Domino's Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

Pathetic service. Track your order showed the store spent 20 minutes on quality check and still managed to miss drinks included with the order, pizza arrived cold and complete order wasn’t delivered. What a farce! Realised Quality check is waiting time for a delivery guy to become available. Customer service guy too stressed to be polite…

Not being able to have a pizza with your family when you only have cash and being turned away because they only accept card? Can someone explain to me why am I limited to just one way of payment? Unbelievable!

Had a small issue with our order where something got made twice instead of two different pizzas, however the staff were really helpful and polite, remade the pizzas, even kept the original warm for us whilst we waited. Offered us an extra side as an apology and were just generally really helpful and made the whole experience great! Even around busy times at christmas :) Many thanks to the Tonbridge staff and especially Mada who served us!

Just ordered veggy supreme and a meat one. Veggy not so good, too much tomato not enough cheese, stuffed crust a bit random not the best I've had by far ....... Bit of a mess !

My second review for this store.. The staff are always busy here but never leave you waiting.. pizzas are always ready within 15 minutes of ordering. Some great deals are available too!

I always order in store with collection. For me, everytime its been spot on. Fresh tasting, nicely presented, fast service. Of course, collection you qualify for the BOGOF ! Even better.

Ordered 2 large Pizza's, Chicken Kickers, Wedges, GPB and Cookies. Decent value and certainly enough to feed 3 of us which is a positive. My only issue is that when ordering from the Tonbridge Branch it seems the pizza dough is always a little soggy or greasy. When over at a families in Paddock Wood we order the same sort of deals and the Pizza is always fresher and nicer from the Paddock Wood Branch - surely each restaurant uses the same ingredients/cooking methods? Oh well, still a decent meal and good timing on delivery.

Gluten free pizza had far too much tomato on it. Inedible unfortunately. Speedy service though. Try to get your toppings right. The normal margarita we had was perfect

Just hour ago I have ordered 2 large pizza and that was bad pizza I have seen and taste in my whole life. Row, uncooked, soggy, no taste and finally rubbish. I will never ageing use Maidstone high street dominos pizza.

Pizza with mould. What a delight... this is a case for the authorities to investigate... its unacceptable...

I have always ordered my pizzas from Dominoes in Tonbridge and up until lately never had any issues but the last two times i have ordered the dough on the pizza is raw and this is surely something that should never happen! Its disgusting and i will not be ordering from there again any time soon!

It's obviously way too expensive, as all well known pizza places are, but we've never had a bad/incorrect pizza from here, the staff are good, they deliver quickly and efficiently, and I just plain like junk food pizza! Best to pick up or look for deals to avoid spending too much but this 'delivers' all we need from a takeaway pizza place.

Never a fan of takeaway Pizza however the kid are so used Dominoes and must say I was really impressed with the speed and ease of the whole ordering process. Yes it's not the cheapest of takeaways for what you get but really easy to order and loved the fact you can track your order. Turns up quickly freshly cooked and hot so pretty impressed

The real MVP goes to the man who just did the delivery to graze hats off sir your epic. If it wasn't for this guy we would be starving. He has forfield our dreams and made us very happy he needs a pay rise for his epic ecsecution and happy smile

Twice I had pizza from this place and twice I ended up with an upset stomach... In two different occasions with a few months in between which makes me think it wasn't just a one off issue that led to these issues.

Ordered one night and was as you expect turned up hot an it was tasty what more can you ask for from a pizza delivery place enjoyed it.

I have had donimos pizza before and not really been that impressed, however I have been ordering Dominos from Tonbridge for about two and a half years now and i have never had a bad one yet, they arrive hot - still crispy ( I prefer thin crust) with all the toppings i have ordered, what else is there to say?

Worst pizza ever! It actually tastes like cardboard and this is not good for somewhere charging Nearly £20 a pizza! I sent it back and the replacements where no better. I would have been better off by a pizza from the local supermarket. Would never go back to tonbridge again and I have had perfectly good pizzas from dominoes in tunbridge wells.

The worst pizza and dessert takeaway I have ever ordered in my life, it came un- cooked and way too much sauce on the pizza and cheese wasn't melted properly and this isn't the first occasion.When you are paying 18 pounds for a pizza you expect it to be worth the money I would of been better of ordering a kebab for a fiver.I am severely dissapointed so I want to warn everyone to not order from this takeaway again !!!!!

I was visiting a family member in tonbridge when we decided to order a delivery with dominos. The food arrived within 20 minutes and it was very hot and well presented. The feed 4 for £20 deal you get can ensure that it is an inexpensive meal that can be enjoyed for any occasion. When visiting tonbridge again I will definitely consider returning to this dominos.

First of all, I am writing a review about Domino's pizza in Edenbridge but because it wasn't listed I had to choose Tonbridge instead. However, they are all one chain anyway. First order was great, quick delivery and good quality of food.Second order was still good, but my small pizza wasn't cut into quarters as it should be so I had to eat it as it was being in the office without any cutlery. At this point I still thought positively about Domino's as the delivery time was very quick and food quality good. Third and the last order was a complete fail and I am determined never to try Domino's again and rather go for a takeaway.We ordered two pizzas around 9.30 pm, order was made online and also paid online, same as I did with two previous orders and never had any trouble. Received confirmation on my email as usual. Around 10.15 pm we were bit surprised that nothing has arrived yet so I rang them and was told that the system showed that the delivery had been delivered already which in fact wasn't. Anyway, the guy I spoke to said that there must have been some glitch in the system, as he didn't remember processing our order at all. We were promised our delivery asap and our money back for the inconvenience. Our pizzas were finally delivered just before 11 pm. However, no money refund was done and so I rang about 4 days later to find out what was amiss. Asked for someone who deals with customer service and explained what happened. The person I spoke to didn't sound very competent and in fact didn't have much of a knowledge of customer service manners. Anyway, they promised to look at it and advised me to wait as the transaction usually takes up to five days. This was on 19th May and I never heard more and never got any money back. It was only 13 pounds so I couldn't be bothered anymore but the principle of the whole thing made me determined to never order from Domino's again.

The title says it all, I would suggest once a fortnight only but this for a family is great value for money 5 star on that front, not so good on a wednesday

We have used this pizza place loads of times and it has become our favorite. Try the American Hot! These pizzas are great hot or cold.

Ordered from our hotel. The pizzas arrived incredibly fast (less then 20 min.) and was hot and tasty. Exactly what I would expect from a well-run Dominos.
