Always great service, pick up or delivery. A wait sometimes as they are usually busy. New owner since review,not the same

Avoid Avoid. Place has gone seriously down hill with the new owners. Stingy portions, hardly any toppings on pizza, and prices have shot up. Like how can you overcook a pizza, and have the audacity to charge £9 for it? There is no consistency with this place, will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza was undercooked, just a little bit of donner given. They always mess up in Ramadan for some reason!

Ever since the old guy left it’s gone downhill. Not only have the items become more expensive (understandable in todays climate) but the portions have gotten drastically smaller in size. Greediness. Lost a regular customer.

We have been ordering from here for 25 years and it was our favourite takeaway but I can honestly say the Santinos special pizza we just received was the worst pizza we have ever ordered there was no flavour at all the fries were not cooked properly they were soggy and pale I cooked them for a further 10 minutes. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering anytime soon again!

Terrible food now when Alli run it santinos was the best takeaway for miles but since the new owners took over the food is now disgusting and not worth the money I have been going there since alli opened it but never never again . I would not recommend it to anyone.

This used to be the best takeaway in Halifax without a doubt for kebabs and pizzas when Alli had the place I had been going there since he opened it: But called last night and was very very disappointed the prices had gone up and the food was terrible undercooked pizza the kabab was like tasteless stale bland meat and also the portion and pizzas were a lot smaller and undercooked I had to put it in the oven when I got home to finish cooking it, won’t be going back so I’m looking elsewhere now for my lost pizza pie. COME BACK ALLI.

Our favourite take away, really great Dinner kebabs and pizzas. My personal favourite is a mixed Donner on pitta bread. We have been getting our take aways from there for over fifteen years.

Extremely rude woman, cold food was sent to me after waiting over an hour and twenty minutes. When I told them it was cold, they said it wasn't. They have really gone downhill. I would suggest going somewhere else, the food is terrible and the service even worse. All the good reviews are from years ago.

Check the reviews- most of them are from years ago. These guys have gone downhill for a while and they are extremely rude. Pretty sure they will close down if they continue on like this. You can find better food and service elsewhere, don't order from here.

Always get quality food and service here. The staff are really awesome and cool food in front of you. The food is always fresh. The in house sauces are yummy.

I was working as a security officers in Halifax, Rochdale road, I rang them to make a delivery order and the person on the phone (most likely the owner) was very rude as I was trying to ask him how much it would cost and couldn't hear him properly because of the loud noises on his side, which he replied "are you deaf" honestly if I wasn't working I would go in person there myself and would to love to see how he would respond then.Never order from their again!!! Am sure you can go somewhere else where you will be treated better.

Best kebabs around in my opinion x

Rude staff. Poor service. Asked if they do chicken burgers and they said yes. When order was placed I repeated it 3times so that there was no mistakes and the guy who took the order said thats right but delievered cheese burgers with chilli corn carne and one pizza box short and charged more than what it should be. Questioned delievery driver and he said he knows nothing so rang the take away and the guy who answered was rude and blamed it all on me saying I did not order properly and put the phone down on me. First and last time ordering from here.

Tried after the guys next door was eating from it. The Asian calzone was amazing, ridiculously big portion and super cheap. Even the fries were really good. Place was rammed when I went which speaks volumes

The chicken kebabs are amazing, they cater for slimming world members so I get the chicken and salad in a box with no pitta bread. The donner meat is gorgeous! I never ate donner meat because it's minging but I actually eat it from here, great food and great service every time 👌🏻

The donar calzone pizza is was amazing. They make their own chilli sauce which gets 5 stars. The place is clean and food is fresh.

We come here every week for a pizza, one of the best Asian style pizza place in Halifax, with lots of Donner meat on the pizza. I have a happy son and husband every week.

Been getting Pizzas from here for years now and they are consistently nice. Always fresh and still hot when delivered and the staff are friendly.

Absolutely rubbish! I've had late takeaways but never one not to show up. I ordered a pizza at 8.25 p.m. And was told 30-45 mins Waited till 9.30 p.m. before ringing to chase up my order. No answer, I've rang and rang for last hour. It's now 11.pm. Still no order. What a set of idiots!

Went in pizza santino they were so slow at making the food.. ordered burger meals, one wi no salad n one with salad & chilli.. the food came back one with salad one with chilli sauce which was not what we ordered. Also the woman tried charging us 2 much. The chips were rock hard n when put salt all over when asked for no salt the woman's reply was "it's just a bit off salt" very very rude.. disgusting food.

Veggie burgers are great. Nice clean shop. Friendly people. Recommended.

I called there today for a takeaway when I got home the pizza was sloppy with cheep ingredients the young guy who was serving dropped a pitta bread which contained which looked like very greasy meat on the floor picked it up and bagged it and still sold it to a customer. Also the staff were picking food up with there hands.

Pizza santino do the best chilli burgers only using the finest fresh ingredients.Try them out you won't be disappointed .

If you want a pizza, just go to rajas a few doors away. Santinos uses cheap ingredients and the pizzas are horrible. The owner seems to think he knows what food you want better than you.
