Domino Pizzas in Derby

It was not good! Really, $23 dollars for a hamburger, mushroom, onion, black olive, thin crust medium pizza. There wasn't hardly anything on it! It was so skimpy and the crust was more like a cracker. What a rip off! It was a home delivery before they closed and I'm definitely going to call the Derby Ks store and complain. Never again! Aso the guy asked for my address 3 times and still they were delivering to the wrong address.

Awful food, sorry to say staff can barely speak English. Got the order wrong and tried to overcharge us a tenner. I wouldn't feed this to a dog or even my worst enemy of whom I have many as ITENDTOSPEAKMYMIND!!! AVOID. AWFUL. Marcus' Dad.

Generally i like Domino's, however i have ordered from this branch on a few occasions because it's close by. Honestly the quality is pretty bad every time compared to other places i have tried. Not sure if its how they make it but its just not very good.

Ordered pizza today 27/5/20 16:30 from Chaddesden in Derby, It was delivered in honestly 5min and it was hot with cryspy wedges, ice cold drink, and smily friendly delivery guy, thank you what a great service😄👍

Last 2 deliveries from Allestree Dominoes have been horrendous. Nearly a 2 hour wait and forgot our sides. Orders again this weekend and they didn’t even bother turning up with our order!! The person I spoke to on the phone said a manger would ring me back, then put the phone down on me. Plus no phone call back. Rang again myself and the same person answered, this time claiming to be the manager. Service is shocking. How can you tell someone their order is being cooked in the internet and then not even turn up with it and not answer the phone?!

Food is always overpriced, already new that but the fact that when we got the food delivered to us it wasn’t what we even ordered, very appalling. Rang them up and claimed they had ran out of stock.... If u run out of stock of an item that does not mean u go and send a different one, what if what was in the item u decided to send, the receivers were allergic too. Family disappointed and won’t be buying dominoes any time soon.

Ordered two pizza's, one was a half & half thin crust, with Hawaiian on one side which should have included Ham, Mushrooms & Pineapple, with extra paid for pepperoni & onions. Not till I got home did I realise there was NO mushrooms or onions. Two of the segments had ONE piece of pineapple & ONE piece of pepperoni, so I felt totally cheated out of MY supper as there was not enough topping to even cover the base. The other half was supposed to be Meatillicous, but was a selection of dried up bit's of meat that were inedible, & it was all burnt round the edges too.The second pizza was a Chicken Feast which was also a disgraceful offering, which had bubbled up round the edges & that was burnt too !!! The 12 wedges which cost about £4 were an absolute rip off with about 4 each. After having a good old moan about our meal & vowing never to return again, we decided to write a review to warn others not to waste their money.

Got told to phone up Mickleover because they couldn’t find my postcode. I live half a mile from this gaff. And the bloke on the phone couldn’t speak a word of the queens English.

Ordered for delivery before the Monday night local game on television, all the order arrived on time, cooked, tasty and securely boxed, will use again as the service works well. Pots of Chilli sauce was hot.

After making an online order and waiting for delivery we found out we had been sent a totally incorrect delivery. Upon calling the restaurant I was advised that they are very busy and they will just let us have the order for free. The order was not what we wanted so I said I would rather our correct order was sent. After waiting an additional 50 minutes our second order arrived and was also incorrect. We called once more and was greeted with a particularly uninterested gentleman who basically asked me what I would like to do. I requested a refund as we were now nearly 2 hours after the initial order and still hadn’t got our food. Totally poor service and after several previous problems with this branch we will never be ordering from here again. Please ensure that any money deducted is returned to my account ASAP without any further delay.

Booked online, no cheap deals but still the choice was typical Domino and it arrived 10 mins before the required time (half-time in the football), tasty food, excellent delivery service all good Pizza time.

Ordered on line. It arrived in good time witch was nice until we opened the boxes. We paid extra for the bacon bits on the wedges witch simply weren't on them. I bit into a wedge and it was so under cooked the outer layer slid off leaving nothing but hard, cold potato underneath. Completely inedible so we went for for pizza. Looked nice! Sadly on tasting it someone had used that nasty BBQ sauce instead of the tomato as stated. Made it through just over one slice before giving up. As it was late, even if they would agree to make me what I ordered and make shore it's cooked and not spit in it I'd have been asleep before the replacement would of arrived so I just went to bed. In short, they can't read orders or cook potato in fryer and charge you just shy of £20 for the 'privilege'.

Always order a dominos from here, always come within half an hour, orders always right apart from 1 occasion. Overall nice pizzaz.

Ordered a couple of pizzas which arrived on time and piping hot! Both were delicious however Dominos pepperoni pizza is exceptional!

Always get the offer of two toppings therefore due to this offer I visit at least once a week. Always happy with my pizza so much better than Pizza Hut!

Each time we order the food we get is not what we ordered or items are missing, then they say have a free one on us next time but never make a note of it so when we come to order again the staff are clueless as to what we're on about.

Domino Pizza trata de Beccles en última! Valió la pena esperar!! Como alguien que no come pizza muy a menudo, estoy con el miedo de convertirse en un visitante habitual a la sucursal recientemente inaugurada beccles! Tuve mi primera pizza desde allí, que mi hijo recoge la semana pasada y quedé muy impresionado, tanto, pedimos de nuevo para entrega el domingo pasado cuando eran amigos. Entrega rápida. Un hombre entrega amable me dio nuestras pizzas calientes directamente desde una bolsa de magia climatizada!!

Pedimos dos pizzas y me dijeron que no iba a ser entregado en 45 minutos.

Gran servicio de entrega eficiente de este establecimiento y la comida es tan caliente como puede ser en un viaje de 18 minutos, así que estoy satisfecho.

Me sirvió de entrenamiento, Director Dr Kully de Stenson Road, Derby. Su servicio excepcional. He venido de la India en una visita a Inglaterra y nunca he recibido un servicio tan estupendo. Me encanta este lugar y lo recomiendo altamente para visitar esta tienda. Como dicen, la primera impresión es nuestro último. Mientras Dr Kully es alrededor. Yo regresaré siempre mientras estoy en Inglaterra. Dr Kully fue excelente en todas las áreas de mi observación de que sirve para trabajar en todo el almacén dong y luego volver a mano nosotros la pizza, que se hizo a la perfección. Gracias Priti

I always order from this place, so I know what to expect. But today's delivery was quick but made me think that my pizza had been made earlier and that it was possibly a mistake, and I was the one person who had it. The pizza edges were cold and crispy when I usually order it's hot and fresh, and the actual pizza it self was slightly burnt, which wouldn't usually bother me but since I order from here every now and again I know what to expect and paying £25 for a payday treat I thought it would be good, I will be returning but I just hope they take there reviews seriously.

We placed an order of 2 pizzas and a variety of sides, using a voucher the total was just over £25, I doubt we would have ordered without the half price voucher.The pizza arrived quickly and everything was piping hot.This dominos is out local branch and the only takeaway pizza brand we order from.

Pizzas mais recheada que já comi em Derby. O pedido pode ser feito online e sempre há cupons de desconto na internet. O molho de alho que acompanha a pizza é sensacional!

I only trust dominoes pizza, this is premium pizza quality. I have never had a bad experience with dominoes only great ones!

What can you say about Dominos Pizza?? Always good pizza. Maybe a little pricey when compared to other pizza places but definitely worth it! Especially on 2 for Tuesday! I will definitely be using Dominos again!

Phone take way to chase order, the person was rude and unhelpful, when found was finally delivered it was cold.Have complained to their head office it was that bad, will not be using domino,s again. Well at least the one on Stenson road derby.
