Domino's in Milton Keynes

Rude manager, I for one will not order from here again!! Manager is rude to staff, no real interaction with customers, no smile

Rubbish customer service I will never go back! No apology when got order wrong! Had an argument between themselves infront of customers!

So I waited 40 minutes for the delivery of a luke warm pizza with the bear minimum amount of toppings and over cooked chicken wings from the Bletchely Domino's, so I phoned and after 6 times of the ringer running out they finally answered the call. The guy told me that the wings weren't left in the oven or mixed with colder chicken wings, like I'm blind but did offer to exchange the complete order but said I would have to wait another 40 minutes for delivery. So it arrives and the pizza looks like it should do wit the correct amount of toppings, cheese, hot, and the wings have the right colour on them. So I complained to Domino's online like they tell you to and they replied oh how sorry they were, and they will get this franchise to get in contact with me. So the manager emails me from Bletchley and instead of offering me an apology with a voucher, or a refund for waiting over 1h30mins after there own mistake, instead this small pizza shop in Bletchley tells me that Domino's can't and I quote: It has been decided that as we cannot meet your expectations, we will not longer be able to serve you. So I'm thinking first of all well at least give me my hard earned money back if your refusing to serve me in future, then I'm thinking really an 1h30mins wait with no compensation why would anyone wanna use you again anyway. But because I live in a city I have another 5 Domino's shops so I sent another email to customer services, and asked them if this guy was speaking on behalf of Domino's or just his own little shop but I never got a reply. So I sent them a reminder email still no reply, so I wrote a letter to head office and gave them 7 days to answer the question or I would be leaving negative feedback well It's safe to say that they didn't reply.

When we have pizza we always go to Dominoes because the quality is always consistent and always delicious. Service is always good and price point offers great deals. Happy customers!

I’ve tried all the dominoes in Milton Keynes and this one is the best one, the staff are excellent including the manager and assistants. They make all the pizza perfect and toppings are spot. The service is always 5star.

I ordered a small pizza and cookie. Pizza was ready within 10 minutes. The cookie however took a further 10 minutes before arriving. The pizza itself was fine however the long waiting time was quite annoying.

I ordered pizza and sides and was delivered items that were not as advertised. It cost £38,46 and when I contacted the provider they couldn't have been lest interested. I will order from a company that actually cares about customer shrive and food quality.

After being at an event all day me and my boyfriend were looking forward to getting a takeaway and having a chilled night. We chose to order from dominos as it’s just up the road from me and never takes long to deliver which is always a bonus. However after tonight I would be reluctant to use them again. We ordered the family deal which included 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a drink. We ordered a half and half pizza and a ‘create your own’ pizza. Then for sides we ordered a garlic bread and twisted dough balls. The order came and firstly they didn’t have the drink we ordered which wasn’t an issue as we chose another. However when we came to eat, they had sent us wedges instead of garlic bread and the ‘create your own’ didn’t have jalapeños on it, I called and spoke to someone and she said to keep the wrong items to the side, so they could see where they went wrong- I don’t understand the difficulty in reading an order? They sent out the right items which was good however, by this point my food was cold as we wanted to eat together. There was no apology offer or discount given for their mistakes. Very poor and has put me off ordering from them again when there is other pizza places around for better prices and get their orders right.

This store is a joke! We waited over 1 and a half hours, only to receive a completely wrong order! The order was in Quality Control for 40 mins. I’d like to know what Quality Control they did to ensure my order was right? NONE at all! Do not buy from here.

This store is a joke, wrong orders, cold late deliveries, pizza looks like it was thrown in the box(pics sent to head office) and they do not even answer the phone. They are not one bit interested in their customers. This store needs a total clean out of staff and management, and then they might be ok.we have used Dominoes for years and never had the problems that we do now on a regular basis from this store. we Have now made two complaints to head office and even the head office staff agree that they are giving them a bad name.

I order a Domino's every couple of months or so and food is always hot and delivery is prompt. You can easily find a voucher for 30% to 40% off online, it would be very expensive otherwise. No complaints whatsoever. Keep up the good work Domino's!

As family around we decided for the first time to order pizzas over the internet - A fantastic experience the pizza making could be tracked on phone and we arrived to pick up just as they were ready - The 3 large pizzas were piping hot and everyone enjoyed them - Quality service quality pizza - Will be doing that again

customer service and timing are now awful. Raised a complaint, they responded but obviously didn't read my complaint and responded with a generic response. Raised it again, and received same generic response. followed up multiple times only to be ignored each time. do not waste your money here.

Never had any issue - always reliable. cant go wrong with pizza. always arrive in time given. gets busy on weekends and the Friday night. but arn't all takeaways.

So tonight my spouse and I decided to order some dominos pizza and we went for a mighty meaty and a BBQ ranch and the BBQ ranch was on a thin a crispy base and pizza was stone cold and super hard no there's no way we ate that one the mighty meaty was also cold and I had asked for no mushrooms and it had a tone of mushrooms we also ordered a side of chicken wings and some drinks the drinks never showed up and the driver said he was gonna go back for them and 1 hour later nothing and also the chicken wings were super cold, it seems like I will not be ordering from dominos in a very long time what a disappointment

I called these people to place and order and it was like calling a group on school kids who where bored and had nothing to do they kept me waiting for ages on the phone the man or child also hung up and when I called back they gave abuse for no reason I haven't used them since and drive/ order from further and wait the extra time to avoid these ignorant people

The food is great even though it came late. But the overall service was outstanding due to the easy ordering system they do and the friendly service.

Esta es una de las mejores que he probado Dominos comida. Las pizzas son siempre frescos y realmente impresionante como la de mi área local no es tan bueno. Sin duda se consideraría a la orden desde aquí.

El Hungría tarde por la noche gran error ordenados de la cadena en Oldbrook Milton Keynes no es agradable.

How many chances can you give a Pizza Company?? I would never buy from Milton Keynes Dominoes Pizza if it was the last take away on Earth. There is hardly any thickness to the food, its sparse and most importantly the amount of cheese on the base is virtually non-existant. It looked like yellow mildrew and thats a fact.Delivery takes well over the old 45 minute max it was years ago 90% of the time, and usually over an hour. On the last occasion the driver QUESTIONED why I would want my change and why I shouldn't give it to him ?! That's disgusting too. WORST pizza place/s in South Milton Keynes, if not the whole of Milton Keynes. Its a disgrace.

My husband and I was staying at a hotel in the Hub, Milton Keynes and felt a little hungry. Sun 25 Aug. As it was so late past midnight, the hotel recommended Dominos Pizza as they deliver. I placed the order for 14 chicken wings, which amounted to less than £10 and they said we needed over £10 for delivery so I ordered 2 portions of potato wedges. I paid with my husbands credit card. The driver arrived sooner than the time given and gave us 3 boxes. When we opened them we found we had the potato wedges but only 7 chicken wings and not 14 as ordered and as stated on the receipt the driver gave us. I tried to call Dominos to state that our order was not correct and have not been able to get though since. Has anyone had an experience like this before when placing orders for delivery from a hotel?

Best Pizza take away, staff are friendly and if any issues with your order these are resolved quickly. Prices are a little high unless you have vouchers or can receive discounts. Overall good pizza and good service but a bit expencive

Brilliant! i all ways love dominos from any where of the country can be very expensive if you don't have any vouchers so don't ever buy unless you have vouchers over wise it comes to expensive

Clean,Tasty,Quick and a geat price. Turned up for 2 large pizzas and left 15 mins later with exactly what i wanted. Friendly staff and the children loved watching the staff cook the Pizzas.

Domino's is always a good shout for pizza, their pizzas just taste a hell of a lot better than anywhere else! Shame they are so overpriced.... and stay away from those boneless ribs, or should I say, boneless fat!

I had ordered the new gourmet pizza and a standard pizza on the BOGOF free offer, + a gourmet garlic bread. After I paid, I checked the pizzas, and the gourmet pizza was not a thin crust as expected. I said to the cashier that it should be thin crust - she promptly changed all my pizzas for new ones, and I even asked to make sure more toppings were on there. I was very pleased with the level of service especially as Domino's were losing money by me returning the pizzas.
