helpful.

Awful... Prebooked a table for a large group. Table was situated right by the toilets. Everytime the toilet doors opened it stank. Didn't eat as it put us off any food. Barstaff had attitude and no people skills. The cocktails we tried were awful. We won't be returning.

Awesome bottomless pizza and overall good vibes

We visited whilst in Manchester recently on a night out. The bar wasn't overly busy which was great but the music was pretty loud and we had to shout to speak to each other even though we were sat together. We didn't have a whole pizza but did partake in a slice which was really nice. The flavours available on the main menu looked great and unusual. Will definitely have to try a whole pizza one time when we're in Manchester again.

Even on an incredibly busy Saturday night, service was still available to indulge in the atmosphere and get a very tasty pizza. Given location and quality, despite the prices being fairly high for pizza it was well worth it. We ended up eating outside under a heat lamp as seating was limited.

We were booked on to do a bottomless brunch, however due to travel issues we were going to be at least half an hour late. We phoned the restaurant and Daniel answered, clearly providing us with the options we had and ensuring it was no problem that we would be late. Once we got to the restaurant, Daniel was again very helpful and made it clear it was more worth to go for the happy hour deal rather than the bottomless brunch due to the time we had remaining. The pizzas were amazing and the cocktails were great! We were able to mix and match our cocktails even though it was 2-for-12 and also create a half n half pizza. Would definitely recommend.

happend to be walking by at 20:00 on Tuesday 14th November and I had some time to spare before meeting with friends. Thought I'd pop to Crazy Pedros . As I approached I was met with a confrontational doorman who asked me who I was with ??' I tried to explain that I was on my own and wanted to come in for drink. He agin said ' who yoo wid' and blocked my path to the door. At this point I defaulted to what I know best and went the Gas Lamp across road and was met with friendly warm welcom and had a realy good beer. Can't help but feel I was subject to a certain kind of prejudice!!!

Got the Mac daddy pizza and it was the best pizza I’d ever had in my whole Life. Staff lovely. Most delicious place in manc.

I visited with a friend for a quick snack, as Pedro’s do some of their pizzas by the slice. I was in the mood for just pepperoni, while my friend got Smash Or Pass- a bangers and mash-inspired flavour. They were pretty good, and lots of other choices were screaming out at me so I would definitely return. Some good value deals are available during Happy Hour.

Great location, great staff and great pizza. £12.50 for a 16inch pizza where else can you get that!! The house lager ain’t bad either.

A nice pizza place with great atmosphere! The pizza selection is good, and the size of the pizzas is easily underestimated - the portions are quite large, therefore definitely worth the price. Vegan and vegetarian options are available - these are clearly marked on the menu and the special of the day boards. The tequila cocktails (especially mezcal) and margaritas at Crazy Pedro's are really good, definitely give them a go! Would recommend for a nice evening dinner in a casual setting.

Fab place. Been a few times now. Plenty of seats and always clean and tidy. Always a different selection on the single slice menu and each time I’ve been, they’re amazing. Tried the Cheesey-G and Muncheese recently- Both amazing 10/10. Also would recommend going during 1700-1900 where you get £3 slices and 2 for £12 cocktails. Pop-ya-cherry cocktail is a must!

We came to Crazy Pendro's and were excited to see "Frozen Margaritas" We ordered a classic and a strawberry one, and we paid just under £20 for two drinks. The strawberry one in particular was disgusting, the worst thing I have ever tasted like drinking a wet bag of sugar. I asked the bar staff politely to change it for a classic because I couldn't drink it. I was told no they can't change it, so we asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to speak with a manager and the 20-year-old girl who was the manager said "We don't do exchanges or refunds" and was rude and impatient with us. We basically gave them £20 for free and got a bad attitude as thanks... Terrible service, terrible staff, awful place!

All I have to say is this place is not great We got here at 6:10 We were told that the kitchen would open 7pm went to the bar order but was then told to come back in 20 mins Disgusting I would say the staff are obnoxious and rude . Don't eat here

Visited last night! Amazing bar! Staff were lovely and recommended some great drinks. Door staff needs some improvement the guy was a total loser ! But the whole purpose of this review is to give a shout out to Rob the pizza guy. What a legend! Super funny and friendly made us the best Pizzas! We haven't stopped talking about them all day so yum! This guy literally made our night! Thanks pizza Rob!

The pizza was amazinggg!! The server was really good too had some good banter with him and it’s all really good pricing too for £29.50 for the bottomless brunch..I just wish they had more alcoholic drink options and we mainly had hooch but the carbonated drinks can be really bloating with the pizza but could be a personal preference thing. Apart from that it’s great!!

If you want fresh pizza 🍕 then get the bottomless brunch and the service was amazing they make the experience enjoyable.
