The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

From the moment we got there the service was rubbish, we tried ordering drinks only for the bar staff to serve their friends and locals first even though we were there before most of them. After being shown to our table had to wait about half a hour to get our food order taken then seemed like an age for the food to come out. Not once did anyone ask if anyone had any food allergies! First meal out they left the chicken of the pasta then had to wait 2 minutes in between each meal to come out for the 6 of us. 2 people had lasagna which was was only warm on the outside, 3 of us had the swordfish which was covered in some kind of butter and 1 plate had 12 olives and the other 2 had 3. Asked 3 members of staff for water for the table. Had to keep asking for service as no bar staff seemed to be bothered to come check on us as they were too busy chatting to each other. There were about 6 young members of staff but no leadership as they only seemed bothered serving all the locals and youngsters which there were lots off and chatting to them all. I could carry on with complaints but there wouldn’t be enough characters!

The coffee was not great but desserts are good.

Food cold, doner kebab swimming in grease. Absolutely DISGUSTED. Son rang to complain was given a mouthful by one of the staff. NEVER AGAIN

Pathetic service. Track your order showed the store spent 20 minutes on quality check and still managed to miss drinks included with the order, pizza arrived cold and complete order wasn’t delivered. What a farce! Realised Quality check is waiting time for a delivery guy to become available. Customer service guy too stressed to be polite…

Ordered Asian Pizza, special pizza and 2 large chicken & donor Both pizzas tasteless kebabs were all just warm - and we collected

there was hair all over the pizza and some suspicious white liquid in the stuffed crust. they then asked me to smell their fingers.

My Italian Crust was undercooked. Apparently, I'm supposed to eat it this way because this is how it comes - I'm already eating a pizza that is overdone on top, but could tolerate that - This is what I was told by the manager. He was rude, dismissive, unhelpful. He did offer to do another, but let me know that it would be the same and then I would not get a refund. I opted for the refund, but as I had ordered online, I had to get my refund online - it's the law, but it came through promptly the next day. Complained and got lectured about how Domino Italian Crusts are made and the perfect temperature of their ovens, which in Cheshunt Domino's means solid cheese and undercooked Italian Crusts... apparently.

I’m asked can I pay card or Apple Pay “yes”, end of order it’s “cash only”. Really?! VERY frustrating!!!! 5 minutes I’ll never get back……

Ordered some chips in the shop after a night out took our order then left us over half an hour When we finally complained said they’d closed so had to cook the food Why take the order if closed? The lads where fine the lass with the short hair massive attitude problem Shocking customer service and the food was awful

Brought from Subway Locking Castle on Just Eat, when food was delivered it was missing on of the sandwiches. Tried contacting the store 5 times with no answer and end up having to buy another sandwich, service change and delivery so my nephew would have something. Also the order was cheese and toasted like requested.

Ordered a pizza ( mexican hot ) I asked for extra topping ( hardly any) Also a portion of fries! Had to wait 40 minutes for the order, When it arrived the fries were just about warm as was their pizza! Not the best experience!!

AMAZING! I’m writing on behalf of my slightly drunk father who came in and bargained down some food. I absolutely apologise for his behaviour but OMG was your service amazing and how you handled him. We come here allllll the time, easily a couple times a month. Best food ever!! Totally worth the money. Amazing people, so kind, always on time and lots to choose from. Thanks guys👍💛

Pedí la pizza sin gluten con salami, setas y trufas. La base sabía a cartón, prácticamente no había salsa de tomate y las trufas eran inexistentes. Muy mala calidad para el precio que están cobrando.

Would rate 0 stars if I could, food was selected a timed order for 5pm… collected at 5 and food was cold. I was then told the order was made at 3pm as there system malfunctioned, and was told there was nothing they could do about the pizza that was left on a hot rack that was not even turned on for 2 hours, the managers attitude was awful… was not offered a fresh hot pizza… and then I was cut off and ignored….. With jennys and pizza manic around the corner if you have to make your choice choose them
