Overcooked dry meat. When asking for a refund, only a poor excuse and pointless debate. I hope the owner enjoyed my pennies.

Menú is misleading, food arrived too late service just kept telling me to wait another 5 mins the car is getting closer. Made the mistake of ordering from here before and had the exact same issue. Pretty sure the driver knocked on my neighbours door too at 3:30am so they aren’t going to be happy either

I ordered a deal which I had 40% off so thought y not as a treat. Says it came with garlic bread no garlic bread says it came with a bottle of Pepsi no Pepsi the food turned up cold had to reheat it which isn’t the best I’m a chef if I wanted to cook I would of but thought of a takeaway as the last one was good my order turned up and the driver asked for £2 extra as he was out of his way but I had paid a £3 delivery charge I defo won’t be ordering from here again

The order was late, but that's ok, the weather outside sucked and, quite honestly, I was surprised it even turned up as I expected the order to be cancelled. Sadly, the quality just isn't there any more, compared to prior orders.

Worst doner Iv ever seen. Dry and like leather, all curled up and stale. Rang the takeaway and got brought another kebab, exactly the same doner after being told they would use fresh. Absolute waste of time and money.

came earlier than expected and when arrived our kebabs were stone cold the chips were merely warm the only thing that was hottish was the chilli sauce we ordered mint sauce and never got it just got a random sauce I urge anyone who orders from here to either hav a microwave or really enjoy eating cold food really disappointing won't be going back and the delivery driver was very abrupt

I’ve just ordered £60 worth of pizzas for my son’s friends who are having a sleepover and what a waste of money it was! The guy who delivered them was friendly but Jesus those pizzas were the worst I’ve had in a long time! Even the boys moaned about them and they will eat anything! Even though there was hardly any topping on them the topping they did have was awful, tasteless and the cheese tasted weird! The bases tasted undercooked or out of date, I can’t decide which..! I will never order from here again!

Delivery driver said he usually charges more to travel out as far as me but he'll let me off this time. As if I'd give him a penny! You need to discuss delivery charges with your driver or sack him. It is outrageous for him to pressure people for money on the doorstep! If you need to charge more for delivery then sort it at the point of purchase.

food was nice and hot ... but the driver tryed to play me and said he had no change thinking i was gonna let have my change and told him to take it back ..... just so happens him going to the car twice he had the change i needed ... say no more

the donner meat its like chios it was crispy and dry. plus they brought me the wrong drink. I don't recommend ordering here if you want to have a nice meal.

delivery driver so rude, rang me and started shouting down the phone saying he’d been waiting for 10 minutes, he hadn’t i just watched him pull up, told me if i didn’t go get the food off him he’d drive off with it and then tried to tell me i owed £5 extra delivery charge in cash because of the area i live in🤦🏼‍♀️told him i already paid delivery fee on here but he wouldn’t leave until i gave him it, won’t be ordering from here again

AVOID, AVOID,AVOID. Ordered through deliveroo, no updates I rang an hour later, and they said the order was cancelled no reason given. Still hasn't been cancelled on deliveroo. Shocking service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and definitely won't be ordering from here again when they treat customers like this.

It was late, it didn’t come warm, been waiting very long time for my order. It said it on its way, but very very late so I don’t know if it’s coming or not ridiculous still haven’t got it yet at all

food decent quality IL give it that, but said on its way and was 20 mins (10-15 mins after was supposed to be ) they left my bottle of coke(said it's in driver car) and when I called was told 5 mins called them again after half hour to be told 5 mins again half hour later was called to be told driver wqs sorry woukd be there in 5 mins half hour later he turned up with a cold bottle som obviously he forgot it and had to get one, 1.5hr for a bottle of coke to be delivered is terrible

Delivery driver was very rude about this situation, I updated my Adress on the app and it didn’t change the delivery Adress so when the delivery driver was sent to the wrong adress he starts shouting and swearing down the phone and when he gets here he demands an extra delivery fee to which I declined as it wasn’t my mistake for him to be here, and he then sped off and missed one of my items

This was possibly the most disgusting take away I’ve ever had. My boyfriend ordered chicken that was pink inside and I ordered a pizza that was that old that it was stale. We ordered off of Uber and the delivery driver was absolutely horrible. He parked a few streets down and then screamed at our faces for taking too long to pick up the order. He was extremely aggressive and it left my partner and I in absolute shock to the point we couldn’t even respond to him.

Ordered 2 kebabs, I might aswel have ordered a salad sandwich! I normally love this place, but it was disappointing this time.

All fine but one mistake on my behalf sort of. The americano burger has an image of a chicken burger leading me to order the wrong burger. Mainly my bad as i know that americano is a beef patty’s but please change the image.

Awful food! Soggy onion rings, chips like they were cooked yesterday and underdone. Fried chicken soggy… we hardly ate anything. And on top of it, 50 min late although they marked the order on just eat as delivered 50 min earlier…. So they are within the delivery time the system was showing. And I walked a block to meet them away from my house…. Money down the drain….

Driver was rude made me come halfway down the road because he couldn’t be bothered getting out the car and said I need to hurry up….. terrible

My order didn’t arrive, we called the place and nobody picked up for ages, then when they did pick up they hung up the phone once we said it wasn’t delivered.

Only gave it a 1 because I can't give it a zero paid online on deliveroo they took the money and never delivered the food. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Can't cancel or get a refund. Don't order from here terrible place.

Used to love this place but gone down hill badly! Forgotten items, dry old meat on pizzas, barely any toppings and the pot of suaxe was thrown in the middle of my pizza. Not impressed!!

Ordered the kebab deal one lamb donner and one chicken donner but was delivered 2 lamb donner instead no communication from them to let me know. No point calling back or trying to claim a refund especially after delivery driver asking for an extra £2 in cash to drop the food off. Nothing wrong with the food tbh hit the spot but not great

Donna meat was inedible normal great from here but it was more like packet jerky than donna meat the dog wouldnt even eat it
