A good night out with friends, the restaurant wasn’t overly busy but still some atmosphere. Waitress was excellent, super helpful with dish clarifications and attentive but not over bearing. Food came and all the party were happy with lots of this one is tasty etc. Recommend

Myself and my husband came here on Saturday 2nd March for the £35 deal cocktail and 5 tapas :) we arrived 10min early seat wasn’t ready but that’s to be expected as they where so busy and we where early had a drink at the bar £6.25 for a vodka cranberry I thought was expensive but that’s fine we where then seated woman took our order quiet fast we did wait a long time for our drinks to arrive but again the place was mobbed food came and it was lovely very tasty would recommend and would probably go back again x

Been here before and will go back but the service was atrocious. 4pm in the afternoon, 4 people in the whole restaurant and the staff were nowhere to be found. People came in and left as no one came to see to them. We waited half an hour for our food and then they got it wrong with the starter and main all brought together. Could have understood if they were busy but staff, pleasant enough, but spent more time chatting to each other than actually working. There is then an excuse about a limited menu due to supply issues but no chips as the friers were not working. Online menu needs updated to reflect the shortened menu as people who did get seated to a table then left due to this. Such a shame as this is a cracking place

We all pre ordered and paid a deposit. Then a week before we were told the more was a problem with the kitchen so nearly half the menu was cancelled. The manager said he couldn't offer a discount or any form of complimentary gesture. We took the tip off when we got the bill as it was very dissapointing

Ordering with diary requirements is a complete nightmare!! Each dish needs to be checked individually against an allergy list. Asked the manager if they could print allergies list Dis to make it a bit easier. He was very unhelpful and extremely rude!! The service was very poor and slow Would definitely not recommend this restaurant to any with dietary requirements.

I visited with a friend using a voucher for 5 tapas and two cocktails. We both enjoyed the food and drinks. It's the second time I've tried food here and it was nice both times. Service was friendly also.

Went in for pre dinner drinks. The decor was very nice. Some drinkers were served at the table but we had to go up to order or who knows how long we’d have to wait. They had a good selection of rums and cocktails. My son watched his cocktail being made and grenadine was put in instead of the bottle of Chambord that was sitting nearby. Maybe just a mistake but not ideal. The drinks were tasty enough.

Came in after dinner for a couple of cocktails before getting the train. It was 7,45 and they wanted £5 to enter. I said we were only looking for drinks for 1 hour max. Still demanded £5 each. No thanks. So I went to turtle bay round the corner, cheaper, nicer and the staff are far more pleasant. If your thinking of going I would reconsider. Plenty of better places at half the price and you don’t need to pay to get in. Probably due to it being new year. I would understand if I was in for the whole night but charging to enter for an hour is ridiculous.

I can’t thank Kane & the team enough for such an amazing Christmas night! Organising with Kane for over 100 people was a pleasure and so easy and well organised. Attention to detail with top communication! The food was absolutely fantastic totally well worth the money & More!! The night itself was filled with fun and surprises! The feedback from all the staff was amazing! I can honestly say I wipeout want to have it anywhere else the staff were so lovely and attentive! We came for a cocktail masterclass for a hen party. We had Millie as our server and she was amazing - so friendly and catered to our requests! Cocktails were amazing also!

I went here for my birthday as a group and I was severely disappointed and shocked at how much the standards have dropped. I used to be a regular here and was always guaranteed great food and drinks, so thought it would be the best place to spend my birthday. I thought wrong. The food is abysmal. I ordered Patatas bravas that were basically fried potatoes cubes from the frozen food shop, fried to the point they are indexable and drowned in salsa. Really bad quality. My chicken skewers were bland and the fried chicken was again - like something from the frozen food shop. I really resented paying for what was presented to us, then to have a 10% service charge added for a group of three was insult to injury. We decided not to let it ruin our night so bought cocktails which were delish but the bar man was so unfriendly. It was a really, really bad experience from a restaurant I used to love. I don't think I'll be back. For your own sake Cuba - change your chef and your menu and ask your br staff to smile now and then. A

Went here with a group of friends for Boozy Brunch and impressed at price of £25 for food and 4 drinks. After that, not so impressed. Had a table booked elsewhere after our 90min slot here. After 2 hours we were only on 2nd drink. Asked to just get bill so didn't lose booking at other venue. Offered shots and money off. So end result, still same £25 cost, 2 drinks less than expected, a shot we didn't want by choice and a damper on the full night. To be fair staff were nice and clearly pushed to their limits but sadly I wouldn't return. On the plus I was there at 3.30 and home in pjs at 6.30 as just couldn't be bothered after such an awful start to my afternoon!

Honestly I felt so sorry for the staff tonight. Not enough people to cover all those tables. Which inevitably lead to out fiesta brunch being an absolute riot. We managed to get 3 out of the 5 drinks on the menu. Service was too slow to fulfil all our drinks. I enjoyed the food but the chicken quesidillas were tiny and disappointed the guys who ordered it. We still paid full menh price and felt nobody really tried to rectify the issue. We were given shots instead of a round but not everyone wanted them. I'm just gutted to be honest as I've had great times in here.

Absolutely not tapas and nothing to do with Cuba. The pulled pork was so dry and old it was like wire, and the tomato bread was literally like slices of pre it aldi loaves with tinned tomatoes. Chicken and beans were okay. Cocktails were not great and despite pre booking for dinner we were told there’s a half hour wait. No check back or offer of more drinks at any point. Not toilet roll in at least 6 of the 9 ladies toilets and poo all over one of them. Won’t be going back as completely misunderstood what this place was. Great for chilled cheap drinks and food.
