Placed on line order at 18:48 for 20:00 rang at 20:30 still not delivered rang store Just going in the oven be here at 21:00 !! Poor service poor customer service will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime soon

I put the incorrect address in for my delivery and the lovely delivery gentlemen bough my order to the Correct address with no hesitation. Great service & great food!

We ordered Pizza on Saturday night and the service was great from start to finish. Emma was lovely on the phone and advised how best to place the order using the app. The pizzas were delicious and delivered within the promised time scale. Ashley, the delivery guy was really friendly. Would definitely recommend this store.

Ordered here today for lunch. Used my Key workers blue light discount - 50% off. Ordered and it gave me a wait time of 1 hour. After 45 minutes the tracker still said preparing your food. Because there was about four other stages after this I called the restaurant to confirm they had my order - I needed to know if it was going to be late as I was starting back work within the next hour. I was told they had my order and it would be on time. The order still didn’t arrive and ended up being 35 minutes late. I called the restaurant three times during my wait and got no answer - called from my partners phone and they answered within 4 calls - could probably see my number calling. When I eventually could track the driver he was coming from a different part of town. My food wasn’t hot when it arrived. Unimpressed - will stick to dominoes in future

Not ordered from here for a while and not impressed my order was wrong but was impressed by tbe customer service and quality of food. Sad the experience was ruined by a lack of attention to detail but overall quality of food was good

Ordered our pizza via the online service. This gave them over 2 hours to get it right. The order should have arrived 18:45. At 19;00 hrs my wife called them and was told that the pizza was just leaving the shop. At 19;10 the pizza still hadn’t arrived, (we live 4 mins away). I allied and was told that there were lots of roadworks and that was causing the late arrival of our pizza... really- we don’t even live anywhere the roadworks so this was total crap. I gave them 5 mins to get it to me. At 19;25 I decided to go to a more reputable place, (Ali-Baba’s). I was back only 5 mins after Pizza Hut tried to deliver the pizza 45 mins late. They were told to stick it where the sun don”t shine.. they are total liars when it comes to saying that the pizza is en-route. Do not give them your cash... I cannot rate the service etc as they were so poor.

I left a review last month, where we wanted a lengthy amount of time for mediocre food. However, we decided to give it another go. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our order within 35 minutes. The food was hot, had a lot of toppings, evenly distributed and the salad was lovely and fresh! Would have been better if there was a little more salad dressing. Overall, a big improvement on our last visit and this time, we would visit again. We were promised a £10 voucher when we last visited and complained, but we never received it.

Absolute joke of a place - So Friday night at 7:40pm, I order food to be delivered at 9:15pm. 9:30pm comes and goes and there's no sign of our delivery. Phoned Pizza Hut - no answer - just ringing out. Food eventually turned up half an hour late, virtually cold, dried up. Tried to phone to complain - yet again, no answer! Saturday afternoon - went into the actual place and asked to speak to the manager. Manager, Shane, came to speak to me - apoloigsed and said that it wasn't good enough. Gave me two options - free meal of the same value or I could phone a number about a refund as I paid online. I told him I'd have the phone number. He returned with £20 cash and said "I shouldn't do this but I'll refund you the £20 plus give you £20 credit for a meal. Just give it 24 hours and then you can phone your order through." A few days later we decided that we migh as well use the £20 credit. Once again, the phone rang and rang and rang. Eventually, on the third attempt of calling, someone answered the phone but said there was no record of any credit. I asked to speak to Shane and he said the manager was out and could I call back in 10 minutes. I asked if anyone would actually answer the phone in 10 minutes. He said that they weren't trained to answer the phone, which I said was ridiculous as anyone can answer a phone. I clarified that Shane would be back in 10 minutes and was told - no, Chris is the manager tonight. I told them to forget it. About 10 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Pizza Hut. The man apologised for being out and said that there was £20 credit. I asked him why the others didn't answer the phone and he said they weren't trained to. He then went on to say, between you and me, the manager couldn't organise a party in a brothel. I said that it was disgraceful and unprofessional for him to say stuff like that and he reiterated that it was true. I asked his name but he refused to give it - saying I don't have to tell you. I said that the earlier person that I spoke to said that Chris was the manager tonight and he said "NO I'M NOT THE MANAGER". I told him to forget the order as we woould go elsewhere rather than otder from this charade! I said that I would be leaving a bad review and was told, "GO AHEAD IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!" AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - ITS A POOR QUALITY FRANCHISE!

we were extremely disappointed with our Pizza Hut experience. After ordering 3 standard pizzas, which no changes, the app told us our food would arrive in 35-45 minutes. We were fine with this, as we ordered at 17:40, meaning our food would arrive between 6 and 6:30. I am an insulin dependent diabetic, injecting 4 times a day. I have to eat within a certain time, so ordering takeaway I have to put the order in, knowing there may be a wait, but it would still arrive with enough time for there to be issues with my blood sugar levels. After an hour of waiting, I called the Nantwich Road branch to chase uo the order. The phone rang fir so long, it cut itself off. This happened several times. My husband also tried and hope was momentarily restored when someone answered... but hung up without speaking. Our pizza finally arrived at 19.07 nearly 1hr 30m after our order, with no apology. Disappointingly we opened the boxes to find lukewarm pizzas!!! We tried calling, but the again, no one answered. We certainly won’t be ordering from there again. They will loose business over this, as I manage a large company who often order pizza for staff. From now on, I’d rather spend more money and go to Dominoes. The management have really let themselves down. Whoever is running this place needs to listen to their customers. We have had zero problems previously, and the issues have only happened since it got a new manager. Tip 1- ensure you have enough staff to cook and deliver your food. Note, weekends tend to be busier! Tip 2- train your staff in customer service, hanging up on customers is not professional Tip 3- Don’t send pizzas out for delivery if they’ve been sitting on a counter for ten minutes. I assure you the customer will not be happy As a business owner, I support local business’ as they are the bread and butter of our community. As this is a franchise, I urge the manager to ask for support from head office, or readddress his management style otherwise you’ll be closed before you know it

Can’t go wrong with this place. The kids love it..... especially the ice cream. Staff very helpful. Very good value too.

Margaret,Ted and I popped into this venue last week Whilst you will never be surprised by the Pizza Hut menu the service and standards are always good If you’re on the way to the cinema this venue will make the experience complete

I'm not a great pizza lover so I tried the Mac and cheese the staff were attentive and friendly but the Mac and cheese tasted like cold wallpaper paste it wasn't hot so to me a total let down the rest had pizza varied they came and were Luke warm and the dough was like chewing gum and finally the seating we were given a booth the seats were so low we all struggled with getting up after an awful meal .

visited the Crewe restaurant this evening with my family.the service and food was lovely.I can recommend the salmon and spinach bake.the salad bar was excellent too.

The all you can eat salad is a nice starter, the pizzas were nice but we were too full for pudding. All in all a nice spur of the moment tea which got me out of cooking for the night

We regularly when I'm home get a pizza delivered, the pizza is always delivered hot and their cookie dough is amazingly tasty. They have good local offers on and offer an nhs/emergency services discount if you pick up in uniform with id.

Vino esta noche por mi cumpleaños lo pasamos de maravilla, los alimentos era precioso el nuevo gerente Michael nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos mi hija de cuatro años le encantó él fue genial con ella tuvimos un precioso asequible comida sin duda volveremos pronto gracias!

Pedimos esta noche en 18,20 y después de una hora, no había ninguna señal de nuestra comida. Me llamó la tienda y el personal ignorado la llamada, y al final me las arreglé para conseguir a través después otros 10 minutos. La chica de la tienda me dijeron que mi comida no era para entrega y que no sería largo. 20 minutos pasaron y la comida llegamos; piedra fría, rock duro y totalmente incomibles,.

Me puse en contacto con el establecimiento en 3/12/15 en 1937 (según el recibo que finalmente recibió) nos dijeron que sería una 40 minutos de espera. No hay problema con esto como cliente regular y esto es lo normal.

Pedimos nuestra comida en 7,30 10,15 y ahora es nuestra comida no ha llegado todavía. El personal están haciendo caso omiso colgar el teléfono y sin hablar! Tenemos dos niños que han estado esperando para comer por casi 3 horas y lo único que tienen que cuando finalmente respondió el teléfono era una pizza gratis con nuestro próximo orden. No habrá una próxima orden. Nunca use Pizza Hut. ¡Esto es una vergüenza. Si no hubiéramos pagado en via tarjeta que habría cancelado este fin a las 9:00 pm

Gran servicio, como siempre, me encanta venir aquí. Me gusta ir por buenas comidas con mi familia, amigos y socios que puede variar entre estrella Michelín restaurantes y comida de pub pero este es uno de mis favoritos todo el tiempo, personal encantador, boca regando comida, precio medio y lo mejor de todo la cookie masa! Seguid así, chicos!

No nos hemos estado en Pizza Hut en unos cuantos años y esto fue una gran visita! Fue bastante tranquilo, ya que era un lunes por la noche, pero las pizzas que teníamos era genial, y la gente que sirven era muy servicial y educado.

Nice easy take-out meal! Well after getting a good discount on 1 large pizza and cookie dough, we then received it within 15 minutes of placing the order. Pizza Hut themselves fulfilling our special delivery instructions. Great all round service, with my choice of opting for the Italian base as it made a delicious change. Now although the delivery drivers profanity could of been toned down a bit, we still managed to our banter himWell Done Pizza Hut!

Lets face it, pizza is cheese on toast, I can do that at home. When I want someone else to do it for me I expect something a bit different.I ordered extra toppings, paid through the nose for them and when the 'pizza' arrived I had a job to find them!It was cold, late and poor overall quality.You order over the phone, pay by card and then when its awful, you have no redress to complain(except by Trip Adviser!) If you phone them to complain, you get excuses.I suppose its OK when you've had a skinful in the pub and you're ravenous..............

Ordered late at night.. by time pizza was delivered from Nantwich Road store and I had tasted it the store had closed. (This was the second time pizza was substandard, but let the first slide as mistakes can happen) First thing the next day I called the number provided on PIZZAHUT website to talk to someone in Canada... They required the pizza back but 8 days had passed by the time my local store had been bothered to relay the information. Offered me a "voucher" rather than a refund... forcing me into eating that so called food again! I wouldn't of even fed it to the neighbours dog!!!

We ordered a takeaway pizza from pizza hut on nantwich road, after 2 hours of waiting, I called them and asked where my pizza was. They said the delivery drivers car had broken down right outside the store and he's just getting into another car and then he'll come to u so should be with u in 10 mins. 45 mins later he turned up and I asked him about the car trouble, he said he'd no idea what I was talking about and said he left the store 10 mins ago! Complained to head office who said they would sort it but heard nothing. Haven't ordered from these jokers since and am sticking do dominoes who have never let me down!
