Food all wrong and iber an hour late

didn't want sauce or lettuce on the burgers, still ended up with sauce and lettuce on it

normally the food is amazing but unfortunately tonight it's come freezing cold and didn't the get the drink that was ordered either

Pizza was burnt and the chips were very hard and cold. First time trying here, won’t be coming back.

the foods always spot on but I ordered a donner burger assuming there would be a burger and donner but was just donner on a bun other than that was spot on

Regular customers at this place no 44, told me they delivered but went to wrong address never offered a refund or replacement so think I’ll be going else where from now on!! Disappointing!!

Chicken was mushy so and donnoer meat was burnt. Naan/bread/dry pizza base was a let down also. Usually very good but let down tonight

What can I say if you haven't had a Harry's then you're not from Blackburn. Always 5 out of 5 for his Pizzas and burgers. The mad mix with grilled donner is the best family deal you'll get. A perfect pizza, peri chicken and wings, fries and grilled donner (sald for those who don't want donner meat as extra). Amazing.

Are they being for real ?? Food turned up first I get a cheap can of coke from Aldi then the food is even worse if olny I could upload pictures , I will definitely be going for my money back tomorrow 😤

Food was cold and has to be warmed up, no salad, tiny amount of sauce in a tub and the can of coke zero was ‘coke max’ from Aldi.

Harrys has always been our go to place. Last few times have been a let down. Wrong items recieved, freezing cold donner meat and part of a plastic bag or something melted onto a chip that the daughter nearly ate. Delivery is always good, but the standard of food has dropped massively the last few times we have ordered. A £46 order all in the bin tonight due to the standard of food. Just glad Just Eat refunded us at least half the meal.

Way too spicy and covered in chilli sauce even though we asked for garlic. Most went in the bin unfortunately as too hot to eat.

Food turned up cold. But with weather outside being -5 might not be helping.

Kebabs were smoothered in chilly sauce. We're way to wet and spicy. Only managed to eat half. Couldn't really taste anything as it was way too hot. Unfortunate experience.

give us unbranded cans of drink cans from aldi when advertised as fanta 39p drinks and aldi coke not to be sold as multi pack, chicken was grey my mate feels queezy won’t order again

Asked for a can of Pepsi got a barr cola. The child was hard. Donor meat was stale couldn’t finish it and the burger wasn’t the best. 1st and last time I will be eating from here a waste of money not happy at all and I don’t write reviews unless they are bad

The large portion was so small it was a joke and now by a mistake I can’t cancel my order what a nightmare

Naan breads are the worst thing to come from this place. If they could actually make it buy proper naan breads then this place would be perfect but no…They are like some skinny biscuits.

Chips tasted like they have been fried twice. They were greasy. The rest of food was ok

10/10 would definitely recommend the special mix kebab and the pizzas , the Harry’s mad mix is absolutely delicious

By far the best pizza I have ever had and I had a lot of pizza this is deffo the place to go for pizza also orderd a bottle of coke wich come cold wich was nice as most places don’t refrigerate then deffo be going hear for the foreseeable future 5 ⭐️

The King Kong burger was uncooked and I did ring up the store and he said he will issue a refund but no refund has of yet been issued. Don’t recommend this place and will not order again.

Food wasn’t cooked properly wasn’t nice at all

Ordered a seafood pizza thin crust and a deep pan stuffed crust came, was also over cooked, almost burnt

First time trying and we really enjoyed the chicken tikka grill and chicken and donner grill. Really tasty signature sauce, naan was nice and fresh. Chilli and garlic both nice, chips are good too. Portion size wise I went for the small and for the naan it is a little on the small size but the chicken tikka was one of the best I’ve had and you get what you pay for. So next time I’ll be ordering a large.

My go-to. The pepperoni on their pizzas is better than I've had anywhere in Blackburn. Delivery is on time, food is always hot and fresh Only slight criticism is the fries are a bit basic but the rest of the food I think is good.

I'm not really happy with my food because it came cold and the delivery man was very rude complaining how long he had to wait for the door also they forgot some of My order. It's my first and last time ordering . Not recommended thanks

Small portions overpriced not exactly the tastiest I've had

Was left hugely disappointed. Got a chicken wrap meal and it arrived cold, plain and very dry and There was no mayo or lettuce and I had to add these in myself. Ordered wings and chips and same again, this also arrived cold and I had to warm it up myself. Lettuce was provided in the box but it was cut very thin and looked / felt as though it was grated using a cheese grater. Another small portion of chips I ordered were soggy and felt as if someone put them in a washing machine before packing it in the box. Drink cans were multipack cans and clearly stated “not for resale as a single unit.” I’m in a great mind to make a complaint to the FSA. Wont be coming back here anytime soon. Hugely disappointed! 👎🏽

Avoid took 20 minutes to deliver from leaving shop after 20 mins late from estimated time arrived cold and not worth the money wonder how long it was sat waiting for driver

Although i have given 5 stars i did order a deep pan pizza and the one that arrived was a thin crust but was still really nice just not what we ordered and we paid extra for the deep pan

I did order pizza with selected ingredients, one of them was chicken that was to spicy. When selecting ingredients I didn't see anything saying spicy chicken and I'm sure it should say that

I got a chicken kebab and it had donna meat as well and my mate don’t like donna so he did not eat it
