Ordered Asian Pizza, special pizza and 2 large chicken & donor Both pizzas tasteless kebabs were all just warm - and we collected

Pizza and fries for the family. Not a bad price and was delivered via just eats. Not bad food but a tad soggy

Ordered online via their own website and paid online. Got there to collect the food and it was closed! Maybe there's been an emergency or something. Just as a warning to people, call before ordering!

Ordered and paid online for it to be delivered at 6.30pm. By 7.40pm it had still not arrived. I had been constantly ringing however no answer and phone line was engaged for approx 20 mins. Decided to go to collect the food and it was closed! Not impressed at all

Only words to say are Disgusting. Disgusting service... Disgusting customer service... Disgusting management (if that’s what they call it) Disgusting all round... food turns up only warm,they hang up on you when you dare to call them! Disgusting how they think they can speak to you yet take between 3-5 days to refund you! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Same post will be posted on every other media along with a full complaint to their so called Datman who also is non contactable on 03330 165548!

Terrible place .. Avoid if you want any food. Ordered our kebabs, pizzas and kids meals as the kids wanted takeaway, was told it would be 1 hour for delivery. Fine 👍 But when 1 hr 45 minutes later you ring to see where it is and your told another 15 minutes it’s a bit poor ... then after another 20 minutes you ring back to be told in an aggressive manor they are busy and it’ll be another 15 minutes it’s really not good service. 2 hungry kids and no food. Still waiting 12 hours later . Will never try this place again.

Absolutely appalled we ordered a family meal on just eat booked 6 o'clock delivery slot ... Food arrives at 630 as soon as I opened it I could smell something terrible we went on to unwrap n start to hand out to family the meat tastes vile the chicken and the lamb especially I rung straight away to tell them about it to be told they would come and collect for the chef to see I then got a call from a fella stating they wasn't willing to come for it due to been too busy and I could have a free pizza next time I told them I wasn't having this we had just spent best part of £24 I told him my son has a cheese allergy so pizza wasn't an option we then was offered a cheese burger .. I'm discusted in the way they delt with this I definitely will not be ordering from here again ... Cant fault the young call handler he was willing to resolve this but the other guy who rung wasn't having none ov it discusting way to treat customer

Ordered food that never even came. Checked on just eat and apparently this is common. Wouldn't mind but we waited 90 mins for them to tell us they wouldn't be bringing us food even though they excepted the order. Why say you deliver to an area you don't. Although reading how gross the food is afterwards I'm kind of glad they cancelled the order.

Had a Fatayer and it was one of the nicest things I have ever eaten from a takeaway. Was like a buritto but could choose whatever filling. Will definatley be ordering again as it was lovely. My boyf also said his food was gorgeous too. Think when we ordered previously it was a weekend, so was probably very busy which is why I wanted to put another review on here.

Not sure what has happened; used to be best takeaway around and it has seriously gone downhill. Was told delivery would be 45 mins. After an hour we called back and was told it had just set off. 15 minutes later it arrived and was pretty cold. Food was poor quality and not one of the 4 of us bothered to finish.

Ordered 2 pizzas, donner meat (which was lovely) and cheesy chips. My chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom pizza didn't taste of anything, and had hardly any tomato sauce on it. The cheesy chips were cold. Will order again, because our previous delivery was gorgeous.

The pizza bases are homemade, delicious and well cooked. The toppings are great. The staff are friendly. The delivery service went out of their way to get our pizzas to us as fast as possible after i informed them i had a hungry and very pregnant girlfriend. This was christmas eve as well. This is my favourite pizza takeaway in Yorkshire! Well worth a visit!

This takeaway is very close to where we live, so I can't comment on delivery as we always pick up, but the food is always ready pretty quickly (and ready for the time stated when ordered). We've ordered a number of different items and they've always been tasty and as expected. On one occasion, we ordered some sides and ended up eating them first, so the pizzas went a bit cold, but we just put them in the oven for 5 minutes and they were hot again. The prices are good and the takeaway itself looks clean inside. They've actually just extended so they can accommodate better. This is always our first point of call for a pizza takeaway.

When I’ve had food from here in the past I found a hair in my food and I would never eat there again. My daughter ordered a simple pizza with her friends this evening and was told it would be 45 minuets. After an an hour and 20 minuets they called back as it hadn’t arrived! They was told it would be another 15-20 minuets! They cancelled the order and went elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend, in fact I would advise against eating from this disgusting place

We visited here this evening after reading positive reviews and I’m so glad we stumbled upon this little gem. My husband enjoyed a mixed kebab - all the meat was freshly grilled and very tasty. I ordered a 12” stuffed crust pizza which was cooked fresh and tasted divine. We will definitely be visiting again - looking forward to our next visit.

Our local takeaway with friendly staff and good quality food. Great pizzas and even better kebabs. Fresh tasty food and value for money.

This evening 1st of December 2016 me and the Mrs decided to get a pizza from luigis been a few times and understand that we may have to wait around an hour or so for delivery as we had ordered for here before it was to be expected even though we only live 5 minutes away in evening traffic. My pizza was £10 and when it arrived the pizza was all to one side, so one half had no topping on but the other side was overloaded pic below shows what a mess it was. Bloody joke. Last time I order from here!!

Yes as you can see this is my second review for Luigis, first time service everything was excellent, this time it was a whole other story, I received my calzone( I ordered ham,mushroom, cheese and garlic with no tomatoes as I'm allergic) the calzone I received was a meat feast with tomatoes!!! Obviously the wrong order I couldn't eat it. I rang them u only to be called a liar saying he made the calzone himself and that he knows it's right basically calling me a liar. He then hung up on me, so rang back and he said what do you want me to do I said I want one that is correct that I have paid for and I can eat, so he sent me another, when the delivery guy arrived I asked him what he thought was in the first calzone and he agreed with me. ( I gave him the wrong one to take back) I had no phone call off the manager who had accused me of lying. I thought I'd found the best calzone ever but I will never order from this place again!!!!

Quick delivery, our food arrived warm cant complain about anything. Garlic bread and the kebabs the best I've tasted!!😊 would definitely recommend to friends and family 10/10...

Absolutely fantastic takeaway, seriously the best calzone I've ever had. Fantastic value for money and only an extra 1.30 delivery over 3miles. Well worth it. Thanks Luigis

Food is lovely and always arrives piping hot and in good time. The pizzas are definitely the best around

I have had a few takeaways from here Kebabs are nice pizza ok not as good as Darios at Sowerby Bridge Fish and Chips are average

Another fab pizza tonight & took my brother for kebab. Food is fabulous no complaints excellent service guys are nice and friendly and food is awesome Give it a try.
