Consett Kebabs And Pizza in County Durham

Ordered some chips in the shop after a night out took our order then left us over half an hour When we finally complained said they’d closed so had to cook the food Why take the order if closed? The lads where fine the lass with the short hair massive attitude problem Shocking customer service and the food was awful

First off despite booking delivery for 22.55 the email said ASAP. Rang an unpleasant chappie who blamed me but said would change to 23.00. Then delivery driver rang at 23.15 and said couldn't find our house. He was at wrong area altogether. Gave him directions and he still couldn't find us and rang back twice. The second time telling me he cant find our address so cant deliver.I rang saying I wanted refund but was told no refund as its been delivered. It eventually turned up at 23.35 as I was attempting to cancel again on phone but getting nowhere apart from abuse so I gave it back and answered the door to be greeted by the delivery plonker telling me off for swearing in my own house behind closed doors as he could hear me ! Oh and the food was atrocious even after warming it up and ended up in the bin.

I order my food at 15.46 pm and it’s came at 17.21pm worse place Eva we use this place all the time and the phone calls we had to make bout our food is disgusting from the staff and I’ve asked to speak to manager they aren’t there what’s a joke burnt chicken they don’t no how to cook chicken

Relies heavily on chef mike (if ya know ya know) wouldn’t recommend going if you’re sober. However for a quick fix on the way home it would do the job.

Food delivered really quickly lovely and hot only thing I got a kids meal and the chips were covered in salt so couldn't give them to the bairn but otherwise was lovely

Absolutely beautiful. Being from hartlepool and parmos bwing second nature moving to consett where they hadnt been heard of- not easy! Consett kebab are the first pizza shop to do it properly parmo is absolutely lush highly recommend 5*

Waiting nearly 2 hours for order and when i came. Two meals missing and the one received was incorrect! If i could give zero i would. Rang to complain and I was blamed!! Totally unacceptable. Customer service!! What is this please???

Have ordered a meal from here previously normally delivered within 45 minutes. Ordered a one for a family get together never again ordered at a reasonable time before seven took over two hours to deliver you've lost a valuable customer.

Colocó una gran orden esta noche, 2 horas más tarde, aparecía frío, objetos perdidos y un bonito pelo largo negro en la pizza. Llamó 4 veces y acabo dijeron 'está en camino" o "lo siento será otro 10 minutos para ser otra media hora. Pésimo servicio y repugnante comida.

Never liked this pizza shop but now it's been taken over its lovely food is very nice quick delivery nice staff better than the last woman that had it

Ordered a pizza that she got wrong, tried to call her to ask why and she swore at me and hung up so i went in the store to ask about it and she started screaming and shouting and ripping the pizza up with her BARE HANDS, the woman is cray cray

pizza best in consett and im not a pizza lover. garlic bread to die for and the service and staff are excellent

Como para el servicio que se describe como en señora anteriores es precioso siempre agradable! Así que para mí, y dado que es un hecho de que su número ridículo de llevar en Consett yo recomiendo siempre y siempre será mi primera opción!! Altamente recomendado.

A través de comer solo para pedir la entrega LO ANTES POSIBLE y no oí nada durante más de una hora, al final llamé para saber que estaba pasando y me dijeron que nuestra orden era "salir de la tienda ahora". Casi media hora más tarde, finalmente apareció. Así que, en general, fue más de una hora y media desde el fin de la entrega.

I have use this take away for years. Best Garlic Sauce and the nicest family! They look after their regulars!

The woman who works at this establishment is rude and appauling on many occasions i have been insulted from the staff one time been called a horrible person over the phone when odering food.

i ordered kebab with garlic sause .it came with some red sour sause ,kebab look like piece of sh.t ,like dog food .I rang the ovner and she was very rude,she said that she dont care,its not her problem and she is she is the best in consett(hahahaha bad joke ) ,horrible horrible service ,and very bad food,i would never ever order again .rating 000000000000,do not order from her

You can't beat the kebab wraps. Just the right size for one. I like garlic and my hubby like chilli so perfect. Wouldn't get one anywhere else in consett

Been using Consett kebab for many years, staff are always very friendly. Its clean & the food is really nice. I always get the kebab pizza which is the best in Consett

Normally go to either pizza pizza or derwentside, big mistake going here. We ordered a pizza to collect early evening. My husband went to the bother of going into to the shop order and pay the £9!! We return 2 mins before we were due to. To watch one woman making the pizza, when we asked if that was our pizza she said yes. We told her we couldn't wait as we had a taxi waiting, she then threw the pizza in the oven. We asked for our money back as we had to leave, she screamed if it was my fault you would get your money back??? We said how is it our fault we've turned up for collection at the time you told us. She just ran away and started to speak to the other women in a different language. We had to let the taxi go and wait for 20 mins, she kept pulling the pizza in and out of the oven. When we eventually got it, the dough was not cooked. I told her we wouldnt be back and she screamed do you think I am bothered!! Very rude and the wrong attitude if your running a business!! So if you want undercooked food, with attitude get yourself to consett kebab. We won't be going again . Scores on the doors rating of 3 doesn't surprise me.

It's a late-night kebab shop so set your expectations accordingly, but it's consistently decent and prices are average market rate.Had many a doner kebab here, no complaints. Staff friendly, and seem to take pride in what they put out, even if it is standard stuff to soak up a few pints at the end of the night.

Me and my other half have always stuck to the same takeaway but did not regret trying consett kebab last week and have had it twice now quick delivery food cooked lovely everything spot on. Defo my choice of pizza shop from now on

This is by far the best for take away pizza & kebabs Consett has to offer. The Bolognese pizza is really good and the base is lovely and crispy. The kebabs are very small tho, not much meat and even if asking for a large there seems very little difference to the amount you get on a medium. Not the cheapest Consett has to offer but it is good food.

Kebabs are lovely here! ! Its nice how you get two seperate pots of sauce and they pack everything individual. However I think they're quite stingey with the meat itself, im always still hungry after! And theres no real difference between small and large!
