Pizza Hot 4 You in Calderdale

I’ve just ordered £60 worth of pizzas for my son’s friends who are having a sleepover and what a waste of money it was! The guy who delivered them was friendly but Jesus those pizzas were the worst I’ve had in a long time! Even the boys moaned about them and they will eat anything! Even though there was hardly any topping on them the topping they did have was awful, tasteless and the cheese tasted weird! The bases tasted undercooked or out of date, I can’t decide which..! I will never order from here again!

Delivery driver said he usually charges more to travel out as far as me but he'll let me off this time. As if I'd give him a penny! You need to discuss delivery charges with your driver or sack him. It is outrageous for him to pressure people for money on the doorstep! If you need to charge more for delivery then sort it at the point of purchase.

food was nice and hot ... but the driver tryed to play me and said he had no change thinking i was gonna let have my change and told him to take it back ..... just so happens him going to the car twice he had the change i needed ... say no more

the donner meat its like chios it was crispy and dry. plus they brought me the wrong drink. I don't recommend ordering here if you want to have a nice meal.

I would rather starve to death than eat anything from disgusting takeaway place ever again .foned to complain about how disgusting the so called chicken kebabs was so dry & tasteless was like eating a bit of cardboard & the worker that answered the was really Arrogant & so Rude on the fone he basically told us to F-CK OFF & HUNG UP THE FONE. Call the restaurant to see where our food was and a rude man who answered the phone barked at me it will be 5mins and put phone down!

Driver: made up that the order was over 3 miles and demanded £3 on the spot!!! Terrible service! Also make sure you grab the food as he said: "I will hold it for you"

delivery driver so rude, rang me and started shouting down the phone saying he’d been waiting for 10 minutes, he hadn’t i just watched him pull up, told me if i didn’t go get the food off him he’d drive off with it and then tried to tell me i owed £5 extra delivery charge in cash because of the area i live in🤦🏼‍♀️told him i already paid delivery fee on here but he wouldn’t leave until i gave him it, won’t be ordering from here again

AVOID, AVOID,AVOID. Ordered through deliveroo, no updates I rang an hour later, and they said the order was cancelled no reason given. Still hasn't been cancelled on deliveroo. Shocking service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and definitely won't be ordering from here again when they treat customers like this.

I've just order from here the chicken was pink and the cake when I open had green mould absolutely disgusting

It was late, it didn’t come warm, been waiting very long time for my order. It said it on its way, but very very late so I don’t know if it’s coming or not ridiculous still haven’t got it yet at all

food decent quality IL give it that, but said on its way and was 20 mins (10-15 mins after was supposed to be ) they left my bottle of coke(said it's in driver car) and when I called was told 5 mins called them again after half hour to be told 5 mins again half hour later was called to be told driver wqs sorry woukd be there in 5 mins half hour later he turned up with a cold bottle som obviously he forgot it and had to get one, 1.5hr for a bottle of coke to be delivered is terrible

The driver was rude and used hurtful language towards my partner when the food was collected.

Absolutely disgusting food they delivered tasteless burgers and gave us good poisoning rang up and the guy gave me cheek and hangedup when I asked to fix this or refund us

Really unpleasant. The chicken was artificially hot and inedible. The pizza was cold and dry and didn’t taste of anything. Couldn’t eat it. Had to bin it.

Never came!! Took the money and never showed up. Rang them and they said they’re too just to speak to me. Never offered a refund or anything. Still waiting and it’s alrwady 2.5 hours late… disgusting

Delivery driver was very rude about this situation, I updated my Adress on the app and it didn’t change the delivery Adress so when the delivery driver was sent to the wrong adress he starts shouting and swearing down the phone and when he gets here he demands an extra delivery fee to which I declined as it wasn’t my mistake for him to be here, and he then sped off and missed one of my items

This was possibly the most disgusting take away I’ve ever had. My boyfriend ordered chicken that was pink inside and I ordered a pizza that was that old that it was stale. We ordered off of Uber and the delivery driver was absolutely horrible. He parked a few streets down and then screamed at our faces for taking too long to pick up the order. He was extremely aggressive and it left my partner and I in absolute shock to the point we couldn’t even respond to him.

Ordered 2 kebabs, I might aswel have ordered a salad sandwich! I normally love this place, but it was disappointing this time.

Bad, complete wrong order arrived. Arrived cold and damp. Driver told me it was too far for delivery yet they offer the option like iy was my fault. Bad food, bad experience and wrong food. Do better

All fine but one mistake on my behalf sort of. The americano burger has an image of a chicken burger leading me to order the wrong burger. Mainly my bad as i know that americano is a beef patty’s but please change the image.

Sent garlic mayo instead of mint sauce making my kebab inedible

Awful food! Soggy onion rings, chips like they were cooked yesterday and underdone. Fried chicken soggy… we hardly ate anything. And on top of it, 50 min late although they marked the order on just eat as delivered 50 min earlier…. So they are within the delivery time the system was showing. And I walked a block to meet them away from my house…. Money down the drain….

Terrible food, soggy fried food, chips like were cooked the day before, 50’ late and had to walk away from house to collect….unbelievable….

Driver was rude made me come halfway down the road because he couldn’t be bothered getting out the car and said I need to hurry up….. terrible

My order didn’t arrive, we called the place and nobody picked up for ages, then when they did pick up they hung up the phone once we said it wasn’t delivered.

Only gave it a 1 because I can't give it a zero paid online on deliveroo they took the money and never delivered the food. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Can't cancel or get a refund. Don't order from here terrible place.

Used to love this place but gone down hill badly! Forgotten items, dry old meat on pizzas, barely any toppings and the pot of suaxe was thrown in the middle of my pizza. Not impressed!!

Ordered the kebab deal one lamb donner and one chicken donner but was delivered 2 lamb donner instead no communication from them to let me know. No point calling back or trying to claim a refund especially after delivery driver asking for an extra £2 in cash to drop the food off. Nothing wrong with the food tbh hit the spot but not great

Donna meat was inedible normal great from here but it was more like packet jerky than donna meat the dog wouldnt even eat it

He didn't even pull up outside the right place and rung me twice shouting down the phone at me saying 'are you coming or not' when I finally met him and explained he had gone to the wrong place he just shouted at me and said take your food I have other deliveries to do I don't have time for you to tell me where you live! It was really good apart from I payed 2 pound extra for a deep pan pizza and I got a thin one

Food was horrible prepared they don’t knw difference between deep pan and thin crust no sauces or salad and that definitely wasn’t chicken donner kabab chips wet and soggy

Would never order again, ordered a large Shish kebab which consisted of only 4 pieces of meat with no sauce or salad like I ordered. Meat was so chewy it was inedible. Salad consisted of only lettuce which was brown in a lot of areas. Mayo pot which was ordered was like water.

delivery driver was rude, came to the door within 2 minutes of him arriving and he had told us that we had taken ages, which wasn’t correct and our food was cold and our pizza was wrong ordered deep pan but ended up getting thin crust

The bbq chicken had no taste I ordered a deep pan and got a thin crust and restraunt never offerered a replacement just put phone down

They sent a small Donna kebab instead of a large... If it was a large then it was the smallest I've ever had. When I called to speak with him he was rude and un helpful. The order was also late and cold

It didn’t arrive I called the delivery and they claimed to have left it where I had instructed to but it wasn’t there at all and they won’t answer my calls

Delivery was early as usual, but the quality of food has gone down. The pizza base was way too thin, for topping all i got was a few bits of dry chicken, very thin slices of olives, instead of jalapeno they put bell pepper, no cheese and i paid £3 for extra topping as well. The large chips was nothing but a handful of dry chips in a small box. The food used to arrive piping hot but the last 2 times it was barely warm. driver is a very nice guy, very friendly.

I’d avoid the place at all costs.. £30 on a takeaway that wasn’t even edible.. £9.50 for a large mixed kebab that came with no exaggeration 5 pieces of meat on it. Lamb and chicken kebab that was as dry as. Chips missing. Rang up to tell them to be told he was only a worker so drove down with the food and waited 20 mins for owner to come, there were another customer in the shop when I went in so he told me he would re make the two kebabs free of charge by this point couldn’t be arsed to worry about the missing chips etc, minute customer walks out he tells me he would only make one of the kebabs for free!!! Haha so we are sharing a kebab then and paying £27 for the pleasure. Great customer service NOT!!

Ordered two chicken steak burgers which are £3.60 each and they charged me £10, they asked us I we wanted sauce we said yes and they put the smallest drop on you could ever imagine, chips were like rubber and the burger buns were like rocks, I really wouldn’t go here, what a waste of money.

Really disappointed, chicken on pizza chewy, missing pineapple I paid for and can ok coke was flayt and no date or taste. 3rd time now ordered with missing toppings! Got cheesy chips last time with no cheese!
