Our server was Dani who was really lovely and hospitable. Would definitely recommend coming to anyone thinking of trying it

Don’t usually do reviews but this needed said. Ordered you guys through Just Eat the other night. Food was stellar, top tier. Can not fault it. But for other readers information I waited over an hour and a half for delivery. I was about to contact them when they called me up to say the courier hadn’t appeared so they had remade the whole order from scratch as it was now showing he was 1 minute away. I was honestly over the moon you guys had just taken it upon yourself to reach out with an update and refire the order. I still had a lengthy wait before it finally turned up (I place the place squarely on Just Eat) and yet the food was still hot when I finally got it. I doubt it was refired a third time but it was certainly hot and fresh when I got it. You guys outdid yourselves and I’ll be using you again but maybe through a different delivery service 🤣

Dani was my server for lunch she was friendly helpful and really tried her hardest and food was absolutely wonderful throughly recommend to anyone that wants lunch in silverburn

Went to TGI'S silverburn with my family it was our first time visiting the silverburn store and we all agreed we would go back thanks to our server Daniella. She was extremely welcoming and gave us all her best recommendations on what to order and even cracked a few jokes. Our food was brought to us quickly and efficiently and our refillable drinks were kept on top of the full night. Daniella is a credit to your restaurant.

One of my favourite places to order take out from but was over all very disappointed . It took over an hour and a half to arrive . All the food was not even warm , had to microwave everything . I had ordered cheesecake which came all broken and squashed about inside the large box . The garlic bread was cold and hard like it had been sitting out for a while. The only thing that was ok was the cans of juice . I don’t normally complain but having spent over £30 on the Oder. Won’t buy again.

I took my daughter here a couple of weeks ago and I won't be using TGI Fridays again. The quality and quantity of food has constantly gone down over the last few years. The cost has gone through the roof, it is just far too expensive for what they serve.

The service is really bad we ordered a type of juice got a complete different thing then the server apologised after we told her about the mistake then brought the wrong juice again and made us pay for both the food was a really small portion even though the last time we came the portion was way bigger we ordered two steaks well done we got a rare steak then the server went to replace it she got us only one steak but cut in half we ordered a cake for my daughters birthday the plates from our food was still on the table and the cake was just put between the mess when we ordered the cake the server kept asking if we wanted it take away even though we asked for it to be in the restaurant multiple times it’s was like she didn’t want to serve

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere and food portions were so filling.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order. The person was not apologetic or even ask about drinks. Just asked for our order. Cutlery was just handed over in a bunch. Waited for actual drinks to come for another 10 minutes. Chicken was a little under cooked but by then I wasn’t caring just wanted to leave. This was my favourite place to go with my adult children but not anymore

Came in for a table, stood for about 5 mins, completely ignored and the place was stone dead. Disappointing when going out your way to have a meal somewhere

Food was totally freezing and the burger never came plain

Not good very disappointed in service. We arrived at 3.30 to a half empty restaurant with most of the tables not been cleared . I asked if they were short staffed and was told no he was a manager and not use to taking orders and cleaning tables . We were there an hour and tables in front of us we never cleared . The place was dirty until a young girl came in started her shift and she seem to be a hard worker. I could see our drinks were made up sitting at the bar and after a while I just went up and got them .definitely not worth over 100pound and that's our last time at here

Been going to tgi silverburn for years alway have jack Daniels chicken strips and fries finding portions are getting smaller everytime we visit hardly any sesame seed on chicken fries have no seasoning all for a wopping £20.60 each no wonder it's not busy £4.30 for Fanta used to love tgi but for the inflated price it'll be our last

£80 for a pretty standard 2 course meal with only 2 soft drinks for 2 people? Considering what we had: Robbery. We visited on a Friday night for dinner before the cinema: the service was so slow we had to go to a later showing of the movie than planned! We booked the table for 7 with the intention of going to the cinema (literally upstairs from the restaurant) for the 20:20 showing of A Quiet Place: Day One. We're quite familiar with how many trailers are shown and had already bought our tickets so didn't plan to be at the cinema much before 20:30 - we thought an hour and a half would be more than enough time for dinner! However, when our order hadn't even been taken by 19:20, we didn't have time to go elsewhere & had waited long enough so stuck with it & changed our tickets to the 21:00 showing. It was a bit of a hassle, but luckily we were able to do that for free as the cinema wasn't at all so no huge inconvenience. The waiter then took our order and, most bizarrely, asked if we wanted our starters and mains to be served separately or all together? A very strange question! We wouldn't originally have ordered starters but, given the "extra" time we thought we had, we thought it'd be OK & we were getting very hungry! The drinks arrived shortly before the starters which were the most poorly prepared & presented starters I've ever seen: Chilli King Prawn starter: 4 prawns which weren't completely peeled & still had much of the hard skin on, atop a "bed" of the sorriest looking 'salad' you ever did see (so small & limp it might as well have not been there) with a lemon half that they couldn't even be bothered to take the sticker off! With a wee pot of whatever name they're giving to what is basically spicy mayonnaise. Rubbish. Not much change out of a tenner. Overpriced crap. Had the waiter bothered to do a table check, we'd have told him but no, and it was another staff member whose job was clearly to clear tables only so didn't want to annoy her with complaints. Plus, we'd eaten them as we were really very hungry by this time! Hopefully the mains will be better... Alas, hopes dashed. The mains took a very very long time to arrive. The restaurant was busy enough but, this was a Friday night so there's a reasonable expectation for the restaurant to be aware and have enough staff working to be prepared. The spicy Cajun chicken pasta was very disappointing. The amount of grilled chicken was very mean, the sauce was bland, the peppers were very raw so made the whole dish watery and it was all underneath so much Parmesan cheese it was ridiculous! Thank goodness we ordered sides of sweet potato fries as, surprise surprise, the portion was not sufficient to be called a main meal and nowhere near worth the best part of £20. Also, it's a bad day when the best part of the meal is the side! Again, had the waiter bothered to ask, we would have complained but no such opportunity was given and, keeping in mind our plans for the cinema and time marching on, we ended up having no time to spare. So, for two people having 2 courses of meagre portions of substandard food, 2 regular (very small actually) sides, and standard (from concentrate, no option for bottled was offered) diet cola = £80?!?! Absolute rip-off and would advise caution to anyone considering TGI Fridays as a destination.

Far too expensive for basic food. Cutlery dirty No water in the women's toilet Fries covered in salt after asking for no salt! The girl who served us was lovely Mojit was just ice!

milkshake was not cold. it was rather watery and disgusting. food was missing the side sauce and wasn't very warm. this TGIs location keeps getting worse and worse. it's as bad inside the restaurant as it is for delivery.

Worst Birthday experience. We all should take pride in our jobs. There was one staff member behind the bar who was working hard. Doing multiple jobs. We assured you to take him to the side to complement him and be assured he's doing a good job. Mark, I'm sure he was. The cocktails he made were absolutely spot on. The rest of the experience was terrible. The food service was so slow. The resuraunt wasn't even at 30% capacity. Nobody came to ask us if things were OK. After sitting with empty plates for 20m, I had to ask the server at the hostess stand to take our plates away. She was 'busy' blowing up a balloon for nobody. There was no one at the hostess stand... Asked if there was a manager on at this point. As the restaurant looked awful. People's dirty plates on tables 2 hours in, isn't acceptable. While servers can sit on the top balcony chatting away. Isn't acceptable by any means! Spoke to the manager and wrote a message to TGI directly. Will 100% not be back. Please take these comments on board and make a change for future restaurant goers...

Food was quite late so was very cold and the milkshake was half empty and covered with cling film?

Absolute perfection - ordered for a birthday dinner. Everything has just arrived really quickly, hot and nothing missing. Thank you so much for the extra cake slice and the kids packs too - so appreciated! :)

Waitress was abrupt everything felt rushed, couldn't supply a white coffee or a flat white ( the machine doesn't do white coffee) overpriced over rated , I wouldn't rush back , Side Mac n cheese wurst I ve tasted

Food and drinks were good, but our server Caleb made our dining experience great! Has been a while since I’ve received such great service like I did tonight. Nothing was an issue for Caleb, he was very helpful and attentive, and was a great guy to chat with! Such a friendly member of staff and a credit to your branch! I will most definitely be turning to your restaurant, myself and my family had a great dinner.

Missing items, food had to be heated & shop wont answer phone

My mom and I stopped by TGI Friday's for lunch. It was just the two of us, and David took care of us. We ordered some of our favorites and enjoyed catching up over good food. The atmosphere was laid-back, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a nice, cozy lunch outing.

David was extremely polite and helpful and didn’t interrupt when eating which is a bonus ⭐️ Food and dessert 👌👌👌👌👌

Order was over 2 hours late and half my order is missing

Had the 2 for 1 fajitas which were lovely. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Couldn't give you a 5star as the place just isn't clean. Seats hadn't been cleaned after the previous people had been there everywhere felt sticky and needs a good deep clean. Food on the floor. Such a shame.

Me and my family visited and were served by the wonderful Eva. She was very attentive and always had a smile and positive energy, which really made us feel welcome and well looked after as a table. She had such a positive attitude, it really makes a big difference to the dining experience. The food came out promptly and was fantastic, the sesame chicken strips were just the best.

Small order of 2 meals and onion rings and they still managed to forget to put in the 2 house fries. First time and last time ordering. Really not hard to double check an order is correct before its sent out!

Walked in walked out again as banquette was sticky and menu we were given one of them had residues of food put us right off and we simply didn't want to eat here so couldn't rate food as we didnt stay

Excellent service with a smile from Bruno & some of the best drinks I’ve ever seen. The potato skins were magic! Will certainly return when I’m next in the area.

Mac and cheese was bland, Cheese burger was un-seasoned.

Messy cheeseburger was not very flavourful and dry. Mac and cheese tastes nothing like cheese, it was awful, only good thing was the chips and it was all £30

£6.90 for onion rings £19.60 for a chicken burger! The chicken itself was actually okay but only filled Half of the bun.

The food was excellent and the portions were OK. The waitress and manager were also pleasant and helpful. But it took a very long time to get the main course, without enough feedback along the way about this, so it detracted from the impression. The atmosphere was decent enough. The music was a bit tiresome because the sound was so-so. But summa summārum: I had a good time there and would like to come again and again.

Food was brilliant and fresh. Was served quickly with lovely service from our waiter Bruno. Overall brilliant restraunt, will 100% be returning.

Had a lovely meal tonight at tgi Fridays, I recommend the chicken fajitas. Our waitress Tammy was very attentive and helpful, we would visit again.

Delivery time great only half the order was missing, and I think they forgot to add strawberries to the shakes absolutely taste less to be honest they just taste of cream and are utterly disgusting

Really disappointed in this TGI's. The food took ages to come, tables were left manky and we were sat with empty drinks for ages before a team member came and asked if we needed another one. Staff too busy standing around talking... I wouldn't have minded if I was in a cheap diner, however when we spent £90 between 2 of us, I expect better standards.

Food never came. No calls or texts.

When we arrived the place was pretty empty with only another 4 tables on so you’d think the food and service would be really good right? We were seated by a really nice server who offered us drinks, after seeing cocktails were £11 each we opted for soft drinks at £3.95 each which are advertised as bottomless…. The server was quick to bring us refills the first time we finished but after that it seemed like all the staff, barring the tea towel swinging chef, disappeared. We actually ended up going to the drinks station and just filling our own glasses. Food order was taken and my companions both opted for the burger at about £18 each and I opted for the cheese dipper burger at about £24. Now I was expecting some of the best burgers we had ever tasted at these prices. I’ve never paid this amount for burgers so they should be fantastic. They really were just fine. Chips were cold and it was just so disappointing. As I said, at some point all the servers just seemed to disappear so no one checked back on our table until the server who initially seated us came back. At this point it was clear what the issue was, it was shift change for most of the staff. In comes the evening shift and fist bumps, chats and catch ups are exchanged. Chef sits himself at the bar and, as their motto says, it’s always Friday here! Just not for the customers.

Service was great, staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. I don't normally have a burger when I go out because of how messy I feel, but I pushed the boat out and did not regret it. The starter boneless hot wings were absolutely unreal. I could've just kept eating them for the rest of the evening rather than having a main. Wish I wasn't driving to try some of the cocktails. The delivery Guy left my order sitting on the bench at the bus stop and sent me à message telling me that he left my order there. So I went out and my order was there. I threw the whole lot in the bin. Now I am trying to call customer services and I can't find a number. His attitude is disgusting

Ordered a meal deal for £35 which seemed good value for money as had 3 appetisers 2 portions of chips a dessert and a couple of drinks but the chips were barely enough to make one portions and the boneless hot wings we got had barely enough sauce to change the taste of the chicken.

Mediocre at best. Disappointing compared to the dine-in experience. It arrived cold and the drink in the meal deal and marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was missing. The “track delivery” feature didn’t work at all as presumably the courier turned off their location. Portion size on the sesame chicken could have been a little better. Overall it was “ok” especially after reheating.

Do the chips come out of the staffs wages or is there a potato dry up I haven’t heard about

hot dog was overly soggy and cheesecake portion is smaller than expected, delivery was also delayed delayed delayed. chilli con carne on hot dog aswell doesn't mix well with whatever cheese sauce yous use. First TGI'S so rather gutted about it especially when it's the price it is.

I placed this delivery around 7 and didn’t receive it until half 8 (the delivery time was changed two times).My food was freezing cold (bare in mind i’d got chicken so it being cooled down increases the chance of salmonella). I also got half the amount of chicken as usual and the sauces were barely filled (not even halfway filled) yet they are usually full to the brim!

I was there with my daughter and two grandchildren. I ordered pasta and when it arrived it was cold. The chicken was piping hot but the pasta had obviously been sitting waiting on the plate. Very disappointed considering how much they charge

Prices have skyrocketed. Served diet cokes that tasted like rum so can only assume we were given dirty glasses. There was also one other table when we came in and had to wait for ages to be seated. Obviously empty for a reason, we left without eating

Everything was freezing cold and it can’t be the drivers fault as he waited at the restaurant before it was even ready and silverburn is a 5 minute drive to mine not one thing was warm couldn’t eat most of it and that was a £70 order! Never again

Nice food but the prices are extortionate. The boneless bites with blue cheese dip is £10 for about 6 bits of chicken. For 2 adults and 2 under 5s it was £70 to feed us all. Definitely going downhill from what it was but charging more for the pleasure.

Thought we would treat ourselves knowing it wasn't the cheapest of restaurants but quality food not anymore unbelievably poor quality got awrap and starter could have got better food at Gregg's bill came to £45 absolutely shocking don't know wat planet the chef's are on but I tell you something you would be better off at Mcds round the corner 😃

When delivered I suspected I was missing some items asked the delivery driver if this was everything and he lied. We received a starter and desert no main or juice! He drove back into the street probably with the rest of the order the drove away again!!
