connor was quite rude when i said the money in my account was taken out and no food had come he then told me to order it again after not getting the refund, quite saddened by connor’s actions today, hopefully he can learn of this review to be less of a rude bloke

Nos sentimos muy decepcionados con nuestra visita de hoy. La comida es de mala calidad. Mi esposo comentó sobre el hecho de que no hay arroz tipo mexicano para tener con la comida mexicana. Mi hija tenía unos mejillones, pero parecía que habían estado sentados allí mucho tiempo y eran como goma. Le dije que no se los comiera porque no queríamos que se enfermara. Los churros eran duros como la roca, me recordaban a los palitos de pan, eran así de duros. No lo hemos estado durante muchos años, y por 112 libras no volveremos. Mala relación calidad-precio para la comida de mala calidad y luego para colmo cuando pagué, estaban gruñones de que no estaba pagando el cargo por servicio discrecional. No hay mucho servicio aparte de limpiar placas, e incluso eso fue esporádico. En un momento tenemos una gran colección de platos al final de la tabla.

Service was good, the barman was friendly and smiled. The food was horrible, I couldn't cut my chicken or chew it as it was as tough as rope , coleslaw was warm and bbq sauce was watery. The only good thing about this place was the Tesco Express next door , that was a Godsend . I ate the chips as they were hot .

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant! The unlimited buffet offers a fantastic variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it easy to go back for more. Considering how much you can eat, I think the prices are very reasonable. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant too. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a tasty and good-value dining experience!

Great time here, with tasty cocktails! Late night DJ was a great vibe can get a little busy but service at the bar was fast.. recommend for a fun night for drinks in Covent Garden

This is a grade 2 listed hotel,so don't expect to find a 'holiday inn look alike', it's a warm, cosy, old fashioned hotel with a fantastic welcome, excellent staff clean and tidy rooms with some modern fittings, good entertainment and a fantastic breakfast with first class service especially from the youngsters who served our breakfast. Highly recommended for a vist.

We were given this afternoon tea as a present. The menu for the afternoon tea looks good... but fails to deliver. "Mini brioche and sandwiches Ham, cheddar and mustard Chicken and pesto Cucumber, crème fraiche and smoked salmon Egg mayonnaise and cress." What we actually got was four very small squares of sandwich each, consisting of just the smoked salmon and the egg mayonnaise. Some small cakes as described and a scone. Some of the bread was not the freshest we've ever had, not stale, just not as soft as fresh bread. We were only offered one cup of tea or coffee. Every other afternoon tea we've had at other venues at least offered us additional drinks. It's not as if the place was busy, there were only a few occupied tables. As for atmosphere and ambiance, there was none, especially as the cleaner was hoovering around us and then using a floor polisher.

Where can I start? The food? Was absolutely Horrible, horrible, This place is just a complete waste of time and money do not go there if you do go here, you’re going to get salmonella 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢

Shout out to Lexi for amazing service. The menu is limited but my main and dessert came quickly and was very nice. I had the lasagna which was piping hot and well presented followed by peach sundae. If you are staying at combined premier inn, then it’s a great pace to eat combined with their meal deal for dinner and unlimited breakfast. Highly recommended

En esos 2 minutos la mesa aparentemente se había ido, pero todos ya estaban sentados con bebidas, así que la mesa se regaló mucho tiempo antes de los 2 minutos - algo de deshonestidad aquí! Subgerente totalmente inflexible inútil y mala actitud. Por suerte Manager intervino y tuvo las habilidades de servicio al cliente para ordenar algo. La mayoría de nuestras elecciones de comida se fueron debido a la espera. Lástima como realmente me gustó este lugar en visitas anteriores, pero debido a la actitud de un frente de miembro de la casa totalmente estropeó mi día y lo pensaré dos veces antes de volver.

Excellent food here. If I say this up front, I know that I won’t forget to say it! Ask any ethnic foodie, and they will tell you that when they go out to eat food from their own ethnic heritage, the key thing they ask is whether the food they eat is better than they cook at home, whether it is tastier than Mum’s Sunday best, whether they can get the full restaurant experience. Roger’s kitchen ticks all of the boxes. Throughout the menu, there are modern twists and manifestations of traditional West Indian favourites. This should keep Caribbean heritage people happy! But the menu is targeted at food lovers from every ethnic group. Indeed, the seafood soup itself would have graced ‘The Ivy’. The starters are varied. The mains, fish, chicken, meat, flavoursome, perfectly cooked and excellently presented. The service is attentive. Roger’s kitchen is actually quite new, being on the site of a previous Caribbean restaurant, the Mango Room, but also now appears popular in its own right. We came to eat here as a family, we have been back with friends. And we will definitely be back again. Great food, great value. There is not an independent Caribbean restaurant in London that we would rather eat at. Roger’s Kitchen offers excellent modern Caribbean cuisine for the West Indian, British and International foodie. If you are travelling to London for a week, put Roger’s Kitchen on your “must eat here” list. 5 Stars.

Walked in noting very few tables were occupied compared to the pub next door so we ended up there instead. Although, the next day we came back for a drink here. It felt more like a hotel bar than a pub. Very average selection of beers. Again, next door seemed busier due to a crooner belting out Sunday songs. Great outdoor seating overlooking the harbour.

We had a fantastic trip to the garden centre cafe. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The specials were perfect and made us feel a see were in a much more expensive restaurant

Fantástica noche la semana pasada en Tropix.
