Domino's Pizza in Calderdale

Ordered via the Application ... Awaited outside (1 min walk away) for the application to notify of ready to collect. Arrived at the store to be told its not all ready yet :-( 5mins later collected all the food, walked the 1 min back to the car to find parts of the order were luke warm at best. Pizza was really nice but the sides were not acceptable - Had this been a delivery it'd be freezing by the time it arrived unless the delivery vehicle had an oven! Certainly not value for money given I didn't want all their bundled deals that are aimed at larger orders. Wouldn't use again because of this

Called the dominos up to just add a slight change to the pizza and the response I got was so rude, they put the phone down when I was trying to say something. I then phoned back and they were still unprofessional and very unhelpful. If you go bust then don’t complain as customer service is a basic requirement especially for a big chain like Dominoes. Very disappointing especially as I am trying to support local businesses during these difficult times!!!

We ordered for collection only 1 large pizza , when i went to collect , none of the staffs answered my hi , after awhile i asked to add garlic bread to my order. Again no answer !!!! And while waiting there ihad seen some deals for collection ( any large pizza get another free, any large pizza garlic bread bottle of coke potato 17.00£ ) I asked them in polite way that can i have this deal please , And in very rude answer just no i can not change , you did not ordere this deal !!!!! I told i am your customer i dont know what is the day’s deal. It is better to tell the customers on the phone , Andwithout saying sorry or anyword he told 15.49 !!!!!!!!! Very very rude and unhelpful staff , Pizza was not tasty NEVER AGAIN DOMINOS BRIGHOUSE

Expensive but worth it on a Sunday afternoon when you’re too hungover to wait for the other take-aways to open on Just Eat. The garlic and herb dip is out of this world!

Called into Brighouse branch in person at 23.00hrs ... walked in in good spirits after watching a music event in Leeds and trying to catch the Mrs’s favourite pizza on our way home! ... we were met by Josh who within a second of meeting him realised he was actually quite pissed off that we had the cheek to walk into the establishment and try and order a pizza... needless to say we about turned and took our business elsewhere! Josh doesn’t deserve a job ....

Waited over a hour which could have lived with however showed on app was awaiting collection at 5.40 - although have proof screenshot of delivery request. Spoke to them at 5.45said was going out for delivery arrived at 6.40 - spoke to someone called Josh - waste of space - both pizza and starter needed warming in microwave

Had a bit of a confusion with the addresses and rang the store, they were very helpful with sorting it out and letting me know where the order was being delivered. Lovely staff.

We ordered 50 pizzas to be delivered to a camp at the weekend. It took abit of organising but Layla and her colleagues were helpful, friendly and patient from our initial inquiry right through to delivering the correct pizzas, tasty and piping hot to a very hungry group of children and adults! Will definitely use them again, thanks guys!!

We order from here a couple of times a month and have never had cause to complain! It would be far too expensive without the special offers and deals we use! The food is always delivered hot and they have been fine if we called up to add pop or a desert we forgot to order online! I would really love it though if I could get the double base And stuffed crust on one pizza but sadly not possible!

I've booked delivery on line. Gone and picked it up and rung in and asked for fresh hot and quick. This shop is five minutes from , our home. We order at least one or twice a month. The kids love it but they are easy to please. Being honest it's always disappointing. Never warm items missed . If I owned this franchise I would do a few stop checks cos they are really poor.

Orded takeaways pizza from here even tho pick up bang on time using app but when got home 10mins later (because I live 5 miles away will not deliver) the pizza was stone cold I do like dominos pizza but this.is one of many instances that as happened in the last couple of months at the brighouse shop no one ever replies to us I am now going to use another pizza out let maybe Peppa John if reviews are good

Yet again I received such poor customer service that Dominos should be ashamed of. As I went in to pick up an online order I was completely ignored by 2 of the front staff who when I finally got their attention they were just unbelievably rude which is such a shame as the pizzas are great!

By far the best tasting pizza I have ever had for a takeaway. Easy to plan what time you require it delivered and it arrives piping hot and fresh.

Delivery driver very unpleasant and knocked my 1 year old cars door mirror 😡😡when approached he denied but sore this with my own eyes,lucky for him I managed to get the mark off, no respect for peoples belongings please avoid not even worth it,this was the guy with a battered Citroen c1

like the title says, still not as good as pizza hut but they are still nice enough and the lunch deal is a bargain. a pizza and a drink for £2.50 is a bargain as over half of that cost on its own is the drink. throw in a garlic bread for a quid and its a steal! i get this once a week and it never disappoints. only downside is they always seem understaffed. plenty of delivery drivers but they only ever have 1 person taking orders and making the pizzas. for £3.50 you have to grin and bear it.

Expensive... wouldnt use again.. husband and i felt sick and ill afterwards..never had a problem before .. but would avoid now

Extremely rude "manager". I certainly wouldn't employ her & by all accounts treats the staff horrendously. The franchise owners really need to address this. Furthermore, it doesn't look like cleanliness is a priority!!!! Avoid

After ordering from here on and off for years, the recent orders we have had from here have been awful. The pizzas are often bland and tasteless then you end up paying a fortune for this awful experience. AVOID!!!!

1st ever pizza takeaway from here and took advantage of 2 for one plus£1. First the good .... Easy ordering and following progress on line. Hot on delivery .

No es barato y no es genial. La sucursal brighouse de Dominos insisten en que te quedaras de enormes cantidades de salsa de pizza de la base, así el topping de toboganes al recoger una porción.

Ordered 2 pizzas wedges and garlic bread, started with the wedges, no complaints. Moved on to the pizza, disgusting no purée very little meat. Called to complain, the manager said I could return them for cash back but refused to give me the money for the wedges, yes I ate them but for the inconvenience!!! Never again.

As a regular customer of brighouse, tonight, I was very dissatisfied with the service and treatment from their manager, James. I asked for a simple request to the young lady answering the phone, obviously she had forgotten. Just a simple sauce request as my 5 year old daughter likes a different sauce to the one provided. The lady said that's not a problem. Unfortunately, arrived without the sauce, I rang the shop hoping maybe the driver could have mistakenly forgot. The nice gentleman answering the phone asked his manager what they could do!! I over heard the manager saying if he wanted different sauce then he should of ordered the sauce??? I would of, if the lady said no. Manager came on the phone and cheekily after our conversation said thank you for your feedback, bye bye!!! Just cost his boss(the franchisee) a £60-80 a week customer. Or well, looks like the rival from now on.

Good pizza and lots a good deals too many perhaps it gets confusing. I like to order the buy one get one free but you have to collect this one. Good choice of toppings and offers make for some cheap deals

Rang up Domino's brighouse for our tea tonight and the bill was ment to be just short of £13. When we phoned Domino's, As if was lovely and polite and he did us a deal and only charged £10. Been ordering from Domino's a couple of times and we are happy customers.

All though domino's are expensive I'm happy to pay it because their gluten free pizzas are great and the staff know there ingredients. I like that their system remembers your order and that they deliver.

domino's are absolutely lovely and very tasty would recommend to anyone well worth a visit excellent

This is our second time ordering and collecting - we thought we would give them another chance. Yet again though the pizzas are overcooked and dry. Very expensive for what you get and I think there are better pizzas out there...... Tesco cook your own probably much cheaper and much tastier. Sorry but will not giving them a third chance after the poor, dry, over-done pizzas.

There is only one issue i have with Domino's and that is the price, it is too expensive but when you take up their meal deal offers this isn't a consideration. The food is perhaps a little salty but tastes wonderful. Lots of choice and if you want they will deliver, however i called into the shop in person. Great customer service and my food was ready when they said it would be.

Ordered from this takeaway loads of times and never had a problem, although I usually phone my order through then go and collect it as they're only 5 minutes away and I'm too cheap to tip the driver!

I do order from here regularly however the service is sometimes poor and delivery takes way too long on most occasions

i rarely buy pizza,s but occasionally indulge, i wasnt that impressed with the domino experience , i found the pizza disappointing and have had better good qualtity frozen pizza,s, and teh cost of a domino is really quite high, not something i will be repeating thats for sure.

I don't know how they do it. The taste is unique and the quality is always first class. I tend to wait for offers as I think it is expensive. Always a treat.
