Pizza was amazing with great taste and friendly staff and great customer service location was near and lot more f space to parking

Great pizza with new crust and the staff was very ferindly and great taste to many veggi pizza jay was very helpful with my order

In the Bicester I find the best parking at Pizza Hut customers parking in front of store and the pizza I ordered when the person given to me it’s to much hipping hot and the taste was the best pizza I never had at in my last 1 year amazing pizza and great Pizza Hut .

Great service and great food staff are really friendly really welcoming attitude really happy with the service I get from this branch

Waited 90 minutes for a phone call saying I won’t be getting my delivery due to driver not being able to find my address, I now have to wait 10 working days for a refund, the way they spoke to me was as if they didn’t give a dam, they are as much use as a chocolate tea pot!

Order ready on time, food hot and service fantastic. New manager extremely friendly and welcoming. Will be back!

Rated two for quick delivery and a very friendly driver. The pizza itself was a bit grim. Over £18 for a medium 'all the meats' pizza where the only recognisable meat was the pepperoni. The rest looked like various forms of cat treats. I've never tasted a cat treat but doing so is much more likely than ever getting another pizza from Pizza hut. Truly awful.

We were having real trouble with the Pizza Hut App trying to order Gluten free pizza's. Phoned the store, amazing service, sorted it over the phone for us straight away and the pizza's were with us within 30 mins. Couldn't be happier, thank you!

Terrible state of delivered food and when I rang shop, they did not have any customer handling skills.

Couldn’t reach their telephone, rang them so many times. If vision is run your own business then learn from Pizza Hut.

I loved my veggie supreme and my friends really enjoyed theirs as well. Also, quick service and friendly staff! I'd upload a photo but everything disappeared within minutes.

Manager was absolutely horrid on the phone and attitude was no different in the shop. He was unbelievable rude to me and friends. This fast food place needs a good lesson in customer service. WILL NOT be using again.

Ordered a pizza for my kid, so pricey, they should do a kids deal! My kid seemed to like the pizza just overpriced! Should have a deal a couple of clicks and a can of pop for kids. Took a long time too. Huge slices cut should be kiddie size fir little ones.

Working a very long day today and at about 1230pm I placed an order online for a pizza to collect on my way home at 830pmI arrived just before 825 and was told “it will just be a few minutes” - fine I thought I was early anyhow - anyway the time ticked by...............825,826,827,828,829830,831,832,833,834,835,836,837,838,839, at 840 - I ask is it going to be much longer / the chap said and I quote “We are extremely busy, one of the bikes is broken and the top oven is broken “ to which I replied “that’s not my fault, you told me over 20 minutes ago it would be “a few minutes “- fact is I ordered my pizza over 8 hours ago - and now it’s gone 20 to 9 and I am still waiting - he wandered off and hid!!!847pm my pizza arrived - 23 minutes after I had arrived Pizza was tasteless and unevenly topped - and no dips were supplied Think it will be dominoes next time / it’s clear this site cannot manage expectations as they were in the poop but continued to take food orders etc - maybe it’s best to order the day before or that might be worse !!!Will not be back - the guys excuses reminded me of a scene from Fawlty Towers !!!!!Pathetic ......

Don;t waste your time or your money. Was very poor service last time, even worse this time! completely disinterested in helping me.

Waited over an hour for my family's food and tried to call in no one answered the phone so we went in and was treated poorly by a man at the front desk with a serious attitude problem and was rude. When we finally got our food the pizza was cook wrong, a chicken supreme does not have chilli on it it could of been an allergy overall poor service and really really slow. Never using them again will go to Dominos

I ordered half and half pizza which i thought was a good idea as i am vegetarian one one side i ordered jalapeno pineapple mixed pepper and sweetcorn and when it arrived it was covered in chicken i called up to be down spoken by a member of staff and he said he would get another pizza sent out so i had to wait another hour really bad then the new pizza wasn't cooked and very sloppy and was disgusting i will never ever eat from this place again pay the extra and go to dominos!

Whilst baby sitting my poorly grandson, I tried tempting him to eat by ordering his favourite pizza for lunch. I order on line, giving all the post codes, house numbers and waited for the food to arrive. It didn't- so after a 20 minute delay, I called to ask where it was? I was told the delivery man couldn't find us- OK we live in a village, but they have delivered here many times before! 5 calls later, I was told by the delivery man that I would have to walk into the village centre to meet him as he couldn't waste anymore time looking for me. I eventually werbally guided him to me and stood on the road to flag him down. He was very rude and aggressive! If it hadn't been for my Grandson, I would have refused the delivery. Needless to say by the time it arrived the food was cold! Terrible service

Travelling back from a shopping trip that was longer than planned, we decided to have pizza delivered for when we got home. To be able to request a desired time, have the pizza toppings we wanted and on an extremely tasty base was brilliant. Our house is a tad confusing to find & the delivery driver had the common sense to phone us to check he could use the gate. We would definitely order from here again.

Only one other customer in the outlet, yet we had to wait 40 minutes for one pizza and a side of chicken goujons. The order for the other customer was brought out, it was wrong...he was still there when we left. One member of staff wore white pumps and was not in uniform. We won't be returning.

The Launton Village Players perform a Pantomime at Cooper School every February half term and it has become tradition for a large group of us to order pizza between shows on the Saturday. This year - as in a number of previous years - we ordered from Pizza Hut Bicester, and the communication with the manager was excellent. When it came to delivery, unfortunately we both got our timing wrong (neither of our own making). Timing is critical as we need to be fed and ready for the next performance in a very short time. The manager personally dealt with the problem and did his very best to find the best resolution. It was unfortunate but I have no hesitation in using their services again next year. The Manager is a credit to the Pizza hut brand

End of week Pizza treat! Fast delivery, excellent quality pizzas and sides, piping hot. Great deal for two large pizzas and 3 sides 👍🏻 Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

Después de caer enfermo varias veces por tener Domino's al otro lado de la calle, me decidí a conseguir pizza desde aquí. El personal era amable. Buenas ofertas. Mucho mejor que Pizza Domino's (y no despertarse con una gut fiable al día siguiente). Lo único que me decepcionó un poco fue que no había crema agria y cebollino izquierda (tuve que chapuzón conseguir algunos de co-op siguiente puerta). Volveremos la próxima vez que quieres pizza cuando estoy en Bicester :)

The worst place in Bicester. Service is terrible and the manager keeps blaming everyone else. 1 guy is eating toppings from people's pizza as he is cutting them...

Experiencia muy decepcionante, pedimos dos pizzas, pero uno de ellos estaba totalmente cubierto de aceite y era en realidad cruda. Todo se cayó a pedazos cuando recogió un pedazo, solo sabía absolutamente repugnante y era incomible. No hicieron nada cuando nos llamó, qué desperdicio de tiempo y dinero.

Had a great takeaway from here. I usually get dominos but gave it a go. Very good i will defiantly go back. Fast delivery too.

This is a small branch of this popular Pizza chain but it does what it says on the tin. Generally good and prompt service from pleasant staff. Not a lot more can be said.
