Lovely cafe with nice waiting staff who were attentive and polite. Food was very tasty, coffee lovely and prices average. I really like the fact that it is table service. Only disappointment was the brownie was a little dry.

Food was a little on the tight side with a plate of sharing nachos £12 with a portion fit for one😞 The portions on the main courses were much better. We though the best part of our visit was the service/ server Daniel the young lady was extremely attentive and also towards our little boy, always smiled knew her menu and how's things worked, an asset to TGIs.

Great food at affordable prices, the staff were very helpful.

For buffet my first time going enjoyed the Experience the food was good apart from the Sunday roast beef bit dry but other than than that great definitely be back

Qué encantador pequeño café en el corazón de Shswlands, justo a la entrada del parque. Teníamos huevos en pan de masa madre y estaba delicioso. Un gran lugar para ponerse al día con amigos. Bastante pequeño para que un grupo grande no se siente. El personal era amable y educado. Gran experiencia!

order was marked as "completed" but never actually turned up

I'm very disappointed with the breakfast my wife and I had yesterday 08/02. My wife had a full breakfast, and I had avocado with hot smoked salmon. One of my wife's fried eggs was overcooked despite both being cooked together. My poached eggs weren't cooked properly either, one lukewarm and overcooked and the other stone cold and perfectly runny. Fresh orange was only half a glass full, having been overwhelmed by ice. Not a good experience, and we won't be back.

I am normally quite a regular here with my work colleagues seeing as we also work in hospitality and have always had a great experience here! I happened to come in on a random afternoon with my partner before going to the cinema around the corner. Upon arrival I went up to the bar to order a beer and a Redbull to which I was not asked for ID from the member of staff, nor was there anyone on the door to ask us for ID when we arrived - just for reference. We sat for an hour with no issues, and then when I went up to order food and a second beer the woman on the bar had asked for my ID. I provided it and then she asked if my partner had any - now he did not and I did argue saying that my partner was 29 but he just didn’t have ID to which we were then refused service and rather rudely told that ‘technically’ we should leave the establishment as it’s an 18+ bar. Obviously we left but it’s such a shame that the woman who was on the bar felt the need to be rude and dismissive. I understand the rules however if you’re going to enforce them it should be consistently and not just when staff members pick and choose… It’s just such a shame because my work colleagues regularly use this place as a pre-night out drinking spot…we’ve rarely ever had any issues before.

Waited 25 minutes on my Little Ladz burger and chips, burger was dry af and I had about 3 chips covered in peri salt. Toilet door wouldn’t lock so couldn’t pan a jobby. Table also was covered in profanity.

Came here with a friend for lunch and we both liked the food. The service was nice and the interior very lively.

It says something when the ice cream is hotter than the chicken strips. Also in the boneless basket supposed to be 3 strips not 2.
