Went for a meal here last night, manager Zara made it a very memorable experience, she was very attentive to our table and helped accommodate an allergy one of the guests had. We had a lovely evening and Zara definitely deserves a raise!!

Fantastic visit! I will definitely be returning. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, we were greeted and sent off with a smile. The food was delicious and salad (which is unlimited!) was brilliant. This is one of the only places I can find which serves ranch dressing! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Today I went to Pizza Hut with my husband for the buffet buy one Get one free. Wow wow wow! Amazing! The staff was very friendly. We definitely recommend this place. Great tasting food and value for money!

I came as soon as the restaurant opened at 11:30am and the staff member at the time, Katie, was very helpful and welcoming. As soon as we ordered, plates and glasses were promptly handed out. The food and atmosphere were great. Thank you!

Terrible experience! Dry and cold pizza, no meerkat offer , no cash payment . Would never come here again. Got a glass for drinks and the guy asked if we had paid for it ! The cheek !

We popped into Pizza Hut Manchester at 8:30 PM, ready for some cheesy goodness, but apparently, we were also ordering a side of sass. One of the staff casually let us know, “If you dine in, it’ll cost you more,” like it was some top-secret warning. Honestly, it felt more like we were entering an exclusive club. No hard feelings, though—the pizza was good! Just a heads-up for future diners: come for the food, stay for the unique customer service experience.

Arrived slightly early for our 2pm reservation but as the restaurant was pleasantly quiet we were seated right away. You have to use the QR code on the table to order and pay which took a bit of time but we got there eventually and the drinks and food were brought quickly. Food was very good if slightly on the expensive side. Service was very good. Would definitely return.

Great staff but definitely overpriced, I paid £23 for an 11" pizza and small side. I can get a much better 14" pizza for £12 local to my house. Even Domino's have better pricing now, I won't be returning.

It's cold and fast at the window seats. The salad wasn't fresh and the pizza came out of the oven too early.

We arrived earlier than our reservation time and we were still sat down and accommodated for quickly. The range of pizzas available was excellent and we all enjoyed our all you can eat buffet. One of our students ordered off the main menu as he didn’t like pizza, so he felt very happy he could still eat some food he liked. He was thrilled with being able to have a cup of tea. Other students described their food as “joyful”, “delicious”, “tasty”, “cheesy”, fantastic” and “very nice”. The different flavours of drinks were very good and we all enjoy the ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Had my little girls 9th birthday here with 9 children and similar amount of adults, the staff were attentive, understanding and really did go above and beyond. Thank you so much for helping to make our Daughter’s birthday meal special. Appreciate your kindness and patience 🥰

Great staff, great pizza new format is great just order at table with QR pizza is there by the time u have got a drink from fountain and salad. What's not to like. Decor also better than ever was and loos clean.

Bryn is doing a great job. He gave me info on the food and drinks and it was a very nice conversation with him. The food (buffet) was very good, there was a high selection of pizzas, pasta and drinks and the location itself was also very nice. I would love to come back again.

We were struggling to find somewhere to take our 17 scouts to eat at 4pm on a Saturday... After trying several places we got a huge warm welcome at this pizza hut and they fed 17 hungry scouts and leaders and made us feel very very welcome and were so accommodating of the large number of us! We really enjoyed our meal and can't praise the staff highly enough everyone was so friendly helpful and accommodating It was a lovely atmosphere and we will definitely be back next year if they will have us! Thanks so much you saved the day!

Had s farm house pizza, thin and base. It was very nice. Ate the lot. Staff very helpful

Me, my son and my sister visited this Pizza Hut today for lunch as part of our weekend in Manchester. Although both the Waitress and Manager were very welcoming, smiley and kept checking up on us one of the spoons which was given to us for one of our cookie dohs was dirty and one of our gluten free pizzas was burnt around the edges.

Very nice clean the pizza came out very quick

Been here multiple times for the buffet. The older gentlemen who might be in his early 50s is very respectful towards children with amazing customer service regardless of whether you tip. The blonde lady ignored me when asking about when the pizza was coming out and pretended she couldn’t see my hand in the air. I’m a child and I don’t tip you should treat me the same regardless. Thank you to that man for making my Pizza Hut experience extraordinary.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut in Manchester, mainly because of the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They really made us feel welcome. The food was delicious, but the amazing service is what stood out the most. I highly recommend this place! There was this gentleman who sit us at our table, can’t remember his name but his service was exceptional.

Every time I go Manchester I love going to this Pizza Hut it’s always nice and clean. You don’t have to wait around along to get a table. There is always someone there to serve you. The staff are always nice and welcoming and there are also colouring books for the kids to do and if you look on the back of the menu it even tells you how Pizza Hart even got started because I find that information really interesting because it’s nice to know information about your favourite places, toilet the clean unlike most places toilets are dirty smell in here it is completely different. They are really nice clean always have toilet roll and always have soap. When you go here they literally treat you like family and there is always someone to help you with whatever needs you have I even enjoyed the app that they used to do? But obviously it doesn’t work anymore but used to be able to get pints to go and get discount and sometimes even get a free pizza I hope they bring this out again and I just love going here. Everyone should go here at some point in their life

the wait times for our food wasn’t even 20 minutes, which was amazing. very good service, mike showed us where the drinks machine and toilets were which was massively appreciated for people who suffer with social anxiety.

My visit to Pizza Hut was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of mouthwatering pizza, chicken wings, amazing service, and a welcoming atmosphere made for truly memorable meal. I would highly recommend this location to any pizza lover in the area. It's sure to exceed your expectations.

chosen the buffet deal salad was nice but pizza range was very limited to 4 choices and it was half and half on some of them maybe more choices need to be available as some people may not like peppers or other toppings what was available ice cream didn't have juice toppings neither

Had a fab meetup with family at the Manchester City centre Pizza hut near Arndale. Food was lush and reasonably priced. Our host Mike (who shares his first name with the legend that is Mike Bubbins - watch out for Mammoth starting on 17th May bbc2) couldnt have been more welcoming, he offered to take photos n was like an eagle eyed hawk removing plates at a moments notice, give that man a promotion. What a great lunch. Thanks all

Great value for money. I don't usually do pizza buffets but I made an exception and tried the one here. The staff are very attentive to keeping the 'za well stocked, fresh, and (mostly) hot. Very friendly.

Clean and tidy restaurant in the city centre. We visited during lunch time for the buffet, the pizzas were regularly topped up bit lots of them did have jalapeños on so not so good for those in our party who did not want spicy food. Salad bar was well stocked and the staff friendly and helpful.

you know? last time 2019 december i visited this place, the employee and manager if i don't wrong. are racist. we going there 5 people, they act like we're not visible, taking longer time to take our order, and when another local people come in they act so fast and welcome them. then after we ordered our food, we wait too long and they keep coming back and forth to passing our table make us uncomfortable but when we want to order additional something they never been there to take our order. after that they make us uncomfortable in "soft way" to make us quickly leave the restaurant keep talking between store manager and employee like we've been long inside, mate we want to order you don't even bother looking at us mate, that is rude and now you want us to leave quickly??? and the employee and someone like store manager hinted to like chase away us. NOT RECOMMENDED, dudeeee why so many people STILL RACIST AND unacceptable. i don't get it all the people is same, and hope that they get their own karma to reap what they sow!!!! and a lot of place in UK still so many racism we experienced. UK is beautiful country and city, some of those RACIST people that make someone's day is a BAD DAY. and you all the racist are the worst! won't visit again if we go back to UK!

Pizza Hut always delivers good food, however, we really wanted to focus on the exceptional service we received at the Manchester Corporation Street restaurant when we visited for lunch today (24 March). The gentleman who greeted us at the door, (who we believe was called Bryn), showed us to our table and looked after us impeccably throughout our stay. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and attentive from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Thank you. Very much appreciated.

AVOID!!!! Arrived mid afternoon to the ‘restaurant’ which was nearly empty. That didn’t put us off though because, you know, it wasn’t a typical meal time. We got showed to our seats and TOLD to use the QR code to order and pay. Right before you pay, you’re asked to leave a tip. A TIP?! For what mate? I’ve had to do everything myself so far! Never mind, we press on. The salad par was awful! Nothing is fresh and it all has the same taste. The chicken pieces on our pizzas were glorified bits of rubber, probably the soles off some shoes. We then waited nearly 30 minutes for our cookie dough deserts, to be told the staff member who cleared our plates hadn’t sent the order through. And then when they did eventually arrive to our table, the chocolate was bubbling and the ice cream had melted; obviously rushed them through - no doubt to avoid a review like this one. Whole experience would have been laughable had it not cost us £50!

Ordered the Big New Yorker for collection. Expectations were low but I really wanted to try it. The pizza was tremendous, very impressed with it and I was even tempted to have it again the next day. The only downside was that I arrived there 10 minuetes early thinking I’d have to wait. The pizza was already ready under the heat lamp so not exactly oven fresh. It could have been there for ages.

Pizza hut has become expensive, don't think it's worth the money now. We enjoyed our shared pizza, with unlimited salad and soft drinks, but I wouldn't want to eat there on a regular basis. Nice for an occasional treat.

Fast service, went on a thursday evening and was very quiet. Ordered a sharing Chicken Supreme pizza, loaded cheesy bites, BBQ chicken wings, 2x bottomless drinks, a cookie dough and a bottomless ice cream. Total was £53, rounded up. Little bit expensive for what it is, but nice food and you know exactly what you’re getting quality-wise.

I bought a Vegan pizza and the flavour was horrible and let them know. They give me back just half price of the pizza, but I am not happy with that because, first I didn’t the pizza , the flavour was horrible, second , I had a really bad time with that food, I couldn’t enjoy the moment with my family because I couldn’t eat.

Good pizza and exelent service. We will definately be back.
